Walgreens the pharmacist at 10 mile rd. and gratiot eastpointe mi.

when I went to get my prescription filled I was told by a young lady my prescription had already been picked up, I told her it was not picked up and she sent the pharmacist over to talk to me. he was very rude and suggested I might be mistaken about picking up the prescription and I assured him I was positive about not picking up the prescription and he said for me to go home and I would find the prescription and again I repeated I had not received it (very rude and obnoxious) finally he said he would look at the tape of the transation. after looking at the tape he come out and said one of his staff had made a mistake and got the prescription ready for me. this has bothered me for the past month suggesting that I might be a little off or goofy. this happened on oct 23 1018 please look at the tape of that day to see what happened. I would like a response to this complaint. if none coming I will consider cvs as they are as close as wallgreens my email is [protected]@live.com Michael Norton

On November 1st 2018 I ran out of my Levothyroxine Medicine so I called Walgreens trying to refill and I was told I have no more reills so I told them I just got out of the hospital and I have to have this everyday and I only got partial so I needed 15 more to complete the month so I asked could get courtesy pills until my Dr office open back up on Monday...

Walgreens pharmacy/ pharmacist

My name is Kelvin Hunt. Im a disabled vet with osteomalacia. Because of my diagnoses i'm forced to take some pretty strong medication. On more than one occasion I have left the pharmacy, at the corner of highway 501 and 16th Avenue in Conway south carolina, feeling a combination of anger and fear because of a mix up on the pharmacist end. I kept those emotions to myself. Even though I was terrified to have the symptoms of withdrawal from not having my medication. But when I feel i'm being profiled against I have to speak up. My hard copy for my medication got wet while in my wallet. I had the wallet and everything else that was in it still at but I dried the prescription. I was told because it had been wet they couldn't accept it. I have been using that pharmacy for over 2 years and taking that medication for 14 years. With all the money that my insurance pays you'd think a little extra leg work like maybe calling the doctor to verify that is a real script, or maybe do a history search in my name to see if that's my normal script. But no im told to make the 300 mile round trip to my doctor to get a new hard copy. The people who need their medications are being punished for the people who abuse the. Im 46 y/o african American veteran with dreadlocks. Doctors have told me that "if a pharmacist doesn't like your look they can refuse you". Maybe walgreens needs to reevaluate how they judge people. A heart attack can be caused by being off you're meds for days and then starting up on the regimen that took years to build a tolerance to.

Walgreens pharmacy - refills on pain medication

I have been a loyal customer at Walgreen's for 12 years. I have also spent approximately $500-600 dollars each month, many times while waiting for my scripts to be filled. The scripts included Hydrocodone. My pain doctor assured me that with the opiod crisis, my script fell well below the criteria for denial to fill. I went on 11/15 to Walgreen's to fill it, and was told it would not be filled again due to new restrictions. Manager finally relented and filled "One last time" so I would have something for pain. I have severe RA, suffered 2 heart attacks, had a knee replacement, and a back so bad I cannot have surgery to repair because I would not survive such an extensive surgery. I am 70 years old...hardly a street person peddling my pain medication to the public. The manager said he would "do me a favor" by filling the script. I don't need favors. I need professionalism. I am a retired Assistant Commissioner for the Law Department in NY. Walgreen's won't go out of business when I transfer my 11 scripts elsewhere, or spend that amount of money at a new pharmacy. But I am not the only patient who will have this problem with your San Carlos/Gladiolus store in Ft. Myers, FL. I think your bottom line will feel this eventually. Perhaps the white coats of Pharmacists give them a Doctor complex. Time will tell. I will never set foot in another Walgreen's again, as CVS readily accepted my transfer, and could not understand why my Hydrocodone script had been a problem. Three of my friends and former associates are also pulling all their scripts from this location, and you may not feel the monetary effects now, but in the end, your bottom line will. Thank you for allowing a venue to bring this to your attention. I won't be the first, I'm sure.

I was told not to use the automated prescription refill because it doesn't know the rules that is on file. And it gives false information telling me that one of my prescriptions is ready, witch wasn't true
Another thing is they need a better way of serving customers that are waiting in line, or more help. Many times I have waited as many 5-10 minutes in line then a car pulls up and they take them next, not fare .Many customers get plenty upset. They need a automated electronic of some sort, as it is now its first come last served, that's what happened to me tonight. I was standing at the counter for about 3 min. waiting, then a car pulls up and they waited on the car first. Fed up like others. Walgreens, Cornell rd.97124 Hillsboro, Or. I like going there, but I just never know what to expect.

