Bad Servive
I've order online and receiced my sms to confirm that my order was received in store. After 22 Jul 2021, I went to Truworths Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth 3 time to collect my navy pair of shoes that I've order on the 11th of Jul but each time the store inform me that they cant find it and that I must ome back another time.
My order number are [protected] I've received my makeup on this order but not my shoes. I phone the customer care line but they request that I must phone them back on the 10th of Aug.
This is unexceptible and very bad service.

I'm writing this complaint with a heavy heart. I have been Truworths customer for many years and I really did not expect this kind of service for you.
I'm the 31 of July 2021 I went to Truworths to go purchase something for my skin as I have a very sensitive skin I was then advised to purchase Nuxe products which I spent R1965.00 for the serum, face exfoliater and cleanser. I reiterated to the agent that I have a very sensitive skin and I rash at that moment, she assured me these products will work for my very sensitive skin...Now I'm experiencing itchiness and even worse rash on my face and I spent a ridiculous amount of money for these products.

Injury on duty
Hi, i'm kedibone mthombeni I was working at truworths siyabuswa I got injured on 02-08-19. I took my own money to pay the doctors bills as it was required and I also filled up all the documents as needed. The problem is i'm so tired now I want my money back but no one seems to help me with that. They said I should wait for head office I really don't understand

I bought a uzzi jeans online, upon arrival the item has the security tag attached to it, how they expect me to wear the pants?

No one phone me back still don't have a answer so I phone today they said I'm still not allowed in their shop with my own sanitizer that I showed them its 70% alcohol showed on the bottle I even let them smell its not water...why going to shoot my own foot because covid is real...and they don't have anything on their spray bottel...today I phone again and no apologies still said I'm not allowed in their shop Truworths

I purchased a jacket and it is torn apart. Good morning.
I am complaining about Truwoths Lichtenberg Mall, My laybe was due on the 14th of this month so because of the unrest happening in SA we couldn't go to town on that Wednesday.
So on Thursday our community took it oupon their hands to save our stores that they won't be looted.
I came to get the laybe unfortunately the manger already canceled it as of she has attitude.
I was like the headoffice didn't send a message saying that it has been canceled as usual because of the unforeseen occurrence of the looting, now she took a decision by herself. May question to her was Why couldn't the headoffice expand the days as they saw what's going on and they were not sure if the store wil be looted or not.
I begged and begged but she refused to help.

Exchange, for a faulty product
My partner purchased clothing items for me and the size of the jacket was incorrect he gave me a receipt and the gift receipt I went to the nearest store to exchange they could not find the right size for me so they said there is nothing they can do for me but order however my partner needs to be present, the next day I went with him to the store they processed the order for me I received the jacket after a week and only to find that the jacket had a factory fault I went back to the store were they gave me attitude and just look the jacket back without explanation of the next step, your manager at the SAM ntuli mall was soo unhelpful and I was so unhappy when they look back a jacket to the value of R1150. 00 without helping me, I had to go back to my partner and tell him the gift was taken back without anything in return so he must please check his account if he is credited back the amount

Bad behavior of Three Rivers Square Truworths manager, he let me feel like a criminal infront of his shop.
I'm a good customer for many years never pay my account late but still he was mistreated me.

