sausage gravy w/extra topping for the 20th time
I buy Sausage Gravy with a biscuit literally almost every morning at the Phoenixville Wawa...I pay for extra topping every time...so why is it, depending on which associate is working hot foods, that I get a measly amount of topping...This morning it looked like I got a half of ladle of topping...Like who would think that's ok? even if I Didn't pay for extra topping, I'd still feel jipped...I shouldn't have to open my product up every time to see if I was given what I payed for...I have complained about this more times than I can count to Wawa corporate. Yet some associates still look at me like it's coming out of their paycheck when I ask for adequate topping on my breakfast...way too often I get this response: "I put two scoops in"...well obviously it's not enough if I'm telling you...I don't complain to make their job difficult, and I shouldn't have to check my product to see if I got jipped every single time. I just want to enjoy my meal that I payed for without having to worry about if the associate made it correctly or not...The one day I get a teaspoon of topping, and the next day it's filled to the brim of the bowl like it should be...that in my eyes is pure lazyness on an associate's part. I worked customer service for a very long time, so I know how a everyday/regular customer should be treated...I have been dealing with this issue for several years now, I have been sent over 30$ in refund cards from Wawa for this exact reason...when does it stop? Maybe if the screen said Sausage Gravy w/ extra topping instead of saying Sausage Gravy twice, your associates wouldn't make it wrong...
large latte
I ordered a large saltee caramel latte, which I've been enjoying for the past few days without a problem, and I received it half full and no whipped cream. I asked the confused girl for whipped cream and she gave it to me. I didn't notice it was half filled until I got back to work and the foam settled. Very disappointed. I only have 10 minute break and I always run to wawa.
chicken flatbread
I ordered a flat bread and soup combo from Wawa. Usually I never had any problems with the Wawa sandwiches, including the flatbreads, in general. However, this sandwich that I got was lazily prepared, with the avocado spread in one side. A piece of cheese was placed inside the sandwich and looked very sloppy as well. I tried the sandwich itself and it tasted just as bad as it looked. It's as though the person who made it didn't care and placed it all over the place. I may have understood if there were a lot of people, but that was not the case here as the store itself was not busy when I got there and I was the only one at line at the time.
employees preparing your food but letting set while they make other orders
The past couple of times in November I've gone to Wawa #8037 I have gotten mac and cheese and one employee has gotten it and printed out the slip and set it on the counter then gone to do something else and other employees have looked past it and called other orders and made other orders before they gave me my food. I haven't said anything because my son's wife works there and I have never had a problem but the new crew that works there seems not to care or have any customer service skills. I just wanted my food so I could go to work and it just seemed liked they did not know what they were doing and had no customer service skills what so ever.
junior turkey hoagie
I ordered a junior turkey hoagie this afternoon for lunch, 11/21/17. I ordered a roasted turkey junior hoagie with pickles, onions and I paid an extra .80cents for extra turkey. When I got back to work and opened my hoagie, there was a ton of pickles, a ton of onions but only 1 slice of turkey. Had I seen this and not paid for extra turkey I would be mad, but seeing that I paid for extra, is infuriating. But wait, that's not all. I also bought a large chicken corn chowder. When I opened that up to eat that, there was only a few pieces of corn and carrots bits in it and the rest was entirely broth. Not one piece of chicken or chowder.
horrible customer service bordering with outright disrespect.
I am filing this complaint due to the unacceptable customer service which I was subjected to during my stop on 11/20/17 at 9:48 am in Wawa shop located on 579 N.Lewis Rd, Limerick PA 19468.
I've been Wawa customer for sometime. I usually stop in the morning hours to refuel my car as well as to purchase a quick breakfast. Today, as usually, I ordered a burrito with specific fillings and coffee. I then proceeded to the cash register to pay for my purchase. The young girl behind the register processed my payment from my PNC banking card, then disregarded to give me the receipt for my purchase. She at least managed to stamp my purchase order, proof for processed payment. I then patiently waited for my food be ready by standing next to coffee station. It took probably 5 minutes.
Since my order wasn't coming up fast enough I decided to purchase also a donut. I took a chosen donut and went to the same cash register 2nd time having the same young girl behind the register who now processed my 2nd payment, for the donut. After the payment was processed and the young girl behind the cash register ignored giving me my 2nd receipt for my payment I proceeded shaking my head to pick up my 1st purchase which was burrito. To my surprise the customer service behind the sandwich counter loud and in quite rude manner announced to me that I was not getting any ordered food unless I paid for my order. When I objected that I paid both times and actually provide the stamped order receipt I was told out loud so that everyone in the busy shop could give me their stupid, weird looks like I was doing something horrible, that the payment wasn't accepted. The rude person behind the sandwich counter was supported another staff member arguing with me. Yet the young girl behind the cash register never mentioned anything to me, never alerted me even though I was patiently standing idly for some time just a few feet from her waiting for the ordered food.
The complaint is about absolutely unacceptable behavior of your staff that apparently have no idea about the proper manners and customer service. They without any reason put me into quite uncomfortable situation even though I have done nothing wrong.
In addition, burritos are usually wrapped plain into a thin paper bag which after a few minutes gets soaked from the food ingredients leaking out of burrito and sticks to the food/burrito so much that it is impossible to separate the two. That way the burrito is either eaten with the paper bag or tossed into the garbage bin. Of course when I requested my food be wrapped into more appropriate wrapping paper it was made loud and clear that my request was not welcomed.
Dear, I am quite determined to spread the news about this type of customer treatment, about such low quality of customer service by informing first your department and then write about it and send it to your CEO, CFO COO, and other officers who's direct responsibility is to make sure that appropriate services and respect is provided to Wawa customers.