Walgreens balance rewards breaks customer contract (they are making it up as they go)

How can Walgreens just break their agreements with customers regarding their balance reward points. This is definitely a lawsuit in the making. I have $200 in points that I have been diligently earning and saving for Christmas. If you use 40000 points you get a $50 reward. I was informed yesterday that they changed their policy 11/06/18. You can only redeem $5.00 at a time. I was never informed of this change. This is MY money...MY POINTS...It is illegal to just make it up as you go, or whatever benefits the company the most. I am getting my money and my points no matter what it takes. Walgreens is becoming the biggest joke in retail. Shame on them!

I have over $125 worth of reward points accumulated for Christmas shopping this month. All of the sudden I was told I can only use $5 at a time and now I only have $101 in rewards. They said company changed its rewards policy on Nov 4, 2018. So I lost the rewards money I have accumulated and I can only use $5 per transaction (instead of $50). That’s BS and Walgreens stole from me. I earned my reward dollars and if they want to implement the new policy they can do so on my future purchase points/reward dollars. Not the reward I have already earned. That’s stealing!

I have worked for Walgreens for over 10 years and corporate is certainly making alot of bad choices regarding customers. As employees we are always being reminded of excellent customer care (employee care is unheard of) Our hours have been cut to nothing so being able to give our customers great service is next to impossible. This is very upsetting for employees because we love our customers. Shoplifting is rampant. And now I have to tell everyone their points are limited. A lot of customers, many elderly, were saving for Christmas. Shame on Walgreens. I really hope someone gets a class action suit going. I love my store but corporate sucks. After 10 years and 2 months i make $12.67 an hour. Guess that makes me a fool,

I am with you on the points fraudulent representation. We have been customers for years but that is definitely changing after this con game. We attempted to, last night to get fifty dollars worth of merchandise for converting 40, 000 points. After being checked out I was informed that a new policy was put in place by Walgreens that we would only be able to use 5000 points on the order, a conversion of five dollars. We immediately told the clerk to cancel the order and walked out. Apparently Walgreens has gotten too big for its loyal customers. Also thinking of contacting a lawyer or awaiting a class action lawsuit. We also have over one hundred thousand 100, 000 now useless points. Bahumbug walgreens.

Walgreens coupons/store policy

Worst customer service experience. Went to 255 36th St, South Ogden, UT 84405 to buy SALE items, the Manager/Cashier on duty 11/05/2018 around 8pm said" We only allow 6 Sale items".I asked why my friend who went here yesterday never had a problem? The store policy been changed for just overnight?. She said " No that's store policy ever since. Never been changed". And I said ok 6 items. And then I'm
using 3 coupons and said we only accept 1. Really? I've been customer for Walgreens over 4 years and never had problems checking out. And she answered, "I've been working here over 7 years and that's the policy"..."What you gonna do with all of these stuffs anyway?" What in the world you going to ask that to customers? I have my purchased history and... before I finish she interrupts me and said "nope we can't do it" I said if we are going to eat it, donate or throw it afterwards is NONE of your BUSINESS! And she said " Enjoy eating". I will go back to the store to get her name and with my printed purchases.

Walgreens pharmacy at lois and hillsborough ave tampa fl 33614

I see a lot of complains about this pharmacy, well my insurance (Florida Blue) only uses this pharmacy, I go to doctor and doctor give me a scrip for 30 days supply with (3) refills of a controlled medication, the dosage is 0.5mg guess what, the pharmacies said, you are out of luck, we don't carry 0.5 mg we run out, well, you don't have it, of you run out, I guess is some kind of language barrier there... and I said, what can I do to resolve this problem, since she practically said: YOU ARE SCREW!... then another pharmacies said, we do have the 1mg of that medication, you can ask your doctor to give you a script for 1mg and cut on haft, I did and they give the medication, guess what, this pills are NOT made to be cut on haft, and everyone of the 15 pills they give me, now after the (3) refills and me complaining about having hard time cutting the pills, they told me to go some place else where they do have the 0.5mg pills...
I go there and they refused to fill the script with 0.5mg because it was written for 1mg pills to be cut on haft and indicated by the pharmacies who said before: "none of the Walgreen's in Florida" have the medication on 0.5mg...
He lied, and this type of treatment to a customer is VERY unfair...

My insurance is paying for the medication, I have a co-pay also, they are NOT giving me the medication for FREE...

What is going on people...

