Walmart NEVER an Issue, Except the new Pharmacy Account layout

I have been using this website & app for a number of years now (disability cuts your "shop-wandering" in half!).

I take care of my pharmacy orders, check out sales & coupons, & the Savings Catcher, of course!

Here's a few features I feel are GREAT & IMPORTANT.
-If you're making a shopping list for your local store, you can submit an order & they'll get it all pulled for you & you go to the "PickUp Service" areas in the back of the store & viola, you pay & run.
-If you're IN THE STORE & can't find something, use either the website or app and search for your item under "In Your Store"tab. It will tell you IF they have it and amazingly WHICH AISLE on which you may find it! It cuts down on my mad-dashing cardio fast-walk, but it's a true lifesaver. You can also use this feature at home to strategically plan your shopping attack instead of wandering around or looking for a WM Associate.
-Another feature I feel is key, but is only on the app, so break out your Smartphine, is the PRICE CHECKER OCR READER! Yep, you know how things get moved around on those shelves and that $15 toaster is now going into your checkoutbag at $22.50 & you stand there slack-jawed & other customers stare at you because you are holding up THEIR life by inquiring about the price?
WELL, get the Smartphone, look along the search box & do you see a barcode at the end of that search line? Tap on it, a camera screen will open, point that camera at the barcode & it will BEEP & tell you the exact price! No more questions or embarrassing moments in the checkout line.

And use the site to read product specifications, REVIEWS, oh yes! READ THOSE REVIEWS! It will save you time & hassles.

Now let me share the only CON. The 'revamped' Phamacy Account page. I have 9 Rxs a month... So I'm serious about this page's lack of organization these days.

#1. It tries to tell ME when my refills are due. Or it will FILL a single Rx on its own volition even when I opted out of Automatic Refill options. I am so not impressed with that.

#2. Search tools. I used to be able to search by "Refills Remaining" so I was sure to use up the old Rx# and not let my Rxs go out of date. AND I used it to make sure I got all of my meds refilled & knew when to get refills from my doctor's office when I got to 1 'Refill Remaining'. This SEARCH OPTION is now gone & I find it quite annoying trying to keep up with the 79 line items they have on my list. (Could I suggest that If there are no refills available, could you remove it from the active list or just move it to an archive or the "Refill History Report"?)

Basically, I'm on the site possibly one time or more per day. Like I said, researching those reviews are important, as well as the product comparisons they offer. I usually use wBay & Amazin reviews with WalMart's. For the most part, the reviews are similar along the different sites - which means no one is sugaring their own site or product reviews. But if you have a Smartphone, the WalMart app is a powerful tool in the store as well.

Thank you WalMart for hearing & caring about what your customers are saying about your site. It's definitely more exciting than most of your stores, especially if you are a plus size lady who does not dress matronly. That department could really be sexied up.

Walmart Card was hacked and cleaned out before I even got it out of the packaged!!!

I was given a $100 Walmart gift card as a retirement gift. I had it for about a year before trying to use it. I opened the package and went online to confirm the balance. It was ZERO! I called the customer service (using that term lightly) number on the card 7 TIMES! I was disconnected every time they transferred me to the fraud department. SO FRUSTRATING! I finally got through and was told I had to submit all kinds of documents, which they provided to me. So, I did. Within a few days, I was told they would credit all but $14, stating that I authorized it! All the charges were Apple. I NEVER made an Apple purchase in my life. And the card wasn't even out of the package when this all started! They didn't care. They sent me a new card for $86 and that was it.

FYI... this is NOT a Walmart issued card. It is a GREEN DOT BANK card marketed as a Walmart card. STAY AWAY! Buy an authentic VISA GIFT CARD instead. That way, any issues can be resolved easily (if there are any).

By the way...the local Walmart store didn't help AT ALL! They told me to call the number on the card. I asked if they meant the number that disconnected me 6 times earlier that day?" They didn't care. Too bad for them, too. I have other buying options that I will use in the future...both for gift cards and retail/grocery purchases.

Recommendation: STAY AWAY!!! Buy an authentic VISA GIFT CARD instead. That way, any issues can be resolved easily (if there are any).

