I went to Tim Hortons with my 4 years old son in a heavy snow day on 31st of January, ordered a lot of items that includes 3 drinks and other things that won't be able to carry all with one hand and hold my son with the other hand. I asked for a bag, they got confused and didn't want to provide a bag because they use or for delivery (Uber). When I insisted on getting a bag, one of the people there provided a used transparent bag with a lot of disrespect and zero service. I got very frustrated and asked to speak to the beach manager. She came when I raised my voice and was extremely rude and I asked to return the order.
Desired outcome: An offecial apologize from all the branch owner and specially the branch manager.
The worst service I ever had with an extremely rude customer. I don't advice anyone to go there.
