Vodafone spain - charging me for something they said they would not (in writing)
I left Spain and before I did, I confirmed with customer service that I didn't need to return any equipment. I even got them to text me confirming this.
Now they're saying that I owe them money for a router and that because the text was a mistake and gave the wrong information.
Giving me credit after the fact is useless right now.

I have been following with vodafone india since more than 1 month for network issue via email and calls with my number [protected]
Email am not getting any reply & calls after so many hurdles can speak to some agent & that agent will say will resolve in 2 days after nothing happens and it is keep on going since last one month, without using there service, have been paying charges.
Would request if some action can be taken on this matter.

Delayed repair of service
Our Vodafone fibre internet connection stopped working on Friday night. When I investigated, our neighbour was having their internet connected so I asked the technician if he had disconnected ours and if he fix it. He said because he didn't work for Vodafone he couldn't do anything (even though he broke it - he was from MasMovil so will not be contracting with them).
I then called Vodafone to ask if someone could come repair it. As it is pandemic time and my partner works from home, I asked for it to be fixed urgently. They sent a technician out on Saturday morning who tried to fix it, but said something else was wrong that he could not fix but had escalated it to be repaired. I then called Vodafone customer service, again stressing the fact that my partner needed to work at 8am Monday so it needed to be fixed urgently. I was assured multiple times that it would be repaired before 8am Monday morning. I even called up late Sunday night, and again was assured it would be. It is now Tuesday evening and I have called multiple times, each time being assured by Vodafone that it would be repaired "in the next couple of hours". On my last call I was told that the deadline to fix it was another 3 days - I'm not sure where this deadline comes from and why it was not mentioned in any of my previous interactions or why I was told it would be fixed by Monday.
I asked that my account not be debited for the payment for this month due to the inconvenience caused, not by the downed service, but by the continuous lies by their staff that it would be repaired. If they had been honest from the get go, we could have made alternative arrangements for my partner's work but now she has already gone 2 days without being able to do her job, and likely up to a week!
Desired outcome: No charge for the month of March 2020

Signed up to offer on 19 Jan2021; includes transferring from Movistar with landline, mobile, TV etc. Keep ringing them to enquire when but all they say is wait 48 hrs. This been ongoing since Jan.Had internet box and TV box installed but not set up. Now told today contract cancelled but no explanation why. Now left with no wifi, no TV, land line but wrong number. I'm at a loss!

Forced charges for vas caller tunes
I have a Mobile number [protected]. This is a Pre-paid service of Vodafone (now Vodafone Idea Limited).
A deduction of Rs99 was forced upon my number as charges for Caller Tunes for 3 months today ie 2 Jan 2021.
Although I had made no request for such a service, the SMS said that it was "being done on my request".
When I noticed this illegal deduction forced upon me, I followed up by STOP SMS to 155223 for Tunes.
I also could not find a way to lodge a complaint on 198 or on Whatsapp Vi Care, the most advertised mechanism of interacting with the company.
I strongly object to this kind of cheating of customers by forcing them with unnecessary charges. This happened on another phone in the family just yesterday, and there too the only measure that could be taken was to write an email to customercare@vodafoneidea.com.
Waiting for a quick response and an apology from the Operator for such disturbing action taken by them.