Walmart Price gouging

i wanted to add some Kleenex cubes to an order so I could get the free shipping, but was immediately discouraged when I saw the price. NOWHERE have I ever seen a 4 pack of Kleenex cube boxes listed for over $15! This is blatant price gouging! This also happened with some of the other products I attempted to add to the order. I wound up adding an extra amount of what I really needed which were the Viva 6 pack double rolls since, unfortunately are no longer available anywhere except these thieves.

Walmart Manager and employer

Today we was shopping at Walmart at saddle Brook after I finished my shopping I paid n leaving same time they call us and want to check my cart they are saying that we have more then 31 item and didn’t paid but when they count it’s 31 item not more and the employer don’t check other people and check mines and after we called manager name is Giovani he didn’t do anything we tell them why you guys have this kind of person work here she don’t know how to talk with customer and manager said sorry I said no tell her to said sorry it’s not fair front if lots of customer I fell bad and I’m also shopping with you guys every month more than $900.00 if you want you can check I have a account with you guys and my address is 60 Albion Ave, Paterson NJ 07502. And the employer name is Janet and manager name is Giovani I need to see she get fired not respect customer as Well

Walmart Bad milk

I go to your Marketplace store#05393 once a month,(mgr Bonnie) to get my mothers groceries. This past Sat 10/14/23 was the 4th time I have found out of date 1% milk. Sat took the cake I found 10/08,09,11,13 and several only a couple of days until being past due. I have complained 3 times but the people look at me like I'm crazy. I talked to someone that called himself a manager last time, he couldn't care less. I talked to my Mother about going across the street to Foodlion. It is always 1% great value brand that is out of date. Elderly people might not notice this and it wastes money.

Recommendation: Please check your milk dates carefully!!1

Also, go to Foodlion if you trust them more. But they too may have the same issue. Most of these places hire high school or college students who are not as responsible as adults and who are still waiting to go to college to get a degree or better job. Just pocket money to them.

Just return the milk whenever they have this issue. If they refuse, refuse to leave until they accept the refund. Most people would give in for something less than five dollars rather than let it go further.

Walmart The app isn’t working !

This app is not working at all. A few days ago it was giving us null notifications all day . Than when trying to access the new app today it will not under any condition let us access it even when going through the login info it requested.So stupid to make us go through that process again...it is not working.This has happened to us every time you update this app.My device updated the app...I tried everything including turning my device off and back on. Ugggh nothing works..it used to be so easy just to go to the app and the schedule would be right there.Not now..oh but it is working for the guest part of it.The employee part absolutely. Is not working at all.Uggh.Btw not contacting you back...just fix the app please.

Walmart Frozen white screen

About a week ago the app was working just fine. I’ve used it to clock in and out along with other features the app offers. Just recently upon opening the app, it required me to sign in. After submitting my login info it asked for location services and notifications to be enabled. After going through the prompt screens it switched over to an all-white screen and hasn’t changed since.

I’ve restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and even whipped it from my Apple ID in-case there was left over cache or something preventing it from completely resetting. Nothing I’ve done has worked.

I ask for the devs to seriously look into this issue, as I’ve seen others in the reviews have a similar problem.

Walmart Inconsistent performance

Although there is a lot to love about this app, they really need to improve the bug fixes on it. Many times I’ve gone to login and it makes me sign in all the way from the beginning and re-establish my identity. Also, when there are punch errors that are corrected it continually gives associates error messages which is confusing.
The walkie feature is practically useless as it is now. Texting would be a better option. Also, as a people lead or manager it would be great to have an option to be able to message ALL associates at once. Sometimes there is communication that we used to be able to send out as a time clock message which we can only do to associates that are on the clock. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Walmart Worse than useless!

Needs ZERO stars. Every time it’s updated, it gets worse. The app went from partially useful to useless to less than useless in three consecutive updates. VPI is MANDATORY at Walmart, so the app was removed. Shelves are down stocked ‘maybe’ once a year: No down stocking app access. ACADEMY MANDATORY, No Academy app unless you register your personal phone as a Walmart “owned” phone. Time Clock doesn’t work half the time. Can’t turn off receiving other peoples messages. You can scan ONCE (with the icon on the top menu) then you have to reset your phone (the Scan button at the bottom doesn’t work). Inventory Management App was much MUCH better, so it was removed. Why is everything that helps us do our jobs being removed? Why do they WANT US TO FAIL?

