I used to have Good experiences until they accused me of working for a commercial company (I am a student so not true) and they deleted most of my closet with pictures that have taken me hours to make. Also some of the clothes they deleted were boosted for 6 more days which I paid for but they won't give my money back.
I contacted them but I only get automated reply's or messages that don't give me any answers, also no reply about what I should do and no answer about giving me my money back.
I talked to two people and it took ages for them to answer me back with no real reply or solution. Just horribl.
Item not received, company refusing to reimburse money
Hello, My son purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1 tennis shoes from a seller on Vinted. The seller was not very clear with him and the shipping was delayed. Finally, the seller said he had sent the shoes, but we never received them. This has been going on for months. Vinted now will not refund our money because we didn't follow a protocol they expected. However, the protocol didn't apply to our situation because we never reeved the product! We paid 75€ for something that never arrived and Vinted refuses to give us the money back. This is a corrupt and scamming organization!
Not being compensated for a lost parcel
I sold a bundle of clothes to a lady on Vinted, which amounted to £6. She bought and paid for a shipping label - via Hermes which I printed. We had a conversation (all documented on Vinted) about extra clothes I had for sale, which I could add into the parcel (weight up to 2kg) for no extra postage. I listed the bundle, chose custom postage at £0 and she paid £15.
I posted the clothing on 07.10.2020 @ 13.14 and tracking was last updated 12.10.2020 @7.03am. Vinted deemed the parcel as 'lost' so refunded me the £6 bundle.
Today; 06.11 the buyer has been refunded for the £15 bundle but Vinted refuse to refund me because I chose the 'custom delivery' option. Many times that I have tried to contact their customer services the chat has been marked as resolved even though it isn't. I have proof of delivery and the buyer has been refunded yet I am out of pocket. One customer service agent suggested I claim with Hermes, which I did contact. To be told that I could not claim as I was not the customer; Vinted are! They could claim with Hermes and pass the refund to me but they will not.
I bought a top that was left behind a bin in an insecure location outside my house.( as admitted by yodel) . when I returned I stated it was no longer there , I filled in a form, waited 3 weeks then they decided to release the payment to seller and told me to “ enjoy my new vinted purchase” which added insult to injury.. these people have discusting customer service , the seller has been paid, the post has been paid and the thief got their parcel and all I got was the bill.. just don’t get how they take the side of yodel who admittedly left it outside
Swap feature
There is not enough information available regarding how the swapping feature works. I agreed a swap with someone and she gave me her name, address and phone number. After we agreed to post the item at the same time she has not done the same and has been ignoring me. I have all of her contact/delivery info and yet vinted won't try to help me.

SO on Thursday July 9th that evening I created a custom bundle for a customer of Lularoe leggings there were a total of 6 leggings in the bundle. Original price of ONE pair was $10 however, the bundle I sold for $25, the listing had been up and priced for $25 for roughly around 12 hours. The buyer made the Purchase Friday morning July 10th, I had them packaged up and in the mail box ready for pick up. However, when i got online I noticed it said once buyer receives item $10 will be transfered to your account? I though that was odd considering I had the listing posted at $25. I reached out to support and spoke to Kornelijus over vinted messaging, He assured me in that message the issue would be taken care of. Today is Wednesday and I still have yet to hear back from him or ANYONE else though vinted. The Customer has already received her package and has been very cooperative and it is not her fault by no means and she is even considering paying me through paypal or facebook pay which is nice, however this is a mistake made by VINTED NOT the customer NOR myself as the buyer.
$15 may not be much to some however in this pandemic I have to use the money I make to buy groceries for my 2 kids. Take that into consideration!
I hope to get this resolved very soon, I would hate to have to take it to the next level and I really don't don't want to leave a negative review. Communication really needs to improve!

I bought few things on Vinted, and the seller made shipping label but she never shipped the package. I try to contact the seller but without any respond from her. I realize the seller was a scammer. I contacted Vinted customer service, I try to explain the situation, and Vinted respond was just to wait for the package to arrive. I try to explain few times that the seller never shipped the package. My payment was released to the seller without any concern about me as a buyer. Please don't buy anything from Vinted. Mercari is the best. As you can see by the tracking number the package was never shipped. Don't buy from this seller is a scammer.

I purchased three items from Vinted, the seller never shipped the package and there was no tracking number, but she did make a shipping label. After a few weeks waiting I contacted Vinted customer service, they said they will get back to me. I did contact them again and I never heard back from them. I never got my package shipped and I never got my refund. What else to do, and who else should I contact?. I like to complain about Vinted that doesn't respond and doesn't help. Shame on Vinted. I will never shop at Vinted again. I do not recommend also, stay away.

