driver rude, scary.
On Valley Boulevard in Alhambra California 2:45 p.m. Saturday. Driver parked illegally when I told him to move his truck he started shouting profanities at me. Very scary person I thought he was going to attack me he took a picture of my license plate. Contact me at [protected] I want to complain further. This person should not be working for you.
Dangerous/Aggravated Driver
On April 27th at approximately 5:30 pm PST, the driver of the UPS truck with license plate 75492B2 was speeding through a residential neighborhood at Elverta and Driver in Antelope, 95843. While riding my bike to the right side of the road, he chose to push past and nearly hit me.
As he was forced to slow at a speedbump, I rode along to his left hand side to complain. He said and I quote "try using the [censored] sidewalk. use your brain. use your brain" Please keep in mind there were children outside playing in this residential neighborhood.
A couple of items to note about this behavior. Firstly, I was fully within my legal rights as a cyclist. Secondly, there is no reason any driver, much less a professional driver representing UPS, should be speeding through the neighborhood. Thirdly, his utter disregard for my safety shows me that he has no respect for residents or children in the neighborhoods he is supposed to be servicing. Finally, his immediate turn to swearing while on the job is an impressive display of a lack of professionalism or respect.
I would like to learn how UPS plans to address drivers that give such a terrible name to the company.
driving too fast
Driver was in a neighborhood where kids ride bikes. Came around the corner too fast and scared a child on a bike.
Drivers should be taking neighborhood corner turns slowly instead of maintaining speed.
It happened around 6:45 on 4/27

Sadly I've been reading online where this seems common and UPS seems to ignore these complaints.
Driver
The driver was blocking the whole road for about 17 minutes. I finally honked..like hello! Someone is behind you. The driver yells for me to [censored] wait! Then takes his sweet [censored] time just staring at me moving slow and telling me off. 1st of all ge shouldnt have been blocking the entire road like ge did. He should have pulled to the side. 2nd where does ge get the audacity to cuss at me and talk to me like that! Something needs to be done about this guy. That was disrespectful and unprofessional. My name is john trujillo [protected]. I hope to get a call from someone with action taken against that guy. Or ill just keep calling until someone does. I do have a picture of his plate and i also have a picture of how he blocked the road!
driver (not regular)
Sub driver brought large box and another smaller one. As he walked in door, asked if I would deliver next door to church. Told him it was a heavy box and no, I couldn't. (I am a 70 yr old woman, covering office at a daycare). He stated he was running behind. Stormed out of building with the smaller box (which I would have delivered for him if he had taken the time to explain it was not the microwave we had ordered.)
He yelled at me asking my name and sarcastically saying 'thanks for the help and he would report me. This man was rude, inconsiderate and totally unprofessional. He can report all he wants ... there are witnesses to his behavior.
I would like to state our regular driver is polite and very helpful.

driver consistently delivers to wrong address
Ups quartzsite, arizona driver consistently delivers to wrong address! And we are sick and tired of it. This is a very small town. There is no excuse. It's not brain surgery for christ sake. Just a new level of. Incompetence! One driver. One route. We are all tired of his incompetence/laziness! And are making a town wide push for people to choose fed ex instead of ups.
customer service
I received notification my package was delivered on 4/17/18, unfortunately it was not delivered to the shipping address instead it was delivered to Amazon and signed by the dock person. I called UPS customer service on the same day and spoke with a rep who advised I would receive my package by 4/19/18 never received it called again on 4/21/18 and was advised they had recovered the package and I will receive it by end of day on 4/23/18. I called UPS back on 4/24/18 to hear they will need to do a investigation and it takes 8 days and they have until 4/30 to recover my package. I advised the supervisor Mario I needed my package by Friday due to the merchandise is for my Baby shower on 4/28 he was rude and advised there was nothing he could do and I needed to wait or reorder my shipment. When I had advised him that the shipper was willing to reship my merchandise but UPS just need to call them to notify them so they can do so due to they could see an investigation was started and he was not willing to do so . Poor customer services UPS is the worst

I would have submitted this complaint sooner, but I had no time since last week. I have been dealing with this delivery driver since my employ at this company, and my work/living situation is unique, I work security at the apartment I live in. I see this delivery driver on Tuesdays when he makes his deliveries, and I usually have a hard time getting him to deliver packages to the company's designated mail room.
