UPS service

Received a product from the US that was built in the US. The product was defective and the company who produced it contacted UPS to pick it up so that it could be returned and replaced under warranty. The parcel was picked up the next day and it then went to a warehouse and back to where it started and back to the same warehouse where it was help for a missing document. Nobody from UPS contacted me. If I had not checked online I would not have known there was a problem. When I did call UPS I had to wait 45 minutes on the phone to speak to someone who spoke enough English to understand my inquiry. Another phone call and several emails to UPS and I am still waiting for a reply 4 days after the ship date to see if the document was sufficient for them to release it from a local warehouse. A call from UPS to ask for my email address so they could send me a document to fill out was again very frustrating as the women could not speak English and obviously could not even transcribe my email address correctly as I never did get the form. I found one online and filled it out and sent it but still waiting for a reply. What an incompetent company. Why hire people for customer service positions who cannot speak enough English to be able answer even basic questions.

UPS ups driver

Ups driver almost took the whole front left side of my car out as he was turning into the street I was driving down. Incident occurred at approximately 4.15pm today on the corner of Oak and Lenox streets, Glen Ellyn. I am extremely mad about their careless driving, the only reason he didn't hit me was because I had to brake suddenly and very violently to avoid him turning into me as I was driving past him. Not good enough UPS, I expect disciplinary action to be made against this careless driver!

UPS ups property damage

While making a delivery to my house the UPS man backed into one of my side trees breaking a branch off and ripping the telephone wire from my house. When he came to the front door he said it looked like ice knocked it down. WOW! What a liar, because I saw him do it. Also side information, there isn't even any snow outside! I have tried calling UPS several times but I can never get a person and their claims website doesn't have any options for property damage. UPS sucks!

UPS driver tearing up my lawn

I have a driver complaint. It's occurred numerous times this week for Delivery to:
1 Butterfield Ln unit 3 or 4 in Stratham NH 03885.
The driver has been turning around at the corner of my property and is ruining my lawn. (Note: I have not even been the recipient of the packages being delivered because they are for my neighbor.)
If it continues I expect UPS to handle the cost incurred to fix my lawn.
Delivery of a package today was about 1:15 pm on Friday November 30th, 2018 for you to track the driver of the vehicle causing this damage.

UPS packages being left all over my yard when I have a front porch

I received another package today and it was left by my barn; the box was wet from the morning dew so it must have been there last night. Earlier in the week a package and an envelope were left by my garage doors. I have a FRONT DOOR and am requesting that all packages be left there.

The package left by my barn was quite heavy and I had to drag it to the garage in order to get it out of the elements. Why in the world would your delivery driver(s) just willy nilly put packages anywhere on my property? Would be just as easy to put them on my front porch which has a covering and would be more protected from getting wet.

UPS service I am complaining about

JOYCE BURNETT;i am having trouble in getting my packages delivered to my shipping address;539 leesville rd. 24502 lynchb urg virginia. they keep tacking my packages to ups store for pickup. i told them 8 times already i am hanicapped and dont drive. and i am home everyday, all day. there is no excusr for this customer service! plkease find out what the problem is, and please respond!

UPS delayed delivery of my package

This company is the [censored]tiest ever. I wonder why amazon, Best Buy prefer these guys?! They cannot once deliver a package on time! I ordered a MacBook from bestbuy to be delivered to my home and they used ups to send my package. For some reason the apartment number was wrong in my packet. They said there was a delivery exception coz of this and I called to update my address.. which they did not due to their negligence! Again without confirming with the sender (Best Buy) or reciever (me) they tried to deliver to the same wrong address.. are they out of their mind?! I somehow called Best Buy and after talking to 4 ups customer service agents I fixed the address and issue. And they said they will again attempt delivery next day.. i will be out of town and won't be there to take the package. When I ask them to deliver on Monday they said I have to pay them $6 for that! Why the [censored] will I pay them a dime? [censored]tiest mail service ever. I prefer fedex or usps any day over these [censored]s!

UPS delivery of ups packages on 11/28/18

I received two separate delivery's UPS

Multi packages dropped off at my back door piled up I had to push packages away just to open the door. Gratefully nothing broke.

Three hours or about that not sure how long exactly apart the from the first delivery the second delivery was but, our health care worker found most expensive package left up against the wheel of our car in the car port. Don't know when I would have found it if it wasn't for the kindness of the care giver... or could have taken/stolen but thankful that wasn't the case.

Delivery would have been much easier to drop off at front door. Or open the screen door and put in porch would have been safe many do that. There are better options than to be careless and make it hard for handicap people to access or know or see a package in a carport. Please take better care in delivery's..

Just letting you know no harm done and grateful for that.. Better instructions and care would be appreciated ...

UPS every package I expect to receive.

