harrassment from store manager
I am a staff at a local high school. We have several students who have or are currently working casual/part-time at Walmart. Today I was told by another staff that she was at Walmart just as one of our students told her he was just fired. He was pulled into the managers office and yelled at about his shoes. Then the Manager pulled the shoes off the student, threw them across the room and told him " Mutt, go pick them up". This student was very upset, on the verge of tears. Today we tried to get him to file a formal complaint, however he is too afraid. As you can imagine, as a young teenager would be. I just want to put this out there, as this is not the first time I have heard this type of complaint. How discouraging, as an educater to know this is what our youth are faced with.

deposits
I wished I read reviews on this card prior to setting up my direct deposit for gvmt reservist pay.
Long summary short, the overseas "specialist" as they want to call them stated that my direct deposit was error was because of my employer's delay. Hs, dfas sends out efts several days prior to the paydate.
Anyways I have been going around with them because walmart money card feels that it is in their rightful duty to withhold my pay for one to two weeks after my pay date. They state it is the government's slow processing for the delay.
Needless to say I am going to switch to western union card or go to usaa and do some type of banking where I have limited access to funds. Yeah I put on a card for limited access but I want my monies on hand when the deposit hits; not when someone decides for me a week or so later.

refuses to take responsibility for child unfriendly shopping carts.
I went shopping at around 5pm with my two children. My nine year old son and three year old daughter. While I was in the clothing my son was pushing the cart. He decided to get in the shopping cart. He stood at the edge to get out and the cart tipped over. He banged his head on the floor and had a bloody nose. The team handled it pretty well. They gave us ice and helped stop the bleeding. This is not what this complaint is about However they told me that my son is not allowed to step in their shopping cart. None of this would have happened if they had more child friendly shopping carts.

Beware. Diabetics buying $4 Metformin extended release at Walmart may have an issue with the drug company that supplies Walmart.
If your blood sugars are not coming down or are hard to control, it could be because the generic Metformin pill has too much corn flour content around the drug.
This can make the drug ineffective or digestive incompatible with food intake!
Get your store manager to ask Bentonville to advise what drug company manufactures generic Metformin for Walmart to determine whether it is one or a dozen companies, so this concern can be discovered as fact or not.
Did your child have brain damage before he got in the cart or did he suffer brain damage when his head hit the concrete floor?
they lose your package and you have to fight to get your refund
Two months ago I ordered several items from Walmart.com. Walmart emailed me and told me when my order had shipped. I never got the package. Three weeks later then said I cancelled the order and they quickly refunded my money. I noticed the delivery people from Walmart are nothing like the UPS, USPS and Federal Express delivery people. They are young kids who have no experience. Another time, one of them delivered a package to me and then when I opened it, I found it was someone else's order. The delivery guy came back and asked me if I had packing tape to close the box back up and he then gave me my package and took the other one that he had mistakenly given to me. He did not have any packing tape but he is a delivery person. Today I found out this is the second time they lost my package. So it's useless to order from Walmart.com because you don't know if you will get the stuff or not, probably not. Walmart won't admit their delivery people are inexperienced, so they just cancel the order and refund you once they realized their delivery people messed up. I went into Walmart today and talked to the lady working at the Walmart.com counter. She would not help me. She said I am not in the computer. Yeah right. I have three emails from Walmart in my computer, I have a name and password for my Walmart.com account, but according to her, she could not help me at all. I then went and spoke with a manager who told me that the lady at the Walmart.com desk could have used my email address to help me. She never asked me for my email address. Now I have emailed Walmart.com and told them my story. It will take me weeks to hopefully get my money back, plus I had to go and buy those items today because I did not get any of the things I paid for. It's a real mess.
That may have been the case in the past, but it seems that they have upped their game. I purchased a set of slipcovers and they never arrived. I contacted walmart.com via chat and the representative said they had been delivered but since I hadn't received them it was possible that was a mistake and they had been lost during shipping. She offered me a my choice of either a full refund or replacement. I opted for the refund simply because I wanted to get the slipcovers asap as the were supposed to have been delivered the previous week.
The representative processed the refund and it was credited to me the next day!
Someone went into my Walmart account on line and ordered some kind of xbox membership.
as soon as I found out about this which was about 7 hours after the purchase I contact Walmart. They refused to refund my money. Please beware Walmart has an unsecure site, do not store payment options.
My experience with wallmart was positive. I ordered something precious from wallmart and fedex left the package at my door in 5 inch snow. Somebody took the package or the delivery guy never left the package. When I found out that my package is missing, I contacted wallmart and they sent me replacement at no cost! I got my replacement package today. I am really glad and I recommend wallmart. My experience says that Wallmart is a very responsible merchant. Do not hesitate to buy anything from Wallmart, you will get your item, one way or another.
child beating cashier
My mother, daughter, and I stopped at a Walmart store on our way home from vacation. As we were shopping through the store, I left my three year old daughter push one of the carts around the store. I got the feeling that we were given a lot of dirty looks as we went through the store, but I didn't care. When we finally got two carts full, we decided to...

