Walmart online order

We ordered items for our boys for their Blue and Gold Ceremony. We were given an e-mail stating that our package had shipped and would be here not later then the 21st of February. When Fed Ex came they did not have the package. I went online to Fed Ex, and found that they had no record of the package being picked up. I called Walmart.com and was told it had shipped or they would not have billed me for the items. When I asked if they had proof that it had been picked up, they told me no did not, but if it had not been picked up, we would never have gotten the e-mail. When questioned further, the Rep on the other end just kept on dancing around the issue. When I stated that someone there owes four eleven year old boys an apology, I was told they don't do that, they just refund the money. I will NEVER use these people again.

Walmart hair cut

My wife went to get her hair cut at Wal-mart while I was at work, at lunch she came to pick me up and she was in tears. I looked at her and felt disgusted. She looked horrible. The person who cut my wifes hair didn't take into consideration anything she had said when asked how she wanted it. She stated no bangs, bangs there were. She said even at the shoulders. Bam, her hair was layered into a damn mullet. She looked like Joan Jett. It was horrible for her and I don't like the look of her hair now, and that is an important part of her appearance to me. This place sucked, I had heard complaints before but it just thought they were exaggerations. I know now and will never ever go back there or recommend their hair salon.

Update I divorced her because I did not like how her hair looked, and the reason she started crying was because as soon as I got home I told her how ugly she looked. She thought she looked fine until I told her how ugly she looked and to stay away from our children because she will scare them.

Do you have to have any experience to work at a walmart salon? Just wondering because for almost $20 they gave me a female mullet when I asked for a stacked Rihianna look. The woman gave me attitude when I asked her to fix it, and her son was running around the shop getting into stuff.
They have messed up my hair before but I thought I would give them another chance. They ruined my summer. Thanks Smart Styles.

Walmart rude, takes forever, spills drink in your car, lies to you incompetent

This is the worst place to go to take your car! If you want to deal with stupidity liars incompetent ### rejects come here.

I went to walmart oil tire hell nightmare place to get a battery replaced. A battery replacement should take appx 10 minutes or less. Yes there were cars in front of me and i waited - - - 1. 2 hours. . . Finally i had to leave to go somewhere and the moment i went to leave, the ### techs said "oh you had the battery replacement and they went to pull my car around. " had i not done that - - they wouldnt have even gotten my car. This place is horrible. All i know is. . . My car was more wrecked than when i came. I had a warranty from a previous battery and told the manager it was a 2 yr warranty and got the battery in 09 replaced in 11.

She - - the stupid incompetent manager, as every employee there is stupid and incompetent, said "oh ok its a three year warranty and assured me it would be free - - she was lying of course. " she completely understood waht i said but lied of course. There was some stupid fat man there that gave me the correct info but was rude and dumb and then the manager lied and gave me the wrong info. Finally, when i had ot leave after waiting 1. 2 hours and they said they'd get my car done, i got the battery and they said it wasnt free and would cost the new battery. Ok fine. . . After much fussing i had to pay. . . The lady also told my relative on the phone i told her it was a three year warranty and she lied - - i never told her that. Why are the white trash trashy idiots of wal - mart ### employees lying abotu waht people say? Its as if they just have you wait the maximum amt of time possible and prolong your hellish experience there, lie to you. . . Screw you over. If i hadn't walked outside i bet my car still wouldn't have been taken care of by now. So finally. . . I ask if my relative can pay over the phone - - oh no wal - mart cant taek anything over the phone - - really? Almost any otehr company does except walmart the land of hell. . . So im waiting to pay. Instead of them thinking - - - ok it was her turn anyway. . . I had already been waiting 30 minutes for the battery issue after waiting 1. 5 hours. . . They took the customers in front of me - - which were long long transactions which took an extra 20 - 30 minutes of waiting. Sure i get that theyre busy adn have tons of customers, but seriously. . . Why aer they giving wrong and false information to people. . . And then lying about what they say and taking like 2. 5 hours for a fuking battery change? Wtf?
I asked the manager specifically and she assured me it would be free - - - oh she was so confident - - - what a liar? So they make you wait and wait and lie to you - - and wont even do your car? Walmart is the worst. . . Price? Screw that. . . Im never going there again though i have to now that i had to get a battery from there but never again. . . Then. . . Finally i got to pay. . . I went to check the battery to make sure ti was the one i bought. . . Teh guy acted as if i didnt buy it and seemed surprised i got it and wanted to see my receipt. . . As if i was poor or cheap. . . Then, i went to check my car and soem idiot tech had spilled a drink that was there all over my seat - - - thanks stupid ###ed walmart idiots. . . For spilling my drink everywhere - - - so you go to get a battery change. . . Wait 3 hours. . . Get lied to. . . Screwed over. . . Have to purchase one anyway get rude attitudes forced to wait unnecessary extended periods of time and the incompetent ###s spill your drink everywhere. . . Also my door handle and locks were not worknig smoothly and someone had grabbed my handle too hard - - - so they damage your vehicle too! Walmart is the worst place ever. . . This greedy multibillion dollar hellhole run by schmucks and idiots. . . Is hell on earth beware taking your car there u never know what is really going on. . . Walmart walmart doesn't care

