Walmart inoperable and unsafe wheelchair and electric carts

Walmart at 2324 S New Hope Road Gastonia, NC 28054 only has two electric carts and two wheelchairs with baskets. They do not keep the electric carts charged and are often sitting, not plugged in, with a dead battery. The also do not check the wheelchairs with baskets to ensure they are operable and have all the parts. The two wheelchairs have one foot rest on each of them which makes it not only uncomfortable but dangerous and leaves room for injury. I have complained to their corporate office but it has fallen on deaf ears. I have talked to the managers on duty on both occasions that I had an issue but they were not willing to help or get the equipment fixed. My family member needs this equipment to shop due to a stroke and a hip and knee replacement. Whether intentional or not, If this is a form of discrimination due to the fact that a permanant or temporary handicapped individual or an elderly person does not have the same opportunity to independently shop as others do. If Walmart is going to provide this equipment, the company and employees should be responsible enough to inspect the equipment for safety and operability.

Walmart savings catcher

When you changed the method to register your receipts you have made it impossible for me to continue with the rewards program. Everyone does not have a smart phone or does want Walmart to dictate the way they are paying for their purchases. I will no longer be shopping at Walmart. I know just one person complaining doesn't worry a big corporation but this really is unfair.

Walmart great value double zipper gallon food bags

the entire box has a hole in each bag (at the seam) as if it never got sealed good at the factory. I put my breading in these for fish, chicken, etc.I don't know how many times I have forgot about the hole in the bag, only to have it all over the counter, floor, and me. 40 bag quantity distributed by Wal-mart Stores Inc Bentonville, Az.72716 Bar code # is [protected]. Walmart unethical behavior

This happend quite some months ago. I complained on walmart costumer service and never got any information or resolve. I reported on phone and by website.

This happened last year late november. I had a bad experienc in store. i rung myself out at self checkout. Then I went to the return counter because a dvd that was on sale rung up higher than the sticker. I was told it didn't matter if the signs were wrong, that they were not honoring it. Charged regular price for left over blackfriday stuff that was still in sale boxes with stickers. After leaving costumer service I went to exit. I looked for my reciept and could not find it. I was told I could not leave. Which I don't think is legal. I told the where I checked out and to visit costumer service or call because I just walked away where I returned something with todays receipt.

I was made to feel like a criminal and told I couldn't leave the store because I'd misplaced my receipt. I was asked for my credit card number. No other options were given to me. I told them I was sick and needed to go but they ignored me. Many people walked past showing no reciept which three people were called over to "help" me. I was offered no way to leave the store and was told I couldn't. I went to the costumer service and the woman who was called up (i believe was a manager) I always see her hanging around the office...told me feel free to return the stuff...because it wasnt like I was getting money for it. I returned my things and also discovered my receipt. I returned my 40 items and left with my money. No apology or anything. I also the next week spent 15 mintues waiting for a manager to talk to about the issue. Nothing.

Walmart corelle dinnerware

I recently purchased Corelle dinnerware "Vitrelle, from my local Walmart and the pattern colors started to fade right away and continue to fade. It seems you need more product quality control to avoid this problem.

The cups are holding their color very well.

I have had other Corelle dinnerware that lasted thirty (30) years and hardly faded at all.

If possible, a new set of dinnerware of another pattern or a refund of my original purchase would make me very happy.

Walmart recent shipped items: air fryer, phone modem, mason jelly jars

unethical behavior on return
I am a survivor of Hurricane Florence. I ordered some products from Walmart on 09-26-2018 through *Walmart g. co./helppay#CA. This ordered totaled $528.31. My box was held at the Holly Ridge, NC post office in that we could not get back on the island in which we live due to severe damage to homes and beach. When my Walmart box arrived, I could use some items. However, due to the damage from the storm I needed to return some. I lost my cell phone and old email address in which I ordered these items. I have tried in store on phone with Walmart to change my old email to a new email so I can retrieve my order number. The Walmart store in Porter's Neck would not even give me store credit on three items. The customer service employee and the manager on duty were extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager called Walmart head quarters and told me to talk to them. I tried for over an hour to retrieve this order number giving my cell phone number which was destroyed during the hurricane [protected] and my old email address which I can not retrieve due to the lost of my phone. I gave all my home number [protected] and my new email:[protected]@gmail.com My old email was:[protected]@gmail.com in which order was place with and lost cell phone [protected]. I provided the date of purchase the amount. My home address to which it was eventually sent. No one could help. I was talking with the customer service representative in person as well as her manager as I was on the phone with corporate per the manager's request. I have had a several strokes in the past and I was on my way to the doctor's office after what I though would be an easy return at Walmart in Porter's Neck. The purchase was made online through *Walmart g.co./helppay#CA on 09-26-2018 in the amount of $528.31. Please help me retrieve my order # so I can return some unneeded items. Thank you for your prompt response to this pressing request.

