Home delivery
Yesterday, July 5th 2021, (a non USPS delivery day) I ordered two 44 lb bags of cat food and 3 packs of paper bowls via online from the Boaz, AL store. I was amazed that Walmart delivered to my home the same day. However, the man who delivered these items only delivered the cat food at first. He scanned it twice, then my husband's son took both bags and put them on my front porch... I took them into the house and began dumping one bag into a container I keep in my kitchen. I had barely filled the small container when my large watch dog started going nuts and barking at something at the front door. It was the same delivery guy wanting to scan the two 44 lb bags again. I dragged them back to the door so he could scan them all while trying to keep my 90 lb dog from getting to this man. I, no sooner thought I was done with this delivery man and he, came back to the door and said he needed to scan yet once more. After this third scan of the bags, I locked my front storm door and closed the inside door. Not two minutes went by before he came back to my door, knocking on the storm door and calling out my name. Of course, once again, my dog is going nuts and trying to get to this guy. I opened the inside door and there was the same delivery guy... This time holding up a bag containing the paper bowls I had also ordered. I watched him take a picture of the label on the bag, and then he handed it to me. Again I closed and locked the storm door and started to close the inside door when he started hollering my name and saying he needed to take a picture of the bag again. He then told me to hold up the bag so he could take a picture of me holding the bag. By now, I was so frustrated about this whole fiasco... All while trying to contain my dog... He finally left. I want to tell you here that I was alone in the house during this time (other than the dog) which is why I didn't put the dog in my bedroom when he came to my door the first time. I usually put him in there and close the door so I don't have to deal with all the barking and jumping at the door. My husband was way behind the house with his son working on something, which left me alone to deal with this delivery. I truly didn't appreciate this delivery guy hanging around my front porch asking to scan and rescan the three items he was delivering to me, all while asking me about my dog and how he understood why I had a dog like that... How great a watch dog he was. It made me very uncomfortable.
Oddly enough, none of what I have thus far conveyed to you is the reason for this complaint. While I was not happy with what this man put me through, it's because of what happened next that I am writing you. Later on yesterday evening, I received an email from Walmart informing me that 4 bags of dog treats that I had also ordered had been delivered to me also. And with this notification was a picture of a bag place in my mailbox. It filled my mailbox, which means had I not seen this email when I did, I might not have known it was in there and I would not have had my mail delivered the next day. And may I add here that it is considered a federal offense to place anything that has not got USPS postage on it in my mailbox.
According to the USPS, "The U.S. Postal Service would like to warn people that only authorized U.S. Postal Service delivery personnel are allowed to place items in a mailbox. By law, a mailbox is intended only for receipt of postage-paid U.S. Mail." This is a federal law!
Bonnie Martino-Collier
Desired outcome: Please make sure your delivery folks know the law regarding leaving packages in a mailbox and know how to scan the items they are delivering.
Electric Cart/ Handicap Cart Rules & Map
I would like to know where the Rules are posted regarding use of electric carts? Along with the Map/Area outside and inside that carts can be driven and used.
Case in point:
I I have looked at where the carts are parked at front of store and I have never seen a sign or notice that states that the use of this cart can only be either: Inside, Inside and Outside Etc. I have been told that the courts are not allowed to leave the Walmart store however handicapped individuals need the carts to use from the parking lot to the store. I want to know what the rules are and where are they located for the general public to know that they can either use the card only in the store or use the card inside and outside of the store and if the use of set cart is outside does it only cover their parking lot or the parking lot that covers all stores that Walmart sits on.
Desired outcome: Location of said Rules/Maps
Double charged
I got double charged on two items and did not notice until I got home. total of $23.00

Since this Walmart replaced the manager, who had been there since I first moved to Calais, ME, the store has gone down hill. When I first said hello to him... he ignored me... and walked by. So many items are out of stock. For me, it's the dog treats center/ cat food. I have been attempting to purchase my Labradors their Good & Plenty dog bones, and my cat...
Read full review of WalmartMoneygram (Ria Financial Services)
I am a licensed Colorado bail agent. I have utilized Walmart Moneygram to receive payment of fees. An elderly gentleman who is a retired attorney, out of state attempted three times to pay for a family member to be released from custody under bond. The first time he made the trip to Walmart and the transfer was flagged; he was lectured by a foreign person (very difficult to understand) and told he should not send money to anyone he doesn't know. He retrieved his money & resent 2 smaller transfers. Again both transfers are flagged & he has to make another trip to pick up his funds. A complete waste of time. Both for sender & the receiver. Walmart moneygram appears to be a scam service & not what it professes to be.
Desired outcome: Ria Financial is abusing its authority. Ria Financial should hire only fluent in English for customer service.
Usually when someone is "flagged" there's an issue somewhere in the system. It's not Walmart's fault. Customer needs to fix the issue with MG. I used to do money transfers with Walmart. It could also be that there's a misspelling of a name, perhaps. I've seen that happened. Good luck.