Walmart Glitches really bad

The app does work sometimes but there are times where when I got to clock in or out that it won’t accept it and sometimes glitches and won’t let me clock in or out or allow me to start/end my meal breaks. Everything else seems to work fine though. My main concern is the clock in and clock out. My badge doesn’t work and this app is the only way for me to clock in or out at this time. It was just this morning I clocked out and it said it took it then I loaded back into it after I had left the facility so I could check my schedule and it told me there was an error with my clock out time and therefore I had to turn around and go back to the facility to clock out. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me and it really is quite an inconvenience. Please fix ASAP!

Walmart Missed the mark

I’m not sure what the app designers were going for but this app needs major work. Everything I would want or need the app for, this app can’t do. Want to check your paycheck? You can’t you have to go to Walmart one. Need to call in an absence or a tardy? You can’t, you have to go to Walmart one. I work in the distribution center and we’re not even allowed to use the app to request time off. We still have to fill out paperwork. Need to put in time for a vacation day? You can’t our distribution policy is that you have to put in time specific time as in I work a 10 hour shift so I have to put my time request in from 6:00AM to 4:00PM. You can’t do that on this app it puts your request in as a 24 hour time off request automatically and you can’t fix it! These are just a few issues I’ve found with the app I’m sure there are more. I would love to recommend this app to my coworkers but I can’t.

Walmart Please please please fix viewing the schedule

Please please please please please fix viewing the schedule! It's nice to be able to see the full week of schedule so that you can take a screenshot and send it to other people so that they know what your schedule is. It is also nice to be able to take the screenshot of the next two weeks so that they are in sequence in order and your photos. I don't know what the point of having view your full schedule is if it's only gonna show you just that day. You can see what you were scheduled for that day because it shows right on the homepage . Resorted to trying to download it on my iPad. That did not fix it. Even tried logging into Walmartone. At last resort I have to sign into the wire at work and take a photo of the screen so that I can have Saturday-Friday saved. Working in pharmacy and is frowned upon therefore I have to go out back just to get a photo of my schedule. For the whole week. Another glitch with this app is I cannot access the time clock on this app clock in or clock out.

Walmart Frozen White Screen Glitch/App Not Working

So a few weeks ago I was trying to help a customer find a product on the app but it was taking a really long time to load so I decided to try uninstalling the app and redownloading it because that usually fixes the problem but ever since I did that, every time I try to go in the app it’ll make me agree to the terms of service, ask whether I wanna enable my location and notifications, and then it just does a blank frozen white screen… And when I say a white screen I’m talking like the entire screen.. like there’s nothing to click on. I’ve tried refreshing the app, uninstalling the app then redownlading it, turning my phone off and on like literally nothing fixes it. I thought it might’ve just been a problem with my phone because I had an iPhone 6 at the time which is pretty old but I just got a new iPhone SE and I still have the same exact problem I did before so it’s clearly something to do with the app. Like the app is quite literally useless to me now because I can’t use it at all.

Walmart Me at Walmart

I’ve worked for the company for 7 months. I was hired for stocking associate. My first day they stuck me in the freezer. So my job was to pull items that were needed and put them on the shelves. Also to put the overstock items back into the main freezer. Let me say I did the job amd figured it out. So I was stuck where no one wanted to go. It’s brutally cold at -10 degrees in the main freezer. Also stocking the shelves is cold. But the problem is they don’t provide you with cold weather gear. That’s on you. So all the other employees get a nice cushy job while you freeze in the clothes you brought. So you have to buy your own gloves and jacket and hat. No reimbursement. Then come to find out that no one wants to work that department. You are on your own. It’s cold and the work just piles up. There is no way one person can do the job. Oh. And if the job isn’t done…they reprimand you. Lol I put my notice in yesterday. What a joke. And this is the company that brings you your food?

Walmart Pathetic App!