I've been a customer hear for over 15 years. One day I had checked my credit card balance at home and unknowingly I left my card on my table. Picked up my kids and went to get some items. At the check out register there was an elderly lady is a motorized cart my daughter is a big helper so she asked her if she needed help getting she said sure so my daughter began to assist her while I checked out. Or so I thought until I looked in my wallet and my card wasn't there, I asked the cashier to suspend my total and I'll be back to check out. A manager came and did it and directed me to customer service where I can tell them a number and it can be retrieved. I thought my daughter was still beside me assisting the elderly woman, but she was packing our items into the basket, when I turned around to leave my daughter unknowingly began to push the basket and follow me. When I saw that she wasn't behind me I explained to her the situation and told her NO, and pushed the basket back and apologized to the manager and cashier. It looked so bad, I was so embarrassed! I went home got my CARD and came back bought my items & left. Now when I go into this location my every move is watched employees follow me around the store repeatedly asking me if I need help! I've never received any customer service prior to me leaving my card at home. I have a hispanic friend that gets treated worse for no reason. If a white person had did like me they would not have been treated the way minorities are. That mistake of leaving my card and my daughter innocently helping her mom, unknowingly pulling the basket away even though I came back and paid would land my name on some kind of list. It hurts to know if I just wouldn't of been in a rush, that one day and got my card how different it would make my future shopping experiences.

I have been to this store for years, I will rethink and go to Target from now on. One of the managers (African American) woman, I saw her jump an employee in front of all the customers on the floor, because she answered a question for a customer. She told her she is NOT allowed to speak to customers. I worked at Walmart and we were told "you better not ignore customers, if they ask for something dont just tell them where it is show them and be polite" This woman talked to that poor girl like she was total dog ###. We then came back and this SAME manager jumped another girl and when the manager walked away she passed our group and said"honky b". The store manager Angela did NOTHING and come to find out this African American manager has been complained about SEVERAL times. This one girl I found out is a bit slow and has a mental disability, I will be going back and urging this worker to file discrimination charges on this woman and Walmart, and I WILL go to court for her and tell them what I saw. This ungrasteful, biggoted, racisted manager is allowed to still have a job, go ask for LINDA in lake jackson walmart shes the one.
called the police on me.
I am a single parent. I have no money for a babysitter. I thought I would make a quick trip to your store and back. I have a three year old son. I knew that if i took my son to the store with me my quick trip would take longer because I would have to watch him. When I left the store I found out a customer reported me to the front desk and they called the police on me because I left my son in the car. The doors were locked so he could not get out or open the door to strangers. The car was turned off. The police officer accused me of child abandonment. She told me this time it was just a warning but if she ever got a call again that I would be charged. This police officer must have nothing better to do and the associate who called the police must be a bad worker for her to call the police on me. The police officer is a bad police officer who likes to use her power to harass and bully people. Good thing she did not arrest me or I would have her badge number. It is none of her business that I left a three year old in the car for one minute so I could shop in peace.
Okay my ex husband. So I forgot to put that. I admit to that now don't rub it in.
Because his being left alone in the car was the whole point of them arresting me you idiot. Boy you have bad parents, the least they could do is teach you how to read.
Are you on drugs Mauial50. I never said I purposely did not take my son in the store because I did not want to deal with him. I forgot that he was with me. These things happen and the pig was too strict. Learn how to read idiot.
My mother was was a good mother Dennis Keith. Apparently with all your name calling it is your mother who is a bad mother. At least my mother made sure I know how to read. As I said I forgot that I had the child with me. I thought my husband had the child. Also the doors had childproof locks so how can the child get out. Don't you know how to read.
I have never called anyone any names.
Rosado313
You are the one who needs parenting classes you idiot.
Learn how to read, I am saying I had no idea my son was in the car. I thought he was with my ex husband. He was sound asleep and I forgot all about him. You are a bad parent Maui.
First of all I am NOT a bad parent. I simply thought my child was with her father at the time. He was sleeping and I had no idea that he was in the backseat. So before you judge me you should go look at your own parents or parenting because a decent parent would teach their children not to judge.
MauiAL50
Do you not know how to read. It was not that hot, and the doors were locked to the stranger could not open the door.
Rosemarie E. Ledezma
No I am a good parent. You are the one who has bad parents for judging people. A lot of people on youtube have bad parents. If you look at my account where a seven year old was arrested for stealing a bike and see the comments you would know this. You are all idiots.
I am 30 (hence the username veganchica81. This site does not give my age. If you do not believe me check out my youtube account which is also veganchica81.
Tasha you do have badparents. Why should I keep him in site. I already know where he is.
It was not lazy parenting. I had a lot of stuff to do that day and could not be slowed down. Besides he was in the car seat and the door had child proof locks. That means that he cannot open the door. I am sick of people calling me a bad parent. The people on youtube have called me a bad parent as well. My username there is also veganchica81. If anyone has bad parents it is you.