Walgreens unethical/illegal behavior

I apologize for the wall of text in advance, and if the wording is a little confusing, but I don't know how to make this shorter and I feel it has to be said.

I used to work for Walgreens for almost 10 years, during which time I generally thought they were a good company. But towards the end of my employment, they basically told me for one case of discrimination against my mental disabilities that if they were on file (which they were), then it was basically not possible for it to happen, and that it would not even be investigated. Then when I was fired in retaliation for "wasting time" voicing health/safety concerns, and because of discrimination against my mental disabilities yet AGAIN (that they kept me from getting as much work done as the next person), they told me that they would investigate it and get back to me, but they never did.

They have done nothing to the store manager despite having proven without a doubt that he had filed a fake disciplinary action without discussing it with me and just forging my written signature to it, or that he refused to pay me out my unused PTO like the policy dictates he has to (which required contacting the corporate accounting department to resolve). What they did decide to do was to claim I had been fired for insubordination for refusing put my job before my own health (I should have been willing to work in a situation that would likely push my severe depression to suicidal levels again, or close to that bad), and for NOT IGNORING customers in photo needing help and just focusing on the task I was given, despite being scheduled to work in that department for the night (because it totally makes perfect sense to say I should have told customers "Sorry, but I was told I needed to get this task done, so you'll either have to wait a bit or come back later.")

I'm sorry Walgreens, but I should not have to push my body to the point of breaking down in the form of an injury, or to the point of actually losing consciousness more than the TWO TIMES I have already done (as both of those things happened once as a result of trying to get the leadership members from giving me crap for it and saying that I wasn't working hard enough, as all but one or two were doing this) just to make up for my disabilities keeping me from being as productive as others unless I really overwork my body. I shouldn't have been fired just because you don't want to accommodate mental disabilities anymore if they hinder sales. I also shouldn't be told to turn a blind eye to the fact that many stores can't even come close to completing the compliance tasks they are given due to the company being unwilling to give them the hours needed to do so, and that some (like the one I worked at #5977) weren't even trying to check for and pull damaged/expired products. Some of them even have significant periods of time where they can't even follow the company's own policies because of the lack of manpower (ex. when there is a spill or broken glass on the ground).

After having them investigate the use of forgery to provide false documentation in a federal investigation, Walgreens has decided that it is OK with that being done, as the signature on a government issued ID and security footage is not substantial enough evidence to prove that a signature was even forged. Seriously considering seeing if the government agrees with that, including the testimony of the federal agent who agreed that it looked forged to her (but wouldn't be able to say for sure without a handwriting analysis expert examining it). At the very least, I certainly will be damaging their reputation with this information and the rest of what was done/said to me, since with no lies and just facts, it is not slanderous/libelous.

A company that tells its employees to put their job before their own health (even to the extent of becoming suicidal), allows illegal retaliation for "wasting time" with concerns about health/safety issues in relation to both employees and customers, discrimination against mental disabilities (if it is done so to improve sales by replacing them with someone else who doesn't have any disabilities keeping them from getting enough work done without having to push themselves close to the point of light-headedness (or in my case, actually having to go to the extent of actually losing consciousness)), and then tries to cover it up with forgery and ridiculous claims/lies such as saying that it was for being insubordinate because I DIDN'T ignore customers needing help in photo to get other work done (regardless of the fact that I was scheduled/told to work in that department for the night) doesn't deserve to receive any business (especially when they actually say that there ARE times where the customer is NOT the highest priority, and they tell their employees to ignore customers).

As they have already refused to do the right thing or negotiate/work with me, I don't expect this to have a proper resolution anymore (other than the charges for them knowingly providing falsified documentation to a federal investigation, which I am trying to figure out how to issue). This is more of a warning to others of how greedy those running it have become, and how unethical/illegal behavior is not punished in the company anymore (at least not if it is in the name of improving sales or to get them out of legal trouble...even if only temporarily). Do not give this horrible company any money when it acts like this.

