UPS just leaving a package I wanted to refuse and when contacted failure to respond in a timely manner

ups delivered two packages without a knock on door two see if I would accept or refuse, and when contacted to come and get package to return to sender they failed to show up from morning to 7 o clock pm I waited a whole day putting my business on whole and no show by ups! to pick up return package 1zo8683A0343394273. I need an exact day of pickup and time period not an all day time period!

UPS left my package by the road

The UPS Driver left My package by the road 300 feet from My house, This has happened before and one that was stolen a couple of years ago worth $700.00 and never got reimbursed for it, I get packages all the time and most are left on the porch, This one was from Amazon and very important, There are people that live near Me that don't work and like to steal things, I am Very Pissed about the whole situation

UPS delivery

I really wish the Drivers would pay better attention to the adresses on the Delivery.
Ive had almost every single pkg ever shipped via UPS stolen!
I also made sure to set up an Access Point for delivery, and your drivers Never follow it for instructions!
They still ditch pkgs in front of my bldng.
Who is going to take accountability for all this lost merchandise and stolen mo ey?

UPS tractor trailer driver

Driver of UPS trailer was Waiting to pull into traffic, apparently. He had no turn signal to signify that he was even going anywhere. Pulled out just as I was in the left turn lane, (he was turning from the right side of the road into same direction traffic). Driver did not have enough room to complete the turn, because my car was apparently in the way, which was the 3rd lane over in traffic. He blocked traffic, then proceeded to get very close to my back end, honked at me multiple times. When I could finally move up about a foot forward, he cleared my car. I actually think he may have bumped me in the process. But as he cleared my car, he flipped me off, like I was the problem.

UPS delivery service

I had a package delivered by ups on April 3, 2018. Upon reviewing my security footage, the delivery driver threw my package on the ground, and as he proceeded to walk away, he then kicked it. This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary as we had some very expensive merchandise being delivered. Even if it wasn't, this kind of behavior is inappropriate.

UPS driver does not arrive on time

My business address is [removed]. We receive many packages through UPS almost daily ever since we opened in 2007. The regular driver on this route, Ron Hoodaberet, cannot figure out how to arrive during business hours - something I'm told by UPS customer service should happen without exception. Our business hours have not changed since we opened - we're open 6 am to 4 pm. This is posted on site as well as electronically on the company website and informational pages by Google, Yelp, Yahoo etc. We have contacted UPS customer service to confirm these hours. The driver has complained that the route is too long and there are too many packages on his truck to arrive during our business hours. However, a substitute driver covered this route who was exceptionally good. He arrived early in the day, assisted with package pickup and was incredibly friendly. If the substitute driver performance is what UPS is capable of achieving, then please make it happen. As it is now the whole company is being embarrassed.

Frankly I am uninterested in why the problem exists but only in fixing it. Whether it's a personnel issue, route issue or something else, please just fix it.

UPS driver's attitude

[The driver, a man, maybe in his 30's, slim, about 5'10", dark-skinned, was delivering at my mother's building at 121-29 Street-West, North Vancouver, British Columbia around 4:00-4:15pm. He was talking over the intercom, asking to be let into the lobby to leave his package as he was blocking the parking lot with his truck. I suggested he try parking legally. He got lippy, rhetorical, ignoring and insulting. He kept saying, "So, write me a ticket!" His truck number is 860678 (UPS). His plate= HX 0259 (British Columbia). After leaving the parking lot, he drove to the end of the street and parked in a "no stopping" zone to walk across the street to Starbucks which has its own parking lot. The pictures show his truck in the "no stopping" zone (29 & Lonsdale Street).

UPS ups driver, lack of service

Regarding Tracking # 1Z3V982Y0395082741

The driver who delivered my order of 50lbs of newsprint left it at the end of my 200 foot driveway instead of driving up to the house. All of my deliveries from UPS are always delivered to the house but he was to lazy to make the effort.

I don't see the name of the driver on the confirmation email but I'm sure you know who it is. Also, don't be mistaken by thinking he couldn't come up the driveway because the driver wrote delivered to the "Gate". There is NO GATE at the end of my driveway just an opening so vehicles can enter to the house.

UPS driver

My route driver has been using excessive speed down my private road where my children and dogs ride their bikes, play ball, etc. I am afraid one of my kids and/or dogs will be hit. It alsobcrrates a huge dust storm.
I've asked him slow down and it does no good. I understand they have many deliveries in a day but again, this is a PRIVATE road and would appreciate his respect in slowing way way down. I do not know his name but my address is 12800 County road 500 Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. Please take action.

This box arrived horribly damaged today. The driver was so rude when we mentioned that it was damaged and it says fragile. He said so. Then as I was holding the box tried to rip it out of my hands and said what DO YOU WANT me to do take it back? And when I saw ripped I mean he was forceful. I said [censor] YOU and told him to let me sign and to get out of our business.

Thee hub in Sherman, TX is horrible. They damage more packages there than any other and have the worst customer service from their employees. I have to schedule to pick up my own packages at the hub so they are not damaged. Funny how they are not damaged when I pick them up. They go through three other hubs with no issues just good ol' Sherman, TX hub.

I hope you let me know you have reprimanded this sorry driver you have. I think it is pathetic that you have a union that protects [censor] like him. I am surprised you have not taken care of this hubs issues as they regular ones.

I have a traveling business and this is the only place this happens with UPS. I think you have a better name than your Sherman, TX Hub is giving you guys.

I hope someone cares I wrote this. I do not usually give so much of my time to things like this. But it is just too much to be scared of your UPS driver to the point you cuss him out of your business as he scoffs and laughs have a good day.