Anyone else notice this from the OP:
" I knew that if i took my son to the store with me my quick trip would take longer because I would have to watch him" in the complaint and one day later: "Learn how to read, I am saying I had no idea my son was in the car."
I'm just curious how you went from knowing that if you took your son in you would have to watch him (God forbid a parent does that) to thinking he wasn't even there to begin with. Personally, I wouldn't have went to the front desk, I would have called the cops while standing next to your car.
veganchica, YOU are a horrible parent. If you think leaving a in a locked car is okay, then you deserve to be trolled and harassed by any police officer in the world!
An idiot's born every minute, so other people born at the same time you were born are off the hook. Any number of tragedies can befall a three-year-old left alone in a vehicle. A child can choke to death. A child can work himself into a crying frenzy, vomit, and then aspirate the vomit. You are one of those people who leaves a child in harms' way and then stands in front of the microphones saying, "Please...Please...If you have my son just send him home safely." OMFG!
You have got to be the dumbest person I ever heard. You are stupid for leaving your 3 year old in a car! What if he opened the door? You should have been arrested. Your right, I would like to know that police officers badge number. You should have been arrested and your kid needs to go to an orphanage where someone will watch and care for him! That officer should be fired for not arresting you. What is the world coming to? All these stupid criminals plead a stupid case and want sympathy for their ignorant actions! Yes you are a criminal and you should be arrested.
If anything would have happened to your kid You would be in jail for a long time. I can tell your mammie did not teach you anything either!
BTW, my 'attitude towards the Complaint' should have been "DISAGREE" (that's what I checked - I don't know why it's showing 'Agree'). I kindly and thoughtfully DISAGREE. :-)
Oh, and please excuse the half-dozen or so typo's … I hope you can move past them and get my meaning regardless. Sorry!