Twice, he has tried to make me finish his job while he has had packages waiting to be put into the mail room, instead of putting them in the room, himself (It is my understanding that his job is to deliver the packages to the designated room, not hand them off to me, a security guard. My job is to escort him to the room). I am always polite to him, despite his preposterous attitude.
This driver has only had me sign for packages twice, and it is within my description to do so, I'm not complaining about that. My issue is that the driver, knowing my full name (he has recited it to me, without prompt, prior to having me sign for packages on one occasion), dropped my package (which, aside from arriving open on top, did contain glass, thankfully, it did not break, because the company I ordered from, Jet, packed the items very well. The box of salt, on the other hand, as it was on the bottom, did burst a little, undoubtedly because of how he handled my package. I did not think to take a picture, as I was working at the time of delivery and just wanted to get the package into my apartment, I only checked for damage on the glass items, as they were most important to me), from half his height, and refused to have me sign, because he already knew it was my package that he dropped.
I must reiterate that I have never been rude to this man, I have only insisted that he finish his portion of his job, to which he has taken issue, and this time, he took it out on a package I ordered. Because of the frequency of our interactions and the fact that he has demonstrated knowledge of my name, I find it impossible to believe that he did not know it was my package he dropped.
At this moment, I am unsure what a desirable resolution would be, as I have gone to the building manager to confirm whether he actually has to place the packages in the designated room, or whether I should be expected to finish that portion of his job. My building manager (and boss) have agreed that as I'm not a delivery driver, he should finish this portion of his job, instead of expecting me (or one of the maintenance men, I have been instructed to have them move heavy packages for the construction workers, regardless of which company delivers them) to do it.
His behavior seems unprofessional, to me, and taking out his personal issues on my packages because I've insisted that he see his job through to the end (at least, at my post), is definitely immature and unethical. Whether he did attempt to open my package, I cannot say, but none of the other packages arrived open or damaged, so I did find that suspect. (I just filed this under "employees" because there's no category for "deliveries". I trust this will make it to the correct department.)
shipping
I called multiple times to track my package even day for 5 days since pickup and was told I'll receive it today. Now I took the day off to get it but i called and was told that I can pick it up from Pennsylvania and I live in VA if I wanted it today or wait until the end of the day tomorrow. I can't even get a two hour delivery time window..I'm a delivery driver myself for home Depot so why is what I'm asking a problem.
delivery and customer service
A package shipped via UPS to me was misdelivered. I finally received it (via my neighbor, to whom it had been delivered), and when I called to find out why it had been misdelivered, I was told I would get a call back within an hour and to "stay by my phone." Well, imagine my surprise when I didn't get a call. I finally called again, and was told "we are too busy to call within the hour, but will call you in the morning." When I mentioned that perhaps there was a failure to communicate to the customer service folks, as they were still telling customers that we will call you within the hour, the "supervisor" argued with me, and said his communication was just fine. He got very argumentative, and kept interrupting. If you are too "busy" (mind you, I am the reason you are busy, it's called "BUSINESS" for a reason) from customers calling to complain about misdeliveries, then there is a bigger issue here, I think. We already have a note on our Amazon account that says "Do not deliver via UPS" because of issues. I will have to put this note on my Nordstrom account.
unacceptable and unprofessional customer services
I had an international shipping which supposed to be delivered to a new york hotel on April 11. I was in Canada tracking my shipment everyday. So I saw the first attempt delivery was not successful, I called ups right away. And both me and customer representative thought maybe the address is not correct, and it's clarified and updated.(correct address but hotel name added) I also asked to see whether something's going on or there's money involved so the hotel rejected to take the parcel.( I saw duty related message in the tracking process, so I wonder maybe it's related to money) I was told there's no money related, they will always charge the shipper not the receiver.
