changing a price we already agreed about!
I went to Interstate Toyota today to buy a SR5 4Runner four-wheel drive base model. The MSRP for that car was 38k. With a lot of negotiating with the sales representative named Darcy and Alex the sales manager. In writing we agreed upon a price which was 38500 including leather seats, tax title and all the other fees that the dealership has(OTD). 38500 was my final. then I go up to the sales manager and he said he did not agree upon 38500. So the sales representative argued with the sales manager that HE was wrong at it was 38500 including leather. Out of frustration I said 39000 including everything that I mentioned (which I shouldn't do because we already agreed upon 38500 but I did anyway). I shook the sales representative and because the sales manager agreed upon the price 38500 or 39000 (I gorgot which one)... Then the general manager named Teddy Maldonado came in and said that price was unacceptable. During that same time Darcy was already starting to fill out the paperwork. Then Darcy left because the general manager said to. The general manager started negotiating the price to a higher price which was not agreed upon. The general manager Teddy started raising his voice right next to my face while writing numbers on a piece of paper. Out of frustration I kept saying that it is unfair that he is renegotiating when we ready agreed upon a price which was 38500 or 39000 (including everything that I mentioned tax title out the door including leather interior) I am highly upset because we spend over 3 hours negotiating to get to a price and the general manager comes and screws up everything. The general manager's showed attitude towards me because he's not making enough profit, it's not my fault. Coming in complaining to me that the price isn't right after I already agreed upon a price with the sales manager and the sales representative. The general manager has been rude and very disgusting straight in front of my dad and me and also he crumbled up the paper which shows the price (and the process of our negotiation) and threw it in the garbage. I was truly mad at the general manager for showing lack of customer support which Toyota should be about.

toyota prius 2011
I have a Prius 2011 that was affected by the issue with the headlights burning out frequently. After having to replace them about 6 to 8 times you all finally issued a recall or warranty extension. When I took the car in for repair it turned out that the bulb had melted the housing causing it to need to be replaced. Apparently the bulb was not seated correctly. The dealer was great but talked to Toyota who refused to acknowledge responsibility. I contacted Toyota and spoke to the customer service department and registered a case [protected] stating that the bulb would not have been seated incorrectly if I had not had to replace them every six months. Ultimately they decided that it was my fault because I did not take the car to Toyota each time to get them replaced. Like any normal person could afford that.
I feel that Toyota should be reimbursing me the $499. It cost me for this repair. Please contact me. I look forward to resolution of this matter without having to contact an attorney.

We already went to the dealer 2 times to fix it they changed stuff in it but its way worse now than before. Second the automatic light turns on and off by its self AT NIGHT when it turns off we cant see the road. The third problem is that when we get near a car there is a censor thats supposed to go off and it doesnt . I have all the documents from the dealer of when they fixed it and returned it back. I have a complaint about a dealership in California. Moss Bros Toyota in Moreno Valley, CA.
I have a 2013 Scion FRS. The transmission started to give me problems and the check engine light came on. I had the vehicle towed to Moss Bros Dealership and the Service attendant said my car was out of warranty and the warranty was for only 5 years. Now if my math is correct...this is 2018 and my car is a 2013...That means my car should still have powertrain warranty. I also am under 60, 000 miles. Please help me help them understand that my car is still under the Toyota warranty.
p2442 secondary injection system
2007 SR5 Tundra. P2442 code. This is a well known wide spread problem. I have about 80, 000 miles on my Tundra. The switch is placed under the intake manifold making this fix very expensive. The design flaw comes from the smog pumps that are placed in the fender well sucking up water from wet roads from rain rusting out pumps and switch. There are a vast amount of us that are having the very same problem. What can you do for me. I politely need you to stand behind your product. Thanks in advance