Dear VeganChica81: I too am a single parent and have been in the same situation that you described so *many* times I've lost count. My ExH & I divorced fairly soon after I became a parent, but he was never around/available even when we were married (& his lack of physical, emotional or financial support only INcreased as the years have passed) and I can tell you that 'Girl, I KNOW how unbelievably HARD it is to be a TRUE Single Parent (the Ex Spouse/Parent isn't around/doesn't help; no family or grandparents to pitch in, no 'Significant Other' to share the load or at least be another BODY around, much less Responsible Adult). I've been a TRULY Single Mom for over 14 years and although I know a number of other 'Single Parents', who are overcoming obstacles at every turn, I have other friends who are Truly Single Parents like myself and although each group is rarely (if ever) distinguished from one other - even by the members themselves - we couldn't be MORE DIFFERENT, nor can the Single Parents (who have, and *Heavily* utilize, their SUPPORT Systems) relate - AT ALL - to the plight of the Truly SINGLE Parent who doesn't have the Support System that these other Single Parents take for granted. The Support System that never enters the mind of those who have an Ex-Spouse who co-parents, takes visitation (the ONLY time you can "Punch Out" your Parenting Time Card) or actually SPEAKS to you; GRANDPARENTS (nearby/in town) who are the next best thing the child's Actual Parents; extended Family who are the next best thing to grandparents; a Trusted & Reliable Sitter old enough to drive & take on tasks normally done by you or to fill-in when you're 'deathly' ill; or even a 'Significant Other', just to enable an errand to be done or watch the child in the tub so that you can go be sick in the commode like a civilized person who has the Flu (which you caught from the kids after nearly a week with no rest or actual sleep, doing your best 'Florence Nightingale' impersonation) …. and that's just the 'cream of the crop' of the "Single Parent Support System" that separates the 'harried from the keeping-it-together', the 'downtrodden from the overcomers' and those who are 'doing it' as opposed to having it 'done to them'.
I just want to make it CLEAR to VeganChica81 and all who read this that there really are two different classes of single parents (and former socio-economic status has ZERO bearing to which class a single parent will belong) and for those of us thrown into the abyss of Truly Single Parenthood, we are NEVER "Off Duty". We work 24 hours, 7 days a week and most of the time, it feels like more (ha-ha, but true). We are over-worked, over-tired, over-stressed, overwhelmed, over-obligated, over-loaded and always in 'overdrive'. We are under-paid, under-appreciated, under-loved and definitely mis-UNDER-stood! Single Parenthood has become so commonplace in the day and age that no one stops to think anymore, "How is she/he doing it all alone?" "How is she/he taking on all the responsibilities, obligations, tasks and wage earning that was previously being done by TWO people?" I can tell you: if they are overcoming/succeeding/coming through unscathed mentally & physically, they are leaning on others. This can range from one to many; from just another body there - which is a Huge help all on its own, to forming a patchwork system of support in multiple areas, all the way to pulling out the "big guns": partnering with another for income, housing, parenting or all of the above - a replacement spouse or family. If they don't have access to any of this - or are averse to such choices (for various reasons) - then they are like me and VeganChica81 and many others whose plight is, in my opinion, quite deliberately IGNORED by everyone from the mainstream media, the public at large, neighbors, social acquaintances, friends and yes, even their own FAMILY. Truly Single Parents like us do NOT have the LUXURY of choices MOST of the time (or, if we do, none of those choices is very positive or inviting).
Truly Single Parents find themselves in situations like the one VeganChica81 related that happened to her at Walmart. I know. I've been there. I've run into the Gas Station to pay for gas when the pump wouldn't work because I could watch my child, strapped in her car seat the ENTIRE time and doing so would take 3 minutes max, whereas going through the entire process of taking her out, waking her up, having her scream and cry, using ONE hand to dig through my bag to pay AND scariest of all, the whole time feeling (and truly being) Vulnerable to being robbed, car-jacked or worse.
But if you start that, you'll do it again. And again. When you're a Truly Single Parent these situations DO NOT STOP HAPPENING … and then your child gets older, or the weather gets a bit warmer, or you lock your keys in the car because you were up all night with a sick child and you're bleary-eyed … and something happens….something BAD.
There's a reason that leaving a child unattended is against the law. Too many things can go wrong. They WILL go wrong. It's rare they don't and those 'good' outcomes only lull you to sleep so that you'll do it again and the chances for disaster increase to near certainty.
I spent a LONG time on this post to (hopefully) provide some insight and understanding into WHY any mother, this mother (VeganChica81) would leave their child in the car to run into a store "for just a minute". Please, please stop berating her. I know you didn't understand before …. hopefully, now you have more sympathy for her plight and what brought her to that decision.
But as a mother who has lived this HARD and very LONELY life of Truly Single Parenthood (though hardly anyone would know - I always put a good face on it and it has taught me the most important lessons I never could've learned otherwise -- to learn on the Lord as truly my Savior and My Father - a girl needs her Daddy, always, and especially when things get hard), I hope I can pass on to you, VeganChica81 the hard-won lessons I've learned … and this 'just running into the store thing' (that I know so well), will ONLY have a BAD outcome. Look for a different choice. Look hard. It's not an option.
Finally, help another Truly Single Parent out -- giving to them will help YOU more than you could ever imagine.
May the Lord Meet All of Your Needs and may you truly Know Him,
BeachMom
Why are you getting upset with the comments u received and calling us names for judging you for what you did.! Your the one that posted on your parenting skills for every one to see .! So now then, .! Who is the IDIOT.!?
my neighbor's mother-in-law earned $17999 a week ago. she makes money on the laptop and bought a $397800 home. All she did was get lucky and work up the directions written on this website... LazyCash35.com
I can't see where you thought leaving your child unattended in a car while you went in for a few minutes was right...Any number of things could have gone wrong regardless of whether the doors were locked or not, you just dont do that to one of your kids...Sounds like someone needs to take a parenting class cause i will be the first to say that if that had happened where i live you wouldn't have your child or your freedom...
You are an idiot wrapped in a ###, sadly you can't fix stupid!
missing/stolen medication
I got 3 prescriptions filled at wal-mart on West Kimberly Road in Davenport, IA for a 90 day supply of Cymbalta 60mg, Cymbalta 30mg, and Xanex 1mg. It is the end of February and I notice that I am low on Xanex and not thinking about when the prescription was filled. I call wal-mart and they tell me that they will contact my doc about refills. Later that day I call and see if they heard anything from my doc given the fact that I only had one pill left. They had heard nothing and it was a friday. I remembered that I had a refill left on the same xanex prescription from when I was in Florida for a pageant and it was through wal-green's. I go to wal-greens to get it filled and they tell me that I have the same medication on file at another pharmacy for 90 days. I tell them what is going on. I also noticed that I still had about a month's worth of my cymbalta and I filled it on the same day as the xanex so everything should have come out right about the same. Wal-green's tells me I need to go to wal-mart and let them know. The pharmacist at wal-mart tells me that all of his stock counts back and so there is no way that I should be missing any pills. I said well can't you review security tapes? He says that the tapes won't show how many pills were counted out. So I guess he trusts all of his employees not to steal a controlled substance. I told them I wanted all of my prescriptions pulled and I didn't want to fill with them anymore because they were not secure enough for me. I go home and count my Cymbalta pills. I have 33 pills left of the Cymbalta 60mg and I have 48 pills left of the Cymbalta 30mg yet I take one of each per day. The 33 pills left is probably more of the correct amount of medication that I should have left for all 3. I have never been so disgusted. This is my mental health and I can't afford nor can my mental health be put in jeopardy because they have employees that are not careful or want to steal medications and them not even look into it.

