To whom it may concern. Im writing in regards to an incident that accured around 6:30am at the Bathurst and Dupont Tim Hortons. My name is Errol and im very disappointed in the way I was treat by an employee and Manager on duty at the time. I've been waiting patiently in line to play my order. When it was time to place my order I was ignored and another customer was served before me. I asked is there a reason why im not being served when I was ahead of the customer who was behind. Not only did I not recieve an answer, I was completely ignored. I asked again and the manager who was present responded very rudely "Next time wait for her to take your order". I was quite confused because I was at the register where she was standing and she completely ignored me and asked the gentleman behind me if she could take his order. Now Im quite sure that she had acknowledged me because she made I contact and im more disappointed in the response from the manager. A simple "Hey sorry we missed you, may I take your order", would've been appropriate. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. But it's definitely going to be that last because I will never, ever go back to that locattion again. Its 2023 and everyone should be treated fairly and equally. I don't want to jump to conclusions but it seems some customers are treadted differently or better than other. Tanveer Sing and the woman emplyee that were working were extremely rude and tend to lack basic social skills. As for a manager should have social, communication and problem solving skills. He talked down to me and even through down his name written on a piece of paper when I asked for it. Even when I asked if I could speak with a manager, I was ignored by Tanveer and was given an answer. Another employee actually pointed at Tanveer and said he's the manager which to me is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. I will continue to support and go to Tim Hortons. Just not that location. Please take this letter serious and into consideration for my feelings and for others. For individuals like that have a "I can do what I want to do" attitude. Thank you for your time. Have a great day when this letter gets to whoever reads it.
