It was about Walmart. They made it look that everything was in Walmarts behalf. It was supposed to answer a quiz, guess the box where the prize was. I guessed the box and then I “only” had to pay $1’92 to get my prize which was iPhone 13. Once that I put my card details… that gave and order number but my address was never asked, I did not even received a confirmation order by email because not even my email was requested. They had this “customer service number and email” I tried to call, I messaged and sent them an email requesting the cancellation. I did no get any response, so I went to see their terms and conditions and basically it is a subscription and after the trial my credit card is going to be charged… AND I DON’T EVEN KNOW THE AMOUNT. I have no success on canceling. I’ve tried to find them on internet but it is like if the vanish
Desired outcome: Receive the iPhone 13 without any other charges than $1’95
Ordered a lift chair (i'm in a wheelchair) and they sent a power recliner.
On Feb 7th I ordered a lift chair, as I find out a 3rd party vendor, BTMWAY thru Walmart. I received the order on the 14th and had installed on the 15th. I found it was a regular power recliner that I am unable to use. I'm in a wheelchair, and when I did try it, it took 2 people to get me out. The shipping box was damaged and destroyed. After numerou...

I went to Walmart, Lynn Haven, FL an eye exam. No change in vision. This was on Feb. 12, 2022 approximately 1045 AM. Three agents were working the in the Vision Center. One chatted about various things with another customer for 20 to 30 minutes, tv shows, shopping, other assorted things that had NOTHING to do with getting contacts, glasses or anything else...
Read full review of Walmart and 1 commentAllowing third party sellers to price gouge severely
Walmart changed their website to where you could no longer filter out specific sells or show results for specific sellers like Walmart themselves. Because of this and then also not clearly indicating some sellers are not Walmart but a third party seller, Walmart is allowing their customers to severe price gouging. This has gotten significantly worse this past year and Walmart customers are getting ripped off. Below is the Walmart link of a specific product and it's ridiculous price gouging. This has become typical of what you will see. Don't ever make the mistake of just clicking reorder as you may not realize the seller and/or price would have drastically changed.
One of many price gouging allowed by Walmart:

To make things worse, Walmart makes very few and extremely difficult to be able to even report these sellers for this gross overcharging. Their customers are not being protected from this and they have even gone so far as to prevent their customers from filtering them out in our search to protect ourselves. They are throwing their doors wide open and allowing their own customers to be taking advantage of with no means to prevent it ourselves. Someone needs to protect Walmart customers from these types of sellers or give us back the ability to filter specific sellers out of our search results when shopping online.
Desired outcome: Restore ability to filter specific sellers in search results. To easily report and rate sellers, visible & easily seen by potential buyers. Remove sellers consistently reported for price gouging, product not as stated, etc., from the site.

Supposed to be a proseller, but you can not review a product purchased. The product had only about 7 reviews and even though I did get one, it states you need an invite to review.. (I do not know the exact wording but walmart has to send you an email before you can. Walmart and Amazon carefully control reviews now. In my opinion, Walmart is worse with this new bs about needing a link to review. I do not think that is a legal thing.
I purchased the DNA gift for Xmas when it was on sale. Like many walmart purchases this yr it would get lost. No updates available and I couldn't do anything about it. I got ' its too late to cancel' After Christmas I wanted a dam kit so ordered another ( I actually thought it was a diff co.) that came quickly. Same kit, company but higher price. I noticed my first kit was now 'cancelled malfunction error' Walmart and their fake China company sellers need to be stopped.
Agreed. some items are grossly overpriced by third party sellers, especially from other countries. If you talk to anyone from Walmart, they say, "Oh, we have nothing to do with the online part." Really, how can you say that? You work for the whole company, not just part of it. Sounds like the 80s saying, "Duh, that's not my job."