Cancer patient. Two years. Same meds same WalMart Phamacy in Indialantic FL. End of year. . Made special trip to dr's office for refills under new law. Ativan and Hydrocodone/apap. Brought to drop off window. Said I wanted Ativan filled but would keep Hydrocodone scrip for another time since I didn't need it. Lady told me she would keep it on file or enter it and all I would have to do is call for the hydrocodone pain pill prescription to be filled. So last week I went to the pharmacy while I was in the store to order that prescription dated end of December - refilled. . Girl at desk said no such prescription. And they were 'not allowed' to keep those prescriptions on file. And so basically I was wrong and no such prescription existed. HAH. She called druggist over and he basically repeated the same story. That it didn't happen. They saw in their computer the Ativan prescription, filled on January 2, 2015 and my past two years history of using these drugs regularly (single cell carcinoma patient). I told him I had NO REASON to lie about it. And that that 'girl' did take both of my prescriptions the same day but only entered and filled one. . What she did with the hydrocodone prescription has become pretty obvious after reading some of the stories on this. page. I think someone got 90 hydrocodone pills somehow with my prescription. . I had no dog in this race. I have new prescriptions under the new law already. But ya know? At some point they're going to get caught. I also have been given the 'story' many times that they didn't 'have enough' cough syrup to fill my prescript so I only got half, and never got the other half. Scam City here I'm thinking. I really want to make this public and will probably report it to Headquarters somehow but this is a public forum and I hope it will help, although I don't see any very recent entries. Thanks for the opportunity to say my piece.
It's always the Xanax... never anything uncontrolled... that people run out of early. Coincidence?
Yep—-because people steal them. A relative stole twelve xanax pills from my prescription bottle. There’s nothing I can do but take pills every other day until I can refill and cross my fingers the panic doesn’t start again.

The Wal Mart Super Store was built on a very high hill. On a windy day, I came out to my car to find a shopping cart upended behind my vehicle. The bumper had a significant dent and chipped/spiderwebbed paint where impact occured. I went in to report the incident, and the head of security reviewed the taped footage and took pictures. She told me that it was clearly negligence on their part as they should have had the carts collected. I was told they would file the claim for me. The cart had sailed across from the cart return 2 lanes away and hit my vehicle at a high rate of speed. The incident was captured on their cameras. I expected resolution only to receive a letter from Claims Management Inc - the claims adjustor for Wal Mart. I was told it did not appear that Wal Mart was responsible for the damage. But, they can send me a letter for my insurance !?
I have gone to this every week store since they opened in their new location, and previous to that I have gone to that store for at least 17 years. This is how Wal Mart allows its loyal customers to be treated? If this is the case, I will no longer frequent this store.
Additionally - It is not the Wal-Mart store that I have the issue with - it is their claims administrator - Claims Management, Inc. I happen to love my Wal-Mart store.
Yes, I already know that. And sorry, but there IS NO signage posted ANYWHERE in the parking lot - or near the front of the store that has the damage disclaimer. So as anyone can see, that is an issue.