Overcharged me for products I never ordered - cancellation a nightmare
I have used vodafone for several years, and started having problems this year when I added internet to my service.
I then experienced several illegal activities carried out by vodafone 01.01.2020 this very date - and continue today.
1) Vodafone increased the payment of my internet and telephone (more than 30%) without agreement in the contract. They did this within the time period of 6 months; so before the original 12 month contract was over. I was suppose to pay 99 euros for the internet - and asked them how this was possible since they don't even offer this on their own website. My contract was not even completed in 1 year, but vodafone kept increasing the price several times without letting me know by phone or text.
2) Vodafone added products that I never agreed to pay for. When asking customers service about this, they say that "someone could have called me at some point" I asked for evidence and was not able to get this.
3) Vodafone gave us 85% less bandwidth than promised to the internet, and when asked for a refund they refused to answer the case.
4) Vodafone also refused to send a technician to fix the internet, as they didn't see any problems with our internet. Once they eventually sent someone, he said our line was unstable because of the area and we only got about 50 my and more 600 as we paid for..
5) Vodafone also refused to direct my complaints to a manager once the internet was bad, saying "we don't let customer talk directly to managers" we later learned this is untrue.
6) Vodafone gave us a dispute number and never responded to my dispute - instead they billed us over 200 euros extra.
7) After months of trying to get Vodafone in a dialog, they sent us a 1.66 euro in refund, after not receiving the internet I paid for, for more than 6 months.
8) When asked to cancel all products, Vodafone did not cancel "Secure Network" and continued to charge for this, adding an extra 20 euros per month for not being able to collect the amount since we blocked Vodafone as a payer in our bank.
9) after returning our modem, over 6 weeks ago - we today (Dec 18th) got a phone from Malaga that Vodafone wanted their modem back. We have the receipt that we sent this back a long tome ago, but Vodafone seems to have a system that is built on chaos and illegal marketing activities.
This is all illegal.
In my experience, Vodafone is speculating on fraud and criminal conduct.
Because of a weak government, it seems like Vodafone knows their won't be legal consequences. Another company doing this in UK or Scandinavia would be getting a fine for millions of euros.
Our case is not "one of a kind"
A report states;
Vodafone has been named the most-complained about broadband company in Spain, just weeks after topping the same chart in the UK.
The company took half of all (48.3 per cent) complaints made to the consumers Association FACUA.
Among the main complaints were the breach in commercial offers; the continued sending of invoices once the customer has cancelled their service, the threat of "abusive fines" if a contract is broken, and the charging of fees for services not taken.
It's shocking to me that a company can operate like this on a modern society, and that a government let them do business like this. It's illegal. It's criminal. It's unethical.

Poor network signal in our locality
We are facing severe problems related to voice calls in our locality, we have around 25-30 sim cards of vodafone idea in our society and we have been complaining repeatedly but to no avail, we are facing financial losses due to poor network. Vodafone company executives have promised for a site visit by engineers, but over a month there's no site visit, we all are not able to communicate for our personal, social & professional requirement and are facing stress due to this.

I am client of a Vadofone Spain, my phone number +[protected] and +[protected]. In 27th of January 2020 I called Vadofone to the number [protected] asking information. I explained that I am leaving to Honduras where I will not be able to use my phone and asked is it possible to pause my services with Vadofone for the time of period that I will be unable to use my phone. I got the answer that I just need to call them when I want to do it and it will be done free of charge.
On February 15th I left to Honduras. On March 23 th I found out that because of Covid 19 I was unable to leave Honduras and I had no idea how long I will have to stay there, so I decided to call again to Vadophone to stop my lines. On March 23 th they told me that I can pause my lines on my Vadofone app, but I was unable to do it. After it I called to Vadofone 25 th of March again and this time lady that I spoke with told me that everything is okay and my lines are off until 24.06.2020.
24.04.2020 I again got a bill of 70 euros even though my phone was not working. I called them 24.04.2020 again and they told me that it is a mistake and they will return me 40 euros next month and 30 euros is a fee. But no one returned me any money and I got charged every month from my bank account even though I was assured that I don't have to pay and my phone wasn't even working.
At the moment I managed to come back to Europe, and I called Vadofone again. They told me that instead of pausing lines they actually made that my phone is stolen, and they never did pause my lines, that is the reason why I kept getting bills.
Moreover, my bills grew from 60 eur to 90 eur when I wasn't even using my phone. At the moment, I still cannot use my phone because my phone is disactivated by Vadofone.
So, from March 23 th till now I can not use my number and I was charged every single month. I ask to give me back the money I was charged from March 23 th till this period and also I refuse to pay pending bills because my phone lines are off and I can not use it.

Hello, My name is Rohit Goyal. I have recently connected to vodafone India network, truth be old I am satisfied with my network's calling capability and internet but it works excellent at my work place but not in my home. I live near Bhatagaon and the network is so poor that I even get No Service. I do not have any idea why is that because I believe Vodafone is way better than Jio and Airtel. It is a request to help your valuable users because I use Vodafone RedX plan and it is expensive.

The Vodafone network service in Meghalaya Khliehriat used to disappear after every cutoff of electricity and sometimes the network appear after two three days. I am on vodafone postpaid plan. But, due to poor internet connection, I am unable to use the data services on my mobile. The internet speed is good only at midnight whereas rest of the day, the internet quality is so poor that, it takes a lot of time to even download a picture.
All this was working fine for me because most of the day time, I used to be at my work location where the internet used to work properly.

Internet service
I've recharged my number [protected] at 28 March 2020 @ 1.30 p.m. IST with ₹399 unlimited pack. I am Able to call but I am not able to use my internet. Network bar is showing 5 bars there's no issue regarding call service but there's no arrows shown when I open my internet. I need internet to do some important work. Do something as fast as you can otherwise I would take some necessary action against you.
