multiple product problems
Never buy from wal-mart online. I purchased 2 recliner covers, cute little fox dishes and vanilla scented lotions for gifts. The fox dishes came and every single one was damaged. The lotions were wrapped in this ridiculously sticky tape that left sticky adhesive on the bottles which wouldn't come off and the chair covers never came. I looked at my account and it showed that the chair covers were shipped and had already been delivered. Lies. So I called their "customer service" in india of course, and asked where my chair covers were. She put me on hold forever and came back and said that they were never shipped because there was a problem with them at the warehouse. So I said, how much longer would they be because I had to have them within a week or I can't use them. She said they would not be able to get them to me until 3 weeks. So I said, forget it then, just cancel the order and i'll get them elsewhere. She put me on hold again for another 30 minutes and then came back and said ok, I cancelled your order. I then said that I also can't use the lotions as a gift because they are covered in sticky tape. So she said she would resend them, this time without any tape on them. So, first, I got the chair covers from another company. Then 2 weeks later, I get the same stupid chair covers in the mail from wal-mart that I had cancelled and they charged my bank account for them. It would be way too much to type with the hassle that I had to go through to get refunded but, let's just say that it took several calls, each lasting a ridiculous amount of time and several weeks. Next, I get the box with the replacement lotions that were supposed to have no tape on them. However, instead, they someone had purposely wrapped that same sticky tape around every single inch of each of the bottles, just to be jerks. So I had to call them back again and tell them to cancel the order because I had enough of their nonsense. Oh, and they had told me to take the dishes that were broken into a local store to return it and the local store would not return them because they said they couldn't accept returns from online purchases. Never again wal-mart. I should have known better than to shop at a fema camp anyways!

My son bought this for his dad for Fathers Day at Walmart. On the FIRST use, the zipper that closes the top cane out of the track. We worked for an hour trying to fix it! Walmart probably won't take it back- we don't have receipt anymore! I can include pics. We do have the tag and upc barcode that was attached to it w the zipper lube. So.. did my son just waste $50?
unreasonable policy
A couple of weeks ago I purchased six (6) 8 oz. packages of Great Value brand cheddar cheeses. Three (3) were orange cheddar and three (3) were white. All of the white were great and we started on the orange a few nights ago and both my husband and I noticed they tasted grossly disgusting. I checked the date on all the remaining ones and they were the same as the one we opened, October 2018. We have been purchasing this brand from Walmart since they started carrying it, never had this problem before.
Yesterday, I went to return them and the girl in customer service informed me that without a receipt, it was policy that they could not return food. Who saves food receipts until you eat all the food you bought? I also spoke with the customer service manager and she also stated policy. Neither customer service representatives even wanted to hear about the complaint.
I think my money will be spent elsewhere from now on. The little stores at least care about the products they are selling to the consumers!

First of all I want to apologize to everyone for my wife's attacks against you all. Unfortunately she has trouble taking no for an answer. She wants us to have children, but as you can see, she needs to grow up herself before we decide to have any children. I am sure that if she were more polite they would be more than willing to help. They were willing to give us a store credit, but she refused. I was perfectly okay with a store credit, but she was not. She kept arguing and told me to shut up. They has to threaten to call security. If she had just taken the store credit, we could have used that toward future purchases. My wife is not normally like this. She just acts like this when things do not go her way. Unfortunately for those blaming her parents she was always breaking the law, and their rules. I was too. I grew out of it. She did not. Once again I would like to apologize to all of you who were cyber harassed and bullied by my wife because you disagreed with her. She can be real kind, as long as she has her way and you agree with her. Thank you for replying. I told her to drop this and not post a complaint, but she just swore at me and did not take my advice. So this dummy actually thinks that because someone tells her that she is wrong that they work for the company. Must have been not graduate elementary school. I do agree that calling grown women girls is hostile itself. Honestly I am surprised that this "woman" is smart enough to even type up a review. Called Wal-Mart (Crawfordville, FL) to ask where my table was, I had received the chairs. I was told by the person I spoke with there was nothing they could do. I reached out the the company that makes the furniture (courtyard creations). They were much nicer & apologized for any inconvenience but said it seemed to be false advertising on Walmart's part.
I'm disabled & do most of my shopping on-line. I literally spend thousands of dollars at Walmart. But this has had me so upset I'm thinking that's gonna stop.

maple nut goodies candy
Quite a while back I purchased Maple nut goodies from what I believe was the same store I purchased them from this time only to find that they were stale and hard. Though the expiration date had not yet come, they were not good. I wrote a complaint on your site and was sent a coupon for another free product and a nice letter of apology. It has been several months and I finally used the coupon today. I used it at a Walmart store in Roanoke Virginia and purchased the same candies. To my shock and disappointment I experienced the same thing. The candy is stale and hard. I'm not sure what has happened or if the product is being changed but I'm very disappointed as this is a candy I've eaten since I was a child and my grandmother first introduced it to me. I am now going to have to throw this bag away as I did the first one since it is just not edible. I just thought I would let your company know of the lack of freshness of this product.