I Mark Freed went to Walmart Super Center theis last Monday thee 7the of January 2013. I went theere to get a new wick for my kerosene burner theat I had previously bought theere a little over a year ago. I went in and approached thee isle of kerosene burners and such. I did not see replacement wicks anywheree. I proceeded to look for a clerk. I happened to spot a gentleman. I asked him if theey had replacement wicks for kerosene burners. while walking away from me in anotheer direction thee clerk responded if we have theem theey are in thee isle withe thee kerosene burners and thee man kept walking. I figured as much as he said. I went back to thee kerosene isle and did not see any replacement wicks like before when I was just in thee isle. I looked for anotheer sales clerk and found one in thee paint department near by and asked him if theey had replacement wicks for kerosene burners. He actually looked at me unlike thee otheer clerk and responded theat he did not know if theey had any but a gentleman came in thee day before to get one and he had took him to thee kerosene isle and theat all thee hooks where thee wicks are kept were empty and did not know if theey had got any in. I went to thee kerosene isle again now for thee theird time by myself and did find thee hooks theat thee clerk was talking about and theey were all empty. They did not have one replacement wick. There must of been five to six hooks and theey were all empty. Withe thee busy lives we live, thee gas prices, and economy I was very upset theat I had come all theis way just to get a simple replacement wick and theey were totally out of all replacement wicks. They have plenty of TVs, cameras, video games and all sorts of otheer products but no replacement wicks. In thee winter season not a one. They have a huge storage space in thee back of thee store for back-up storage and non to replenish thee isle when thee replacement wicks are out. This Walmart so called Super-center. As if no one in charge of ordering could do proper inventory and order more product so theat theey never run out. To me theis day theere was notheing super about theis store. Now I am out my time and gas money. Now I still need a replacement wick. This is also not thee first time I have been to theis store looking to buy sometheing I need and theey were out of a item withe no back-up merchandise in thee back eitheer. Once again I am very upset and frustrated. Out my time and money is all I can think off!
Im shure theres a sign somewhere usually the lightpolls that says were not responsible for damage in parking lot.
Almost any place you go is like that its standard
I don't believe it has anything to do with whether or not you're a loyal customer. Most stores, grocery stores at least, post signs at the store entrances and where the carts are collected in the parking lot stating that they aren't responsible for any damage caused by carts. The security chick could tell you the store would pay you a million bucks, but her word means nothing unfortunately.
perscription notification registration calls
constant calls to my cell phone, to subsribe to perscription alert.at the walmart pharmacy. On tuesday 02/22/2012, I called back the Phone number left on the recording, eventually reaching a live person.

Immediately following that conversation the calls increased to every 5 minutes. I continued to call back and aking to be taking off their call list, and they continued to say they had no records of calling my cell #. finally I talked to a Pharmacist who, agaain said there that ther was no record of my information, or phone number. She did say she would talk to the home office. In I tried to put a blockm on the numbers, and eventually the calls stopped.

fraudulently debiting my account
. On Feb 20 I signed into my Walmart.com account and ordered a Playsport camera for $73. Before I reached checkout, the website rejected my card onscreen (in big red type!), claiming inability to verify billing information. Despite rejecting my purchase, I noticed they had fraudulently accepted my money -- my PNC bank account had been charged almost immmediately!
Upon phoning WM.com, they told me my money (for the transaction that was allegedly rejected) would be refunded to my bank account in 3-5 days.
Stupid me. Because I badly needed the camera, I then wasted a good deal more time on the phone with my bank to make sure my billing info was consistent. Repeated the transaction Feb 21, same thing happened. Now I am out $150, and my account is bouncing my checks. Helpfully, PNC was able to refund me on one of the fraudulent debits but is unable to open a dispute against WM.com for the rest for a few more days.
online order
We ordered items for our boys for their Blue and Gold Ceremony. We were given an e-mail stating that our package had shipped and would be here not later then the 21st of February. When Fed Ex came they did not have the package. I went online to Fed Ex, and found that they had no record of the package being picked up. I called Walmart.com and was told it had shipped or they would not have billed me for the items. When I asked if they had proof that it had been picked up, they told me no did not, but if it had not been picked up, we would never have gotten the e-mail. When questioned further, the Rep on the other end just kept on dancing around the issue. When I stated that someone there owes four eleven year old boys an apology, I was told they don't do that, they just refund the money. I will NEVER use these people again.