For a year I have been attempting to get the local branch to understand our office hours are 8 to 12. That is based on the service we provide. After that I am out on call and the part time office staff is gone. The irony is that when I miss a delivery I am expected to pick it up during dedicated office hours. Who is the customer here? Who is providing a service to who? The local guys are very unresponsive and rude. I do understand the time of year, but as I have said this has been a year long complaint.

UPS lazy drivers

I ordered a larger package from Amazon, probably weighed close to 70lbs. There were 2 UPS men who delivered it. First off it was raining and considering the ground was wet and there were puddles they proceed to flip it end over end on the wet ground and through puddles, they flop it on the end of my porch where it could still get wet and it laid in a puddle that was on the porch. There is no reason why these 2 lazy men couldn't have picked it up and carried it to my porch and put it in a dry spot. I am a small person and I picked it up by myself and took it in the house. I'm glad I was home to get it or there is a good possibility it would have been ruined. Beyond furious.

UPS poor service

This happened in Chicago on 11-20-19 & 11-21-19. My daughter had a package to be delivered to my house on Wednesday because it needed a signature. They tried delivering the package on Tuesday when everybody was working and couldn't get a signature. They left a sheet on my door saying they were sorry they missed me and would redeliver on the next ups delivery date which was Wednesday. The driver took it upon himself to deliver it to the access point and not my address. I waited all day for them to come so that I could sign and nobody came. I had to go to the access point to pick it up. What a waste of a day. I called ups about it and all they could say is it could be redelivered on Friday or Monday when everyone would be working and couldn't get a signature. UPS has lazy drivers. Won't use ups in the future.

UPS delivery drivers speeding through my neighborhood

We recently purchased a home in the 19000 block of Sunlake Blvd. in Lutz, FL. I am wondering if you monitor the speed of your drivers, because they travel well in excess of the posted speed limit through our neighborhood on a daily basis. There are numerous children in the are, making this very dangerous for them & other driver said on the road, not to mention the gas they are wasting & excess wear & tear on company property. If you would like specific times & truck numbers, we would be happy to start collecting such information. I witnessed 2 drivers today speed past our house (both heading south towards Dale Mabry Highway). The first was 5:00pm, the second at 5:31pm. We have also seen then them going north on Sunlake Blvd. speeding as well. Thank you for your time & attention in this matter. We will also be contacting the local office to notify them as well.

UPS delivery services

My order from eXtra ordered on the 1st of Nov and provided to UPS on the 3rd of Nov has still not arrived even though the date of delivery was set for the 9th of Nov. No updates are made on the site of the third party (UPS), the interface of the portal is very non-intuitive resulting in me being unable to put my complain easily, no local support number is available to talk to any representative. Worst of all, no update has been made on the status nor has any one thought to call or message or email me to update with the new date. This is one of the worst home delivery experiences I have had, all thanks to the absolutely uncaring attitude of UPS and also eXtra.
All in all I am extremely dissatisfied and also unable to find any support to know when I may get my order.

UPS ups truck needs repairs

I was driving on route 704 in Lanham MD on Nov 15 2018 at 3:30pm and I was behind truck #666021 which does not have working brake lights. The trucks tail lights were illuminated and turn signals worked but the lights never got brighter or any other lights came on when the brakes were applied. It is very difficult to tell when the truck is slowing down. The truck stopped at multiple red lights so the brakes had to have been applied.

UPS packages being dropped off in the middle of the entryway with no notice

For the last two days at 2509 14th street NW, Watford City ND, The driver that has been switched to this route has not delivered the packages to personnel at the front desk. He has opened the entry way door where individuals can get out of muddy cloths and then enter the facility and dropped all the packages there instead of letting some one sign for the packages. We have individuals that stay with us at Target Lodging and order things that are important to them. We strive to make sure that their stay with us is a good one but when packages are left in the walk way where they can not get in the door that is unacceptable.

UPS driver driving truck

This morning on my way to work I was driving on Route 130, through East Windsor, NJ on my way into Cranbury, in the right lane, approaching a red light, so I was slowing down a little, when a UPS driver in one of the big brown trucks, decided to pull over in FRONT of me---NO blinker, not doing it slowly, but recklessly very sudden. I in turn had to swerve over to the right side of the road, off the road, to avoid having the entire side of the driver side of my SUV demolished!

I beeped the horn while he was doing so but kept on going into my lane in front of me. As I then drove back onto the road and merged back onto Route 130 in front of him, when I looked over he laughed and gave me his middle finger as a sign to say **ck YOU!

I did manage to get the license plate number which was XET P77. Nice way to represent your company! I hope something is mentioned and done to him. I would like some type of feedback about this incident please. I can be reached at the email below.

On 8/3/ 18 sent package out thru Rivers Edge and paid to have $500 insurance on items.

8/8 Packaged arrived at destination damaged and I immediately called UPS and Lauren stated that an investigator would be out to check claim.

8/13 Rivers Edge (Marcus) calling UPS to check on claim. Told check was being sent out.