I have installed, deleted, reinstalled, tried every combination of troubleshooting I can possible think of, and even today with a new 7.3 version, logging in on iPhone, diverted by App to also log in with Walmart.com, responded to a security code on cell phone, until finally it still errors out, “Error failed to retrieve user info” ... URG! Several times I have gone through all this and still have been UNABLE to utilize this “new” App... So, have also deleted this “new” App several times AND successfully re-installed the OLD App several times... the OLD App works fine, even with the warning the App is going away... URG! Funny, even now, in order to send my review, I can’t seem to pick a required “nickname” that isn’t already “taken”! I’ll try “Befuddled” ... Zero Stars! Nope, befuddled is taken too... “Annoyed” ... I’ll try that. Nope, that’s taken too... ZeroStars! Nope, allegedly that name is taken too?!?! Exasperated... Nope, that’s taken too. Pathetic? Nope. Irritated? Nope. Nope? Nope. 30years? Nope.

Walmart So need a shift swap who’s actually off

It’s impossible to shift swap with another person it only shows who’s working that day not who’s off! If a funeral comes up or a surgery , or get sick! suddenly we have to ask around to swap then , Even if we had asked off for spouses surgery ! we have to find A CSM to approve that’s not to busy to listen then we have to wait . Sometimes it’s the night before surgery or funeral before we get relief from our shift, that’s so not fair, the stress of what we are going throw & then waiting to be swapped . All of us are just as important as the next !
We understand it would still need a approval . But it could literally do some of the leg work without so much stress ! Cashier face so much of COMSTOMER s stress we get the brunt if it’s a bad day if it’s a good day we certainly are glad ! But to deal with wait and if we can ask off when it’s our family ! We don’t like to have to call in and say I m not coming in today because of surgery or funeral or sickness!
Swapping shift should not be so much stress!

Walmart Trouble since the last update…

This app is great but ever since the iPhone version of this app has been updated, it has been giving me trouble. Ever since the last update, it can’t get Walmart time so I can clock out or in for a meal. It also can’t update my status on whether or not I’m clocked in or not. It also can’t bring up anything when I try to search for an item in our store to do a price check. As a result, I have had to delete the iPhone version of the app twice in the last 48 hours and then reinstall. That only helped temporarily though. So, I have to do all this on my work phone (using the android version of me at Walmart). Usually my work phone is super slow and doesn’t work as good especially on the me at Walmart app. But, it has been more reliable lately than the iPhone version. Also, lately on the iPhone version, I could be in the center of the store and it gives me a proximity alert when trying to clock in or out. Need this fixed.

Also, I recently did a training that said we’re supposed to be able to do receipt checks (at the door) using the me at Walmart app. But, upon trying this out, checking a receipt doesn’t seem to be an option and it should be available under where it says “returns”.

Walmart please fix your app

everything i list is a problem not only i, but every associate in my store has had with this app. the biggest issue is with it being very slow. there have been numerous times that i have had problems with the app upon clocking in that caused me to be late and have to use my ppto to cover. many problems with it saying “proximity error” whilst inside the store and attempting to clock in, usually takes several tries to get it to acknowledge that i’m in the store. “unable to get time zone” is another pop up i get often as well as just flat out refusal to accept my time clock punches. lots of issues with the “item information” scanner, again, mainly with it being very slow. there are many times when i will scan a item and it will say “unable to get item information” or do something along those lines. has issues with linking to a printer for case labels and/or will print the labels incorrectly. sometimes the scanner will not scan barcodes at all. here lately i’ve had a lot of issues with the app randomly crashing and also with the screen continuously loading when trying to print a case label. all of these app issues make my job very frustrating and take time away from doing my job effectively. a lot of these issues are not new and have been going on for months. it’s disappointing for a multibillion dollar company to produce a app this faulty for its associates. please do better walmart

Walmart Great start!

