Hi I have been shopping at Truworths for years went this morning at about 10 o'clock to buy Marc Jacobs daisy for the second time but the security guard blocked me and said no they don't sell it I said I can see it he would not let me go in two ladies also wanted to go in and he just said no I left and bought it at Woolworths why would a security guard be so rude I don't understand regards Michelle Hammond my email [protected]@gmail.com I would like to know why

Wow, that sounds like quite an unexpected and frustrating experience! It’s definitely not every day you get blocked from shopping for something you can see right in front of you. Sounds like that security guard took his gatekeeping duties a bit too literally!
Good on you for not letting it ruin your shopping plans and snagging your Marc Jacobs Daisy elsewhere. Sometimes you just have to wonder if security is secretly trying to protect you from some new form of shopping addiction by denying you access!
You might want to drop a line to Truworths' customer service to let them know what happened. I’m sure they’d be keen to hear about any overzealous door policies so they can make sure you — and everyone else — can shop in peace.
I just want you to know that this experience made me very angry. So angry that I took my anger and frustration out on my own granny. Now I am facing criminal charge because she decided to press charges. Thanks to your company. Do not pretand you don't care.