Issue still unresolved
I bought a number of items paying over £240 to vinted on 13th March. The seller posted same day by Royal mail recorded delivery. The item never arrived, it's over 50 days later. Royal mail consider parcels missing where item has not been delivered and tracking not updated after no more than 15 days. Vinted have stalled and stalled and are no longer responding to my messages. The seller won't receive my payment as I didn't receive goods but can seek compensation from carrier. Vinted are still holding my money with what looks like no intention of returning it which I consider theft now.

There is no customer service om this app! I have posted an item to a customer via dpd but theres no tracking info in the app and now I'm getting blocked and can't sell anything else. Called DPD and the item is being delivered to the customer but there's no tracking info. How will I get paid if the item can't be tracked? No one to talk to, zero help in the Help Centre. Think I'll never use them again.

My partner Mr Kerry James. Has been selling his items on vinted for a while. However... he has had several complaints placed against him "copies" this is absolute rubbish. All of Kerry's items are completely authentic and we feel that vinted are doing nothing to rectify this. One customer has said that his item has been stolen which surly is the delivery companies fault and not our own and others are saying they are fake when clearly they are not. As it stands Kerry is now £60+ out of pocket not including the postage he spent and vinted have blocked his account. Either get this resolved or we will be perusing this further and I personally will contact the ombudsman clearly the company have not got a clue what they are doing!
unethical behaviour and worst customer service
I opened an account and Vinted recently and my husband had his own account. I was spending a lot of money in purchases and I was the one at risk. This is the first time I am asked to provide a passport copy and identity card, we provided it the information so they stop annoying us with multiple emails and they kept bothering us with multiple emails again and again and threatening with blocking our account. Unfortunately, they don't have any customer service and the ones available they just answer like robots with a copy and paste message so there is no chance to talk to anybody for clarification of their actions. This is the most horrible experience with regard to online shopping and I am very worried about private documentation is in the hands of this people and how they can use our information.

the poorest customer support ever
I bought an item 22 days ago. Never received it. Can't cancel, the seller says she has sent it but that's obviously a lie. Customer support asked me to wait for 4 more working days. Still nothing. Then they asked me to wait another 48h. Why?! This is nonsense! Can they not support the buyers? Christmas is coming, this was a present, now it's too late for me to buy something else. Never going to use it again.

non receipt of payment/theft from buyer/none postage payment
I am a seller on vinted. I sold 3 items. One item at a reduced rate. The buyer apparently pre paid for Hermes labels but on messaging her, she did not. So I paid for postage and posted the items. I have yet to receive payment for the 3 items or postage costs. I have been speaking with Eve and with singrida and now Tina from vinted and not one of them has processed this payment. So now I am out of pocket for over £40 And the buyer has got away with theft. I would not recommended vinted to anyone. I am 20 weeks pregnant, have a 2 year old son who is learning to cope with his father's deployment and have had additional stress and costs to deal with. It has made me quite sick but still vinted staff and buyers don't care. I will be finding every complaints site and leaving my review.

Hi! I'm a seller.
Basically, I've sold an item-the buyer chose Hermes but I couldn't send it for some reason so, I've sent the item through Royal 2nd class mail.
The buyer told me that she has received the item but she's unable to confirm and neither can I.
It's been two days, and I've been complaining since I came to know we both couldn't do it. So much inconvenience.

VINTED is a SCAM discrimnating its users and acting unlafully and was reported to various officers in various countries for review of their platform. Soon there will be a TV (YT, INSTA) series about their unlawful acts.
Reportedly they block users or delete their content without any reason or based on fake and false reporting or based on assumption that product displayed is a fake.
By doing this, they breach rights of the users and the users should go and seek legal representation against VINTED. Vinted is not authorised to act as the "middleman" as their Terms say somethign different and they must not claim that a product is a fake. Only the owner of such brand may do so.
The affected users should claim damages and loss of profit from VINTED in case they were blamed by VINTED unlafully. In case your displayed products are in some significant value, that is possibly your damage and loss of profite in case they block you out.

I listed items with Vinted last year. I them thought I had deleted them ( I had had no replies). However I have just received an automatically generated email saying that on of my bags had sold and I should arrange postage. As I have explained I was under the impression I had deleted the item. They do not appear under My Items in my account . I have contacted the buyer explaining. The situation. Please can you arrange to refund the amount to the buyer and I will try again to delete to my account.

i sent an item to my customers address, however when I track the order it says that it has not been delivered. It has now been two weeks. I have now received a message saying item not received refund issued. I would like either the money i am owed or the item as my item is worth a lot of money. I have also messaged vinted 1 week ago privately but they have not got back to me.