Chemical Spill on Clothes and Body
Walmart Complaint Department,
My name is Wanda Townsend, and the purpose of this communication is to register a complaint about a bleach spill on my clothes and person at the Walmart Store at 9850 Dorchester Road, Summerville, SC 29485 in January 2022. Apparently, the bleach container cap was unscrewed and placed on the shelf. When I picked up the bleach container to place in my grocery basket, the spill occurred. I reported the spill to the cashier and customer service representative, and I was given case number L2225010 and was informed someone from the corporate office would call me to resolve this issue. A person from the corporate office called and said someone else would get back with me shortly. This incident happened about two months ago, and I am still waiting for a resolution. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Walmart because almost all my household shopping for clothing, food, and other miscellaneous items are purchased at Walmart. All my friends and relatives shop at the online Walmart or in the Walmart Store. Please contact me as soon as possible, so this issue can be resolved. Presently, I really feel let down by Walmart. You can contact me at email, [protected]@gmail.com, or text me at [protected], or by mail at 5390 Greggs Landing Drive, North Charleston SC 29420.
Yours Truly Wanda Townsend,
Desired outcome: I would like to know what actions the store will implement to ensure this safety hazard will never occur again in the future. I would definitely like an apology, and compensation for my troubles.
Lipton green tea citrus iced tea (16.9 fl. Oz. Bottles
Walmart.com has increased prices by over 300% on various items since invasion in Ukraine. I have contacted them they removed the items for about 12 hours then put the price gouging items back on their website.
Only one example in the worst case is Lipton Green Tea Citrus Iced Tea (16.9 fl. oz. bottles which are normally $10.00 for a twelve pack and now some of their listings are as high as $44.33 for the same twelve pack.

Walmart Vision Center
10 days ago, I made an appointment for my daughter at the Vision Center in Hudson, FL. I gave them all her personal information and was given an appointment time of 12:30 on Feb. 21, 2022. We arrived at 12:20 and although they had all of her information, they claimed there was no appointment time in their system. We were asked to come back at 2:00pm for the exam and glasses. At 1:55 we returned and after 10-15 minutes were told they could not see her that day but "might" be able to schedule an appointment next week if we called back on the 22nd. I asked how they could have all the information except the time. It was "hinted" that we had made a mistake although all the information was written down at the time of the phone call! Chad (Chet) was totally unapologetic, taking no ownership or having any degree of resposibility for the mix up. Customer Service= 0 stars, Professionalism= 0 stars, Attitude= 0 stars. We made an appointment at a local competitor for tomorrow at a very similar price. Will never use your vision service again!
Desired outcome: I want an apology and the staff to be trained in customer service.
Recruitment Team
Walmart recruitment team selected me for an interview. I scheduled an interview and then I get an email after 2 days that I have not been selected for this position without giving an interview. This happened with me so many times during Walmart recruitment process.
Desired outcome: Recruitment in Walmart
Great Value Large White Eggs, 60 Count Qty 1 $3.30 - now $9.21!
I called Walmart today about the 300% price increase on eggs over the past 3 weeks. The associate said the new price of $9.21 is normal.
I went through my receipts for two full years and could go back even further and the price was always about 3.30 to 3.54 per 60 egg box. That's about 5 cents per egg. All their other Great Value eggs were about the same price point.
Now, starting about 3 weeks ago, they started ramping up egg prices, first to about $5.20, then last week $8.12, and now today $9.21!
Looking at NY stock prices, they are down 2%, yet Walmart is marking them up 300%. This needs to be investigated as it is a staple food that we all rely upon in these tough times.
Great Value Large White Eggs, 60 Count
Qty 1
$3.30
Desired outcome: Stop price gouging. They said it was not a supply issue, just a normal price increase.
Writing a personal check for goods
4 weeks ago, I wrote a check for groceries to Walmart. Walmart ran the check 2 times. My bank did a stop payment on second charge. Walmart refunded the second charge. Was happy about that. But now Walmart will not accept my checks. Thinking this is unfair due to fact this was not my fault. Spent 1 hour on phone to Walmart help centers but no one can help.
Desired outcome: please clear me to write checks.need to be able to talk to someone that can help.
Walmart / straight talk h226 home phone
On February 18, 2022 I got on a "chat" with Straight Talk to activate a Straight Talk H226 Home Phone I bought in a Walmart store at the electronics / TV department. At the time they sold me three 30 day service "cards" (pin numbers) for $15 each plus tax (a lot of tax).
The chat person got my IMEI and told me that because Walmart / Straight talk no longer supports 3G, which the Home Phone uses, the device could not be activated. They also said that due to their abandonment of 3G my phone cards were useless. They refused a refund.
It seems to me that Walmart has an implied contract of usability with no explicitly stated expiration date and if Walmart, without my consent, chooses to not support the device, they have breached the implied contract & violated the Uniform Commercial Code.