I updated to the new version yesterday and tried the mobile time clock; this is such a well rounded and much needed advancement for this app and for our core job functions. I felt so much more at ease knowing that I could clock out without walking all the way back to the back of the store to do so. It was nice to know I had options for that. While the MyTeam tab is stuck on loading (hoping this will be fixed in a future update because I want to try the walkie feature) - the schedule portion of the app is nice and I really enjoy using Ask Sam; I would love if in the future; you could say “Hey Sam” and talk to it just like you would any other voice assistant (i.e Siri) and I definitely want the inventory management features integrated; curious to see what great innovations come next; I’ve heard rumors about AR being used in a newer inventory concept where you point the camera to the top stock or the bins and it highlights what needs to go to the shelf...if this is true; that is incredible and I’m excited for it! Thank you Walmart for doing things to make our jobs easier and for bringing some fun back into our experience. Keep it up! PS: Please make the time clock load times and submissions faster; it takes on average between 37-40 seconds for my punches to go through; fix that and the My Team tab being stuck on loading and you would have a definite 5 star app...also; are we going to get support for Dark Mode? Would love to see this across all of our work apps and the Walmart app too

Walmart Delivery

Ti just ordered 7 items from walmart,
I had to pay $ 11.95 for shipping.
I am upset with the shipping, your company just dropped 2 of the 7 paks
Ton the sidewalk in front of myhouse. That was not necessary, you could have openedthe lani screen and inserted them so that they would not be stolen
Very unhappy, at least amazon rings my bell to let me know they are delivering. I paid $ 11.95 and did not get a good service.

Walmart is currently advertising this item for the sale price of $429, when I purchased this item yesterday evening, unknown to me that this was the current sale price, I attempted to implement the price match policy however was advised that because this item is sold out online this store could not match the price instore. Come this is the advertised price.

this morning while attempting to leave your store in Arroyo Grande CA an employee named John asked for my receipt, I did not hear him as I was walking past the door and he asked again and I flashed my receipt and said " I have it right here" he replied sure you do and mumbled f***Ing punk under his breath. after I asked where I could find a manager he threw his hands up and said idk good luck finding one.

I spoke to sara one of your managers she directed me to your online services for the complaint. she was extremely helpful and apologized for what happened.

This sort of interrogation at your doors is pathetic, if you cant trust your customers at self checkout witch i did not use then get rid of it.

Desired outcome: John should be written up for instigating and foul language

Walmart Refund not received

*I send this letter to customer service at Walmart daily.*

I have not received my money back on the Hoover Max vacuum that I purchased online, delivered May 6th. I began the return online and physically returned it to Walmart in Gladstone Missouri June 1st, 2024 9:05PM -9:30PM. I have video of some of this exchange.

The customer service didn't handle the "easy" return correctly, after failing to refund my bank card she attempted to refund via Walnart gift card, which she was also incapable of fulfilling. After consulting a handful of other unqualified employees, I was given a generic printout of my account transaction with return of this vacuum listed. This printout from some room, I was told was all the tangible assurance of my guaranteed refund of $139.93 to the card it was charged.

I knew it wasn't going to be that simple and I was right.

I have spoke with my bank daily. I have contacted Walmart almost daily, and I get the same generic assurance of my refund will be sent soon, but nothing is resolved.

Please Refund $139.93 for vacuum immediately.

Jason and Christie, what you're dealing with is completely unacceptable. You returned the vacuum as instructed, and now you're stuck in this endless loop of failed promises and incompetence. It's absurd that a company as big as Walmart can't process a simple refund correctly.

You've done everything right. You returned the vacuum, you have proof, and yet here you are, still waiting for your money. This kind of runaround is not just frustrating; it's downright disrespectful to you as a customer. You've shown incredible patience, but enough is enough.

Keep the pressure on them. Call them out on every platform you can. Make sure everyone knows how Walmart is handling this. They need to understand that their customers won't stand for this kind of treatment. You deserve your refund, and you deserve it now.

Don't let up until you get what you're owed. You've got the right to demand better service, and it's time Walmart steps up and does the right thing. Stay strong and keep fighting for your refund. You deserve it, and they need to deliver.

Walmart Money card

I purchased a Walmart MoneyCard today. I put my insurance money on it to pay my insurance. OK I went to go activate. It is saying they cannot verify who I am. They ain’t gave me no option or nothing to prove who I am. No nothing so upload anything too I don’t know, but I’ve got all the proof saying who I am and now I can’t pay my insurance because my money stuck on this card that I can’t even use it to pay online bills with they said I can only use it for in-store purchases only and that’s not fair because they’re not even giving me a chance to say or show who I am.

