My husband just had a hair cut and it’s the worst haircut ever I ve ever seen,
Each side is different and not equal. He kept asking the woman to fix things multiple times and each time she made. it worse. Finally he got so pissed off he just said fine paid and left.

We've had to return a few items to Walmart, and it seems like the employees have their own version of the return policy. The board on the wall says that they accept returns within 90 days with receipt or without receipt. This is very untrue. I had to return an item, unused, and I was given so much trouble and excuses. Also, they do not have an asterisk or any clear return policy for every item, so you're on your own to guess. The employees do not know the return policy and will not bother to look it up for you or ask a supervisor. Prices on all items are still going way up, and their excuse is always COVID. The electronics employees are also rude and most of the don't know how anything works. Very frustrated with Walmart. It used to be my favorite store, but over the last couple of years I have gone there only as a last resort. Poor business practices, poor customer service, and poor return policy.

I took my daughter for her first pair of glasses at the walmart vision center. We used their optometrist and was escorted to the vision center for her to pick out glasses. This occurred on Jan 27th 2022 at 5pm. My daughter had only tried about four frames to use with her prescription when the sales lady approached her and stated "oh, you like those frames?" which my daughter naturally replied yes, but it was not the pair that she wanted to choose. I find out later, that she didn't understand completely what was happening as she is only 13 years old. It is my belief that the associated were having to disinfect the glasses that my daughter tried on and did not like that she was trying different pairs. It is also my understanding that she only tried about 5 pairs total.
The ETA on the glasses was Feb 5th and I did not get a phone call that they were ready at that time. It is the 17th of February and I finally called to cancel the order since talking and understanding what happened at the vision center. The associate told me that they would not refund or help us since the glasses were already made. The glasses that the associate picked out for my daughter are terrible glasses. We just want them to make it right. I have been a long standing customer.
Desired outcome: I want a refund. At the very least they could let her choose a pair of glasses that she wants and not the associate.
Today 15 July 2023, I went to Walmart vision center to fix my eyeglasses for the second time due to the screw loosening; the manager placed another screw with a nut on one side but bigger than the other screw, i made suggestions if its possible to change the frame or place same size of screw but the manager said it is fix and no more problem; The way my eye glasses look is uneven that's why i told the manager that im not satisfied but the manager insisted that nothings wrong and she just looked at me like im stupid; she did mentioned that i have to come back Feb. 2024 to get another frame but have to pay for it. I bought a pair of glasses in November 2022. Paid $510. I also paid $20 for a 1 year warranty. The left lense fell out within the first 3 weeks. Today the same lense fell out for the fourth time. The associate told me she put in a new screw, and wasn't able to replace the frames after talking to the manager. After asking for the manager, the associate said they would replace the frames, however, it would take 7 days. I picked out the exact same frames because I didn't care for the one the associate picked out and can not understand why they couldn't put the lenses back in the new frame.
I spent a few hundred dollars on a pair of glasses on 6/9/22. The QST time I took them in the arm had fell off. Then, my lens fell out on the left side. By the grace of God my coworker found it. I took it to get it fixed. Today, the right lens fell out and so far I haven't found it. I am a widow and can't afford to buy another pair right now. The 1st pair I bought at Walmart was great, but this has been an ordeal. I work 3o minutes from home so now I have to drive with 1 lens and I would really appreciate you making it right. The employees are very nice. The glasses I have are crap.
Diabetic Supplies
Unless you really don't care about the time you spend at Walmart at 66th & Memorial, don't ever try to get diabetic supplies from them. It takes forever to get them to get anyone to respond, at least 15 minutes & that's if you bother at least 4 employees for opening the supply case. One time, it must have been a good half hour before they got it.
Humiliation, verbal abuse, and lies from clerk in self check-out
I used self check-out this afternoon at the chelan, washington store. I had multiple items. As is typical, prices were incorrect with clearance items, the items didn't scan well. After the first item was incorrect, I asked the clerk in charge how to remove it. He loudly declared (so everyone in the vicinity heard) I had to remove it myself? I have never been instructed to do this because a clerk is required. He said he would help me at the end... He started "directing" traffic, chatting with buddies about how this was his friday, indicating I was a problem, rolling his eyes. He was condescending, rude and downright mean. I followed his instructions with another item and he started yelling "maam, maam, what are you doing! You need to let me know what you are doing... I showed him what I didn't want. I asked him what to do with it and he pointed to the area items to be rung up. Whaat? He was standing in the center of the self-check out, indicating I was causing a back up. When I looked at him he refused eye contact... Again he yelled at me,"maam what are you doing." not only have I never in my 60 years been treated with such abuse, I was so embarrassed I wanted to leave. Couple other items I decided not to purchase so I set them aside. He demanded I ring them up, and remove them even though I had no intention of buying them. When nearly finished, he yelled I must hit continue or would have to ring everything up again. I am damn sure if that happened I would leave the store and never come back. I rang up items I didn't want just to get the hell out of there. He told me to wait at the end, I told him I was done and he again yelled out instructions on how to pay. Not my first rodeo, he told me to wait. I left crying after he humiliated me in public. Told the clerk at the door he was an [censored]* and I planned never to come back. She said they have received all kinds of complaints about him. However I will have to go back to return items I didn't want but he insisted I had to ring them up and remove them. I will also be contacting my lawyer and will be suing walmart for his verbal abuse and public humiliation.
Desired outcome: I would like monetary compensation and he should be fired.
Cancellation of order-misleading chatline and phone conversation.
Order#[protected] was placed January 2,2022 and my card was charged. I ordered 10 cases of 50 count per case Cheetos crunchy. The incredible clearance price was 49 cents per case. The inventory on the website stated that there was amble amount of product. I received an order confirmation and a pickup time. I later received a cancellation notice. I both online chatted and made a phone call. I was told the product all of a sudden was not available but I would receive the same incredible pricing of 49cents per case. I was told to keep checking back for inventory. Via chat-I am getting the run around. Walmart is not honoring the price as I was told.

