Vinted Product and service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I write to you, as I am bitterly disappointed with the customer service, I have received from yourselves.

I have written many messages and the person is refusing to want to assist me in receiving compensation for two items that have gone missing! Hermes have redirected the enquiry to Vinted and the person in vinted is refusing to assist in resolving the issue.

I sold two items on vinted that amount to £35 of which, no fault of my own, have not been received by the buyer.

Ultimately, I have received negative feedback and a loss of income. Please see message trail below.

I would like to be compensated not only for the above but also for the lack of support from your administrators!

Dear Sir/Madam, I have two parcels that did not arrive its destination, and they were items I sold on Vinted. As a result not only have I experienced a loss of money but I have also received negative feedback and require compensation! I have tried ringing several times through to Hermes and using this automated system/chat and I am not getting anywhere! The two parcels are as follows: (1) P8385051/3400608509116924 and; (2) P8226680/H001AA0026292734. They have since sent an email saying that you need to get in touch with Hermes directy. Yes - I need compensation for the two items that have not been returned. They have somehow gone to Amazon and Amazon say they don't know where the package is! I really need help in being compensated for this error made by both yourselves and Hermes as I did what I needed to do on my end...now you need to contact Hemes and refund me for my loss!

Vinted Bad Customer Service

I sent two shirts to buyers and both were worth over £500 but asked for £130 for both because I have outgrown them.
I have a copy of the receipt for sending the items..
The customers said they have received the wrong parcels although they were sent on the 25th of Sept 2021 but the customer pictures showed previous dates...
Vinted have refused to investigate this and they just want to offer a refund of £68 for shirts worth over £500...
If they can not pay me my £130...they should at least be able to trace the driver or return my items...

Vinted Sending an item

Sold an item and left it in the Inpost locker as instructed, on 24/07. For days the tracking info didn't say anything had been delivered then on 02/08 tracking updated to "item being returned to sender" it is now 02/10 and I still haven't had
1. Any updates from Vinted as to what is happening.
2. Have not received the item back.
3. Have not been reimbursed for the loss.
I have been chasing Vinted regularly but all I get back is a generic automated message which says the issue is still being investigated by the carrier. Such poor customer service. After over 2 months I think they can safely admit the item has been lost in transit. I would just like the proceeds from the sale since I won't be getting my item back, and this was not my fault.

Vinted Lost shipment

I sold brand new Jordan 1 low spades, got the shipping label from vinted and now they say shipment is lost. These cost 160, and they refund 25 euros! This is theft. I have all the conversation where I was chasing the courier service and vinted asking for a status of the shipment. The buyer has been refunded in full. They can refund me in full as Well and claim their transport company!

Vinted Non return items, cannot contact buyer

My name (seller) is Emilie ward
Buyer is tabutha21.
I sent her a bundle with £18.
She was not happy with certain items so I apologised and I said I would pay her into her account on Thursday when I got paid.
I tried to contact her and believe I've been blocked as cannot access the message or her account.
Vinted have sent her a message but state there's nothing more they can do.
Please would you advise me on what I can do to get a message to her as I'm extremely upset, out of pocket and disappointed in Vinted for not having a system in place for people who use the system in this way.
Please could someone help me.

Vinted Scammed

I purchased goods from a member on Vinted, which were shipped but which were returned to sender within 2 days. I advised both Vinted and the seller of this. I did not confirm the sale was OK. Despite that the goods were never delivered, Vinted closed the purchase and paid the seller 120 euro. Vinted said I should contact seller and resolve myself. Seller has admited that she has the returned goods but refuses to refund my 120 euro. This seller has multiple bad reviews in last weeks and yet Vinted will not take action to suspend her.

Desired outcome: Refund for not delivered goods and suspend user.

Vinted Airforce shoes

I ordered some airforce for my daughter, when we got the package it looked strangly packed but nevertheless we opened it to discover the shoes were compleatly different to what we had ordered. The shoes we ordered were white/cream and we recieved some orange very dirty shoes . Vinted have refused a refund and i am furious because they were 85euros and i am very very angry . I use vinted all the time as you can see and recomend it to my friends but if this is not resolved i will stop using vinted . I wait for your quick response

Vinted Blocked account and items removed

I have used vinted for around a year. Over that time occasionally my items would be removed with vinted claiming they're inauthentic. I ignored this in the past. However recently I would re-list any item that was taken down with the proof of purchase showing its authenticity. This lead to my account being banned.

The problem just gets worse as Vinted are awfully difficult to get intouch with and when I was finally able to, they responded without looking at my proof and just accused me of fraud basically.

It is insulting how they treat there clientbase. They customer support is a joke and they need to held accountable for their slander.

Desired outcome: Unblocked account and an apology for dragging my name through the mud.