I currently get my prescriptions filled at walgreens on 3350 central ave and the pharmacy by the name of vonda colquitt is always very rude n inpolite to me always questioning my scripts that are prescribe by my doctor. She needs to be retrain on customer care because she is very unprofessional to her customers and needs to not be concern about what my doctor prescribes to me . Her job is filling my prescription not questioning my doctors ethics. This happen on 10/03/2018 and the prior month before. Walgreens overall customer service and the pharmacy manager - david

I took my perscription in on Monday, October 22, 2018. I got a call from the pharmacy manager, David, who told me the scrip was missing the amount of pills. He said he called my doctor to get the information. I also called my doctor to get this error fixed. Tuesday, October 23, I called and the pharmacy and was told they hadn't heard back yet. I called the office and they said they called and told someone the number of pills. I called David, the manager and he told me that, no, they hadn't heard. Once again, back to doctor and they said they talked to David. Long story short, today is Thursday, October 25, and I had to go back to the pharmacy at3914 Commercial Blvd., David's store, and pick up my UNFILLED perscription and go to a different pharmacy. I have complained about David before and refused to go to his store. I was told by an employee at a store on 601 E. Commercial Blvd., Monday, that they could not fill my Norco script, because as of July 2019, there is a law that says you have to be in a certain neighborhood to fill that drug. That is how I ended up in David's store. When I asked him about the new law, he told me that is not true and he 'has no knowledge of any such law and the other store was wrong". I repeated that to Stacy, the manager at 601 E. CommercialBlvd. today, and she said he certainally does. Bottom line, I was bounced around by the 3914 W. Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, Florida store and Manager, David for 4 days and I will NEVER

I went and dropped off a prescription at 12:20 p.m. and they told me that it would be one and a half hours before they could fill it I returned at 1:50 p.m. and the prescription was still not filled there was a problem with the dosage corrected that problem said it would be a little bit before it could be filled again returned at 3:10 p.m. prescription still was not filled keep in mind that a child had outpatient surgery the numbness had wore off by 2 per doctor's instructions was he was supposed to have this pain medicine given to him before numbness wore off so he would not have so much pain and still at 3:10 I'm waiting for pain medicine because of this experience I will never shop or use Walgreens Pharmacy again and then they gave me a problem when I ask for the prescription back to take it somewhere else to get filled because they wanted me to wait again.

Walgreens unethical behaviour

I was waiting on my medicine on 10/25/2018 and a lady tried to return some medicine she had bought the day before and I couldn't believe it but the pharmacist took the medicine back and returned her money. I am really concerned about this and am not sure if I want to continue doing business with this store. Also this store has been out of my medicine more than a few times over the last few months. I have an hour round trip and don't need to spend the extra money on gas and wasted time. I quit one other drug store because of this same problem of being out of medicine.

Concerned customer,
Larry Deering

Walgreens pharmacy

When calling to refill my prescription I was asked if I am taking any other medication and I said no and the tech said yes you are taking hydrocodone and oxycodone! I said no I had surgery 10 weeks ago and took them for two weeks! No apology was given for calling me a liar! I then went to pick up my prescription and the tech said it was an old prescription and I said no it's for 3 months! Again I was not given an apology. I will no longer be using Walgreens for any of my needs.

Walgreens service

I went to the Walgreens store on Van Buren and Estrella parkway in Goodyear, AZ 10/14/18 after leaving urgent care.
I had a sinus infection and needed to get the meds the doctor gave me.

The pharmacist or tech on duty was a real jerk.
When I approached the window, he was talking extremely LOUD! I have no voice because of the infection so I'm at a whisper. He asked for my name repeating if loud, asked my my dob repaeating it loud as well.
He then says loudly and with Attitude we having nothing here for you.
I said, oh, the doctor sent anything over, I live near by.

He says still loud, we have nothing for you. He then says, what are those little papers in your hand, could that be the prescription, I said no, he asked to see the papers that were my release papers.

He then says, your prescription is not here and he gives a address where it was sent.

I tried asking if I could call my doctor and have meds sent to the location I was at seeing I live so close.

He said no, but, heave a sit and we can see how to fix this.

I was in pain, tired and weak. My husband finally said let's go. The waiting room had 4 people waiting, it was Embarrassing and humiliating.

He should not be in customer service and definitely not working with sick people.

We come to get our meds to help us feel better, then you have this kid that has alittle authority and he abuses it.

He has the wrong job, we don't want to feel worst coming to Walgreens when we are sick.

Patience's, tenderness and comfort are needed. We are not at a ballgame concession stand.

I have slowed down on going to Walgreens and I'm warning all my friends to avoid this particular Walgreens, the worker that morning did not n Ed yo be working. He needs attitude adjustment
as well as a few classes in customer service and maybe a care giving class.

Thank hate for a elderly person to be verbally abused that way.

The worker was about 32, white, 6 feet, then built, blonde spike hair.