8/21 UPS (Jamal) stated that the claim refund goes to Rivers Edge and that they would notify me when it arrived.

8/24 Rivers Edge (Marcus) UPS stated they were processing the paperwork.

8/27 Rivers Edge (Angie) called UPS and was told they need the ORIGINAL paperwork on the doll or an official appraisal on its worth.

9/25 I got the appraisal and gave to Angie at Rivers Edge

10/22 Rivers Edge (Angie) UPS was to be calling her back

10/23 Rivers Edge (Angie) UPS wants paperwork sent. Done on 9/25

10/25 Per Angie at Rivers Edge still no reply from UPS

10/30 Talked to Rivers Edge (Angie) UPS states that the claim is closed just waiting on paperwork again. I stood right there and watched her send the claim by fax to UPS again.

11/1 2 Talked to Marcus at Rivers Edge and he talked to Package Express and they stated they were going to call UPS and see what the hold up is.

THIS CLAIM IS GOING TO 3 MONTHS TO GET PROCESSED.
I shipped this package in good faith and all I am getting is the run around.
When I call UPS to find out anything I am told I need to talk to Rivers Edge as they are the shipper.

WELL, Rivers Edge did not pay the fee for shipment, I did and I would like my refund.

I have made it a habit of not letting anyone I know ship with UPS and anything that I order anymore is shipped by FED EX. UPS Customer Service is AWFUL

And this next category is a joke. No listing for damaged goods.

10/30 Called UPS (Mickel) [protected] stated that Rivers Edge had never sent back claim paperwork that was sent out on Aug. 10.

10/30 Stopped in and talked to Angie at Rivers Edge and she said she had also talked to Mikel and he wanted the appraisal sent. This make atleast 3 different times this has been sent.

1Z1060W90351488420 this tracking number ups has it since 10/19 as of today 11/09 the package has not being deliver, I have made calls every day asking about the package all I get its on going to be deliver today and nothing happens, today I call and the agent hang the phone on me, the package needs to be deliver to 1403 SW 107 Ave Miami Fla 33174 its urgent . UPS driver

On 11/5/18 UPS driver Alfred delivered to 2519 Pecos Hwy Carlsbad NM 88220, this is the North Star RV Park. My husband had ordered wheels and tires for my new truck being delivered via your company requiring signature. I understood that this was a heavy delivery. When the manager called and advised UPS was here, I immediately drove up to the UPS truck to make loading easier. Alfred started out being rude and aggressively threw the tires out on the ground making it even more difficult to reload into the back of my truck. He advised someone stupid shipped them aired up increasing the weight by thirty pounds. I advised that "someone stupid" ordered them that way because it was the wheel, tire, TPMS, hardware, and balance all together. I did not however point out that the "air" didn't weigh anything. He shoved the tablet towards me to sign as I was trying to peel back a corner of the packaging to verify that they were the ones we ordered. I tried to explain to him that I needed to verify this first. He shoved the tablet in my face demanding a signature. I again tried to explain that CAR ID requires verification prior to signing. I explained that two days prior the same company sent my steps and they were incomplete and damaged and had to be refused. I explained that this company requires product verification prior to signing or they won't accept returns. They even send a contract at purchase that we had to sign and return agreeing to this before they would ship. Alfred got ruder and more aggressive and advised that I was not allowed to do this that I had to sign. At this point I am tired and angry, I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and was having a hard time standing up the 100 lb tire and removing the shrink wrap to peek in. He had a temper tantrum and loudly said he would not allow me to go any further without signing and that was company policy and that I needed to inform CAR ID of this. I couldn't see the screen due to the sun and he snatched the tablet back and pulled up a screen with a line to sign on so I signed. I thought that he was putting the tablet on the truck and was going to help me pick up the tires and put them in my truck. Instead he literally peeled out in the UPS truck and sped away leaving one 100 lb tire leaning against my shins, one 100 lb tire about 10 feet away laying flat on the ground in the middle of the parking lot that 18 wheelers speed around in, the other two 100 lb each tires were left laying flat on the ground about 20 feet away by the office. I managed to get all four upright and rolled to the back of my truck but I could not lift them up. I had to call my husband who was at work 30 miles away to come help me, which left me sitting on said tires in the middle of a busy parking lot for close to an hour waiting. Later that night the RV Park manager called and asked me if I had taken any other packages from UPS. I advised no that she watched me with the tires in the parking lot for an hour (she has a broken leg and couldn't help me) ... she advised that the ups man entered it into the system that I had signed for another package and that that lady wanted her delivery. It may be your policy to not allow verification and to not allow customer assistance; if it is, then you need to advise your customers who pay you to ship their products that you will not allow verification prior to signing. I know it should not be your policy to enter fraudulent information into your system stating that packages were left with someone when they were not... If it is also your policy to be rude, aggressive, lie, and refuse assistance with the packages you just delivered then eventually karma will catch up with you as I know it will eventually find Alfred.