On Feb. 7/2022 I was in the Westbrook location shopping and had paid for my items when I noticed my cart was gone and a different one in its place. I am partially handicapped and I meed my cane to walk or it is painful for me. I was frantic my cart had my cane, jacket, bags and, receipts. I had to walk around the store myself yelling for my cart.
A man came out I have no idea who he was, he never introduced himself. I couldn't believe what he asked me next! After I had been practically running through the store yelling, "I'm looking for my cart! It has my Jacket on it! And my cane!? He asked me what I was missing and did not understand what I said the first twenty times I yelled it? There is a monopoly on jobs at Wal-Mart and it's not fair. I am in so much pain at this time I am all bent over and tears are running down my face run the panic and the pain. I put everything back in the bags and was trying to leave the store the guy has the nerve to ask for my receipt! I could not believe it! After all, I went through what I lost; and the pain I was in he asked me for a receipt? I could not find it right away and I could feel the panic attack coming back so I told the guy;"No you cannot see a receipt I cannot find it and I am in too much pain to look for it!" I made an effort to exit the store and was blocked every time by this time I am in a total emotional meltdown! I just left the items I had purchased there and left the store. I can't believe the way I was treated tonight! Not only did I lose my groceries I was left to look for my cart alone as Customer service said they did not know what to do. Is that not what the intercom system is for?
They took possession and I left the store very loudly as I was and still am very upset and I am going to post on every social medium I can find how I was treated.
Desired outcome: I want all my stuff back! I want a small settlement for the pain and embarrassment I went through, I will be contacting a lawyer in the morning. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. I am still shaking.

These pizzas have to be some of the worst I have ever eaten. There was a time when I really enjoyed buying pizza from Walmart deli, but no more. I made the mistake of buying 3 this time–never again! What happened to “customer satisfaction” at Walmart? I am an old man now, but I can still remember when going to Walmart was a joy because their products were made with pride and very reasonable costs. The ONLY thing about deli pizzas from Walmart now is the price. Somebody PLEASE take note of a customer’s plea. Get it right and good taste back on the market!

I'm a former overnight stalker I caught covid-19 have been out of work since December 26th of 2021 myself my husband my son my daughter and my other son all caught covid-19 so I am broke now I have a problem with today as a customer,
For the last 5 days I have been trying to pick up an order from my grandmother who is disabled. So I go inside to shop for allergy medicine for my kids since they are sick from covid-19 thanks to Walmart.

