I went in the store to exchange sad part about it I lost the sales records, they had to call the forest hill to get the slip number. For some reason they couldn't get my records on their systems after I stood in their centurion store for more than an hour. Some rude lady (manager) without a name tag, she said the is nothing she can do. Telling a clients we can't help you. I felt they did not go extramile to assist. Poor poor service. I was later told to drive to forest hill to be assisted there. Lerato and Adelida kept on laughing while I was standing there as if they knew I wasn't going to get assisted.