I believe I am entitled to a refund for the device THEY will not / can not activate and the three 30 day service cards that THEY dishonor.
Desired outcome: Refund for my Home Phone device and for the three (3) 30 day service cards.
Haircut
My husband just had a hair cut and it’s the worst haircut ever I ve ever seen,
Each side is different and not equal. He kept asking the woman to fix things multiple times and each time she made. it worse. Finally he got so pissed off he just said fine paid and left.
That’s happened at Walmart fredonia.

Rip off
We've had to return a few items to Walmart, and it seems like the employees have their own version of the return policy. The board on the wall says that they accept returns within 90 days with receipt or without receipt. This is very untrue. I had to return an item, unused, and I was given so much trouble and excuses. Also, they do not have an asterisk or any clear return policy for every item, so you're on your own to guess. The employees do not know the return policy and will not bother to look it up for you or ask a supervisor. Prices on all items are still going way up, and their excuse is always COVID. The electronics employees are also rude and most of the don't know how anything works. Very frustrated with Walmart. It used to be my favorite store, but over the last couple of years I have gone there only as a last resort. Poor business practices, poor customer service, and poor return policy.
Frustrated customer
Vision center
I took my daughter for her first pair of glasses at the walmart vision center. We used their optometrist and was escorted to the vision center for her to pick out glasses. This occurred on Jan 27th 2022 at 5pm. My daughter had only tried about four frames to use with her prescription when the sales lady approached her and stated "oh, you like those frames?" which my daughter naturally replied yes, but it was not the pair that she wanted to choose. I find out later, that she didn't understand completely what was happening as she is only 13 years old. It is my belief that the associated were having to disinfect the glasses that my daughter tried on and did not like that she was trying different pairs. It is also my understanding that she only tried about 5 pairs total.
The ETA on the glasses was Feb 5th and I did not get a phone call that they were ready at that time. It is the 17th of February and I finally called to cancel the order since talking and understanding what happened at the vision center. The associate told me that they would not refund or help us since the glasses were already made. The glasses that the associate picked out for my daughter are terrible glasses. We just want them to make it right. I have been a long standing customer.
Desired outcome: I want a refund. At the very least they could let her choose a pair of glasses that she wants and not the associate.
Today 15 July 2023, I went to Walmart vision center to fix my eyeglasses for the second time due to the screw loosening; the manager placed another screw with a nut on one side but bigger than the other screw, i made suggestions if its possible to change the frame or place same size of screw but the manager said it is fix and no more problem; The way my eye glasses look is uneven that's why i told the manager that im not satisfied but the manager insisted that nothings wrong and she just looked at me like im stupid; she did mentioned that i have to come back Feb. 2024 to get another frame but have to pay for it. I need advise to where i can make complaint on this company Vision Center located at Walmart,Guntersville,Alabama
I bought a pair of glasses in November 2022. Paid $510. I also paid $20 for a 1 year warranty. The left lense fell out within the first 3 weeks. Today the same lense fell out for the fourth time. The associate told me she put in a new screw, and wasn't able to replace the frames after talking to the manager. After asking for the manager, the associate said they would replace the frames, however, it would take 7 days. I picked out the exact same frames because I didn't care for the one the associate picked out and can not understand why they couldn't put the lenses back in the new frame.
I spent a few hundred dollars on a pair of glasses on 6/9/22. The QST time I took them in the arm had fell off. Then, my lens fell out on the left side. By the grace of God my coworker found it. I took it to get it fixed. Today, the right lens fell out and so far I haven't found it. I am a widow and can't afford to buy another pair right now. The 1st pair I bought at Walmart was great, but this has been an ordeal. I work 3o minutes from home so now I have to drive with 1 lens and I would really appreciate you making it right. The employees are very nice. The glasses I have are crap.
Diabetic Supplies
Unless you really don't care about the time you spend at Walmart at 66th & Memorial, don't ever try to get diabetic supplies from them. It takes forever to get them to get anyone to respond, at least 15 minutes & that's if you bother at least 4 employees for opening the supply case. One time, it must have been a good half hour before they got it.