I was there with my husband early Sunday morning.
This store is on the corner of Estrella Park way and Van Buren in Goodyear, AZ

Walgreens the coupon program online with rewards card

I invest time on line clipping coupons that walgreens says that will be applied to my balance rewards card. When I went to the store yesterday and checked out with the items I clipped, the store would not honor the coupons saying that I have to use the app on my phone to get the coupon discount. The system clearly when printed out says the coupons would be applied at checkout with my rewards card. I do not have a smart phone or a phone with apps. I shopped at walgreens last week and assumed the coupons were applied (I checked my receipt), they were not and I was charged full price last week, what kind of scam is this as I am not the only person that does not have a smart phone as I have also talked to some of my other friends who have experienced the same treatment and am going to talk to a lot more people to spread the word. Not everyone has the kind money to purchase a smart phone as I am elderly on a fixed budget and welcomed the sales coupons that walgreens used to provide and now do not allow me to use any on line coupons. Please fix the system so everyone can use the online coupons without having to purchase a smart phone or even know how to use one as I would like to shop at walgreens again. Thank you, mona / john zawikowski 195 w. Fairfield ct, oak creek, wi [protected]) card # [protected]

I had a similar situation with a different coupon. I even went home to download it from my computer, because none of the Walgreens employees could even get it to work from my phone (whether the app or from the internet. ) When I went back to the store with my coupon loaded on my card, it wouldn't work in the store. The manager said that the downloaded coupon hadn't worked all day.

I visited Walgreens today [protected]) to purchase a rewards item(Lays Potato Chips) which offered 3000 bonus points with such purchase, and an additional 5000 bonus points for a single transaction. The clerk at store #13727 in Gladstone, OR would not honor the 5000 point reward because I had used it previously. The coupon is a multiuse coupon and should have been honored. It's identical to a 5000 point reward for a $25 purchase, which is also a multiuse coupon. Hilda, the manager refused to honor the $5, 000 rewards coupon because she claimed the Walgreens App was not functioning properly. Is this my fault? Shouldn't a company honor a rewards coupon, which brings a customer into the store, rather than opting out with an excuse relative to their App?

Walgreens prescription not being filled

Early this week I brought in my prescription to be filled. I recieved a call twice (two different days) that the prescription was partially filled. Thus I waited for the call that it was filled. I recieved that call on saturday. So today I went in to pick up my prescription and they had none of it. I brought it in early so that I wouldn't be without my medication. Now I have to drive cities over to pick up my prescription. All of this frustration could have been fixed if an actual person would have picked up the phone and called to let me know they couldn't fill my prescription but they would happily help me find some place else. This is unacceptable. I have to have this medication! People's lives are not pawns to play with!

I wish to file a complaint about the Walgreens pharmacy at the SE corner of Fillmore and N. Nevada Ave in Colorado Springs, CO. On Monday, 10/29/18, I called to check on my prescriptions and was told they were all ready to be picked up. I arrived to find out only a partial order was ready for my insulin and to come back Tuesday. In the middle of a blizzard I went to pick up the remainder of my script on Tuesday after work. They still didn't have it and said to come back Wednesday. This morning before work I stopped in again and they still didn't have it and said to come back tomorrow, Thursday! I don't know who/how they order, but my time is valuable and I am very upset that they have wasted my time in this manner. My sense of urgency is that my insurance runs out today, October 31, 2018. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Corina a pharmacy tech and to the pharmacist Katie. My time is valuable and I don't like being treated like my time doesn't matter. This pharmacy needs to get their act together when ordering and following through on their promises. Adding insult to injury I saw Corina looking at Katie and laughing. Katie said she wasn't laughing but I SAW HER and I am not visually impaired! Katie said she was sorry but it just sounded empty and insincere. I was very upset and let them just how much. I am asking for A LOT of points on my Walgreens card to make up for some of this inconvenience and emotional stress. Thank you.

Walgreens poor customer by clerks and lead ad supervisor

I an file a compliant regarding the poor customer service and disregard that occured to me by a shift lead, name Gerson at the walgreens located at #3197 2395 Kennedy Blvd in Jersey City, NJ. On 10/21 approx 6:45., I experience great disregard from the shift lead regarding assistance with s product. I went to purchase detergent sosp and use a online coupon in ehic I clipped online. The clerks had difficulty pulling up the coupon in which I went out to my car to get my phone to show the coupon. As they continue to ask me about my walgreens account which was visible on the phone, I requested to the manger. At that time, lead Gerson came out. He had a very nasty attitude and had no regards for my issue. He continue to ask the same questions and later became very dismissive. Poor customer service skills with no intent to accommodate the customer. I requested his info in which he was reluctant to allow me to copy his name and position. I end up paying the price without the discount and left with a bitter impression.