UPS complaint about leaving the package outside with a signature required

I just received a package 03/31/2010 with Ups[ Dennis Kirk was the driver] he touch the belt, i touch the open door button and he left the package in not save spot, he was a signature required, reason is because i leaved on a 3rd floor with elevator" and not even with elevator, he deside yo leave the package at door entrance with no body sign it, on High value item.

UPS signature required delivery

InfoNotice # [protected]. Prescription Medication.

I went upstairs for a few minutes and when I came back down the InfoNotice was already on the door. I never heard the doorbell or any knocking. I looked out the window and saw the driver coming back up the street so I ran out onto the porch waving my arms and yelling like a mad woman. There's no way he didn't see me and could have stopped easily, as there was no traffic and plenty of room to pull over.

Here's all I'm asking for. Ring the doorbell and knock loudly, then give me some time to get to the door. If we still miss each other at the door but I'm flagging you down, stop for pete's sake, instead of pretending like you don't see me making an butt of myself.

UPS ups driver

I was walking to my car and a UPS driver honked at me and verbally threatened me.. This was at 931 Monroe Drive Atwnta, GA 30308 tonight at 7:20 PM as he was leaving the parking lot. There is a ups store there.

I was walking to my car in the Trader Joe's parking lot and he nearly ran me over told me to get out of the way and then verbally threatened me when I yelled at him for doing that. Attached photo was from another truck not from the driver that I'm referring to in the complaint. This was a black male driver.

UPS failure to deliver package as indicated. false assertion of attempted delivery.

I had a scheduled UPS delivery scheduled today (3/29/2018) between 9:15 a.m.-1:15 p.m. As result I made plans to be home during the entire time. After not receiving the delivery by approximately 1:20 p.m., I called UPS to inquire about the driver location. I was told that there was no way to contact the UPS driver & that the time given was a estmate. Then to my shock, at approximately 2:15 p.m. I received A UPS e mail notice falsely claiming to have attempted delivery to my address. I am furious because I rearranged to be home for this package that contrary to the driver assertion UPS didn't even attempt to deliver! This unfortunately is not the first time UPS has done this. I can't help but feel that UPS has some sort of issue providing delivery services to this building or perhaps even this community? I have reported this matter to Amazon since this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have requested that this package be delivered tomorrow (3/30/18) after 12 noon.
I hope this issue is addressed & that I can receive the delivery services I pay for in the future without such angst and aggravation.e

UPS driver safety concern

Me and my wife have signaled numerous times to our local UPS driver to slow down on our street.
Our street has many young children who play outside. Today the driver stopped and told me he drives the speed limit and that his driving is NoT a problem. He told me he was a supervisor(highly doubt that) and that if he ran someone over his career would be over. I told him that was unacceptable as he sped off, violently shifting gears and all the while blowing the 4 way stop sign that is for in/our entry to our neighborhood!
This must be taken care of!
I am NOT the only concerned parent in this neighborhood.

UPS delivery of mail and package

Our regular mail carrier Peter (who by the way is wonderful) wasn't working last week and all of our mail was spread up and down the block with other peoples' mail. We all delivered to the correct address.

Today, the same carrier delivered a box from Best Buy and literally DROPPED it from about 3 ft onto the cement. It is electronics!

Every time Peter is off and this guy delivers we can definitely tell who is delivering mail.

We've lived here for 21 years and have never had such an incompetent mail carrier. Maybe Peter should train him!

UPS rude delivery guy

So the guy from UPS came and ask if he can leave the next door item to us, and I said not recommended just because will not be liable for the item.
He so upset and said the item so heavy no one will even want to take it and brush out with sigh* "Geessss"
Wow... I think UPS need to retrain his employee about what is customer service all about.
I found He's so rude. plus no one asking for his opinion, it's our property and I have the rights to say no to accept other's item.
Hope UPS really do something about it.
the guy have tattoo and act like a thug? I will never support UPS, next time I have to send things out or return will definitely choose USPS instead.
I saw and read online there's a lot of complain about UPS, now I experience it my self.

UPS truck driver on highway

We were driving eastbound on 285 in Atlanta around exit 26 when I piggyback truck come over on us we almost got here trying to get out of his way and then he swerved back over the tag number on the truck could not get a state but the tag number on the truck was 386-5572 and I am here. This is the second time we have had this new driver on the expressway my number is [protected] I would like for someone to call me in reference to this it is happening too many times my name is barbra Sprayberry and this is the second time around 285 that I have almost been hit by a piggyback driver the first time I followed him to the UPS yard of the ultimate dustrial and they would not let me talk to him or his supervisor this time I need to talk to somebody

UPS driver

While pulling over for a fire truck on Roscoe Boulevard this evening a UPS truck sped up closely behind me flashed his lights and then nearly rear2ended me he continued to chase and swear at us down the road I believe the driver was either drunk or on drugs.
This continued two miles till we had to turn and get away from him.

As he sped away he tailgated another car and nearly rear ended him

UPS driver

Today 3*27*2018 i was getting a package from ebay. O waited around all day for the ups to said package to come by ups. We get packages all the time come to our house about three times a month, but today at 538 pm i get a email saying my package can not reach us on time because the address is wrong. I have lived here for 6 years and have never had a problem getting any thing. I call the ups tracking office and talked to a lady who then call the driver. My packages were still on his truck. But he said he was done with my city. But my packages were still on his truck so how could he say he was done. I gave them complete directions to my frount door. But at 630 pm i was informed that i could meet the driver some where i had never heard of before and pick my packages up. I told them i was not going any where that he needs to bring packages to me. Here it is 930 pm and still no packages and i have called the lady again and she told me he was going to bring them by after he got done with his route. She said the he was not suposed to be back at the office till 11pm.. So i am waiting. I am wondering how long do i have to wait. At 11 om if no package i am going to call that lady again and complain.