Went to Walmart Sunday and left a written order for 50 pieces of chicken we needed to serve at a funeral on Monday. Called back Monday morning to make sure they had seen the order. Went in to pick it up right before we needed it and the deli said " Sorry we didn't cook it." I can understand mistakes being made but they just really didn't care and had no desire to help us out in any way! They said they had 16 pieces of chicken out for sale and we could buy them if we wanted. Would have liked them to at least pretend to be sorry for the mess they put us in!

Walmart canceled with me, but not my credit card

Since Dec. 2011 I have been trying to purchase a gift card using my International credit card to be delivered at an American address.
All trials in December had failed and Walmart.com didn't place any orders.

On January 7 I tried again and it was placed only to be canceled days later. Same for Jan 14, then Jan 17. Each time they blamed my credit card company.

Well, after giving up when they canceled the last on Jan 21 I decided nothing could be bought at Walmart.com and that was it.

To my surprise, I can't use my credit card for anything above $600 now because according to them, they have over $600 on hold for Walmart! Meaning, as far as they know, each and every time I tried to purchase a gift card, it was approved by my bank only to be canceled by Walmart.

That Walmart doesn't want my business I have to accept. What I can't accept is that they hold up my card.
They need to free it up for me to use!

Walmart.com needs to cancel ALL MY BILLS with them with regard to my card, as they have canceled already with me through e-mails.

ElliePurple77, sorry to hear of your Walmart ordering problems, but that makes me feel relieved because I thought there was something wrong only with my card! And my paypal was also being rejected although I have used it in many other International sites.
As for 'whythelongfaces' either you are very mad at card issuers to blame them so much, or you work for Walmart!

Well, I came to a conclusion I just need to wait the 30 days. We are talking about 2 different countries and I'm starting to believe the systems really are different!
Seems like in the U.S. after a few days not confirmed, what you say above may be true. But according to laws down here, the card issuer will wait for 30 days if the merchant doesn't cancel directly with them.
What I was asking is if Walmart would do that for me, since they messed it up many times by leading me to believe the purchase hadn't been approved.
My last tentative purchase was Jan 17 and soon all those tentative purchases will have been canceled over time.
I sent money through Western Union instead of a Walmart gift card. It took only minutes! I should never have tried Walmart in the first place, much less insist with purchase over and over again.

Like I have been trying to say, also in plain English, is that I need for Walmart.com to contact my credit card company and cancel ALL my orders, even those that Walmart didn't authorize to me! I tried buying the same thing over and over again and Walmart denied the order although the credit card had approved it.
My Mastercard is simply waiting for 30 days to pass or Walmart to cancel with them.
Couldn't Walmart be decent enough for that?
After all, I was mislead by Walmart into thinking all the trials for purchase had not been finalized.
And in very plain English, Walmart isn't honest when it places on its website that it accepts International credit cards. It is really a case of false promises!