Walgreens prescription

My doctor called in prescription ten days ago. Walgreens said they were out of stock an would have to order it. I followed couple of days later and found that no one ordered prescription when they said they did. I then waited another three days to see if it came in. I found once again staff scrambling around trying to figure out why it wasn't ordered but said they would for sure order it. I followed up again the next day and now I find that the insurance needs prior authorization from dr. Walgreens submitted form to dr office. I called dr office and they said they received it and would have to wait until dr approves it. Walgreens has not ordered med because need prior authorization. Now I was told it takes three days to arrive after ordered. Now I want to know why Walgreens takes three days when local pharmacy can get it next day. I would go to local pharmacy in a heartbeat if my insurance would cover it. Now during all this process I'm out of the medicine and it's not to be stopped abruptly. I'm experiencing withdrawal symptoms like tachycardia and nausea and rhinitis and dizziness. I am still without medicine as of now. I am so frustrated with Walgreens I cannot stand it. They are the worst pharmacy ever. If I was on cardiac med I would be dead and no one would care.
Sincerely,
Very upset patient

Walgreens employee

It seems as though every time I have an interaction with the supervisor Donna she is never kind or helpful. I live around the corner so I go to this location often. Not once, not twice, but this is the THIRD time I've experienced a rude encounter with this woman. I went to pick up my photos, I said excuse me and she tells me one minute in a tone as if I'm bothering her. She walks over to me and says, "yes?" I tell her I'm picking up three different size pictures 4 x 6, 8 x 10, and an 11 x 14. Hands mean the 4 x 6 and 8 x 10 and walks away and I say I also ordered An 11 x 14 but she proceeds to walk away from me. I said excuse me, as she has her back turned towards me, she said I'll be right with you I'm in the middle of something! I said well I don't know what you're doing you didn't Say anything, I assumed maybe she had to print the third photo. She comes over to me puzzled and again says "yes?!" and I said I'm Picking up An 11 x 14 also (which I just told her 3 times). So she tosses the third one on the table annoyed and walks away from me. She also checked me out at the counter. Didn't say hi, didn't say thank you, and didn't even apologize.

My last encounter with her was very similar. I arrived at the photo counter to pick up my photos that were supposed to be ready but we're not ready the printer wasn't working they had all kinds of issues. The associate felt bad and continued to apologize. When Donna finally came over to help the associate, Donna seemed very annoyed and irritated. She fixed whatever the issue was and tossed me my photos over the counter Without any apology after waiting over 45 minutes for photos that were supposed to be ready when I arrived. She seems very annoyed to do her job.

I'm done going to this location and will now be spending my money at cvs because this is ridiculous I have to deal with this woman's attitude EVERY TIME. I thought maybe the last time she was just having a bad day But I see now she's just a very miserable person that should not be working with customers or peopleBut she should not be working in customer service.

Walgreens pharmacy

The Walgreens pharmacy on Madeira Beach FL has had me frustrated the last 3 times I've gone there. When bringing a prescription to be filled while I wait, it took over an hour each time. This is excessive.
The time before last, I was told it would take 20-30 minutes and I waited in the store. Over an hour later, my prescription was completed. Your store manager and another employee took to following me around the store as if I was there to shoplift despite the repeated times I told them I was STILL waiting for my prescription.
Maybe it would have been more helpful to me, as the customer, if the manager actually tried to resolve the problem. Check in with the pharmacy and try to find out why a customer is wandering around the store for over an hour when all that was required was to put 60 pills in a bottle.
Thursday, I dropped off a prescription and asked to pick it up in 20-30 minutes. I was going to run an errand and come back to avoid having to go inside the store based on my last experience. I was very rudely told that it would take an hour and a half to fill one prescription, when questioned, the statement was delivered louder.
Is this really the standard you hold yourself to? Rude employees, long wait times for hand carried prescriptions?
When I have regular refills they are done on line and I almost always include a note that there are several and I will pick all of them up together. Do you know, these prescriptions are filled immediately unless they are out of the product? 10-15 minutes later, a non rush, non customer waiting, prescription is done. Staff calls to make sure I'm picking up which is nice.
Where is this sense of urgency and concern for waiting customers that seems to exist for those refills requested online? As a customer who will have at least one hand carried prescription per month, I've made the decision to take my business elsewhere moving forward. I just don't need the aggravation.