I even asked her and checked but she told me I had everything which was not true. Then I ask about a pickup order they tell me go to customer service so I did, then they told me to go to the orange Tower so I did, then they told me to go to the self checkout so I did, then she did not know where to go so I had to go to the back in the warehouse to find someone nobody knew what I was talking about about a pickup order like they don't do that at Walmart. finally after calling every number they gave me which was two different ones someone finally answered the phone an hour later. they tell me to pull up to a spot with a number and call the phone number and let them know that I'm here so I did,
Then they tell me that they don't do that I have to pull up at the orange door which is on an angle and it also messed up my car. now that my car is slanted halfway down and I'm losing oil now and I have a gas leak now because I hit the bump to try to pull up back there they load up the car the man has no receipt he says there's nothing he can do to give me proof of the order didn't ask my name or anything he just gave me groceries I said is it for Kathleen they said is it how do you spell it I said with a k he said everything was there. and that was a lie because nothing was right. Then nobody knows anything about pick up orders

I will never use Walmart Again because it's every single time I shop there every employee doesn't help anyone. Went to the eye center for an exam and new glasses, picked out frames and had new glasses made. Was never able to see proper and went back 4 times and every time they would just bend the nose part and send me on my way, only that never worked. Now I do not have a car nor the time to spend to keep coming back also I have no degree in eye care so it took me some time to figure out what the problem is. The problem is that Dr Stephanie Johnson missed the part in doctor school that pertains to right and left, or od ocular dexter and os ocular sinister witch is Latin for right and left. So now I have glasses that are of no use and Walmart position that they will do nothing further as it's been too long of time for me to figure out the problem. HP Black & TriColor cartridges
I have a HP Photosmart printer that is a D110A. It uses & has always used a HP #60 Black print cartridge. In Feb. 2021 I purchased one & threw the packaging out before I knew it wasn't going to work. I got an error message on my printer saying I had an incompatible cartridge. This black cartridge was made in Malaysia!
I also bought a TriColor #60 cartridge. It was made in Malaysia also.! Neither cartridge works! I got an error message about it as well!
I was refunded my $ on TriiColor, but since I have not been able to. use the #60 Black cartridge I feet Wal-Mart should refund that money as well. With neither one of these cartridges working, (and never worked), I feel Wal-Mart should refund my money in full on the #60 cartridge purchased in February as I wouldn't have been able to. use it then & haven't used it.
I don't know if the packaging was wrong, but I would really like a refund on this HP Black cartridge #60.

TODAY IS YEAR 2022 Jan 31, [I was trying to correct them right away, but instead, they insulted me and trying to make you feel like age 3] Not the world will doing that. This is humiliated USA customer servicing.
I must report this to the public, I found out Walmart's chat box to Public communication has serious problem. I hope these attitudes will be gone within two months, otherwise this is a disaster crisis. [Poor English, perhaps is speaking Spanish, but sound like poor English] This is very serious in customer servicing field. And it is too naive and outrageous and criminal when dealing with exchange, return, refund and replacement.
The chat staff are lazy people, weak and lack motivation. They disrespect words and writing and sending out email that is not correct and fake reason when issue refund and replacement. Even though the customer has reason.
I do not understand how Walmart can let the staff handle money like this, but I am very unhappy with the act, mostly of incorrect details and the denied and lying of the staff think the customer do not wanted to send the item back of something.

