This is about my experiences in the Walmart in CARSON CITY, NV Today on MAY 4, 2024, I was treated very rude and disrespectful from an employee of this store. This has happened to me many times over the years. I have shopped in this store for more than 10 years. I am at the point now that if I can find what I need in other stores in the area then I do my shopping elsewhere. Walmart is losing my money because of their many rude employees at this store. Today one of the employees of this store reached in front of me when I was already trying to pick out bananas. The same employee could not even say "excuse me" to me before or after it happen. I was wearing my veteran's hat, so this employee knows they disrespected a veteran, and my son was there and saw it happen. I have seen recently, another employee at the store throwing bags of potatoes onto the shelf instead of laying them on the shelf. It seems like the employees of this store can do whatever they want. The employee who was rude to me today was wearing their nametag backwards so that you cannot read the person's name and I asked twice for that person's name that employee quickly walked away. I recently talked to a person who used to work in that store, and they said that this store has "very poor management". I agree that there is poor management of this store and I know that most of the employees have bad attitudes towards the customers. If you shop at this store after 9pm then the employees are operating pallet jacks and they have crowded me when I was trying to shop, and they are slamming the pallets and the pallet jacks on the floor and you feel like with all the loud noises that you are in a warehouse instead of a store. When the employees of this store are shopping to fill orders of other customers the employees have crowded themselves in front of me like it does not matter that I was in that area first. I have had employees of this store come up behind me and reach in front of me without saying "excuse me" when I was at the self-check out register. Does Walmart train these employees at all about showing customers courtesy and respect? Does Walmart realize that their employees actions are making them lose business? I would be happy if I never had to shop in this store again.
Recommendation: shop somewhere else
Hey, it's definitely worth taking this up with Walmart's customer service, especially if it's a recurring issue. Consider reaching out to them through their website or customer service hotline to report your experiences. You could also look into other local stores for your shopping needs if this keeps up. This way, you might find better service and a more respectful shopping environment.