hair cut
My wife went to get her hair cut at Wal-mart while I was at work, at lunch she came to pick me up and she was in tears. I looked at her and felt disgusted. She looked horrible. The person who cut my wifes hair didn't take into consideration anything she had said when asked how she wanted it. She stated no bangs, bangs there were. She said even at the shoulders. Bam, her hair was layered into a damn mullet. She looked like Joan Jett. It was horrible for her and I don't like the look of her hair now, and that is an important part of her appearance to me. This place sucked, I had heard complaints before but it just thought they were exaggerations. I know now and will never ever go back there or recommend their hair salon.
Tasha must have been abused severely as a child. She is filled with so much hatred.
Update I divorced her because I did not like how her hair looked, and the reason she started crying was because as soon as I got home I told her how ugly she looked. She thought she looked fine until I told her how ugly she looked and to stay away from our children because she will scare them.
Do you have to have any experience to work at a walmart salon? Just wondering because for almost $20 they gave me a female mullet when I asked for a stacked Rihianna look. The woman gave me attitude when I asked her to fix it, and her son was running around the shop getting into stuff.
They have messed up my hair before but I thought I would give them another chance. They ruined my summer. Thanks Smart Styles.
you are a idiot if you are showing this displeasure of her haircut to your wife. She is upset as it is never mind having someone like you making it worse. Besides if it was that upsetting she should be making this complaint not you It was not your hair!
"Bam, her hair was layered into a damn mullet."
with a mullet, she will fit right in with the other white trash Walmart customers. All she needs now is a Nascar tattoo and to begin wearing her PJ's and slippers into the store, and she will be an official Walmart customer!
racism and assaulting customers
Alert: the naacp (Augusta local chapter) wants to the general public to beware; walmart departments stores have been assaulting, falsely arresting black customers, and committing terroristic threats against anyone who files discrimination lawsuits, and file complaints against this racist company. I encourage all walmart patrons to boycott, and avoid...

