Waffle House review: Do not rehire

Hi I worked at waffle house in Irving texas in July of 2022 during my time there I went above and beyond as it was my first job ever I was 16 years old and I was constantly harrased and yet I still did everything and more for them i was supposed to be a server only but I also ended up having to be the cook a few times when ours would go out to hook up with someone or get high and my CO worker I was normally with for 2nd shift would sit in his car for 2 hours eating or napping and when he'd come in he'd get mad at me for taking on his section and demanded I'd give him my tips that I made at his section I made multiple complaints about him to my manager and she did nothing eventually I had to quit due to school starting back up and I told them about me needing to leave at that date while at the interview anyway when I looked at my pay stubs I saw that cash tips were being taken as a tax and so I called Cassie who is the district manager to ask what it was and she decided to put me on the do not rehire list wrongfully staying that I accused her of stealing money I did no such thing it was my first job and I was just confused about what that deduction was and I enjoyed working there it was fun for me and I'd like to go back but I can cause she put me on the dnrh list