You say they are not set up for International cards yet they say on their website they welcome International cards! What they don't do is International shipping and that wasn't the case.
And, if my card was authorized since the beginning, why on Earth wouldn't Walmart complete the sale?

Federal law says that a merchant has 7 days to return funds or holds on a cancelled order, and the bank has 3 days after to credit your account. That is the law in the U.S.so obviously whythelongface doesn't have a clue as to what he's talking about and isn't in the banking industry. I cannot comment on your credit card company being in another country, but I do know that Walmart has no longer than 7 days.

I am a U.S. citizen with U.S. credit cards, U.S. debit card, and U.S. based PayPal account. All are active and have more than sufficient funds. I am having the same problem with Walmart.com, and I've found quite a few others on the internet complaining of the same problem -- orders being cancelled by Walmart.com, walmart blames the billing info, but the billing info is correct and/or many different payment methods have been attempted. I have now tried to place the same order 6 different times using 6 different payment methods over the course of 3 weeks. I have checked and double checked all of my billing, shipping, and payment info. I have contacted my credit and debit cards and all companies say they have no idea why walmart cancelled the order. In the meantime, the same $388.12 charge is still pending on 5 of the 6 purchase attempts...

Walmart wait time, not commitment, not accomplishing intended appointment goals

Here is the thing,

We made an appointment for my wife's vision check. Then, we ended up waiting for two hrs ( yes that's 2 hrs) while the doctor was chatting with another girl for at least 45 minutes after the first part of the check which took an hr !

At the end, the staff instructed us to reschedule the appointment and nothing was done! I am a graduate student who doesn't have time to waste since I am a computer scientist.

If they ( or the doctor) at least told us to reschedule from the beginning that would be OK. But since it took this time and he even went out of his room and looked at my wife ( as she told me since i was waiting in the car the WHOLE time thinking it would take no more than 30 minutes) and he even didn't apology! he went back to his office and apparently completed his deep sleep there.

I want him punished for his doings, for:
1- His ignorance and irresponsibility and non-consideration for people's tight time. (2 hrs wait time is not only enough to make a vision check, but enough to finish many kinds of surgeries to say the least and my uncle is a doctor and I am not dump in this regard)
2- For him being unprofessional and insisting to make my wife late without any kind of apology or discomfort of what has happened.

Walmart poor service/quality

The service was BAD from the very beginning in the Davenport, IA Walmart Vision store on Elmore Ave. The woman sales person was so FAT she didn't even want to get up to wait on me. Finally she asked what I needed and I said I was there for an eye exam and glasses. She didn't want to get off her chair to help me pick out frames, so I looked around on my own while I waited to be examined. The eye doctor ( who I thought was a customer the way he was sloppily dressed) had me come into the room to read the eye chart. He seemed to be in a big hurry and flipped through the various vision slides fast from one to the next, so I wasn't very sure as to whether I had a correct evaluation. Then a black woman sales person had me sit while she marked sample glasses as to where my trifocals should be on the lens,
and she he said it would be about "Fitty" dollars extra for polycarbonate lenss. When I picked up my glasses the trifocals were too high on the lens and the length of the temples were not correct even though I specifically stated I needed longer temples. Overall TOTALLY BAD SERVICE !

Walmart still waiting for laptop to be repaired

I purchased a Compaq laptop less than two years ago and paid for the extended Warranty. My laptop quit booting up. I sent it in for repair on 12/12/11 and they received it on 12/14/11. They told me that it would take 5 - 10 business days to repair it when I called. I knew with Christmas and New Year's it would take longer. I called them two weeks ago and inquired about that status of my laptop, they told me that they had to order parts for it. This past Saturday, my husband called to check on the status and they told him that my laptop was going to be shipped out to me on Tuesday, January 17th. When I called today to see if it had been shipped, the person who answered the phone told me that the parts just came in yesterday and that it would be 5-10 more business days before they would put the parts in my laptop. I had to send my laptop to Compaq, when my laptop was still under warranty them, the usb ports went and I had my laptop back within two weeks! At the rate Warranty Logistics are handling this repair I won't have my laptop back until February!