I got my glasses and they suck... I can see long distances and up close but when I am at work I can not see my register.. When I am at home I cant see my pc or do bills on my table or anything. On March 9, 2021, I had a vision exam at the Coldwater, MI Walmart Supercenter. I wish I had researched it a bit more prior as I didn't realize they did not participate with my insurance until I had taken my mom there because our family had a history with the doctor at previous practices. I have absolutely ZERO complaints about the exam or the doctor whatsoever...he was very thorough and professional and even took a few minutes to just "chat" with me knowing that we had just lost my father to Covid.
My complaints start as soon as I walked out of the exam room to start looking for glasses. That was when I was told that "we can't file the claim for you because we're out of network, so you'll have to pay for everything out of pocket...but we'll help and show you how to file for reimbursement from your insurance company...it won't be for the full amount, but it will at least cover a good portion of it. I was told to come back in a few weeks once I received my EOB showing that coverage/payment was denied and they would walk me through it.
I picked out 2 pairs of glasses that I liked and then ran my card for about $680 or so for everything. About 10 days passed and I got a call that my glasses were in and I had also received the EOB in the mail so I went in. Got the glasses adjusted, etc. and then I asked the associate who was helping me about my EOB (was someone different) and I got the "blank stare of IDKWTF you're talking about"...she asked the other person working there and didn't have anything to add other than "there really isn't anything we can do, I'm not sure how we can 'walk you through' anything, you need to contact your insurance company and find out the process from them."
Ok, so not a HUGE deal...but I don't like being misled just to get a sale...I didn't have to buy 2 pairs of glasses that night...I could have taken my Rx and gone elsewhere that participated with my insurance for a 2nd pair...hell for both pairs...regardless, it was a dirty sales lie that I am actually kinda shocked that it occurred at a Walmart...lol!
Now on to my MAIN complaint...I don't know where they are having their lenses made at, but they ABSOLUTELY SUCK as far as scratch resistance goes. My casual pair of Ray Ban glasses were so scratched up after 4 months that I could no longer wear them because I couldn't see through them! People, I AM NOT ROUGH WITH MY GLASSES! I mean, I have 2 pairs of Maui Jim's sunglasses that I've had for 8+ years and they don't have a scratch in them! I have 2 other pairs of regular glasses that I got at America's Best back in 2017 and although they are no longer the correct prescription, I'm stuck wearing them because they only have a few minor scratches that don't bother me at all and I can totally see through them! 5 years old compared to 4 months old! WTF?
Then last August, I was involved in an incident in which my other pair of glasses from Walmart pretty much got destroyed after being knocked off my face and stepped on by God knows how many people. I took them in fully expecting to pay for replacement lenses and frames if needed. At that time I inquired to see if I didn't purchase the "scratch guard" or whatever it is...NOPE, I spent TOP DOLLAR ON EVERY OPTION! I mentioned my pairs from America's Best that were way older and had no scratches and just got a look like "oh, hmmm, well, you bought all the scratch resistance stuff so I don't know".
A few weeks pass and I get a call that they are having trouble getting the frames fixed...OMG! These were rimless glasses...basically some fishing line held the lenses in place...but they couldn't get them fixed.
So 2021 treated me VERY well as far as eyewear went...I spent close to $700 Out-of-Pocket for 2 pairs of glasses, both of which only lasted me about 5 months and I DO NOT feel that the staff was very helpful or accommodating in trying to resolve the problem.
They OBVIOUSLY buy VERY CHEAP LENSES that SCRATCH EASILY even if you purchased the Upgraded "Scratch Resistant Coating".
DON'T GO THERE PEOPLE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES THAT ARE PROBABLY MUCH, MUCH BETTER! I hope that the customer service issue I experienced is isolated to the Coldwater, MI Superstore...but obviously Walmart is sourcing cheap as [censored] lenses so all the Walton billionaires can buy another yacht or painting or whatever they're in to...

I went to the Walmart Vision Center in Laguna Niguel, Ca. On Alicia Pkwy to return some contacts that were ordered incorrectly. There was no line and so I walked up to a girl named ‘Lucy’ sitting at the check out desk. I just inquired as to where I could return the contacts. She looked at me and said..”I’m helping someone right now”. And immediately looked away.
Ok . I’m not asking you to check me out …I’m asking what station I go to for returns? She looked away and refused to answer me. She’s unpleasant , unfriendly , not easy to look at due to her snarky attitude and should not be working in customer service. I would advise NOT to use this Walmart Optical. I would also Advise to bypass ‘Lucy’ if you do. She is one nasty person. Request Lisa. She and their optometrists are their saving grace. I feel badly that they have to work with such nasty people.

I wrote corporate with no help. Long story short we were detained at a local Walmart because we had misplaced our receipt and would not let us leave. We had 3 separate purchases and two of the 3 receipts. Still could not leave until they verified with our checkout lady we had gone through.
