Starting on August 17th 2023 my card started declining transactions. The morning of August 17th my card worked for a purchase at Casey's General Store everything else has been declined since. This is happening to hundreds of people right now, and not just myself. Some this has been going on since August 1st 2023. I called the first time on August 18th at 8:56am and that call lasted a total of 2 hours and 50 minutes, to be told that I have a 50/50 chance for it to work, to try again in a couple hours, but if it doesn't I have absolutely no way to access my money. That means I can't pay my bills, rent, phone, car, food, etc. It didn't work, so I waited til the next day and tried again, for it to still be declined. I called customer service again yesterday, August 18th 2023, that call lasted around 4 and a half hours, 96% of that time on hold just waiting to talk to someone. To be told that there is absolutely no issues with my account, and it should absolutely work the next time I used it. I tried to use my card again, to once again be declined. Today August 19th 2023, my card is still being declined, I sent a message to their Facebook page to set up a call the day before(August 18th 2023), and they finally called me around 3:30pm, and I am currently still on hold as I am writing this complaint. This call right now is at 2 and a half hours, will probably be another 4 hour call by the time someone answers my call. I have bills, I have pets that need food and other necessities, I also need to eat, and buy daily necessities. Me, and hundreds of others need access to their funds!
Desired outcome: I would love to be able to access my available funds that I work very hard to get. We could very well lose our places we live in, be hungry for days because we have no access to our money. It's our money, and we need it now!