Walmart bad customer service: pharmacy clerk, pharmacist, parmacy regional supervisor, store manager

A week before Christmas 2011 I went to the El Campo Wal-mart pharmacy to pick up my monthly prescriptions. I had been going their for years. There was a problem and the Pharmacy clerk was very rude to me. She lied to me about the status of my prescription, and then refused to go to the proper computer to check on the real status. She told me she would help me after she helped the next customer. When I got to the pharmacy there was one man being waited on, and I was the next in line. There was no one behind me for awhile then 3 women got behind me. They were all together. The Pharmacy clerk helped the people behind me and even went to the computer she refused to go to for me. I got angry. The pharmacist smiled. I called to find out who is over the pharmacy. The store manage put me on hold for over 20 minutes to locate the name and number. I hung up and called back. The Regional Pharmacy manage told me he would find out what happened and get back to me. He never did get back to me. I wrote him an email telling him I was disappointed in him and still never heard back from him. The store manager told me Wal-mart Pharmacies are not owned by Wal-mart.

Walmart I ordered a gym set there and had it shipped to the wrong place

Ok the prices are great on some things but I ordered a gym set there and had it shipped to the wrong place when I called the next morning to change it they said they couldn't so I cancelled the order and they told me it can take up to a month to refund my card not a happy customer.

I had something shipped to the wrong place because I accidentally reversed 2 numbers on my address. I don't know why my credit card charge was approved but the guy that received it lived a few blocks away and delivered my package.

Walmart understocked and dirty store / employee attitude-rude

I went into store to buy some drink mix and gatorade. when I came to the gatorade isle there were four shelves high about 8ft long. this isle is where the gator aid is supposed to be. on the shelves the bottom shelf is four the gallon containers the next shelf up is for the half gallons and so on. This was 8:00PM at night and the shelves were empty with the exception of a couple of eight packs on the top shelf and one on the second shelf down.

This was the seventh time I had been in the store in the last 5 weeks only to find the same situation. disgusted with the situation I went to get the dry fruit punch mix that I had came to get. this store sales two kinds, Christal light at $2.49 and wall-mart brand at $1.98. Just like every time I had come in the store before there was no wall-mart brand fruit punch yet there was plenty of Christal light brand.

At this point I became upset that every time I come into the store the situation is the same so I found an employee and asked her if they had ether any 1 gallon bottles of gator aid in the back or any of the fruit punch mix. I was told that if it was not on the shelf there would be no more till 12:00AM when the shelves were stocked. I asked her if it would be there at midnight then did that not mean that there was some in the back. she kindly told me that was not her department and she did not have time to look.

So as I was walking by the open faced cooler I ran across a man named Ikan and I asked him if he could look in back and see if there was ether of the two items that I was looking for. I was told if it was not on the shelf then there was not any. I ask him, what till midnight, he said yes that is right. I said if it will be on the shelf at midnight doesn't that mean there is probable some in back. He stopped stocking the cold juice and looked at me with a dirty look and in a very rude voice told me, can't you see I am busy, I do not have time to look in back for what ever it is every customer wants, I can't help it if you can't find what your looking for every time you come in her, that's not my problem. I told him that was fine and I put what I had in my hands down in his cart and said well now re stalking this can be your problem.

I came back about15 min later and bought the Christal light fruit punch dry mix and two peach pies. I am disabled and have no car I have to go to the store when I can. it's pretty bad when all your employees are to busy to help the customer's, keep the shelves clean and stalked, and the floors swept. Every time I go in that store it is only halfway stocked, the lines are all the way across the walkway and the store is dirty, mean while the employees stand around and look out the back doors and hide whenever they can. every body I have talked to has said that they had enough of it. I have complained to the manager at least three or four times and it does no good. like others that live here within five miles of the store I will be going to the aero drive store if I can get a ride, it is about ten miles from here, but at least I get treated like I am wanted here.

my wife stocks for target, if they treated a customer like I have been treated the last six or seven times, they would get fired. Your people don't even seem to care. at this rate you won't be #1 for long. I have never been so disgusted with a store and it's employees before in my life. I only hope you can fix it before it's to late.

