Policy on giving out customer PD number
I purchased a pair of Ray Ban glasses for my son. After both lens that darken when he goes outside the total was almost $400. No problem, we bought exactly what we wanted. The problem is after I paid for the glasses, my son asked for his PD number. My son had autism, and enjoys playing his virtual reality game. To see properly using his VR headset he needs to order lens that fits into the headset. In order to purchase these he needs his prescription as well as the PD number. We were told Walmarts policy is not to give this number out. I would have to get it from his eye doctor. The eye doctor is also in Walmart. I called the doctor office and was told they didn’t measure the PD. I could go on you tube for instructions to measure it myself.
This is unacceptable. This number is personal information about my son, for whom I purchased Walmart glasses. Walmart Vision center, to my knowledge doesn’t even sell the lens for his virtual reality game. So, him knowing this number will not even affect the sell of his glasses.
Desired outcome: This could easily be remedied by giving my son his PD number when we go to pick up his new, already paid for glasses from the Walmart vision center on Liberty Highway in Anderson, South Carolina.
Online shopping
I put in my first online shopping to picking order for 1807 Craig Rd, North Las Vegas, Nevada, Supercenter. The online site is VERY EASY to go through and with in a matter of minutes I had the things ready to be paid for. I asked my boyfriend to pick it up for me because I live an hour and a half away. I was given the option to add his name for the pickup which again I was thrilled about. That was the last positive experience I had during this whole transaction.
I wasn't told he would have to have the app, just his ID. I was told he would have to "checkin" before arriving, I wasn't told I w
Couldn't checking because the app wants access to your location, and I wasn't told how to contact anyone if there was an issue. My bf drove 20 min. Out of his way, pulled in, sat, decided to walk into the store after being at work, was told "they couldn't help him and to call a number" he called, I called, I called the store, he called again and no one answered. How are we supposed to figure this online pickup crap out if no one at your business gives customer service? One more reason walmart is pushing me to target and smiths.
Ps. Asking for my desired outcome and then giving me a limit of 250 character but nothing to show how many i'm tryping... Again, better communucation.
Desired outcome: Desired out come? Better communication. Better PRE instructions. Better after order placed instructions. Actually have customer service oriented employees. Ship the order to my house for free.
Jewerly/Keepsake Mother's Ring
My son purchased me a Mother's Ring with 4 stones. This purchase was done in 2007. He went with real birth stones not synthetic.
In 2015 one of the stones fell out. Took it to Wal-Mart for it to be sent off and have stone replaced.
In 2016 my son passed away from cancer that he was fight since he was 12 years old.
In 2018 the same stone fell out took it to same Wal-Mart they sent it off and replaced the stone again. I was so so appreciative!
In 2019 the same stone fell out took it back to the same store to have the stone replaced. After a month I got it back saying they would not do anything about it.
Something it wrong with the design of the ring if the SAME stone kept falling out. What hurts my heart so much is the stone that kept falling out is/was my son's birth stone that passed away. My son had all their names engraved on the ring along with my husband name and birth stone.
I still wore the ring because it is everything to me because my son was gone! After I would have surgery that was the first thing I put back on.
The end of 2021 I noticed that my husband's birth stone fell out. I have since put the ring away so I do not lose anymore stones!
There is definitely something wrong with the design to this ring.
Desired outcome: Desired outcome is to have the real stones replaced and made so they don't fall out anymore. I DO NOT want a replacement, just the original fixed
Renton, Wa store experience
But… the main reason I won’t go back to this store is because of the blaring Deaf Leopard rock music. Gee, why wouldn’t I want that? Every 20 something millennial does! Enjoy!
You're loosing customers that walk in, and turn around and leave (for Target)
Desired outcome: No blaring music while I'm trying to shop
Automotive service destroyed by car and negligence in customer service
On 3/13/2022, I took my car into the shop for an oil change. No problems were noted in the performance of the car. The mechanic changed the oil without a top treatment. A top treatment was purchased so he went back and did it again. I drove the car and 10 miles later and it was pouring out burning oil. Took my car to Carpenter’s Auto (North Augusta) on...

