life threat from ups delivery driver
My name is Ran Ma and my tracking number is [protected].
I received a phone call in the evening around 8pm on 9 Jan and it was from the delivery person from UPS. After I made it clear that I wouldn't be able to sign for my baggage, the driver got unbelievably angry with me in the phone call and kept yelling at me "you won't get your [censor] luggage." I didn't report him at that time. However, today at 11am on 10 Jan, this happened again and the situation got more intense. The delivery person called me and shouted at me to come downstairs to get my luggage right at my gate. After I went downstairs to my gate, he was not there and I had to travel around the neighborhood to see where he was. I didn't see him until I called him three times. During this process, he called me and yelled at me "get the [censor] downstairs". His tone was still unbearably unfriendly and rude. It sounded like he would punch me if he saw me. Finally, I met him in his car in front of another building which is not my gate at all. When we met, he was overwhelmingly angry and vicious. I was just about to tell him to be nice to his guests while he shouted "shut the [censor] up" "get your luggage and [censor] off you [censor]"and started to approach me as he was about to physically beat me. It was very threatening at that moment and if I said one more word to him, I could be attacked. I personally never said anything inappropriate to him and all I got from him is a life threat.
I don't know whether he is mentally disordered or just had a bad day but I don't think we as the customers of UPS deserve to be treated this way. It is very likely that this person will behave similarly to other customers around the area he's in charge of. UPS must do something about this person and I need to make sure that he's not going back to me again cuz apparently he has already known my face and address, which is very very not good to my personal safety.
What I'm asking for now is an apology from UPS and needs to be notified how UPS is going to deal with this person. During the process, please make sure that my private information and personal safety is still good with him.

It is with great disappointment that I am writing this email. I received an email two days ago stating that my package would be at my home by the end of January 9th Here it is 8:50pm and no package. I called customer service and of course they tell me that the package never made it to the site in my home town. HELLO, the website is telling me it should be here. I never go UPS because of this problem. Unfortunately, the sender used it. I paid someone to stay at my home and I still have no package. You guys need training from FedEx!

My package has been sitting in Lewiston Idaho since January 4 2018. Lewiston is 1 hour from my place of redidence. They never called or contacted me and stated that they couldn't deliver due to my road condition.
Fed Ex is smart enough to leave parcels at Post office or at our nail box location.
Today 01/10/2018 still no delivery.
The road to mail box has been clear all the time.
Totally unacceptable and down right lazy.

I am writing this brief form of complaint against your customer service rep. at your Kingston, N.Y. location on Tuesday, Jan. 9th 2018 at app. 1:20p.m. with Megan.
I contacted UPS regarding a shipment that I made with Amazon.
In my note from Amazon, they stated that my shipment was unable to be delivered. Reason giving no one was available to answer.
Megan... Your representative went on regarding the tracking number from Amazon and how the tracking number wasn't correct..
She than says to me this is UPS not USPS, she than hung up on me.
I called her back and explained to her that it was highly unprofessional to hang up on me after stating this isn't USPS. She than says " Can I hang up now".
Therefore, I am writing you as a form of complaint against you're representative. Please retrain your her on how to politely answer a phone and to be at least friendly. This attitude clearly isn't what UPS reflex of their employee's. I am highly offended that someone like her represents your company and it's brand. Even when I called her back to advise her of her unprofessionalism... She still was unprofessional in saying "Can I hang up now". So please someone needs to speak with her or retrain her for customer service or put her someone in the back with the boxes.

Four business days after inclement weather UPS delivered one package but wouldn't provide any information regarding the other 3 packages. When I called to inquire I was told my packages were locked in a cage and they could not give me an estimate on when they might possibly be delivered. I requested a refund because 1) it's 4 days AFTER inclement weather 2) they're delivered a package to me today so they apparently resumed a normal business schedule; and 3) they can't provide me with a timeline as to when my packages might be delivered. Regina, EID #NPT7MXM told me to contact the vendor since I paid them directly which was I was completely fine with doing. However, when I requested proof in writing that UPS would authorize my refund she refused and said UPS wouldn't refund me shipping costs due to inclement weather. I explained I don't want a refund based on inclement weather. It's 4 days after inclement weather, they're delivering packages and they can't tell me when they will deliver the others. We were getting no where so I then requested to speak a supervisor (Iyanla) who had been briefed on the situation. I told her I wasn't expecting any resolution at this point, but wanted to speak with her in hopes she could use my situation as a teachable moment for UPS with future customer service inquiries. Well, I could barely get my point across because of her constant interruptions. Ultimately, she regurgitated the previous rep's explanation and then became agitated with me when I asked to speak with someone else because at this point I'm not expecting a refund; and so she hung up on me when I requested her EID #. Not once did I swear, be rude or belligerent with them so I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. Thankful there are other couriers because I will no longer give them my business.

Resident went down to open door and receive package and put in safe place inside. Driver said it wasn't his job to put it in safe place and would not allow resident to sign for package. Resident followed driver outside asking to leave package. Driver was aggressive and walked away with package. 3 witnesses and photos.