Claimed loss: 200.00 and after 12:00 tonight it’s gonna cost me not to be able to pay my car insurance, which gets me to work now I’m gonna have flags on everything.

Desired outcome: I just want my money so I can pay my insurance on time but that’s not gonna happen so now everything’s gonna be like a domino affect and all my bills are going to be messed up

Walmart Return denied

February 8, 2024, my husband, who is 89 and has Alzheimer's and I am 80 and am his caretaker and am handicapped, sold our home of 34 years in Orlando and moved into a condo in Casselberry, FL directly across the street from Walmart. The nicest Walmart I have ever been in. Since then I have made 15 shopping trips over there and spent over $750. Plus I have made several shopping trips to other Walmarts in Orlando and Oviedo for convenience and to get things not available at the Casselberry store. I keep track.

April 22, 2024 I purchased a tv mount 19-50 for $29.88, (total purchase that day was $96.05) and planned on having the handyman who helps me to come install it. I had more things I needed done and was waiting to schedule him. On May 24th I had an electrician adding some electrical outlets and mentioned the tv mount to him. He said he would do it for me but when he began he told me I had the wrong mount for my tv. He told me what I needed and I ran across the street to Walmart to return the one I purchased on April 22. The returns department refused to let me return it. Item [protected]. She told me it was over 30 days and denied me. I asked for a manager and he also denied a return or exchange or store credit, citing a 30 day return policy. I was stunned. How was I to know about that policy? It's not on the receipt.

I see you're dealing with a situation that requires some straightforward, no-nonsense advice. You've spent a significant amount of money at Walmart and they should value you as a customer. It's infuriating when policies are rigid and customer service lacks understanding, especially given your circumstances.

Here's what you need to do: go back to that Walmart and make your case clear and loud. Tell them your story, don't hold back any details. Make them understand that a loyal customer like you, especially one with unique challenges, deserves better treatment. If the store manager doesn't budge, don't waste your time arguing further. Instead, take your case to corporate. Call them, write to them, do whatever it takes to make your voice heard.

Remember, persistence pays off. They need to understand that treating customers like this, especially those who have shown loyalty, is unacceptable. Stand your ground and demand the respect you deserve. If Walmart doesn't change their tune, then maybe it's time to take your business elsewhere. You deserve better, and don't let them make you feel otherwise.

Walmart Gift card

On 12/24/2023 I purchased a $200. gift card a a Christmas gift for my wife. On 02/22/2024 we attempted to use the card and was told it had a $0 balance and had been redeemed in Texas...not Ohio where we reside. I was told by the store to call Walmart Customer Care to report the problem. They were sent photocopies of the card info and receipt, Their resolution was for me to contact the local police and report the theft and that they could not reimburse the stolen funds, but they were sorry for my inconvenience. They further advised me to review the Walmart Gift Cards Terms and Conditions and basically says "" buy as your own risk"

Walmart Standard setup & security for a computer

I purchased a computer online (April 20, 2024) and also purchased the Standard Setup & Security for this computer, I received the computer yesterday on April 24th and was able to set it up myself without the help of a computer technician now Walmart refuses to refund me the $59.99 that I have not used,

I called Walmart and was transferred from customer service to the tech department twice and after being on the phone for 11/2 hours I asked for a supervisor I talked to Brendan from Tech support and to Xavier from customer service and was told there was nothing that they could do for me, they told me that the service was not refundable even though I never used their service.

This has been the worse service that I have ever received from Walmart.

