Bought walmart money card in store 0287 Feb 28th 2⁰22 added $300 to the card at Walmart 0287... ok I went into the store purchased the Walmart money card and loaded $300 on to this card...I done exactly what the card said to do and activated the card...tried to use the card that same day it had no money ...I contacted Walmart money card green dot employee as it said to do ...I provided the receipt the card everything they ask for and was not help at all but the answer I got was it's not thier fault that I am a victim of a scam
Was told to call 1800walmart...also told me take the card back to the store ...no help from either just told I am victim of a scam to contact the police.

Store Delivery
I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered from store between 5-6pm on March 27,2022. as of 1 pm on March 28,2022 still no groceries. This has happened multiple times and they try to force you in to cancelling.
It takes 6 days for Walmart to refund money. At this point no money, no groceries, and useless customer service.
I am disabled if I had another option, I would use it.
Someone from disability rights needs to go after Walmart.
Desired outcome: Someone needs to fix this problem instead of excusing it.

I purchased on line a black microwave from walmart. They shipped me a Red one., Now I have to return the red one to get the one I ordered. I can not take it to a store although I have seen them on display in the store. I can not do the printing shipping label. Walmart Vision Center
My whole family had appointments at the vision center and when I came to the appointment I was told I had to wear a mask, which I declined and was told by a worker that DIDN'T have her mask up that I'd have to cancel. I did cancel and will be changing eye doctors. Seems like walmart and their eye care providers have been watching too much CNN. Unless you are wearing an N95 mask, it's doing no good to you. And those who don't even wear them properly, really don't benefit. The "requirement" is a joke. I hope you enjoy lost business. I will make sure everyone I know is told about your "requirement".

I purchased a SIM card kit with a 30 day service plan from Walmart this week, when I went to go scratch off the service PIN, most of the PIN got scratched off. Took it to WalMart to get it exchanged and they wouldn't even give honor an exchange. Ridiculous. I even reached out to Straight Talk and they also told me they couldn't do a refund or exchange on the card. I just wasted $45 for nothing. I'm so glad I don't live anywhere near a WalMart so I don't have to waste all my hard earned money on defective product with one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Target was always way better anyways.
Desired outcome: Please exchange my Phone Service Card for a new working one or honor a refund at least.
Grocery carts
Cocoa Walmart needs better carts for parents with,more than 1 child that needs to be buckled up. These big carts they have for kids. Most us parents I know do not like using them or the wheels on them never work. I myself love Aldi's carts with the 2 seats but don't like shopping there. Please do something about these carts. And if not please get new carts for these parents that have more than 1 child with them!

On March 13, 2022 I purchased $150.00 MoneyCard at Walmart, Tried to activate on home computer. It would not activate so contacted Green Dot Bank for help. I was to mail copies of receipt and card to them and they would check. They did state someone else has used card. We purchased card and no one else able to use the card. Talked to another representive today and was told the card had been activated and no money on it. This has been a horrible experence. I would advise stay away from purchasing Walmart MoneyCard.
Desired outcome: I would like refund of my $150.00 used to purchase the MoneyCard
A rude associate
My husband and I were at Walmart ( 3/19/22 ) in the automotive department. We were looking for a rear wiper for my car. We asked this person for some help for the right size and he snapped look in the book for the right size we told him we did but some of the parts didn't match up so he snapped again and said .,if it's in the book then it's right..,..so my husband bought it and it was the wrong size so he took it back to the person and he was nasty and snapped again and told him to take the wiper to customer service. I'm refuse to deal with a nasty person like him!
oil change
I canme to walmart today to get my oil change, since it was friday, i tried to get there around 3 pm. I spoke with the employee in automotive, and he got my information , told me they could change my oil, this was at guntersville al, location. He told me it would be 45 mins. So i decided to walk around walmart for a hour nearly, i asked the manager if they had my car ready yet. she said no , so i waited another 15 mins. watched one of the employees walk past me, and they said nothing. Eventually, after a hour ands a half of waiting, i was told my cart was ready. The lady, who was the manager i believe, informed me after my long wait, that they did not have the proper tool to change my oil and they were unable to do it. Does anyone want to sit and walk around a store without one person having the respect, just common curt.to let me know so i would not waste my time. There needs to be issues about things like this addressed. It is very rude and i will never be back again/.

A ring I got was all bent so bad and given to us it’s sickening
Yes we got. A mothers rings at wood river Walmart keepsake jewelry for my bday and Mother’s Day gift the ring was bent so bad no way it would go on finger so my husband took it up to service desk and got money back and ordered one online from Walmart we called and got a discount got my ring I loved and then the stones fell out it’s been 3 yrs now and they refuse to stand by there work I am at home mom no reason for my stones to just fall out

I purchased this product from Walmart on line on February 27th, and received it on March 4th in 2 boxes. There is a 30 day return on the product. I bought it because the description said it was microwave safe, however the product gets very hot. I tried to return it at Walmart on March 6th but they said they wouldn’t take it because it was in 2 boxes, I explained that it came that way but they refused to take the return. I called the customer service, I was told they would send me a return label, I explained that it was delivered in 2 boxes so I needed 2 labels. I only got 1. I have called 4 times now explaining the situation and they continue to send the same label with the same tracking number, or I get no response at all.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive 2 return labels with 2 different tracking numbers so I can return this product and get a full refund

Bad Orange Juice
I bought some orange juice from Walmart on 3/9/22 in Live Oak Fl, the bottles looked funny, but I bought it got home and started drinking one it burned my mouth and my throat. found out it was bad orange juice was out of work for three days was throwing up the orange juice and bile and on toilet. my stomach was torn up. The juice had some kind of bacteria from air getting in. Contacted a lawyer to help resolve this issue. They should not have put them on the shelf. My number is [protected]

Pick up
My pick up order was ready 2 days ago so I went to try and add a pick up person and notice my ordered said delayed so I started trying to call Walmart through a 45 min process I was hung up on 4 times and after asking for a manager I was told I didn't need to yell in which I was not yelling do I decided to visit the store after asking for a supervisor I had to wait 40 mins for a supervisor to get my order.
Desired outcome: I got my [censored] and will not be dealing with Walmart 9th Street again

Purchased a ps5 om 11/06/2021 I never received the item walmart gave me the refund for the serviced plan why they did not refund the ps5 I am unsure why they have a policy that if the 3rd party seller does not resolve the issue, they will refund the money they did not honor their policy all they did was refunded 58.00 plus the taxes I do have all the emails from walmart and nationwide distributors i'm just unsure how to upload them but I can have them faxed in

protection plan is a joke
I was gifted a 10k chain for Christmas from my son, he paid 144.00 for it. On Feb 27, 2022 it broke when I was sliding it around so the clasp would be in the back. He bought the protection plan for that very reason. I have spent the better part of a day trying to find who to submit the claim to. I reached Square trade who informed me that it breaking is not covered under this "protection Plan". I don't understand why we even purchase these things, it's just another way for Walmart to get another few dollars from hardworking people. Now I have to take it to a jeweler to get it fixed.