On Monday 1/8/2018, at approximately 4:33 p.m., a UPS driver was traveling North on Meridian Ave. near Rialto Ave. in San Bernardino & I was traveling on the opposite direction. It was raining & there was a big puddle in the middle of the 2 lanes. Stupid driver was speeding in the middle so that water can splash all over my car even though I moved to my right trying to avoid him/her. There was so much water that I couldn't see & almost lost control! It's one thing to drive like a [censor], but he is representing UPS. He is very lucky I chose not to get his info that's why he probably sped up even more.

Saturday January 6th about 4-5pm I looked out the windows of my job (subway) and noticed a ups truck parked the wrong way in about 5 parking stalls in front of my store I then noticed a older woman with a handicap sign move her van because she couldn't get out because of the ups truck I then went over to the Lakeland Hills ups store in Auburn and confronted the driver and ask if he could move his truck he then said with an attitude I guess he took about 3-4 Minutes because I was back inside my store when the older lady walked in she then took a seat very winded from the walk as she is handicap and told me the driver told her to park somewhere else what irritates me the worst is the ups store has signs for specific customer parking spots and to have this huge truck take up 5-6 parking stalls is beyond me I think this guy whose truck number is 664137 should be reprimanded for his rudiness and his laziness for his current job and should bet be an embarrassment to the ups name. Mind you I know customers are over bearing at times but to do that to a business is not ok I believe we lost customers time and money because of his actions.

I have tracked two packages on UPS tracking website that were ordered on Tuesday 1-2-18 with scheduled delivery date on Thursday 1-4-18 and still do not have. Excuse after excuse for non delivery. These items were needed to repair well system.
On January 4, checked tracking -indicated out for delivery. I called @ 7:30pm and Rep in India told me that UPS delivered until 10pm. Did not receive- although tracking indicated delivery by end of day on the 4th. Tracking did not update until January 5th around 6am stating delayed on the 4th by severe weather conditions and out for delivery January 5th. The postal service has delivered to my area each day with no problem.
Again, check tracking throughout day on Friday the 5th - indicated out for delivery on the 5th. Made contact with UPS center in Raleigh, NC around noon and they told me out for delivery. Again no package delivered -Call UPS around 7pm on Friday the 5th - out for delivery- said they deliver until 10pm. Soon after I called, their tracking website was updated around 9pm indicating delayed again due to severe weather conditions. Delivery would be Monday 1-8-18. UPS was making deliveries in Raleigh and in my area so I don't know why they keep indicating cannot deliver due to severe weather.
Called UPS again Saturday, January 6th @ 7am. The Rep contacted UPS in Raleigh, NC where my packages have been loaded, unloaded -loaded, unloaded (according to them, they may have never got loaded for delivery) since Thursday stating could not be delivered due to severe weather conditions.
Seems that was not the case at all. Driver had too many packages to deliver and I was placed last for delivery. Instead of delivering the packages that did not get delivered on Thursday, January 4th first, they are delivering Friday January 5th and my packages are being left either on truck (if they were even placed on truck) or left in warehouse.
I have reason to believe that my packages have been in UPS warehouse in Raleigh, NC since January 4, never loaded for delivery and tracking website indicated they were out for delivery on January 4, January 5th and now January 8th. This has caused me to suffer a severe hardship due to receiving info that is not true.
I plan to seek advice, get to the truth and maybe it will prevent another person from experiencing the same kind of problems. This has been a nightmare. Needed parts to repair well system. Still do not have water and don't know when parts will arrive. Cannot believe anything UPS says.
UPS- the worst service I have ever used-I would suggest trying US Postal service or Fed-X. They provide much better service and tell the truth.

12/24/17... Gary, Indiana. The driver was driving quite erratic, unsafe and was a danger to surrounding traffic... Late morning 12/24/17 during snowy road conditions, this driver was TERRIBLE! Why? Because she was talking on her cell phone and taking pictures while at the wheel... This is deplorable, she could hurt someone... Got her name, K Zarantonello... I made it my goal to report this... My in law works for FedEx, this is grounds for dismissal... This gal shouldn't be behind the wheel of any kind... For people's sake get her OFF the roads...
delivery to the neighbor, next door, would have lost my package!
You: My delivery was put at the wrong apartment number, it was delivered on Friday, I checked the tracking and when it said it was delivered I than went to search for it. It was a very expensive package. When I say it sitting at my neighbors door I checked the name on the package and it was my package. I live at unit B, it was left at unit A, my building is clearly marked with the letters A, B .the neighbor is out of town, but if they were home I may have not got my package.. I am very upset that I could of lost my Christmas present because of the incompetence of a UPS DRIVER.
ups ignores scheduled pick-up
This review is about driver Jesse for zip 89166, that's the name he gave, he had no identification. He may work out of Mailing and More on Hualapai, Las Vegas where some drivers park and are picked up by UPS truck. A large online retailer issued to UPS a return pickup label scheduled for 12/29 at my house. UPS driver never showed and I waited all day. No word from UPS. Finally today 1/2/18 UPS driver Jesse shows up with a nonsense story for the delay. Worse, he expects to take my package but says he does not have the return label and can offer no reason why. He also cannot produce a receipt. Obviously no reasonable customer would hand over their package without the return label or receipt. Why is Jesse pretending ignorance of UPS policy? He conducted himself very suspiciously. I expect this package to be picked up tomorrow, 1/3/18 - 5 days late. The obvious ignorance or incompetence of Jesse and UPS in this matter is inexcusable. I will take pic of driver and package with the mailing label and if package is not delivered, the pics will be delivered to police. I will be expecting Jesse to present full identification and license plate of truck when he shows up again.

