Walmart Gaming Chair

Placed order on Nov 09, 2021 Order# [protected].
for christmas gift.
SKONYON Red Gaming Chair, PU Leather Gaming Chair with Adjustable Lumbar Pillow, Retractable Footrest and Headrest
Ordered early as items were running out of stock.
Item was opened Christmas day and had ZERO direction on assembly.
With google searches and some luck got it assembled.
Unit will not stay upright. Simple lean back reclines to laying flat.
Will not go back upright without major help.
Contact Walmart to get help/return/repair. they pass off to seller.
Seller passes back to walmart.
Filed with BBB and Credit card company. Nobody cares.

Walmart Customer service and the website

Your website is impossible to use. The worst experience I have ever had with any companies website. It is useless. Your search bar doesn't even work and now you want to make sure I am human and it keeps coming up after I have assured you I am. The other problem is your stores in Wichita Falls Texas have not gotten any of the paint to even mix a color. I have been waiting a month at least. Your company is falling apart.

Desired outcome: Hire more than one person to the paint department, have an associate to answer the phone in their department, create a new working website, and if you can’t get paint because you are buying overseas then buy in the United States!

Walmart Refund my money for walker and leave it at that

I ordered a walker rollator on line and cancelled shortly after I ordered it. I received an email from Walmart.com stating the order was cancelled and I would not be charged for it. The next day I received an email stated it was sent out and in delivery. I called and was told to refuse it when delivered then I would receive a refund 5-10 days later. Then I receive an email that it was delivered yet it wasn't so I call again. Find out it is lost in transit and I would be receiving a full refund. The next day the walker is delivered while I was out and the box is all busted open with broken pieces. I call again and am told I was refunded the money and they don't want walker back. To throw it out, donate it, or keep it. And today I receive an email saying I am being charged for walker. I called again and hung up after so much frustration with them and not being able to talk with a manger/person in charge. I have left a complaint on their sight and said if given the opportunity they would get no stars from me. There is absolutely no reason for this to have happened. I will not use Walmart.com ever again! They get an F from me.

Walmart New eyeglasses wasted my insurance.

I recently bought a new pair of expensive frame glasses Nautica, from
walmart and the lenses were so under sized they were rattling and about to come out of the frames.The lenses were the best prescription I've ever had
however.I returned them and the optician popped one right out of the frame.
They returned them to be recut and they returned to me yesterday.The lenses
are cut better but still undercut and I can see over the left top lense between the frame and push the frame down.Not only this, the prescription was not
perfectly duplicated like the first set of lenses prescription wise.Why sell frames that lenses can't be cut properly for. The vision clerks were very nice.
It's the people that can't build the glasses.I have blown my insurance now and
needed several more pairs including sunglasses. I don't have time to keep going back. Don't waste your time or money there!

Walmart Gave me floor model

Never informed me when my glasses were ready. They took almost a month, which is ludicrous. When I went to get them, the woman told me there was paint on one of the arms. Excuse me, why wasn't this checked before hand? Then she tried giving me a store sample model after I paid 350.00 for two pairs of glasses.. Rushed attitude and was extremely rude, staring at my face.

Quality is lacking, lenses scratched and arms are loose. I feel taken advantage of and like I did not get what I paid for. Poor service.

I am on a new phone, if any typos. Can't edit here.

Walmart Wallmart money card!! Will not active!

How about someone call me back to help me activate my card I got in the mail today. I've been on hold for over 2 hours still. Nobody will help me I'm so disappointed right now it's unreal. Walmart UniteU Argan hair oil

Order number. [protected]

Bought a lot of items including 2 bottles of 3oz Unite Argan hair oil. Price was 11.01 each. Walmart canceled saying out of stock yet when I go to website it put into my cart it says in stock but price is more. Customer chat said distribution canceled it but if i want it go ahead and order it again but walmart won't honor the price I paid.

This doesn't seem ethical. You need different relationships as they are ruining customer loyality. Did love shopping a lot at walmart. Now feel cheated.

Walmart Grocery Delivery

December 21, 2021; December 22, 2021; and December 24, 2021
The Fort Dodge, IA Walmart Grocery Delivery (handled through Door Dash) is a complete waste of time, effort, and $99 yearly Fee because between the unprofessional staff at WalMart who put the orders together and the idiots driving for Door Dash, it's impossible to receive an actual order intact.
Not only do the Door Dash drivers not have a clue where they are going, they are also incapable to navigating a Google Map or GPS. My Driver on December 21, 2021 could not comprehend how to go around a block to reach my actual destination and as a result, my entire order was canceled. On December 22, 2021 the duplicate order I placed was delivered, but the safety lock was still on the bottle of alcohol. Going through an online Chat was futile..."James" asked what I wanted him to do. December 24th brought an incorrect order to my door, resulting in my actual order being CANCELED! Bottom Line. Try another Grocery if you want to actually RECEIVE your GROCERY ORDER. Save your $99 yearly fee and your sanity and BYPASS WALMART.

Desired outcome: Not likely anything - phone calls never returned.

Walmart online buying

i bought an item November 26 Black friday sales and i never got ot
i lost 3 weeks and the purchase i made was never honored

I will never buy from Walmart online ever again. Their is so many other companies to buy from that are honest, .
Walmart i think pulled a scam to build a lists of e mails to send them promotions etc, , , , ,

Walmart Rude associate and visa gift card

I was checking out at Walmart tonight, 12/21/21 at 10:30 pm...the cashier had issues with a gift card...I very kindly advised her that the gift card I was using probably has to be ran through differently bc a manager always has to come over and show someone how to run it...and it works fine...she was very nice and called matt over...who took one glance at her ticket...didn't even re-try it to make me feel like he did anything...he looked at me and in a nasty tone said "if it's not active it's not active"...there isn't anything I can do about it call them ...I have never been treated so rude! Walmart my source. Visio computer monitor

I bought a monitor on Black Friday sales Novenber 26 .
right the next day i recieved e mail publicity everyday from Walmart.
But Wal mart refuses to provide me with the item

This is unnaceptable thses days. Wal mart is part of deceiving sales and publicity.
I lost time and it cuses me some stress

they issued a refunf the 20 December. I never did ask for a refund. I wanted the item i bought on sale.