I have no idea if i'm in the right spot or not - but here it goes! My mother purchased a better homes & garden solar bird bath with stand for me and my sisters as a special mother's day present. (bh18-[protected] hummingbird floral)
This was beautiful and a special gift. My husband dug it in the ground so it was level and the stand solid in the ground. After the first rain, it fell over - and the glass birdbath broke.
The birdbath was not attached to the stand or anything. It was a very poor design - it just sat on some plastic pads. It was beautiful, but totally impractical!
It was purchased at the walmart store here in carroll, ia. I have checked, and they no longer carry this item.
Is there anyway of obtaining a "replacement top"? What would it cost?
I'm not even sure I "want one" due to the poor design, and fear it will only happen again - but it meant so much to me coming from my 96 year old mom - she was pretty excited over her purchase, and thought it would be special if she and my two sisters all had one. Maybe we can figure out some way to attach it better, or rig up a better stand.
Can you please help me with this item, or let me know who to contact? I would really appreciate any help you can provide for me.

I bought a drill driver in july/2017 at east syracuse (ny), and it no longer works. Went to the store's customer service, but they didn't exchange it, due to a 90-day policy. Instead, they referred me to the black and decker costumer service, who, after I called, said the product was out of warranty, because it was too old. I went back top walmart's costumer service to ask for a copy of the receipt, since I purchased the merchandise less than a year ago. They did not give me a copy of my receipt, and said that the problem was all mine and they couldn't do anything about it. Both managers and employees at the costumer services at the store were less than helpful and show no interest in helping me at all. It turns out I bought an equipment that was already out of warranty./ walmart doesn't exchange it, doesn't return my money and neither does black and decker. I really want that situation to be solved.
greeter/shoplift accuser
I just want you to know we spend $250 a week at Walmart. Every time we shop the greeter/shop lift accuser stops us even though he/she watches us check out and asks to see our receipt. Five other people walk by and they stop us EVERY time we go. I retired after 30 years in a law enforcement career and it's very degrading to be made to feel like you're a thief when you spend this much money and NEVER think about stealing anything. We shop at other places and are never questioned so I think it's time we stop being customers of Walmart unless this ridiculous situation changes. This happens at the Marion, NC Walmart and the associates are very demeaning. If you're this worried about loss prevention maybe it's time to reevaluate your protocols. If this continues I WILL take my business elsewhere.
ordered online. your distribution center delivered my package to wrong address
WalMart.com 9193- Greenfield 6719 W. 350 N. Greenfield, Indiana 46140. This is where the package came from. On the delivery label they had my address listed as 4171 W, Sierra Dr. Trlr 6 Bloomington, Indiana . My address is same, except it is Trlr 60. The fedex took the package to Trlr 6, which is a vacant lot. So the delivery guy puts the package to Trlr 5 in which I found out that no one was home, so he just left it at that home. The package was given back to FedEx and FedEx after looking for it, called my Wife and told her that they had the package and wanted to know if she wanted the package or if she wanted it shipped back. What ! So, we went and got it. We are happy with the product, just not the way Walmart handled the Labeling on the package. We are also unhappy with FedEx for the way they handed my order to someone else and thinking that was ok to do. To some people 53.00 may not seem like a lot of money, but when you are on a fixed income, IT'S ALOT ! Makes me not wanting to order anything online again. Very Disappointed !

meat department selling garbage in tube of burger
I cannot give a date nor do I have a receipt because I did not find the bad product until it was almost gone. I bought a 10 pound tube of 73% burger at the Clinton Iowa store on or about May 27, 2018, and in the bottom end of the tube was about a half pound or more of unground fat. Totally inedible. I contacted the store via messenger and then was given an email address of the complaint department. I have not received any response from any WalMart employee since.

I will start this letter off saying I am not happy with my daughter has done, nore do I approve of what she did
However my daughter and I went shopping. My daughter wanted to look at the toys. After we met up again my eleven year old daughter was arrested for shoplifting aswe left the stor. I thought they were just arresting her because she was black. However she was actually shoplifting.
However here is where the unfair treatment is. If my daughter had been white they would never have suspected her. She would have gotton away with it.
The security had the nerve to tell me that they have been watching her for a few weeks because she was acting suspicious. I guess all blacks are suspicious in their eyes.
They lied to me and said that my daughter was trying to steal before. My daughter admitted this, however if my daughter had been white they would never have caught her in the first place because they would never suspect she would steal.
I have punished my daughter for this. However the fact that she is black is the major reason she was arrested. They would not have even looked at her if she was white.

Why does Walmart keep this seller active? With a long history of complaints Walmart must know this seller is a fraud. I just got burnt by this company through Walmart on line. I am only going to buy from eBay. They do things right for buyer and seller. Live and learn.

I live in rural Idaho a few hundred miles from the nearest Walmart. I order from Walmart online so it can be delivered to my door by Fed Ex or UPS. My mailbox is miles from my house and USPS does NOT deliver to my door since I'm rural. I have a very large mailbox but even so you can only fit only certain size boxes in a mailbox. I have called Walmart multiple times and they said they have it on file to not ship USPS but yet it still happens. I don't get to town and when I do it's never during the short hours that my local post office is open. This is just ridiculous! I can't depend on Walmart so I guess I'll just start using Amazon. I order hundreds of $$$ from Walmart every month and it's just not worth it if I'm not going to get half my stuff.

Walmart has rip me off, i recently purchase a money card that i can't be able to buy or use it. Walmart has the right to be able to refund our money back. I don't understand why they have the right to take peoples money and we're not able to replace or give us some kind notice. Well they should not just locked my card. extended warranty / 30 inch fan
I called to make a claim on a floor 30" fan. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty. The insisted that my extended warranty had expired. They continued to explain how their Warranty and the manufacturers warranty started when I purchased the product. So during the first year Wal-Mart's Warranty enhanced the manufacturers warranty. I was told when I bought the warranty it wouldn't start until after the manufacturers warranty expired after a year.