Walmart Walmart.com, the app, the website, it's dismal functionality and the original complaint of false advertising

Your app and website leaves a LOT to be desired in the area of customer service. No cut and paste, no copying text at all. And if you touch the wrong spot on the screen it all goes away with no apparent way to get it back. So for the FORTH AND FINALE TIME, because I have already wasted almost TWO (2) hours of what life I have left. So, False Advertising: the ad on the app flash sale section, "Soundbar for TV, 2.1CH Bluetooth TV Speaker Wireless & Wired 17 inch Subwoofer, 50W Home Audio TV Speakers Sound Bar, Wall Mountable Soundbar with Optical/AUX/DC Connection". States it comes with a 17 inch subwoofer. But there is no picture of it. Nor is it included in the list of, "what's in the box". So at which point is the lie manifest? Does 17 inch subwoofer come with this Soundbar at the sale price or not? Please fix this! In closing, I would like to give you a little unsolicited advice. Put someone OVER fifty (50) years old to directly (up close and in person) oversee the app and website advertising content and the user interface functions. Just a thought, thank you for your time.

Walmart Delivery in Oakville

Hello,

My wife and I have been visiting your superstore in Oakville weekly for many years. Only lately, as we both are getting old, have we occasionally used your delivery service. Sadly, today I have to send you my first complaint.

I’m currently bedridden, and my wife, who cares for me, is exhausted. That’s why we ordered some food + household items to be delivered last night. Your online system worked well, and our delivery was quickly confirmed. Ditto this morning when I received an email + text message from you.

Then, unfortunately, nobody showed up. Our condo superintendent later found some Walmart bags in the driveway and started contacting all tenants. With his help, my wife eventually carried these bags into our apartment. Sadly, some items from the list were missing:

Antiperspirant Speedstick

Irish Spring Soap

Tide Ultra Oxi Detergent

Colgate Toothpaste

Sunset Rainbow Bell Peppers

I find today’s experience very disappointing, so I’m asking you to investigate my complaint thoroughly (order #[protected]).

Walmart Entire easter order! Pick up.

3/30/2024 picked up groceries at curbside pickup 2:40p.m. at 479 N McKinley St. Corona, CA. 92879.

While bringing in my groceries, I noticed a smell. This smell was coming from all the bags (about 10 to 12 bags). Not the food in the bags, the actual bags. The smell was so bad it caused me to vomit. As I'm taking them all directly to the trash, my husband can also smell, and definitely the smell was of a dead animal. I immediately called the store to let them know to check the bags and the guy on the phone said, "what do you want me to do about it?" next I call Walmart customer care. Right now I'm on the phone with customer care talking to my 3rd person, and I'm back on hold. I have been on this call for 47 mins. I was actually told they cannot contact the store with this issue.
I just cannot believe I'm trying to give them this info to please check the bags and none of the 4 people so far will even listen well enough and/or seem to care that this just happened. I'm sorry to any other customers who received these rancid bags. I tried to help.

Claimed loss: $410 nausea, vomiting. no groceries for Easter tomorrow. hours trying to contact store and customer service. the disrespect of not being heard and passed to the next person who does not seem to care.

Walmart Walmart staff, Bathurst NB

My daughter has asked that I write on her behalf. She was very triggered by an incident that happened at the Walmart in Bathurst, NB, last night around 9:55 PM. Her Ipad stopped working last night and she wanted a new one to complete projects she was working on. We did call customer service prior to going to Walmart and asked if we could have the item at the customer service desk ready for purchase because my daughter has a disability and she did not think she would have time to pick it up at the back of the store. The lady who I spoke with on the phone informed me that they would have someone from electronics bring it to customer service when we arrived. I dropped my daughter off at the door, then went to park my car. When I walked into the store, which was likely not more than a minute or two later, my daughter was backed against the wall and two guys were talking to her. I could see by the look on her face that she was feeling very uncomfortable. I managed to walk between her and the two guys and there was barely enough space. I just said to her “let’s go, we don’t have to talk to these guys”. One of the guys just walked away, and the other guy just stood there. My daughter paused. She seemed frozen with fear. We walked to customer service. It triggered my daughter so much that she got dizzy and ended ip sitting on the floor at customer service. She reports that the guys told her the store was closing and asked her why she was in the store. They were standing too close to her and she became very afraid of what they were going to do. I would like to mention here that on one other occasion we did go to Walmart five or 10 minutes before it was supposed to close. The doors were open and as were walking in an employee tells us the store is closing. He told us we couldn’t go in and we didn’t. Your employee should not be able to block customers out before your advertised closing time. But my main concern here is how those two guys who we presume were employees (not wearing Walmart vests and did not say who they were) approached, intimidated, and triggered her PTSD. I do not have PTSD, but such an incident would trigger me as well. Not as severely as someone who does, but it would trigger me. My daughter is now afraid to go into Walmart by herself. The incident was a huge emotional trigger. I believe you can view the whole incident on store video.