Our address is a new address issued to us by Culberson county. We are on an established road with neighbors nearby who have established delivery with UPS. And the day in question, our nearest neighbor had packages delivered. HOWEVER, Our package was delivered to the WRONG address..we have no idea who out was delivered to. I made 3 phone calls to customer service regarding this package. And was promised a call back by UPS in Alpine, Tx. This call was NEVER received.
The package that was lost by you was expensive. And vitally important. I know that makes no difference to you. But we'd anticipated this package for weeks and now Will have to RE purchase this item and pray that you will find our address this time. On or about the 27th of November, 2017 my Mother-in-law alone with my wife went to store #6169 in Aurora, I'll, mailed a set of angels to my home. When they (the Angels) arrived they were DESTROYED! These angles had been handed down thou five generations of women. When those angels arrived in that destroyed condition, my wife and mother-in-law was heart broken. The packing was sub-standard, it looked as if a child had packed the items. A complaint was made with the manager alone with pictures. She stated she had filed a claim, BUT I DOUBT IT! It should not take over a month to settle a claim, even if UPS does use a private insurance company. Nobody should be that incompetent, plus the items were insured under value. PEOPLE NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS! Nothing should take this long when UPS is clearly at fault which was acknowledge by the Manager! When can we expect compensation!?!

It's one thing to make a mistake, another to lie about it. UPS never made a delivery attempt at the address specified. They claim the package was refused - not true. They then claimed the sender changed the address for re delivery - not true. The original address is correct. We are now watching our package go back and forth across the country because a driver cannot deliver to the correct address. I can only hope the package will get to its destination some day

horrible customer service
On december 12th 2017, we were having problems getting a file to upload into the batch file shipping so we contacted someone with ups and somehow we were told to put 13 as the service code which was next day air saver, when most of the packages were in 25 miles of our company. So then the invoice comes and our bill is over $8, 000 so your telling me you took the packages up in the air and delivered them right down the road? So we then contacted the billing department and was told that they must have made a typo and that they would rerate the packages to ground delivery and not to worry. We were told that someone would contact us with new total in 3 days. So here we are today 12/29/17 and we are now being told no changes would be made that it was our mistake we selected that service code and they were delivered the way we asked. Again I must say so how did you deliver a package by air down the street. Why is it ok that one of the employees told us that it would be fixed not to worry and now we are told nope not fixing it. What a horrible experience this has been and we will not recommend anyone to ship with ups.

I am as frustrated as I have been in a long time. Your Customer Service is absolutely horrible! I have called 3 times and talked with 5 different people including a supervisor. Each person had something different to say, either adding or subtracting information from the previous person. The only American I actually spoke with was a delivery person who couldn't help me because I hadn't been given a quote or paid for it. Customer Service Representative #2 connected me with him. Which Customer Service informed could not be done.
. Rest assured I will never ship anything UPS and if I had the option f not having UPS deliveries from others I would do that as well. I will also be looking for every website I possibly can to tell anyone who wants to listen to not use UPS.
I am going through this with them right now. They told me the wrong service code for about 100 packages they now send me an invoice that is over $8, 000 and one person told me that they would fix it and now they are telling me it was our fault and the bill will stand. Did they ever fix your issue?

Thurs 12/28/2017:
We have short hours due to the Holiday. We have a sign on our door that we are closed at 1:00 OM. Yesterday the UPS driver did not show up to our business during the morning for delivery. I called UPS, while on the phone the driver pulled up across the street for deliver, so the UPS operator told me she would stay on the phone to see if he would come by. I was looking out my window the whole time and he never came by. So she told me someone would call me within an hour. No one called. I was here until 2 PM. I went to staples and swung back by around 2:15 and he had left a notice on the door.
So again today we were waiting for our delivery which we knew was on the truck out for delivery after tracking. He didn't come. So I drove around and found him a few buildings over and he told me he would get here when he gets here. Then he told me he had nothing for us.
He was a smart butt. And I don't appreciate it. When I got back to my office the tracking showed he tried to deliver and the business was closed. All untrue. He was lazy and didn't want to come by.
I called and was told I would get a call within an hour. I'm waiting.
I'm the owner of this business if this person worked for me I would fire him.
