Walgreens review: $3000. Sweepstakes 217

I took the survey, it is very easy. At first i was having the same problem as all the other complaints here but then i typed "walgreensfeedback.com" into GOOGLE search engine & it came up IMMEDIATELY. it's a simple, easy survey that takes about three minutes but i found it best to use GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE, the survey comes up right away.

I just tried to enter the Walgreens survey site and found no way to enter ! Is this for real or another rip off for the consumer?

I shop a lot at Walgreens. I have taken several surveys and NEVER had a problem. I've done them online and I have even called them in. If you go to www.walgreensfeedback.com - enter your survey # and Password # found on your receipt - it will let you right in. Did any of you that said you couldn't get online to do the survey try calling the "Toll-Free" number listed on your receipt to do the survey before jumping to conclusions that they are a shifty company?

We went to Walgreens and saved a hole lot on school supplies for our grand children . Thank you very much, but I still want to know how to enter your sweepstakes

Im very upset withyour walgreens store location 15195 sw 42 st miami florida [protected] store mgr. Allen Echeverria, my last transaction was today 8/27/10 at 3:35 pm rfn#[protected]-2720. Im a customer of 7 years to happen to go to this store on a daily basics, and my wife sometimes twice a day. Well hellow CVS who happens to be closer to my house, but yet i always chose to go to walgreens. I hope someone will supervise this store on void items on tickets and recharge them it happens all the time at this store, i do not blame Mr. Echevarria but maybe he should train this people a little better and spend ore time on the floor and not in the back away from his employees. yes walgreens put on every receit the survey to win 3000 to 10.000
every time and every day .
they never did call and i played every day or every time i got a recite from them .
and i never did hear of anyone wining any money, why did the misslead me and other customers . about the survey we did not get nothing out of the survey . walgreens used people to their advantage.

walgreens mislead customers to thinking that they could win money from the walgreens sweep stakes if they took it, every time you went to walgreens they give you a reciete with the 3000 to 10.000 it was to see how theywas doing .
i was mislead they never did call with any winning news. alot of poeple was mislead.
it is not fair that companys like this can mislead people to think that they can win something when there is nothing to win.

Having the customers fill out the survey first, is cheating us all. Customers are people first, and a store that cheats it's customers is bound to get a bad rep for doing so. Eventually that store will go out of business. Without customers, what business will you have?

STOP asking folks to take a survey for a chance to win $3, 000 cash ... if you logon to www.walgreensfeedback.com, there is NO place for taking a survey ... just asking for suggestions. So ... my suggestion ... STOP promoting a survey and monthly cash sweepstakes ... since there is none!

I went to the site also and couldn't find any survey, this is the second time, is it real or not.

i tried to enter contest for 3000 dollars but was told it was full.

I am also having problems accessing the $3, 000.00 sweepstakes. Going to try the above suggestion to go to the "online survey system"

they may be using another company, survey company, to take the surveys. The online survey quota may also be filled. And the survey company or Walgreens (whoever is responsible for walgreen's surveys) have not done the best job to let customers know what's going on.

The phone survey option tells you that the quota is filled, when it is.

With that said, has anyone heard of anybody winning this survey? Or is there a listing of winners ? Any of whom have made it publicly known of this authentic monthly cash drawing ? (hence first question.)

Or am I siding with Walgreen's of complaints. We're all capable of manifesting the heart of our wishes. With or without surveys. Each person here is demonstrating this by his willingness to try at something even though there are slim odds ! Each one of you are truly wonderful and great !

I had the same problem; it's happened twice now actually. It's like they just want to trick us into going to their site. I don't get it.

I too have tried phone to be told have enough for this month, and I have done this on the first 2to5 days of a month . I even went to the store to complain about only to be told to call the main number which was not in service. What a scam!

Me too, can't find on line survey . Walgreens has a habit of making bait N' switch come ons . I guess you hafta cal the 800 # to do the survey thingy & Um ? duh ? does anybody ever win the 3 grand ? & Um ? Oh yeah, Duh ? howz my spellin ? Ha !

I must agree with most of the complaints I have read, there is no place to register, or it is not made very obvious. It's a shame that your Walgreens staff are much better than the company they work for, I really can't imagine them giving the wrong information on a prescription. May be the BBB should be informed!. You guys need to post a winners list.You say you give away #3000 a month.That is nothingto Walgreens.Walreens makes very big bucks, you guys can afford $5000 a week.Very big company, but very cheap, the big guys are watching the nickels.

My husband and I usually go to a small pharmacy close to my daughters doctor but tonight we went to walgreens because our regular pharmacy was closed. Only hearing good things about Walgreens we thought this would be no problem but our night was just ruined by the horrendous customer service we recieved at out local
Walgreens (Liberty Road, Villa Rica, GA). We dropped off the prescription and right away the the lady asked very rudely (and I quote!) "you stay or you come back" Um... at a loss for words I just nod my head we'll stay, after a 15 minute wait (looking through the store) we walk up to get our perscription and the lady (same one) ask our last name and then turns and gets our script then promptely turns around, totaling ignores us to tend to the drive through with out even an excuse me for a sec mam, then finally 10mins later she gets to us and starts trying to explain why our insurance could not pay (something we've never had a problem with) she's totaly confused and blundering what shes saying and really has no clue whats going on so the "all mighty" pharmacist starts yelling across the pharmacy about the insurance wants something else and when did we fill it last, last year (we ahd filled it just last month at our pharmacy). The girl is confused, I'm confused and the pharmacist refused to come over and explain in a PROFESSIONAL way what was going on he instead kept yelling across the room! My husband or I said nothing or did nothing to provoke this treatment and after the retrieval of our prescription (to take to our normal pharmacy) we leave! How freakin rude! My family will never go back to walgreens for anything and I will NOT recommend any one to your store! If thats the way you let your employees treat people I very suprised your still in business!~!

I went a Walgreens 24hr. store this morning to pick up a prescription,
and some face tissues. The time was 7:00 A.M.
I was able to get to the pharmacy, but was unable to enter any aisle
except the perimeter aisles, due to the fact that there was a crew
stripping and waxing all of the tile floors.
It wouls seem to me that this maintenance could have been taken
care of in the midnight hours.
Very poor planning.

store 4771 w Ashlan ave, Fresno ca: If you are looking for poor customer service visit this Walgreens .It is a half of a mile from my home but each visit is such a unpleasant experience . You are not acknowledge or thanked for your for business.The employees and management are rude.Yesterday was a final straw for me. This store is located on the out skirt of town, While checking out a young teen asked the clerk for four singles and four quarters to ride the bus home.She turned to a manager and ask if it was okay? The answer was no.He needed to make a purchase.I had expressed that it was rude and was told that the store had just enough money on hand to service customers.My response if you can't break a five lock the door.I drive three miles to take my business to the the marks and Ashlan store.They treat you as if their only job is to assist the customer buying or not!

It isn't a bank. Why should they fuss with their till and leave no record of the transaction for someone who is not a customer? I don't understand what is so bad about this.