today 4\15\22 i was trying to exchange a battery i bought last year i didn't have receipt with me i was bullied talked down to and called ignorant dont think it's walmarts policy to call customers stupid i am handicapped and do have some disabilities and took these comments very hard im very upset i asked for police to be called because this manager wouldn't give anything but a 1st name so i could complain to the higher up in the company and hopefully make attention to this matter was very wrong to treat the disabled in this matter
Delivery
The driver called and said that he was at my location, I gave him specific instructions and he said he would be here momentarily. I waited and no one came to my door because I was to sign for my order. Upon calling Wal-Mart CS I was told the driver left the package and it was signed for by the wrong person and he took a picture all of which was not received or signed by me! He is often first driver to do this and I'm sick of it! Plus I tipped!
website
Walmart's website is so bad it's unusable. Nothing sorts the way I ask it to, no prices are listed anywhere, when I try to filter out things I don't want they just come back anyway. With the amount of profit Walmart makes, they should be able to hire competent people to look after their website. The fact that they don't speaks to how little they actually care about their business.
Desired outcome: Make the website functional.
Rude customer service
I want to show everyone how rude Walmart employees are rude from the inside. At the Walmart store #1454 in Quincy, Illinois, there’s a number of employees that were rude to customers whether it was to your face or behind your back. The store manager, Steve, likes to stare at younger women and has gotten in trouble for it as well but claims he’s married. When Covid testing was still going on, some of the managers were treating the associates really bad because they really didn’t want to get the testing done but had to. All of the managers that I’ve seen have laughed about the customer service that was brought up to the desk whether it was crucial or not. The front end team coach, Danya, has “always” laughed and called customers vulgar things behind their backs. One time that I have heard was a vulgar term for a black person and she laughed about it. The ultimate rude manager, Therese, has had corporate visits to her department and she was left with a weird look on her face. I know that one of the corporate guys asked her a question about her department and she replied, “I don’t know” but he then asked her if that was really her department. So basically people are getting promoted for jobs that they have no clue about.
I’ve seen it all. I’ve seen kids throw up in the store only to hear a front end team leads that they couldn’t figure out why “a parent brought their f***ing kids there in the first place.”
During their orientation, it’s brought up that if you are sick with fevers or flu, you are to stay home and call the disability center called Sedgwick but if the management doesn’t want to value you as a person, they will try to get rid of you regardless if Sedgwick had your back or not. The managers would tell you that Sedgwick was to blame when it was really them.
Not every work place is going to be a good one but I don’t think that certain people should be working in retail at all.
Desired outcome: Rethink hiring people for management positions if they really don’t think should be there. Hire undercover corporate people to get a feel of how this store runs and you will be appalled.
Overcharging
I shop the local Walmart in Monroe North Carolina once the month to buy groceries for the entire month. Between $800 and $1,200. I am so tired of being overcharged in the self-checkout and having to call employee over that wants to argue over the price. This month I finally got fed up after buying a $10 cat bed and it ringing up at $15. The employee stated...

I ordered furniture through Walmanrt.com. Apparently, this is actually though a 3rd part company. After receiving 2 of 4 pieces damaged, I tried to cancel the balance of the order. Was advised to refuse the shipment.
The shipping company would not allow me to refuse and dropped in my driveway. I have been trying to return these items now for 1.5 months. I have been lied to by multiple Walmart supervisors, that have further delayed this process. Walmart sends me top the 3rd party company, who then sends me back to Walmart...all with no resolution. I am now out more than $500 as I have no way to return these items.
PNWB Office furniture and Walmart should both be ashamed of themselves for the customer services and support
Desired outcome: Full refund of the cost of the 2 items, and ability to return them ASAP
Homeless in parking lot selling drugs & sex
I am very uncomfortable parking in the tarpon springs parking lot. As I shop very frequently in that Walmart
With the sun so hot in Fl there are few shady spots
This woman with her dog has taken up two of them she has been there in that lot for 3 months. I know because I also own a business in tarpon since 1971 and I shop in staples. I was avoiding her over by staples because she begs either for a jump. Gas money or? She has stolen from friends cars and now she in Walmart lot
I commend your store for providing safe nightly rest to travelers. They shop. Resupply etc. But this woman, I’m told, by credible sources. Ties her dog to her rear view mirror often and “ accommodates male suitors. (I’m being kind)
Please make shoppers more safe
I am speaking from many
We have had enough of her
Desired outcome: Remove her
auto/tire selection
Completely wrong tire size suggested for both of my cars and my jeep! It does not have a way to search inventory by tire size! It's a useless and pathetic attempt at a searchable site! I'm a formerly ASE certified mechanic and current DBA so I know what is utter crap and what is not - pathetic and frustrating! I'm not going to shop walmart online and reducing my in store purchases by 90% from now on!
Desired outcome: Let the company know they need new IT employees not some nepotistic [censored]!

Desired outcome: My $300 back please
Store Delivery
I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered from store between 5-6pm on March 27,2022. as of 1 pm on March 28,2022 still no groceries. This has happened multiple times and they try to force you in to cancelling.
It takes 6 days for Walmart to refund money. At this point no money, no groceries, and useless customer service.
I am disabled if I had another option, I would use it.
Someone from disability rights needs to go after Walmart.
Desired outcome: Someone needs to fix this problem instead of excusing it.
Cashing a money gram
Hello, I am a great Walmart customer... But I'm about not to go back to a Walmart for cashing money gram... I have a money order that is written out to me or my wife and she went to cash it and it denied and I tried same answer. And they gave me a number to fix it, and it is just a robot number. I purchased on line a black microwave from walmart. They shipped me a Red one., Now I have to return the red one to get the one I ordered. I can not take it to a store although I have seen them on display in the store. I can not do the printing shipping label. Cause at 70 yrs old I don't know how.Why should I go to all this trouble for Walmarts mistake again. Why can't you ship the black one
I ordered and pick up the red one. I have never received an apology only the run around. I ask so little in life anymore and this is what Walmart does to me. Gail Stout
Desired outcome: Do the Right Thing
Noise Level at Walmart Plainfield IL
Walmart parking lot noise must be stopped! It is not a truck stop, and it should not be used as such especially when located next to homes. Why do cities allow them to do so? Big corporations should follow rules as well. There are rest areas and truck stops on the highway for truckers, where they will not disrupt someone’s sleep. It isn’t until enough...

Walmart Vision Center
My whole family had appointments at the vision center and when I came to the appointment I was told I had to wear a mask, which I declined and was told by a worker that DIDN'T have her mask up that I'd have to cancel. I did cancel and will be changing eye doctors. Seems like walmart and their eye care providers have been watching too much CNN. Unless you are wearing an N95 mask, it's doing no good to you. And those who don't even wear them properly, really don't benefit. The "requirement" is a joke. I hope you enjoy lost business. I will make sure everyone I know is told about your "requirement".
Desired outcome: I would like your company to drop it's unscientific requirement.