Walmart refuse to service product

I purchased a Toshiba laptop for my son with an extended warranty. After a few years we had problems with the keys falling out. I sent it in for servicing the key board and after a few weeks it was returned unrepaired. I contacted the service center to find out why and was told that because there is damage to the case they will no longer service the product. I pointed out that I did not ask them to repair the case and that the damage is just wear and tear from usual use and had nothing to do with the repairs i requested. They told me that if there is any damage to the case (IE cracks, chips) they no longer honor the extended warranty.
-This looks like they made an "out" for themselves so that they do not have to honor an agreement with the customer! RIp-off!

Any evidence of physical damage is an out for the repair service. Worn keys would come under "normal wear and tear." You have a beef. Get someone on your side such as your local Action News/Consumer Hotline or Action Center. Lodge a complaint with your state's Attorney General/Division of Consumer Affairs. Walmart's service plan administrator is NEW Customer Service companies - Walmart subcontracts the plans to them. Also - call Warmart's corp office - ask for the Director of the Product Care Plans.

Purchased a pair of Mens 1972 Faded Glory Straight leg Jeans RN # 106747 TB9from Wal-mart about 2 months ago. The front pocket liners material is so thin, that the coins (change) have worn a hole in them. This pocket material easily wears out and separates from where it is sown to the outside fabric. The outside fabric is still in great condition. These jeans are now literally useless. I washed them in cold to cool water, using only a standard laundry detergent. When I purchased jeans, they're for work and I expect to be able to have them for much longer then 60 days.
Wal-mart should drop them from their shelves.

faded glory mens jean suck big time just bought hubby 4 pair & 2 of them have ripped from the back right pocket, from top left corner clear down to the bottom of pocket. i know the price is good but the jeans are not, cant get more than 2 times wearing them isnt good jeans in my book, I THINK THEY SHOULD GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY, i am very mad about this since we have no money at this time (since hubby lost job) but of course there is no place to contact faded glory personnely, how convenient for them, right

Walmart policy& returns

As per my previous complaint l went to walmart on 12-31-11 l bought a straight talk phone in order to use the phone you need to buy minutes to see if it works ln your area, so l bought minutes for the phone, l asked the salesman to make sure it wasn't a tracfone because where l live, back in the woods, near pope base, l have bad reception, (very poor) he stated, no it wasn't one. He also never mention that if the phone didn't worked l wasn't entitled for a refund. There was no sign or anything posted either. So buyer beware! Well found out it was a tracfone and had poor reception too. It wasn't worth keeping since when l moved here 3 years ago l had a tracfone from up north with a great plan and came here but it didn't do nothing for me had to get rid of it, couldn't use it. With the phone from walmart. L made 2 calls from it was cut off, and tried to make a few more and had no signal. Then returned phone no problem, bought another phone figure l couldn't go wrong with a t & t guess what the same thing again. Went back and return phone, but walmart wont do the minutes. At first she the asst. Manager said call the phone carriers. They will refund you for minutes. L asked her have other people got there money back she said yes they have. L said ok. Great. Guess what, l called the phone companies they told me to go back to walmart... So i'm out 80.00 total! 30 for straight and 50 for a t & t.. And i'm not buying my phone at walmart again.. They wouldn't give me return for minutes. How else would anyone know if a phone works unless you put minutes on? Why isn't there a sign posted or the salespeople telling you before you buy? First phone l understood l knew tracfone was bad because l worn the salesperson but he insisted.. Buyer beware of walmart!

l'm not into cards, itunes, gift cards, xbox point things, none of that stuff. and if any item doesnt work you return it to walmart, no problem. And how would l know if the phone works ? l asked are there any free minutes he said no, so l bought minutes, to see if the phone would work in my area. trust me l wanted the phone to work. l have no phone until my other phone gets minutes on the 6 th..

l got no minutes for free if that was the case l wouldnt have bought minutes to begin with to see if it would have worked. my complaint is with WALMART.

she did return both phones.

