Package damaged during transit.
Today, 4/23/2022, I received by UPS delivery, items I had ordered from a vendor. The package was torn open: the top of the package had been torn open and just folded back down, the corner of the package was torn from top to bottom. The package had been exposed to oil or some other material that left a soiled area.
The contents 'appeared' to have been gone thru. All the items I had ordered were in the package but I honestly do not know how they remained so due to the destruction of the package.
Desired outcome: I request an explanation of how packaging is destroyed while in UPS' care. This is the second delivery I have received within a week wherein the packaging had been destroyed.

I bought a tile top antique table in Pembroke Pines, FL from Tonya Dillard who lives in Pembroke Pines, FL. They are not wanting to pay for a poorly packaged tile table, that was not pack correctly told to me by the UPS Center in Barstow, CA The UPS person in Barstow is Carla [protected]. She is only available in the mornings 9 AM to 11 AM. The store manager at the UPS store in Pembroke Pines was Michael who insisted he was more than able to pack this as he was a professional (?). It came in a box that was only had to short sheets of bubble wrap around the legs (2 sheets, 4 legs) I asked the shipper to put a couple pieces of cardboard to the top to keep the tiles from coming loose in transit. Was not done, one tile loosened and came off and was cracked in two. UPS in Barstow said it ws not packed according to UPS standards. (Carla) This was shipped out first week of Feb 2022. Now they are not wanting to pay for the table, but are doing nothing for satisfaction to me the buyer. I paid Tonya Dillard to handle this for me by giver her an extra $50 for her trouble. After a BBB complaint we were contacted by UPS (above). if UPS does not help you dispute your transaction and cancel your payment with your credit company. Driver lied about delivery
Email stated Amazon package left on porch 6:55 pm. No package delivered anywhere, not even on street.
Next morning, package appears under mailbox on street.

Delivery service to my apartment.
On 3/28/2022 I received an e-mail stating I am scheduled for a delivery by days end, I waited patiently for my phone to ring to let the delivery in the security gate... nothing. By 10 pm I received an e-mail stating that a delivery was attempted. I went outside to see if there was a notice from UPS, nothing.
I called Customer service and was assured another delivery attempt will be made the next day 3/29/2022. Today I received an e-mail stating a delivery will be attempted. Tonight I received another e-mail stating a delivery was attempted. My delivery instructions say dail 380 on the dail pad. This brings my cell phone and I let them in.
I receive deliveries from Amazon Prime, and FedEx deliveries, all of these deliveries get to my apartment which is located in LOS ANGELES. UPS must have some inept delivery personnel who are not doing their job. I should not have to go to some access point to get my delivery.
Desired outcome: Receive my delivery packages from UPS as I do from other delivery services.
Like many of you I’m disappointed in the lack of concern, service and incompetence in which I received from UPS.

3/24/22 the ups driver killed my10 yr old dog inside my yard
on 3/24/22 the ups driver was delivering a heavy box so he threw it over the small wired fence that we have and landed on my 10 yr old small dog killing it. I saw him trying to throw it over and I can tell it was heavy so as I'm walking out my house to see what he had, he said "I'm sorry so sorry" I looked at my dog and it was laying there bleeding to death. This is a horrible tragedy for me. My dog was a member of the family for 10 yrs. and the messed up part is that the box wasn't even for us. It was for the neighbors next door. What if it was a small kid, my dog was my baby. I wish you guys would train these young employees to be careful in the surroundings when delivering packages. I know there is no way my baby can be brought back to life, but UPS can train these employees to be more careful and avoid tragedies like this. If they would of delivered to the right address I would of still had my baby with me. So devastating! I didn't want to take pictures because it is traumatizing as it is seeing your doggy bleeding to death because she died in 15 min.

Truck damaged my property
On Friday, 3/18/22, I received a delivery from UPS. The UPS truck leaked transmission fluid all over my asphalt driveway, which is new. There is a line coming into the driveway, a puddle where the driver parked, and a line where he backed up to exit. This is very unsightly, and the spill was potentially dangerous to my dogs as well.
The local UPS office sent someone to try to clean it up, but the stain remains and is significant.
Desired outcome: I would like the stain to be completely removed. This driveway was an expensive upgrade to our property last summer. I will include two photos of the damage, but the line of stain goes a longer way than what is shown in the photos.
Delivery person's attitude
I work from home and my office is 7 feet from the front door. I heard the UPS Truck pull up and when I got up to open the door I found a notice on the door.
There was no knock or doorbell rung before I went outside and saw the truck (now 3 houses down) and I flagged her over. When she pulled up she had an attituded and when I ask if she had knocked or rang the doorbell she sarcastically said yes and that maybe I didn't hear her.
I would not follow up but I heard her call me a [censored] and continued to talk loudly to herself as she got back in the truck.
This is not the first time I am home and the UPS driver does not knock or ring the doorbell. I understand times are hard for everyone, but this is not acceptable service.

Missing Jacket
I purchased a $300 jacket from Carhartt WIP. Unfortunately they used UPS as there delivery service. I made sure to be home all day because I know what kind of reputation UPS drivers have of STEALING and "losing" packages. I was waiting right by the door with the door wide open when I got an alert that the package arrived. Peeked outside with no sign of the package or a UPS truck... Tried to file a claim and their claims department were not helpful at all.
Try to avoid UPS at all cost. I work hard for my money and to have that UPS driver rob me of $300 is said. Work for what you want, plain and simple. You may get lucky and actually get your package delivered but that's you getting lucky because most UPS drivers are comprised of thieves.
A rude delivery driver
I am one of the managers working at Astella apartments in San Francisco, CA. There was a rude driver that was delivering packages to our community for residents, we asked the driver if he could use the lockers for smaller packages as our package room is not big and would like only large items to go inside there. The driver rudely said no and said he would not drop off packages if he cannot drop the package where ever he likes.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. My blood pressure spikes whenever I have to deal with anything UPS related. The worst part is you have ZERO opportunities for recourse or to complain because it is IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY ON THE PHONE. Everything is automated and when you try to ask for a representative, the automated service HANGS UP ON YOU.
I have had countless issues with a single delivery and when I was told that someone from dispatch would contact me, they called me at 7pm and when I didn't pick up the phone they did not give me a call back number.
This is out of control.

I brought 2 boxes to the UPS store for return to Amazon. Amazon only credited me with one return. My receipt had the same tracking for both boxes. When I returned to the UPS store #6027 with the second tracking number the manager said they could not find it in their system it never left the store? And there is nothing he can do about it? Refusal to deliver my package
I ordered something to be sent overnight. It was put on the truck for delivery on March 1, 2022. It never got delivered stating it was delayed due to severe weather. It was 56 degrees and sunny. The roads were clear. It was put on the truck on Wednesday, March 2. It was not delivered again due to severe weather. Again, it was sunny and in the 50s. Roads are perfect.
So what is the problem UPS? I think the driver is either lazy or he or she stole my package. This driver is lying about severe weather.