Delivery
I order the stroller car seat package and had it sent to arizona from califonia it was quaranted to be there on thursday the 24th had people there waiting for it to bring baby home, it got delayed until friday not and then we were told it would not get here until today. I had to buy another one, I could have cancelled and waited 10 days for refund but I cant even trust that will never trust walmart again.
Desired outcome: better service
Salon
I got in the salon at 5:48 pm. I waited until the stylist completed another customer's transaction at the register. She then asked could she help me. I asked her could I get my neck taped. She told me that she closed at 6pm. She could have told me this when I walked in the store. Because I only requested a $10- $15 service, I felt that I was turned away. I was the only customer left in the store. Will take my service elsewhere in the future.
Customer Service Advocate
Desired outcome: Post hours of operation in a visible location.
Racists Employees
I was visiting from out of town with my brother for Fathers Day. When entering Walmart we were yelled at, stopped and told to enter through the other side due to Covid Protocol. We did and I asked the black guy if he needed to check anything else for Covid and he said no you were just going in the wrong entrance that was an exit. What? 5 other black employees then joined in and began to harass us during our visit of 5 minutes. I paid for our items and as we exited were harassed more and told do not start trouble on Juneteenth. I was in complete shock and we will never return to this Walmart. Very racist town.
Desired outcome: I won’t pursue the ignorance of racism. Yazoo City is very racist. It’s not worth pushing.
Novashion air purifier
Purchased this unit in Jan. 2021. Order # 2932191-194791
I set the unit up, as directed. and it worked fine for appx 4 months.
At the last part of May it started emitting an electrical smell.
It quickly stopped working.
I contacted Walmart. It was beyond the 30 day return policy. Walmart gave me a telephone # for Novashion, the MFR.
The MFR INCLUDED A YEARS WARRANTY in its owners manual.
I called the MFR. Spoke to Patricia. They promised an email response on how to deal with this issue within 48 hours. No email arrived.
I called again 4 days later, again spoke to Patricia. Again promised an email within 48 hours. No email arrived.
I called Walmart spoke to Lee Ann, asking Walmart to inquire with the MFR because Walmart IS RECOMMENDING this product since it sells it.
No response to me from the MFR.
Received a letter dated 6/14 from Walmart saying a letter was sent saying it had contacted Novasion about this issue.
I called Novashion again on 6/14 and spoke to Lucas. Checked with him, my email was correct. He promised an email response in 4 hours. I made it clear I was looking for a REPLACEMENT or a REFUND.
No email from them in email or spam.
I did speak to my credit card company to ask about disputing charge for this item. Received a letter dated 6/11 saying the charge was valid and did not meet Walmart's policy and the charge would remain on my account.
I looked up the location of the area code for the phone number of MFR with the idea of locating the Better Business Bureau to register a complaint about this company. The area code is in Los Angeles.
Called Walmart customer service on 6/17. Michele repeated the 30 day policy and did not seem to want to suggest any other possible actions.
Called the MFR again on 6/18. Spoke with Brutus. He again promised an email within 4 hours. No email arrived nor has it arrived as of 6/19.
But did find out this person was located in HONG CONG. He refused to give me an address to send a picture of the unit with defective display.
So the MFR is in China. The probability of this company being willing to honor its Written years Warranty from date of purchase is very low.
My son will be visiting from DC over this weekend. If you want a picture of the display unit which now only half lights up with the fan not working, I need an address and he can send it.
I also want to warn other potential purchasers about buying any electronic product from this MFR and intend to post such info on appropriate web sites.
Desired outcome: a Refund
Order cancelled
On 6/12/21 I ordered a vacuum from Walmart.com. I received a confirmation email stating I could pick up the vacuum on 6/12/21 between 6 and 7 pm. I notified the store I was coming then parked in a pick-up spot. After about 2 mins, a man came out and said "your order is cancelled." When I asked why the man said "I don't know." When asked whether the vacuum was in the store the man replied "I don't know. You will have to go in the store and look for yourself." The man also told me that I received an email stating the order was cancelled. When I got back home, I did not receive an email that Walmart cancelled my order.
An apology would be acceptable because I did waste time and gas up and back to Walmart and because the associate I spoke with was very rude.
order # [protected]
Desired outcome: an apology for my time and gas and for being rude
They should have notified you of the cancelled order, might have been cancelled due to it not being in stock. Maybe the email went to your spam?
Poor packaging of canned and plastic bottled goods
My complaint is primarily focused on the New Jersey warehouse(s) I receive my online deliveries from. Every order I have received has 35% or more of dented cans. When I order bottled water, the box is always leaking because the packer hasn't put enough packing material around the bottles and will often put 12 bottles of water in the box without any packing material.
This packing "incompetence" has caused a chilling effect in me I Walmart is absolutely the last resort when I order anything and never any item that comes in a glass jar. Several other people I know have the same complaints about the packing issue with Walmart and turn to Amazon or other vendors when ordering online.