But prepaid minutes are non-refundable. All companies that very clear on their minute cards, and on their websites, It isn't a store policy, it is the policy of the company the minutes are for whether its Tracfone, Straight Talk, Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, etc.

Besides, good luck trying to hold a Walmart employee accountable for anything. They hire anyone with a pulse, regardless of their knowledge of the items they sell.

I don't agree... Walmart employ the numpty who sold the phone thus they have to be liable, surely... Lack of training I should say. Also, walmart should honour a refund esp f the unit is sold with 10 mins test time...

Tracfone owns Straight Talk (and Net10), so they all use the same towers and carriers.

When you activate them at home, they automatically attach your phone to whatever the local carrier is in your area. In my city, they use AT&T, but in my previous city they used Verizon towers. So if the nearest contracted carrier is AT&T, they will automatically connect to them, and if AT&T doesn't work for you naturally you are then out of luck.

Prepaid minutes are non-refundable, regardless who its from. Even on the prepaid minute cards it clearly says that on the back.

Also, your complaint should be with the Walmart employee who told you to buy minutes without trying the phone first, because Straight Talk, Net10, and Tracfone all give you 10 minutes free upon activation to try it and see if it works. Its always best to try it before spending money on non-refundable minutes.

Walmart terrible customer service

I contacted walmart pharmacy 01/04/20102 to have my daughters inhaler refilled. At this time I had not received my insurance card for the new year. I was informed that my policy was inactive and I would need to bring my new card with me. I called my insurance company to find out what I would need to do to be able to have her prescription filled. I was advised by the insurance company, I would need my member number and the pharmacy would need to call their 800 number to verify benefits. I called walmart back right away and advised Jack of what the insurance company told me. He told me that they would not make any calls for me today and if they had time they might get to it tomorrow 01/05/2012. I told him that tomorrow was to late. I told him that this is my daughters inhaler and if she has a bad attack she could die. He told me that that was not his problem and it wasn't his job to make phone calls. Very upset at this point, that my daughters life is unimportant to this person, I asked to speak with his supervisor. When she got on the line I again explained the situation and received no more help. I was told I would need a bin #, pcn #, pharmacy # and group #. I again called the insurance company back to get all of the information needed. They worked very hard to give me everything that was required, however they where unable to get a pnc #. They told me the pharmacy would have to call the pharmacy # to receive that since they were unable to access it, the reps manager even tried. I informed them that the pharmacy refused to contact them and the insurance company could not believe that a pharmacy would refuse to contact them to get someones medicines taken care of. Not sure of what I could do next I called a Walgreen's pharmacy and they had no problems contacting the insurance company to verify benefits so that my daughters medicine could be taken care of today, They understood the importance of my child's LIFE. After my experience with walgreens they will be getting all of my business due to their great customer service I am disgusted at my experience with walmart. I will never again give them my businesss. I will be letting everyone know about my experience and I will ask them to pass this information on to everyone that they know. It is absolutely horrifying that a child's life means nothing to that pharmacy staff at walmart.

this walmart is a joke .. come on i am a new client went in with a script and bam was told i had to wait 24 to 48 hours for antibotic wth are you kidding i am sick jokers of course i got it the next day however they never put it threw my insurance company i paid 100 dollars for it and now i cant get them to transfer my other scripts right im sorry walmart you are bad to the bone

I visited the Wal-Mart Pharmacy to fill a prescription at the Cromwell, Connecticut store. The Customer Service Rep was very professional, polite and helped me fill split prescriptions. She went above the call of duty. I believe her name is Wanda. I switched after a horrible experience with Walgreens in Cromwell. The way you are treated depends on which CSR waits on you. The same goes for CVS, Walgreens, and the corner drug store.