Vinted Service

Hi I purchased a doll on vinted Noah reborn when a box arrived it had no doll in few clothes in and a card i contacted vinted straight away i was devasted and customer service was so unhelpful i sent them pics on what i actually recieved they suspended the transaction and today they have released the money to seller "Is significantly not as described"

I am devasted as paid fees protection i want my money back full refund of the sale

Vinted Buyer

I am new to selling on vinted I sold a tracksuit the buyer claimed it didn't fit and wanted a refund this wasn't a problem I messaged customer service to ask what I do next they were no help whatsoever so I went back to try and sort it out myself. I saw a button which said cancel transaction so I thought that's what you did which I know that was the wrong way to deal with this now the buyer has had a refund and hasn't returned tracksuit. I keep messaging her but keep getting excuses I can't afford to lose the money for tracksuit if customer services were more helpful and you didn't have to wait a couple of days for them to get back to you and when they do, they are no help if there was a contact number to call I would have called to find. Out what I should do next all I am getting from customer service is you cancelled the transaction there is nothing we can do so I'm out of pocket and someone has a free tracksuit, so please help sort this out I can't afford to lose money

Vinted Withdrawing my funds

Vinted contacted me stating I was approaching my payment threshold and once reached I couldn't buy/sell or withdraw my funds without submitting a copy of my drivers license or passport. When I asked how much I could withdraw before threshold was reached they said it was confidential. I have no drivers license or passport (in UK you are not required to have these) as I've never drove and never travelled. Now they have blocked me making any withdraws with immediate effect and are demanding I get either one before I can access my money. I was not told I needed either one when I signed up to vinted. I understand there have to be safety measures in place but surely keeping money for items I've already sold and sent out is a scam! So now I have no items as I've sent it all out to the buyers, and no money because vinted is keeping it. I can't even afford to get a drivers license or passport, especially after this! I'm livid and heartbroken!

Vinted Achats frauduleux

Bonjour, j'ai été victime d'achats frauduleux chez MGP*vinted [protected] Luxembourg le 07/08/2021 et 6 retraits on été éffectués le même jour et vous m'avez rembourser 4 retraits ! le 08/08/2021 : 285.24 euros, le 10/08/2021 636.94 euros, le 13/08/2021 583.49 euros, le17/08/2021 720.94 euros et puis plus rien ! Il reste donc 424.64 euros + 109.64 euros à me remboursé ( 534.28 )

Vinted Payment not been transferred into.my bank account been more 7 days

Ive made severas complaints and im now taking legal action .against vinted .ive seen the reviews of customers n they arnt good .all complaining about same thing why the payment isnt transferred into my account for items ive sold .i was told 7 days been more days .i will make a public papel n do whatever it takes for the public to know they are getting ripped off.your fake adverte on TV
Will see how far you get with your lies .make me sick i want my money in next 2 days ive contact radio n television companies let them know my treatment with vinted n read public review will get you shut down you rubbish sick animals

Vinted I lost about three thousand euros

I took a lot of photos. Communicate with each other repeatedly. I sent a courier of 2750euros. I wrote an exclusive signature before shipping. I tell the buyer not to destroy it if they are unsure. As a result, the other party removed my label and forced a return. I have complained many times without replying to me. The returned courier is not mine

Vinted Returns policy

Sold an undamaged bag on vinted buyer claims it was damaged vinted messaged me but I was unavailable due to connection problems and I had told buyer I would contact Hermes to see if they had damaged package meanwhile vinted suspended payment and told buyer they could keep bag ! Dudley this is fraud

Vinted Won’t let me verify my number to withdraw funds

This has been a on going issues for about a week now!
Everything was fine until but got order he said it was all fine then boom I'm locked out of my account!
Iv try to contact and you get the same message back all the time!
I just want my money!
It's a rubbish app!
And I won't be using again!
My friends and family have all deleted accounts within this week!

Vinted No Seller Protection

I sold a genuine item .. the buyer than complaint it was damaged and i can prove it wasn't damaged from the pics i sent .. however to try and avoid hassle i agreed on a partial refund.
The buyer then clicked refund however there was no option for a partial refund and vinted refunded the full amount £320 .. now i'm emailing them to get them to sort and they have literally said to me send your bank details to the buyer and get them to pay otherwise it's out of our hands.

There was no evidence asked from me as a seller i have the whole conversation between seller and buyer to prove the seller is not in the wrong yet without even asking what has happened they have refunded the buyer the full amount. So now i am out of pocket and out of item.

Vinted I sold an item and the buyer claimed that it’s ‘fake’ when it’s not.

I sold an item and the buyer claimed it was ‘fake' when it's really and not only have they been refunded they've also kept the item and the Vinted app has allowed them to do so. I am so unhappy my sister bought these and they no longer fit her so she asked me to sell them I am only young and do not have a job so I was so excited for the money to spend on something nice. However not only do iI no longer have the money I no longer have the product either. I am so upset with how this issue has been dealt with Vinted have sided wholly with the buyer and have not considered me at all when I'm reality these shoes were bought as an authentic product and were payed for in full price!

Vinted I have received fake trainers

I was sold fake Air Force ones on Vinted, I didn't realised they were fake until someone had pointed it out to me. I reported it to Vinted 3 times before anyone would even get back to me. Vinted confirmed that they are inauthentic trainers but will do NOTHING to help me. There is a buyers protection but you will not get your money back so please to buy anything of expense on this site; they do not regulate it! I am now £60 out of pocket whilst the person who sold me fake item is still on Vinted selling fake items.

Vinted Customer Service

Money was taken out of my account so I disputed this with my bank, few days later Vinted blocked my account saying I'd misused a term & condition I disputed back to them that their agreement says Mangopay but on the statement did not show Mangopay explained this to them they told me in order to unblock my account so I sorted this, waited weeks for an update to get a message saying that due to my disputes and transactions they can't support my vinted account, I only raised 1 dispute how does that work! My account was blocked I couldn't make any recent transactions! Im just so disguested with how this with dealt with & how unfair they are