Online website
Their website is truly terrible, specifically in product availability and verification of third party sellers. Supposedly this 3rd party information is updated "every 24 hours", but updated doesn't mean verified. It seems there is no vetting process or standards for third party sellers meaning Walmart's website frequently misrepresents expected delivery date and product availability. I purchased the item through Walmart because it was the only website that offered prompt delivery for that specific item (expected delivery was 8 days after order date). Following my purchase, the tracking information was displayed as follows: On Walmart's website, the tracking information stated "shipping label created in ____, Texas" (close to where I live) but when the USPS tracking number was input directly on USPS's website, it stated that it "shipped out from HuanZhan(?), China" on the same date. I was suspicious but figured it was still possible to receive the package by the anticipated delivery date from China if it was transported via plane. Turns out this was not the case. I wish I screenshot the tracking information before the delivery date passed, because it has since been updated to "product delayed" without any additional information. Three days after my expected delivery date, I contacted customer service about the part. The representative said they are sorry to inform me the product is out of stock. If this is really the reason for the indefinite delay, why does your site not reflect this following one of the "daily" product updates? Why do I have to contact customer support to find this out? Also, why does your site present products as if they are available locally when they use the same third party seller in China that I could have purchased from directly? It is deceitful and poor customer service. I wish I could say this was a fluke, but it is not the first time this has happened. It will however, be the last.
Desired outcome: Increase standards of third party sellers and work on inventory syncing protocol

Price match to another Walmart
I tried purchasing these in store because it said in store price only online. The cashier said it didn't matter what the price said online, it mattered what their app said. I asked to speak to a manager, her manager named Mathias here in the Harlingen, Texas store said they don't match online prices that it didn't matter if it was Walmart.com. Basically...
Read full review of Walmart and 1 commentMilk spoiling eight days before expiration. This is the third time.
This happened on April, 2021 and again on May, 2021.
WalMart regular milk spoiling, for the third time, 8-10 days before the expiration date. At first I thought it was the refrigerator not working properly but I have bought milk three (3) times already and it has been spoiling 8-10 days before the expiration date. I never had that problem before, I have always been able to keep 2 gallons of milk at all times without any problems.
It is time to investigate and do something about this and about time someone who really cares take over the FDA and revamp it. Enough with poor excuses.
Desired outcome: Investigate and do something about this.
If you open the container before the expiration date the expiration is accelerated. Usually if you open a container 2 weeks from expiration you will only have 5 days before it spoils, but if you open a container 3 days before expiration it will usually last all the way to expiration date. Usually if left unopened but use it all at once it will be good even a day after expiration. I would recommend only buying enough milk to last 5 days at a time. Don't hoard it in advance.
Unethical behavior by manager
My name is Christal Crites. I work at Store 2272 in Cambridge MD. I have worked with Walmart for over 25 years mostly in DSD. We always had two in DSD here. Jen works the 4am to 1pm shift for Vendors. I worked 8am to 2pm for FEDEX, UPS, Mail, and other trucks. The earliest I had a delivery was 10am. I spent the first two hours usually cleaning. I had worked...
Read full review of WalmartVizio 50" TV
I purchased a 50" Vizio TV on clearance and Walmart in Ruidoso, NM on 05/31/2021 at 3:00pm, which was yesterday. The TV works but flashes a white screen repeatedly at an interval of about 3 seconds, which makes the TV unusable. I brought the TV back to the Walmart customer service center in Ruidoso, NM and was told there are no returns on clearance items period. I refused to accept this as a legitimate answer and asked to speak with the manager. The manager coincidentally walked by last night while i was deciding on which tv to buy and suggested that i "buy the big one, " which was also on clearance for over $600. When he arrived at the customer service desk, he told me that buying one of those TVs is a gamble. I told him that it's been less than 24 hours and Walmart sold me a broken TV. He stated that is the store policy on clearance items. I stated that this should have been disclosed prior to purchase. I have the receipt and the item is in the same condition as purchased last night.
Desired outcome: Return or Exchange
Lack of motorized handicap shopping carts at supercenter #2445 1515 bethlehem pike, hatfield, pa 19440.
There are only 2 functioning motorized carts for the handicapped in the store. They have 8-10 carts in the store as told me by the greeter/employee who informed me that only 2 were working. She went to say "there was nothing they could do about it!" My mother cannot walk more than a few feet and needs the cart to shop. The employees do not seem to care if...
Read full review of WalmartWild bird seed, your prices and inventory
I drive weekly to buy two large bags of cheap bird seed which all of a sudden you have the damn nerve to raise the prices up 4 bucks a bag which is so nasty and greedy, then most of the times your shelves are out of stock, so then I have to buy the smaller bags and pay more for less than the larger bags, not good and certainly not fair, and when asked why, the dumb answers are the items are probably ordered
Desired outcome: lower your prices and properly stock your shelves the correct way ,,, always an excuse

Walmart took my order. I never received the items that I was billed for, but Walmart claims they were delivered. I tried contacting the seller, only to find out that they are closed. They are not in the USA. Things are a total mess. I have other items that have not been sent to me. I need them. I will stop doing business with Walmart, from now on, but need the items I paid for. I have wasted a lot of time already. Why do we have to deal with foreign countries, anyway? Walmart does not advise us when foreign sellers are involved. We are being cheated.
Desired outcome: I want my products.