Humiliation, verbal abuse, and lies from clerk in self check-out
I used self check-out this afternoon at the chelan, washington store. I had multiple items. As is typical, prices were incorrect with clearance items, the items didn't scan well. After the first item was incorrect, I asked the clerk in charge how to remove it. He loudly declared (so everyone in the vicinity heard) I had to remove it myself? I have never been instructed to do this because a clerk is required. He said he would help me at the end... He started "directing" traffic, chatting with buddies about how this was his friday, indicating I was a problem, rolling his eyes. He was condescending, rude and downright mean. I followed his instructions with another item and he started yelling "maam, maam, what are you doing! You need to let me know what you are doing... I showed him what I didn't want. I asked him what to do with it and he pointed to the area items to be rung up. Whaat? He was standing in the center of the self-check out, indicating I was causing a back up. When I looked at him he refused eye contact... Again he yelled at me,"maam what are you doing." not only have I never in my 60 years been treated with such abuse, I was so embarrassed I wanted to leave. Couple other items I decided not to purchase so I set them aside. He demanded I ring them up, and remove them even though I had no intention of buying them. When nearly finished, he yelled I must hit continue or would have to ring everything up again. I am damn sure if that happened I would leave the store and never come back. I rang up items I didn't want just to get the hell out of there. He told me to wait at the end, I told him I was done and he again yelled out instructions on how to pay. Not my first rodeo, he told me to wait. I left crying after he humiliated me in public. Told the clerk at the door he was an [censored]* and I planned never to come back. She said they have received all kinds of complaints about him. However I will have to go back to return items I didn't want but he insisted I had to ring them up and remove them. I will also be contacting my lawyer and will be suing walmart for his verbal abuse and public humiliation.
Desired outcome: I would like monetary compensation and he should be fired.
Cancellation of order-misleading chatline and phone conversation.
Order#[protected] was placed January 2,2022 and my card was charged. I ordered 10 cases of 50 count per case Cheetos crunchy. The incredible clearance price was 49 cents per case. The inventory on the website stated that there was amble amount of product. I received an order confirmation and a pickup time. I later received a cancellation notice. I both online chatted and made a phone call. I was told the product all of a sudden was not available but I would receive the same incredible pricing of 49cents per case. I was told to keep checking back for inventory. Via chat-I am getting the run around. Walmart is not honoring the price as I was told.

Desired outcome: I would like to purchase 10 cases of 50 count bags per case of your Cheetos or similar product. I would like to pay 49 cents per case as advertised and agreed upon. Total of $4.90 for 10 cases.
Cart went missing items already paid for were stolen, money. Shopping bags
On Feb. 7/2022 I was in the Westbrook location shopping and had paid for my items when I noticed my cart was gone and a different one in its place. I am partially handicapped and I meed my cane to walk or it is painful for me. I was frantic my cart had my cane, jacket, bags and, receipts. I had to walk around the store myself yelling for my cart.
A man came out I have no idea who he was, he never introduced himself. I couldn't believe what he asked me next! After I had been practically running through the store yelling, "I'm looking for my cart! It has my Jacket on it! And my cane!? He asked me what I was missing and did not understand what I said the first twenty times I yelled it? There is a monopoly on jobs at Wal-Mart and it's not fair. I am in so much pain at this time I am all bent over and tears are running down my face run the panic and the pain. I put everything back in the bags and was trying to leave the store the guy has the nerve to ask for my receipt! I could not believe it! After all, I went through what I lost; and the pain I was in he asked me for a receipt? I could not find it right away and I could feel the panic attack coming back so I told the guy;"No you cannot see a receipt I cannot find it and I am in too much pain to look for it!" I made an effort to exit the store and was blocked every time by this time I am in a total emotional meltdown! I just left the items I had purchased there and left the store. I can't believe the way I was treated tonight! Not only did I lose my groceries I was left to look for my cart alone as Customer service said they did not know what to do. Is that not what the intercom system is for?
They took possession and I left the store very loudly as I was and still am very upset and I am going to post on every social medium I can find how I was treated.
Desired outcome: I want all my stuff back! I want a small settlement for the pain and embarrassment I went through, I will be contacting a lawyer in the morning. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. I am still shaking.
Great Value Extra Raisin Raisin Bran 25.5 oz
I found this twig in my bowl of cereal while I was eating. It's almost 1.5" long. I found this really strange. You should investigate how this got into the box. Purchased at Walmart on or about January 23, 2022 see photo for product information