On the 30June I went to Three Rivers Square in Three River like every end of month from the farm I drove 40km to pay my bill. On that day like from the pandemic last year I take my own handsanitiser because I'm allergic to some of the sanitizer this one I use is from GFox 70% alcohol very good products. I enter the Mall sanitise my hands infront of guard I enter with no problem, I walk directly to Truworths and took my sanitizer out of my handbag and sanitise infront of Truworths guard he stop me and said I'm not allowed in his shop I must use there sanitizer so I explained to him that I'm allergic to some sanitizers he said no enter. So I ask for the manager he came and said I'm not allowed that's the rule I explained everything to him and said I don't no what the ingredients of there product there's nothing written on the bottel so he took a paper out on the bottom of the table and said that's the ingredients I sad how do I know it's the same in the bottle...long story I ask him to bring his machine to me so I can make my payment I'm never late and got a good customer he still refused me so I ask his name and nr so that I can make a complaint so he give it to me and I left. When I arrived home I phoned Truworths explained everything to him and he apologized and gave me a ref nr 86685 today is the 6th of July and got no response yet, I felt like a criminal that day and mistreated.
estee lauder agent called Nomsa in the mall of africa branch
I have been a loyal estee lauder customer for over 20 years. I purchase all my products from the truworths in Mall of Africa for the last past 2 years, and I am there every single month.
Sunday the 04/07/2021 I went to the branch looking for a sample on a specific cream which I had x1 sachet to try. So I wanted another one in order to ensure it works for my skin.
The estee lauder agent Nomsa which I have never seen there before told me she cannot assist me, that one sachet is more than enough to test and see if the cream works.
I told her I purchase estee lauder products from this branch every single month. Her response to me was "I am the estee lauder agent and I have never seen you before".
I was so disgusted I asked for the branch supervisor which was no help either really.
Normally a girl called Z helps me I do not know her full name. The most pleasant and helpful person.
And already knows exactly what I purchase every month.
So for that so called Estee Lauder Agent Nomsa to offend me like that really upset me. I left everything I had in my hands I was going to purchase and left the store.
But I cannot believe truworths or Estee lauder employ people like Nomsa which is suppose to provide customer service and refusing to help me.
I will not go back to that store ever again or any truworths as a matter of fact.

As i was returning an item at Truworths branch 278, The operator 2036452 was helping me with my return... I told him I'm also collecting an online order he said I'll help you with the return first, when we were done he called another customer "olandelayo" while i was still standing on his counter... I then asked what about my online item he pointed at some lady that was busy with someone to help me, i stood there for a long time some lady wasy bisy up and down taking putaways to the sales floor while the Queue was flocking with no socoal distance, the so called Manager is so relaxed with all the mess in the store, she didn't care to even apologise to customers that were waiting on the queue for the wait... I stood there until i asked for the manager so i could complain only to find she's the lady that they said is getting my parcell but has been standing by the cash desk forever.
She then asked someone to get my parcel after a very long wait. As i went out of the store no consultants on the depertaments you just figure out or help yourself out no one to assist or to ask from. Thos was the worst experience 9778691(the unskilled Manager that took hours to get my parcel)

EFT payment not reflecting to my store account
I paid this account [protected] via EFT on 28/04/2020 an amount of R700 . A month later I enquired about this payment not reflecting and I was told of backlog and that they resolve and get back to me. Almost a year later this query is not yet resolved and the sad part is that account was handed over after that . I called and emailed no response

Store Service
I have been a client of Truworths for many years, and have an account with Truworths that has been paid up for some time now, so I don't owe Truworths any money. I visited your Truworths Three Rivers Store today, 24 June 2021, and the security guard refused me access to the store by using my own hand sanitizer. I was informed that I was forced to spray my hands with and unmarked substance at the door (sanitizer) otherwise I was not allowed to enter. The store manager was called whom also refused my entrance. I explained that alot of stores use cheap dangerous substances that smells terrible and I prefer using a valid labled Sanitizer of my own as I have a very sensitive skin. I advised the manager that he is welcome to check and verify my sanitizer, but still refused my entrance. This is unacceptable for me. I am a law abiding citizen, I wore my mask that covered my mouth and nose, and sanitized my hands with my own marked legal sanitizer, and was still refused entrance to your store.
I continued shopping and various other stores in the Three Rivers Shopping Centre, and NO other store refused my entrance, and was happy with me sanitizing with my own product.
I will therefor never support your Truworths Three Rivers store again, and I will also advise other Truworths fans on social media of the way Truworths prefer to treat their loyal customers.

Rude consultants and harassments of unnecessary phone calls
My account is is paid up-to-date my next payment is due month-end only, but i keep receiving phone calls from you rude consultants and they insist my account is arrears when i ask how is in arrears they told me its R14.00 i want to know why is my account in arrears because its paid by debit order i have a debit order that am paying every month to Truworths. please update clients information to avoid unnecessary phone calls to your clients and unnecessary confusion.

I was in jubilee mall in truworths were I was sent to purchase on my mother's behalf because she is sick, she gave me a letter and her identity documents because she doesn't have a card for more than three years now, I needed a gown I had to wear tonight in a gala dinner they refused me because my mother doesn't have a card and its not her fault not to have a card, they said she must at least possess a gift card and I fail to see why must she have a gift card while having an account, there fore I need help today as of now
