I was at your MOS branch to buy shoes for my husband. We tried 5 pairs only to be told they dont have his size. We even resorted to removing a pair from the maniquinn tto no luck of ours. U had 4 other customers looking for sizes while i was sitting and they too left due to no sizes. @ this time of the year to be understocked does not suite truworths well. It does not do your brand well and it leaves a bad taste in your customers mouth. Pls explain why u dont have stock as i beleive from yr store mng this is not a exception but the norm.