Dear Sirs,
8th March 2018 have very happily bought Toyota Rav 4 Premium (car manufactured in 2017, automatic transmission, Style edition) at Toyota Carter Gdansk, Poland.
Customer service during the sale process was excellent, care has been performing to the highest standards (as expected).
Unfortunately, 22nd April 2018, car was stolen from the guarded parking in Warsaw, have immediately called Police and insurance company. Further to the burden experienced, both insurance and Police informed me that it will take well above 90 days to process the case, meaning insurance would not compensate the loss for at least 90 days.
On 25th April 2018 have sent humble e-mail to Toyota Motor Poland asking politely for help with the purchase of the same model, same price, thought with deferred payment (due to a/m min.90 days insurance/Police processing period). Have politely asked for 90 days deferred payment, and declared initial payment of 30, 000 PLN from rest of the family savings (total cost of the car was about 130, 000 PLN).
The first (prompt) reply received from Toyota Motor Poland was on 11th May with the request to contact local dealer (Toyota Carter Gdansk, Poland) and to provide detailed car specification. At the same time Toyota Motor Poland informed 90 days deferred payment is not an option and Toyota Motor Poland will only review the car specification to decide upon the discount that might be considered.
On the same day, 11th May, have replied to Toyota Motor Poland with car specification.
On 22nd May Toyota Motor Poland has requested car specification, but this time with cost calculation prepared by local dealer (Toyota Carter Gdansk, Poland).
Two days latter, 24th May, have sent to Toyota Motor Poland both car specification and cost calculation prepared by Toyota Carter Gdansk, Poland.
On 4th June Toyota Motor Poland advised that "due to the absence of decision making persons the reply will be provided earliest after 10th of June 2018."
Since 4th June have not received any further feedback, or decision from Toyota Motor Poland, but ironically I was called from the Toyota Motor Poland Customer Service Centre asking for customer satisfaction survey.
Although I can fully understand decline to deferred payment, it is difficult to accept and absolutely impossible to understand further complete lack of any communication (that would either decline my humble request for help, or would open the dialog enabling car purchase).
Dissatisfaction with simple inattention to customer care (it comes with difficulty to imagine the CRM system has lost my file) is further amplified by my exceptionally positive professional experience in dealing (business level) with Japanese corporations, like Mitsubishi, Mitsui, Daihatsu, naming few ones, both in Japan and world-wide.
Enough to mention that till today I am left without new car, with insurance and Police very slowly closing the case.

I have visited Toyota maintenance center (Abasia branch in Cairo) last June in order to make the maintenance of 35000 km and i mentioned that I am facing a problem while I am trying to start engine ( car contact) the engineer make two or three trails and told me that I don't find any problem so I took my car . On 5 of September, the problem appears again so I went to the same center to tell them that the problem is already exist but they answered we are sorry your. Car is out of guarantee on 15 aug 2018 then I told them I mentioned this problem last June and my car because out of guarantee from 15 days so please I want exception, the engineer contacted me today and said you request is rejected .

I requested a quote for a new 2018 Tundra SR5 4x4 that had the option I wanted and Lone Star Toyota would not honor what they had quoted. The manager called and said they would honor it but would have to pay for items that were listed on their site under that vehicle description of a cost of $1800. Those items are listed under that vehicle and quote that was sent. I will not buy a vehicle from that dealership. I'm curious as to how many other people have been ripped off. They said that the wheels, tires and leveling kit wasn't put on the site but they advertised this vehicle. Bad business

There sales person Mr Vikash Shah visited my office and took a cheque of Rs 1 Lac for the booking amount and promised to deliver the car maximum within one month which means by 15th August .
After calling and constant chasing for delivery he could not confirm date of delivery even after a month . Meanwhile we had confirmed for bank loan against the same and bank requested us to disburse the loan amount which we could not as no final date was confirmed by your dealer .
We than called there sales head but he also could not confirm .
Suddenly on 3rd the sales head Mr Sandip Biswas with Mr Uttam Das and Vikash Shah came to my office to meet me . The reason was shocking to me . They said the company has raised the price of the model We have booked and that we have to pay new rates . That day they confirmed that the car will be despatched from the factory on 18th September and they are trying to prepone the despatch so that we can get delivery within 15th September.
I was surprised hearing that we have to pay extra for there fault of booking, promising and not delivering .
I requested them to send me a mail for new delivery date confirmation for what they quoted me verbally . But shocking no mail was send to me .
After 3 sayswe receive aail from Mr Vikash Shah for new increased Proforma Price raised to us . No delivery date mentioned .
2 days go I received a mail from the dealer that our car will be despatched within 2 weeks . Means delivery September end .
We are really surprised with the overall experience and really sad that this is TOYOTA AUTHORISED DEALER .
Just don't know where I was wrong in booking a Toyota car . Was using Toyota Innova since last 12 years and sold same to buy the new lovely model which was quoted On road price around Rs 25 Lacs almost 38000 USD .