Walmart website

I have written several times complaining about Walmart website, thought it was just me. No, Wal-Mart has the most worst website in the world. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, it absolutely did. I absolutely hate shopping online at Walmart.com. Obviously they don't care or they would fix it. They need to fire the entire tech crew and replace with competent employees. Can you suggest how that can be accomplished. I have been shopping online at Walmart.com for years and it gets worse with each upbrade. Please tell me how I can get in touch with Wal-Mart and relay my opinion, apparently writing to they their site doesn't help because they are not changing of fixing the problem. Thank you.

I will no longer buy a thing from Wall-Mart and Wall-Mart dot com. Every time I have gone to a Wall-Mart store it has been an experience from Hell. You can never get the workers to help you when you ask them they act like your interfering with there standing around time, or they say they will be right back and never return. Also all most all the time I have gone to Wall-Mart they seem to always be out of the item you are looking for, thus for you end up buying the more expensive item. This sucks and gets old. So I tried to buy from Wall-Mart dot com seems they are worse (even more so now) I have bought from them have not worked right or not at all. Up to recently you could tell them, they would send a replacement and a shipping label to send back the product with the driver. They no longer do this, now you have to send it back 1st. And then they will send you another.

Well this can be the experience from Hell as well now. I sent a product that did not work back to them two weeks ago. To this date they have not sent the replacement. The Customer Service is now out of the Philippians and they do not speak English very well. I had to spend two hours and a half on the phone, and six phone calls to them in that time frame. When I got one that half [censored] spoke and understood me the sent the wrong type of shipping label. It took me going to FedEx with the wrong label to be told that it is not a shipping label. So it cost me $11.00 of my own money to ship it back to them. To like I said this day I have not been sent the replacement of the product. Again I have gone thru the Customer Service many times and every time they say it will ship today, and well it has not.

I have contacted Wall-Mart Corporate office in Ark. and they just send you on to the horrid customer service. It seems that Wall-Mart could care less about complaints and doing right with the customer. They could care less about the store service and about dot com as well. I am not ever going to spend a dime with this crappy chain, if they did care it would be a different story. I would buy from them, but won't do so to get sorry service from them.

Walmart grilled chicken & sausage gumbo

I juswt finished a can of the soup and was terribly dissapointed in it. I bout some previously and like it but this can was horrible. It was 18.8oz. WHEN pouring it into a bowl to heat it up I did not see much filling. I then filtered the solids from the liquid. I had a little over 16 oz of liquid and very little 2 oz of the ingredients. 2 pieces of sausage and 4 little square bits of chicken plus some rice and veggies that were really well overcooked. All I can say that this soup was terrible. The only thing good about it was the flavorful broth but the rest of the soup[ SUCKED.

Walmart the reward about walmart $1000.00 gift card with survey to receive the card

Ok I done the survey and even when it got to the end where it tells you to do claims I think it's called the silver claim then the gold claims and one more but the last claim you have to claim 8 to receive the$1000.00 gift card well I done every one each claim paid for each one some say they are free but they are not free it's a catch in every one of them I had to pay shipping and have to pay again for others to get things going if I want it and there has been other times on different gift cards or other things so I've paid out probably half of what gift cards are worth it really pisses me of I know it's not y'alls fault who ever reads this thank you

Gift cards saying Walmart $1000.00 I done every thing it said to do after survey paid for everything on claims that you wanted because some of the claims say free but that's a lie I think I have paid half on stuff that would have been half of the $1000.00 gift card and like Amazon too it's upsetting that after I do what it says it just like took my money thinking I was going to receive a gift card

I signed up with a book site paid it I signed up an downloaded amazon I also orderd Disney movies An books an still have not recived my card so where is it this not the first time this has he it did about two years
Ago but figured it would wwirling right by now I only did it because I could use the gift cars for home An Christmas this is so wrong to do to honest pay I believe a lawn should be filed against them

Walmart onn pc headset with boom microphone

I purchased this headset for my personal Pc on 09-28-18 and within a few days of use I started to notice both my ears had a rash on them, and then the following day i noticed it was worse and started oozing clear fluid. Not sure what materials this is made from, but unfortunately I had an allergic reaction. I stopped using them and returned them to the store and informed the customer service rep. of the issue. I thought i should let someone know about this.

Walmart staff/customer service

On september 29th my daughter and I went shopping. We had a large cart full. The cashier was good, & apologized thru out the transaction. She was unable to find codes in her book for items we had. She called for help. Customer service manager got stopped by 2 employees right in front of us. He proceeded to help them first. Then was unable to help us. He called for help from another department. He was unable to help us. The cashier saw another supervisor, she asked her for help. She replied with a dirty look and said she was busy. She was with an employee talking! It was finally figured out. But I guess employees are more important than customers! I really think that's backwards! I have worked at a store for 10 years. I'm embarrassed for this store!

Walmart overall management deficiencies

Today at 4pm it happen again for the fourth time this year;

I take my time to drive to this Walmart Store located at 9191 West Flagler in MIami Florida 33174 and you find yourself with empty shelves in the vegetable and fruit area (see pictures attached).
No one seems to respond to my questions about what's going on with suppliers. I asked for a Manager who rapidly told me that "the truck did not make it this morning".
I reply that this wasn't the first time it happens but she insisted that it was her the first time that happen and dismissed me at that point.