On April 12, delivery failed again. So I called ups again and try to see why. And I was ensured that package will be delivered the next day.
On April 13, delivery failed again. I called ups again and finally they could told me it's because of duty and it's COD. I was connected with Brittaney after talking to two representatives. I was asked to go pick up at the greenwich customer centre but I rejected as I am not a local and not familiar with places. So I asked if I can leave the money at the hotel so when they deliver again the hotel can help me pay. So I lose with the hotel and I called Brittaney back to confirm that money is settled and to have her send the package over again. She told me it will take one to two business days which will he April 16 / 17th.
On April 18th, I arrived the hotel again, found out package was failed to deliver. They got the ups driver's message said cash is not accepted.
I then called ups again and finally connected again with Brittaney after two representatives (of course repeating whatever's going on), when Brittaney picked up the phone, I sure had to repeat once more again (why a great customer service) . I told her I wasn't told that cash is not accepted, I asked her why she didn't mention to me. She kept telling me they only take money order and cheque. Thank you, I don't need you to tell me after I knew it from a mistake. I told her I can go to the centre to pick up the package and pay duty there, so I can end all these things. I asked her if the centre take cash. She then tell me she can direct my call to do a payment with credit card over the phone. I asked her why paying with cc over phone was not an option when we talked on last Friday. If I was told paying cc over phone is an option, everything would be much easier. I was quite angry honestly. So does the representative, Brittaney. There was one point I thought I did something very wrong. I do think Brittaney is extremely unprofessional and need to apologize for all the inconveniencea caused. She did not realize or admit the mistakes she made. In conclusion, for this whole process, I've talked to 9 of your staffs. They were successfully help UPS to develop an thumb down image with lack of knowledge and no professionalism.
UPS will never be my choice!
driver
On Tuesday April 17th at approximately 5 pm DST, I returned home and found a UPS delivery truck blocking the driveway of the apartment building where I live. He was blocking the full eastbound lane of the street as well. I honked my horn once to get his attention and did not. When I opened my door, I heard him in the back of the truck and went to the passenger side and knocked on his door. He came out and I asked him to move the truck so I could get into the driveway. He's answer was something like "when I'm good and ready." He then denied that he was blocking the drive and suggested that he could give me directions to the "DMV so that I could learn how to drive." When I protested, he started yelling and was abusive as he walked away, yelling insults over his shoulder as he went.
The Pennsylvnia license plate on the truck reads ZHT 5257. The truck number on the side of the door reads 166406. I have photos of both. I have made a complaint to the local police (Radnor Township, PA) and have spoken with the company that manages our apartment building at the request of the police officer.
delivery
Two different packages at different times was dropped off at the wrong address. The first one the residents dropped the package off at my home. The second one that weighs almost one hundred pounds was also dropped of the other day at there house again. It sat outside for two days until I took a ride a few streets over and there it was a 300$ package . the residents were away on vacation.the last package had the right address on it from amazon but the wrong address from ups code [protected]. I called ups they said nothing could be done to call amazon. So in the mean time I had to shove this big entertainment center into my little car and bring it home myself with help really heavy. Ups doesn't care they passed the buck onto amazon. How did the package stamps end up with a different address than the big one on the side.. No one could explain why. Too much cramp to have something delivered.