This is the worst place to go to take your car! If you want to deal with stupidity liars incompetent ### rejects come here.
I went to walmart oil tire hell nightmare place to get a battery replaced. A battery replacement should take appx 10 minutes or less. Yes there were cars in front of me and i waited - - - 1. 2 hours. . . Finally i had to leave to go somewhere and the moment i went to leave, the ### techs said "oh you had the battery replacement and they went to pull my car around. " had i not done that - - they wouldnt have even gotten my car. This place is horrible. All i know is. . . My car was more wrecked than when i came. I had a warranty from a previous battery and told the manager it was a 2 yr warranty and got the battery in 09 replaced in 11.
She - - the stupid incompetent manager, as every employee there is stupid and incompetent, said "oh ok its a three year warranty and assured me it would be free - - she was lying of course. " she completely understood waht i said but lied of course. There was some stupid fat man there that gave me the correct info but was rude and dumb and then the manager lied and gave me the wrong info. Finally, when i had ot leave after waiting 1. 2 hours and they said they'd get my car done, i got the battery and they said it wasnt free and would cost the new battery. Ok fine. . . After much fussing i had to pay. . . The lady also told my relative on the phone i told her it was a three year warranty and she lied - - i never told her that. Why are the white trash trashy idiots of wal - mart ### employees lying abotu waht people say? Its as if they just have you wait the maximum amt of time possible and prolong your hellish experience there, lie to you. . . Screw you over. If i hadn't walked outside i bet my car still wouldn't have been taken care of by now. So finally. . . I ask if my relative can pay over the phone - - oh no wal - mart cant taek anything over the phone - - really? Almost any otehr company does except walmart the land of hell. . . So im waiting to pay. Instead of them thinking - - - ok it was her turn anyway. . . I had already been waiting 30 minutes for the battery issue after waiting 1. 5 hours. . . They took the customers in front of me - - which were long long transactions which took an extra 20 - 30 minutes of waiting. Sure i get that theyre busy adn have tons of customers, but seriously. . . Why aer they giving wrong and false information to people. . . And then lying about what they say and taking like 2. 5 hours for a fuking battery change? Wtf?
I asked the manager specifically and she assured me it would be free - - - oh she was so confident - - - what a liar? So they make you wait and wait and lie to you - - and wont even do your car? Walmart is the worst. . . Price? Screw that. . . Im never going there again though i have to now that i had to get a battery from there but never again. . . Then. . . Finally i got to pay. . . Then it took them another 20 minutes to put the fuking battery in. . . Why? B / c theyre more interested in getting the tire changes done. . . Than helping ouit peopel whose turn it is. . .
I went to check the battery to make sure ti was the one i bought. . . Teh guy acted as if i didnt buy it and seemed surprised i got it and wanted to see my receipt. . . As if i was poor or cheap. . . Then, i went to check my car and soem idiot tech had spilled a drink that was there all over my seat - - - thanks stupid ###ed walmart idiots. . . For spilling my drink everywhere - - - so you go to get a battery change. . . Wait 3 hours. . . Get lied to. . . Screwed over. . . Have to purchase one anyway get rude attitudes forced to wait unnecessary extended periods of time and the incompetent ###s spill your drink everywhere. . . Also my door handle and locks were not worknig smoothly and someone had grabbed my handle too hard - - - so they damage your vehicle too! Walmart is the worst place ever. . . Went to Walmart Sunday and left a written order for 50 pieces of chicken we needed to serve at a funeral on Monday. Called back Monday morning to make sure they had seen the order. Went in to pick it up right before we needed it and the deli said " Sorry we didn't cook it." I can understand mistakes being made but they just really didn't care and had no desire to help us out in any way! They said they had 16 pieces of chicken out for sale and we could buy them if we wanted. Would have liked them to at least pretend to be sorry for the mess they put us in!
canceled with me, but not my credit card
Since Dec. 2011 I have been trying to purchase a gift card using my International credit card to be delivered at an American address.
All trials in December had failed and Walmart.com didn't place any orders.
On January 7 I tried again and it was placed only to be canceled days later. Same for Jan 14, then Jan 17. Each time they blamed my credit card company.
Well, after giving up when they canceled the last on Jan 21 I decided nothing could be bought at Walmart.com and that was it.
To my surprise, I can't use my credit card for anything above $600 now because according to them, they have over $600 on hold for Walmart! Meaning, as far as they know, each and every time I tried to purchase a gift card, it was approved by my bank only to be canceled by Walmart.
That Walmart doesn't want my business I have to accept. What I can't accept is that they hold up my card.
They need to free it up for me to use!
Walmart.com needs to cancel ALL MY BILLS with them with regard to my card, as they have canceled already with me through e-mails.
ElliePurple77, sorry to hear of your Walmart ordering problems, but that makes me feel relieved because I thought there was something wrong only with my card! And my paypal was also being rejected although I have used it in many other International sites.
As for 'whythelongfaces' either you are very mad at card issuers to blame them so much, or you work for Walmart!
Well, I came to a conclusion I just need to wait the 30 days. We are talking about 2 different countries and I'm starting to believe the systems really are different!
Seems like in the U.S. after a few days not confirmed, what you say above may be true. But according to laws down here, the card issuer will wait for 30 days if the merchant doesn't cancel directly with them.
What I was asking is if Walmart would do that for me, since they messed it up many times by leading me to believe the purchase hadn't been approved.
My last tentative purchase was Jan 17 and soon all those tentative purchases will have been canceled over time.
I sent money through Western Union instead of a Walmart gift card. It took only minutes! I should never have tried Walmart in the first place, much less insist with purchase over and over again.
Like I have been trying to say, also in plain English, is that I need for Walmart.com to contact my credit card company and cancel ALL my orders, even those that Walmart didn't authorize to me! I tried buying the same thing over and over again and Walmart denied the order although the credit card had approved it.
My Mastercard is simply waiting for 30 days to pass or Walmart to cancel with them.
Couldn't Walmart be decent enough for that?
After all, I was mislead by Walmart into thinking all the trials for purchase had not been finalized.
And in very plain English, Walmart isn't honest when it places on its website that it accepts International credit cards. It is really a case of false promises!
You say they are not set up for International cards yet they say on their website they welcome International cards! What they don't do is International shipping and that wasn't the case.
And, if my card was authorized since the beginning, why on Earth wouldn't Walmart complete the sale?
Federal law says that a merchant has 7 days to return funds or holds on a cancelled order, and the bank has 3 days after to credit your account. That is the law in the U.S.so obviously whythelongface doesn't have a clue as to what he's talking about and isn't in the banking industry. I cannot comment on your credit card company being in another country, but I do know that Walmart has no longer than 7 days.
I am a U.S. citizen with U.S. credit cards, U.S. debit card, and U.S. based PayPal account. All are active and have more than sufficient funds. I am having the same problem with Walmart.com, and I've found quite a few others on the internet complaining of the same problem -- orders being cancelled by Walmart.com, walmart blames the billing info, but the billing info is correct and/or many different payment methods have been attempted. I have now tried to place the same order 6 different times using 6 different payment methods over the course of 3 weeks. I have checked and double checked all of my billing, shipping, and payment info. I have contacted my credit and debit cards and all companies say they have no idea why walmart cancelled the order. In the meantime, the same $388.12 charge is still pending on 5 of the 6 purchase attempts...

Unfortunately this happens in every walmart store as young people are yelled at, grabbed and disciplined in manners that are in- conceivable. and they get away with it as too many people are too afraid to stand up to them, why i am not quite sure as hopefully when other retailers come to Canada this will silence and humble walmart from running wild in Canada.
