I purchased a computer online (April 20, 2024) and also purchased the Standard Setup & Security for this computer, I received the computer yesterday on April 24th and was able to set it up myself without the help of a computer technician now Walmart refuses to refund me the $59.99 that I have not used,
I called Walmart and was transferred from customer service to the tech department twice and after being on the phone for 11/2 hours I asked for a supervisor I talked to Brendan from Tech support and to Xavier from customer service and was told there was nothing that they could do for me, they told me that the service was not refundable even though I never used their service.
This has been the worse service that I have ever received from Walmart.
Claimed loss: $59.99
Desired outcome: Please refund me my $59.99 for the service that I have never used.