toyota 86 malfunction
Good evening Toyota,
I am contacting you in regards to my Toyota 86. The vehicle shut down completely losing power and the ability to be steered while being set on cruise control at 110klm per hour. I have had to take the vehicle back to Black Toyota Roma, this is were I bought the vehicle new in 2015. I have had to return to the dealership weekly to get a status on the vehicle because no one contacts me. I presented at the dealership once again on Friday only to be told they would contact me that afternoon, that has not happened unfortunately. I have since done some research and read about the Toyota Prius and am now terrified I'm going to be stuck with a vehicle that could potentially kill me and my family. The dealership also told me that I would need to possible pay for the labour of replacing the engine, but they can't actually tell me what went wrong with vehicle to start with. The dealership has current had my vehicle for 4 weeks, my husband asked if we could possibly use one of their secondhand vehicle in the interim but we were sharply turned down. We also expressed our concerns about the safety of the vehicle and said we weren't happy about having a vehicle that could potentially do this to me again and asked what they could offer as a trade. My current outstanding amount on the vehicle is 30k and we were told once it was fixed they would only give us 16k. I can't not express my disappointment in the Toyota dealership here in Roma, this was my first brand new vehicle and I bought a Toyota because of the outstanding name they have, only to be treated like I'm a lair and a complete nuisance to the dealership. There are a lot of sleazy salesmen here. It doesn't surprise me that they have a 2.5 rating on Yelp. I am surprised that it's not any lower than that. These guys will do whatever it takes to get you to their dealership. So it started it off when I had emailed the internet sales person there and we agreed on the price but they said that they do not have the car in their possession. They told me that they have to do a dealer trade. They then told me that I first have to come in and they will trade it with another dealership. So I agreed to come in...
Once I got there the internet sale person (whom I was exchanging emails back and forth) pond me off to a different sale person. The new salesperson then asked me to run my credit and also wanted for me to commit to buying the car before they can bring the car from another dealership. I respond and asked them why do they need to do that? Why would I commit to buying when I haven't gotten a chance to test drive the car? So they bought in the sleazy Sales manager (Tony Nguyen). He tried to tell me that's not how it works here and that I need to commit to buying it or else they can't do anything else for me. He went on about how in Australia (which is where he was originally from...) you don't get to test the car and that they wouldn't even sell it to me. I told him that I don't live in Austrailia and I am in the U.S. so I don't have to deal with that. I then cut it short and told him that "it doesn't look like you want to sell me the car so I will bring my business elsewhere."
At this point, you can tell he was not happy with that comment, so he kept on saying you're that I was making a big mistake as I was walking out of his office. I told him "don't worry I will make sure you get a good review on Yelp". He then claimed that I was threatening him and started being very unprofessional by making comments about how I won't get a good deal elsewhere. He started bad mouthing me in front of his team as I was walking out of the building. I was in shock and I was asking him "What the hell are you talking about?" So his team starts to come around and surrounded me (about 4 to 5 of them) was getting in my face and telling me to leave or they would call the police and they said they have all my information. To me, that was more of a threat then what I said. These people are sleazy as they come. I left the building and they were all making comments to me about how they gave me water and that I am ungrateful for their generosity. UNBELIEVABLE!

I have reported foggy headlights for my corolla 2016 to Toyota CFC service center 2 month back but "unfortunately it was verbal discussion" and the head of engineers mentioned that i should check with main branch in Abbasyia for Body repairs.
I have visited the Abbasiya main branch today and the service engineer mentioned that my car is out of warranty at 27/07/2018 and he refused event to make tech support checking my car, although the issue is cumulative and for sure it didn't happen just in one day, and service engineer himself at reception admitted that this is his first time to see that issue.
my car is now at 29k KM and I knew that Toyota usually change faulty parts like this .

I purchased this truck with the intention of keeping it for at least twenty years. I followed all maintenance requirements. I have less than 60, 000 miles on the truck. I took the truck in for inspection and was told the frame was rusted and needed a lot of expensive repair. Over the last twelve years I was never told anything was wrong with the frame. It fact, there was a recall inspection on the frame (don't know when) but I took it in for inspection and was told the frame was ok.
Since that bad report I have spoken to a few people including a local repair shop. I was told Toyota Trucks were notorious for bad frames hence the reason for the recall inspection. That said the local mechanic said he never saw a frame as bad as mine and he thought a new frame was needed.
Anyway based upon this information I would like toyota to repair my frame.

I tried to get this issue resolved but no one at Larry Miller toyota and Dodge would not resolved the issue pretty much said it was my problem and I would have to pay $900 for each panel one dealership told me to gerilla glue your panels which was Larry Miller toyota pretty much the same at Larry Miller Dodge I should not have to come out of the pocket for this cause I purchased the vehicle in January February I think that the panels are defective from the beginning. My vehicle is a 2016 300c with only 43000 miles on it . The vehicle at time of complaint was only at 36000 miles.so I say you got to be kidding me right seriously. My next point of remedy this issue is BBB. Please help me or navigate me to resolve this issue

My name is Jorge Odelin. I bought a Toyota Corolla 2016 on August 22 2016 and Agent in Courtesy Toyota in Brandon told me that if I liquidated the car before the year of purchase, Toyota refund me the Down payment I gave for this purchase.
My car was purchased complete on April 24th 2017 and I never received the refund for my Car, and the money for services and GAP, those last two I received after present my request in Courtesy Toyota, and they send me 2 check for this issue but never for my 1500 downpayment promised for the Agent it will be refunding me if car was purchased before a year.
Financial Manager in Courtesy Toyota says there is nothing in the contract about it.
Okay, there is nothing about it in the contract he says, but I claim for the promise made for Agent because I suppose If one Agent makes that kind of promise is because there in the dealer is a custom to do it and The PROMISE WAS BROKEN.
I am claiming and REQUEST A REFUND for THE BROKEN PROMISE and I feel mocked and deceived by the Toyota because they do not keep their promises, something I have decided to take to social networks so that everyone knows that Courtesy Toyota can not be trusted.
I work like a Customer Service for one International Company bringing services and we never treat customer in that way and never broke our promise.