service
I ordered a BBQ to be delivered and a scheduled date was set for Wednesday April 11th 2018. I live on the third floor of an Condo, and have no access to a truck, so I arranged to be home from work to be their for the delivery. At 4pm I get an email stating it won't be delivered as scheduled, but rescheduled for the following day. I was not able to be off work another day to sign and receive the delivery, so I registered for MY UPS Online as he offered an option to set another delivery day. The registration was cumbersome and took several attempts to finally get registered. I selected the change delivery option and a pop up window gave me and error message. I called customer service and they were unable to help me, but transferred me to technical support. After being on hold I finally get through and explain what is happening, and the tech told me I was put through to Internal support not customer technical support and offer to transfer me. Now I am getting very frustrated, so I was put through to external tech support and was walked through the fix. Now I can access reschedule delivery and set up a date of Friday the 13th . I proceed to change the date and click reschedule, where I was taken to my Credit Card Info to PAY! for the change...So I submit and pay so bow it is Friday at 7pm end of there delivery day and no delivery. I called Customer service 2 times through the day and was assured it was scheduled for delivery on the scheduled day. Well NO delivery! another wasted day. Worst service ever.
delivery
I had purchased laser checks for my business, which were delivered via UPS on 4/13/2018 at around 1:45 PM.
Tracking # 1Z1819190381848041
The package was left in front of my garage, instead of under the porch by the door. Also, there was no attempt to let anyone who may be inside know that a package was outside. It was a cloudy and rainy day. If I had not been home and heard the truck, my checks would have been ruined (value $297) and I would have had to re-order.
The driver on this delivery fell short of the service we typically receive from your drivers. I require no further resolution than for this to be brought to the attention of the driver.

I had been waiting a month for my package and when I finally got it, it was completelt destroyed. Not only was it completelt destroyed but it was shipped in a box that was too small so they had a piece of cardboard to tape up the sides to it the top piece of random cardboard to make the top of the box. When we told the anthropologie, they said to leave the package outside for UPS to pick up.
The UPS worker comes and he accuses me of damaging the package and contents myself. And asked "where is the top?", perplexed, I explained to him that that was exactly how I got the package.
Why would I damage the item that I bought and have been waiting for for a month now? And the package was delivered to me a day ago, why would I hide another part of the box? I opened the box, saw that it was completely damaged and closed it back up. I ordered a metal waste basket for my laundry. The metal had completey bended inwards on the outside as well as the inside and the box itself was completelt damaged.
The worker kept accusing me and saying that it didn't come like this. Again, why would I do this to myself and I don't have the strength to destroy and bend metal like this. Then after he saw that I was getting upset, he says "I'm just trying to make conversation."
Are you? You just accused me of destroying my own item that I bought that I've been waiting for a month for and keep telling me that you didn't bring it like this.
You can't treat people this way.
delivery driver for ups
My name is David Ching and I am the Director of Security at the USS Missouri Memorial Association, Inc. located on Ford Island, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam on Oahu. On Thursday, 4/5/18, a UPS delivery driver came to deliver packages and parked in an unauthorized area. We told him to move his vehicle but he refused. He ignored us and told us he will move it when he's done. i told him we would call base police and have him trespassed. He said we can't trespass him. He was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. I do not want him to return to our site. I will not hesitate to call Military Police and have him trespassed. Please do not send him on our route anymore or I will be forced to involve legal representatives in this matter. He was an African American male with tattoos on his arm.
Thank you.

I have received several damages items through you UPS. At which point I have to go through a return process with the vendor to reacquire a replacement. Then hope the replacement is not damaged by UPS. If I have a choice of shipping vendors be sure to know I won't be using UPS. As your advertisement say what can brown do for you. How about not damaging the products that you are shipping.
worst service guaranteed delivery day - 4 days late
I ordered a $1000.00 foam mattress with a Guaranteed delivery date... 4 days later the package still had not arrived and when I called customer service the agent argued with me and said I had received the package. Yes, I received a package with a different tracking number, but the driver told me my other package was not on his truck or the other drivers truck. The customer service rep kept telling me I was wrong. I asked how I could possible be wrong when the package I did receive was 5lbs and the one I still had not received was 100lbs. No, no, no, apparently I am an idiot and I did get my package! So, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the customer service rep hung up on me.
I have gotten a hold of customer service again now, speaking with a supervisor and they cannot find my package...
