Today, December 19, 2020 at approximately 9:30pm at the Oak Bluff Tim Hortons at the perimeter of Winnipeg, MB I ordered an artisan bacon grilled cheese melt with 2x extra bacon and a large chocolate milk, totalling $14.20. I didn’t complain about the price because I was(still am) hungry and was willing to pay for the extra meat to fill me up. However, I wouldn’t consider the amount of bacon on it to be a single portion. This is not an isolated case. This has happened to me all across Canada. Often I will order 3x or more bacon and have the employee repeat the order back to me before being thoroughly dissatisfied by an absence of the extra bacon I’ve paid for.
Desired outcome: Train your employees to add extra portions.
