I ordered a vevor product through walmart.ca and it was canceled twice due to some glitch. I contacted the third party seller vevor and found out the glitch is on Walmart side. And the gift card I received by email as a refund of the canceled order has 0 balance despite the order detail that Walmart will not charge me anything. It took me time to chat online with walmart agent but the problem not solved. Then I called customer service and gift card department multiple times but every time I was asked to wait until technical team to call me back. Walmart staff promised to call me back within 2-3 business days. I reported the problem on Monday Dec 23,2024 and I called back on Dec 26, 2024 which is on the third business day (23rd, 24th and 26th). I was told I still need to wait and today is Dec 27,2024 and I still did not hear back from Walmart.
I am so shocked because where is my $399.99? It is just flying to somewhere I don't know. I even went to a physical store ask for help but no one can help since it was online where I made the purchase. $399.99 is not a small amount and I could use it to purchase stuff for my family and me during this holiday season but unfortunately, I lost my money and product. Also, my holiday time was wasted on phone calls and going to Walmart store waiting for customer service.