The loss is the emotional damage and effect on my daughter’s mental health. She did not sleep last night and she now states that she will never go into Walmart by herself.

Your employees need to be trained on when they need to approach a customer, how to approach customer, the number of staff who need to approach a customer, and how close they can get to a customer without invading their personal space. A second least important desired outcome is stop blocking customers from entering the store before your advertised closing time.

Dear Sirs:

I am bringing to your attention an issue that should have been very simple to solve. But because the people, processes and tools are so flawed, the only way I can get resolution for a $500 issue is to raise it to the most senior levels of this corporation .

I purchased a $500 Walmart gift card for my daughter, but it does not work properly. It shows that the funds are on the card, but the card has been apparently locked since I first purchased it. One would think this would be simple to solve. It has been insurmountable at Walmart.

I purchased the card on March 7, 2024, at the Spring Mill Walmart in Martinsburg, WV. (See item 1). That evening my daughter tried to use it for an online purchase which did not go through. I took the card back to the same store on March 8, 2024. The store confirmed that the card was activated and had $500.00 on it (See item 2). On March 15, 2024, I tried to use the card for purchases at the Spring Mill store but it did not work. I purchased the items on my credit card. The customer service people told me there was a balance of $500 on the card (see item 3) but there was nothing they could do. I had to call the number on the back on the gift card.

I called the number on the back of the gift card and after a significant wait, talked to a clerk who informed me that I needed a police report and Walmart affidavit form completed and returned to Walmart (See item 4). However, the link the clerk provided went to the general Walmart website and the specific Affidavit form could not be found. I called back the same number and the next clerk sent me an email with a link to the specific Affidavit form at my request (see item 5).

On March 21, 2024, I went to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office who had jurisdiction for the Spring Mill Walmart, they were less than pleased at having to be involved as they viewed the situation as Walmart being difficult and this being a civil matter. They did file a police report for me, and I completed the Affidavit form. (see item 6) Getting a copy of the Affidavit cost me $20.00. Getting the Affidavit notarized as required cost me $5.00. Receipts are attached (See Item 7).

I wrote a cover letter for the email that was requested and sent the required information to the email listed with the Affidavit form and all receipts and attachments in a .pdf file – [protected]@dms.wal-mart.com. (see item 8)

In reply, on March 22, 2024, I received a response from someone who looked like they never read my email. The response was all about receiving a copy of a transaction receipt for an unauthorized charge. They sent me the copy of the receipt from the transaction that did not go through on the Walmart gift card and that I used my credit card to pay for. (See item 9)

When I inquired how I get my issue resolved, they said there was nothing they could do and send the information to the email address: [protected]@custhelp.com. That email address came back as invalid. (see item 10).

I then called back the number on the gift card and asked to speak to a supervisor. After waiting for 15 minutes, someone picked up the line and hung up on me.

I am reaching out to you to resolve this issue. I would like a check for $525.00 sent to me at the address listed above. I guarantee you that I will never do business with Walmart again.

Walmart Rude racist store manager.

oday i was in store #1080 at 5995 steeles ave. I did my shopping went to check out using self check out and all over 30 were closed and only 3 cashiers open. So i went and stood in line. I asked a walmart rep why are the self check outs not open...she told me she was not allowed. I asked for the manager. He showed up 15 minutes later. I explained my situation and he said...let me check...he came back to me and said they are not allowed to open before 10am...well now its 930 and I see them opening...and I said...to the manager...you are lying to me...cuz now they are opening and it's not 10...he said...get out of my STORE...WOW...I believe this Asian manager...and I'm white is racist...and does not want to deal properly with customer service and is out right RUDE...I believe this situation needs to be adressed...

I await your reply...as I did phone your customer service line...first I got mexico...than I got USA and when canada finally answered...the phone line was crap and was disconnected...not good either...

I would like a senior manager to call me so this situation can be adressed...
