You might want to drop a line to Truworths' customer service to let them know what happened. I’m sure they’d be keen to hear about any overzealous door policies so they can make sure you — and everyone else — can shop in peace.
I just want you to know that this experience made me very angry. So angry that I took my anger and frustration out on my own granny. Now I am facing criminal charge because she decided to press charges. Thanks to your company. Do not pretand you don't care.