This is the fourth time I have presence this lack of organization in this store. Two months ago I talked to several managers about that and all of them looked at me as they where not aware that many shelves were empty.

Many times I observed items that are missing in the wine section for weeks and when I ask basically they said that the suppliers forget to replenished the shelves (?).

I am writting this complaint to see if something can be done to have a better and more organized store in this location with better inventory management.

Walmart walmart.com third parties

I ordered a product from Walmart.com. It was an adapter for an Xbox One. When I tried to get a refund Walmart sent me a message that they would forward it to a third party I didn't realize I was actually buying from. They assured me I'd hear from them within 1 business day. Which didn't happen. And then after I simply returned the package to sender (not having opened it yet) the third party which was called Humor Phantom Inc kept my money anyway. This is straight up stealing and Walmart.com is part of it.

Walmart schumacher 1200 amp portable power station

I April I purchased a Schumacher 1200 Amp Portable Power Station for $99.95. It was over $107.00 with tax. The first time I needed to use it for a jump start it didn't work. It was fully charged but the battery clamps did not put any juice into my battery. The other functions worked OK. Unfortunately I was unable to return it as I went into the hospital for a Triple Bypass surgery and was laid up for three and a half months. When I was finally able to drive I took the Item back to my local store and the return desk person said she had to call her supervisor. When she came to the desk she looked at the receipt and said it was over 90 days and they couldn't refund the purchase price. I told her that I didn't want a refund only to have it replaced with one that worked. I also told her the reason why I couldn't return it sooner. She said that she would have to call her supervisor. When she came over I again explained my situation to her and she was very non caring and said she would not exchange it for me. I asked her very politely If she could make an exception because of my problem and she got very nasty and said that if she did this for me then she would have to do the same for every one else and I said how would every one else even know that you did this and she said that there were five other customers in line and they would know and want the same thing. I doubt that they would have items to return that were over 90 days old. I told her that I had been a customer of Walmart ever since they opened for business years ago and I would not shop there any more. She then walked away and did not give me my receipt back. I contacted the manufacturer and told them the whole story about my experience and they told me that I would have to send them the item and proof of purchase. I can't do this because I no longer have my receipt. I was a Supermarket owner for most of my adult life and I am now 84 years old. I would not or have not ever treated a customer like I was treated.

Walmart 1000 dollar gift card

I didn't even look for this and now I can't even escape from this web site, I don't want anything except to be left alone, I don't want phone calls, I don't want emails ! I go to WALMART because I have to ! I'm disabled and on a fixed income! I don't need to be harrassed by the [censored] who buy my email address to flood my phone and my laptop with [censored] emails covering EVERYTHING under the sun !?! I DON'T WANT TO BUY ANYTHING! Walmart the lady at the front desk and the housekeeping

Its three o'clock in the morning. We're driving to Michigan from Florida. Decided to stop for a rest. The moment my husband walks in the girl at the front desk asked him for a cigarette. Not hello not welcome but "Hey can I bum a smoke?" Her shirt was filthy and looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks, her hair was an unkempt mess piled on her head. She gave us a key card that didnt work so when I went in to ask for a new one she was on her cellphone and made me wait for her to finish her call. Changes us to another room. Theres blood stains and cigarette burns in the sheets and hair on them. The bathroom light is burned out, the latch to the front door is busted and the light switch doesn't work. This is the nastiest place I have EVER stayed. How it's still in business is BEYOND me!

I know exactly what I called the GIRL. She was no woman. To call her that would have been a stretch. My auto fill added Walmart on it's own. If you're to stupid to figure that out on your own, maybe you should find something else to do with your time than nitpick at things you know nothing about you ignorant troll.

Walmart $100 walmart gift card

First of all I completed everything that needed to be completed on the website. I then proceeded to complete the silver reward part and did so successfully but your website never allowed me to receive the gift card even after I paid the $1.00 for the offer. I completed the credit score offer and now I can't get back to the offer for the gift card from wal-mart. That's one reason I never get my gift card, cause you guys won't allow me to that's why I do believe this is a fraud. Now I want back my $1.00 cause even after paying I still have not got my gift card. This is s scam

I received a pop up on my cell phone saying that I won $1, 000 gift card from Walmart filled out all the information and resubmitted it for everybody that has been threatened for possible identity theft Walmart should give them the 1000.00! For everyone that was scammed Walmart should be held responsible then they should provide extra security for their website to avoid this issue in the future!

Walmart customer service

Satisfaction guarenteed? Thats a lie! I was lied to by multiple employees! Walmart blocked me from calling just because I called to get an update! Very unprofessional! Ive been treated better by wendys employees and I spoke with corporate. To top it off with a cherry their insurance company called and harrassed me on 2 occasions! I just came to purchase a item and ended up in a serious amount of pain and getting fired from my job because I had to call off due to that injury... This is suppose to be a family owned company thats all about helping families save money and making life better. What about my family? Im still in pain and my life was better before I walked in walmart that day!