When you noticed that the cashier forgot to give you your receipts, did you ask for them? Maybe she did not realize this and all that needed to be done was to notify her.
By the way, I don't think the CFO will be able to assist you. You may want to skip over that individual.

My husband locked into the Wawa‘s door on Park Boulevard north as there was no customer service representatives available to assist the customers that were standing in line. My husband tried to get the attention of some of the customer service representative in the back stock area. He was greeted with an attitude from Shanta a black young lady with glasses . She told him she did not have to help him when he was trying to get help with a product he needed . Other customers needed help standing in line. She just stood there and stared at him before getting his product. This is not the first time we have visited this location and no one was at the check out counter early morning to offer assistance. This is unacceptable and employees like Her are ruining your companies name. Someone needs to have a conversation with this lady and I will be sure to tell all my friends about the horrible experience that I had at Wawa on Park boulevard and not sure what the cross street is I believe at Starkey Road.

maybe wawa should hire employees that can read .several times i have went to my local wawa in broadheadsville and left with the wrong food or not what was ordered . as a matter of fact ive been going there since the late 1980s and in the last decade the quality hasnt been there any more . you would think when you pay for a $9 sandwich it would at least be what you ordered and not whatever the retarted employee behind the counter wants to put on it . i will be going to subway in the future at least i already know there not the smartest people

My sons and I were in Wawa at 5201 Harding Hwy Mays Landing NJ 08330 they went in the store in front of me I watched the lady come from behind the register and walk over to them and say something I proceed to watch and make my coffee and everywhere they went she followed them I heard on the walkie say call the cops that's when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager I asked her why is she following my sons she said it's her job to ask if people need help in all my years not one person has ever asked me if i need help in Wawa it's wawa not Walmart then she said I have mixed kids i would never well I watched you I'm appalled and we will be boycotting in front on that store this is unacceptable African Americans spend way too much money in wawa worldwide to be treated like this I called and voiced my complaint no one called me back next up is the media my voice will be heard

I have been a long time customer and lover of Wawa! I grew up with Wawa up north, so imagine my excitement when I found out that there was a location open only 8 minutes from my house; I'm like take my money!
Unfortunately, I found out today that your store located at: 7289 garden rd, riviera beach, fl 33404, has extremely rude employees and awful customer service. I was so excited that I woke up early enough to head to wawa and grab some of your awesome breakfast sandwiches for my daughter and i, in which I also ended up purchasing a large broccoli and cheese soup with bread for lunch later on, along with a six pack of 5 hour energy drinks - I swear can never go in your store for only one thing, every time I end up spending at least $20.00 no matter what I had originally went in there for. When I arrived at this location, there was only one breakfast sandwich in both heat lamp displays, therefore, I went to your computer system to see if maybe I could order one on there (Thinking that maybe that option was available during your morning breakfast hours, since I made it there on time and was happy to not have to inconvenience anyone for my sandwich orders); sadly there was not. Then, I head to the food preparing station where a see a lady making breakfast sandwiches, and i'm like yes - that's perfect, as she's not busy with any other customers and off to the corner in her own little area! I then say "excuse me, may I please order some breakfast sandwiches from you", in which her reply was, "I don't take orders, you need to back up!" this confused and offended me, as there was no need to yell, and I wondered where in the world I was supposed to place my food order, if not at the breakfast sandwich making station, considering it's not available on your kiosk either. I then explain to her that there are no breakfast sandwiches out front and inquired on where I was supposed to place my order? Then a man working in the main food preparing station came up and told me that she was making them now, and that I could wait. I kindly explained to him that I have two specific orders, in which I would like to place with them, so that i'm not waiting 45 - 60 minutes for the two breakfast sandwiches that my daughter and I had our hearts set on, to randomly be made (Considering she was making multiple sandwiches that were all the same kind). The lady, whose name is tranesha (No one would give me her last name), literally yelled at me to get the "[censor]" out of there and told me that she wasn't making "[censor]" unless it was ordered at the register and she received my order from her headphones (Which must be new, who would have thought you would order food at the register instead of at the actual food station). I am now extremely offended and if it weren't for my daughter being hungry and wanting that breakfast sandwich, I would have just left. Instead, I bit my tongue, went to the front register, and ordered my sandwiches from a woman named ciara. I then go back to the breakfast sandwich station and wait for my order to come up, in which tranesha is literally still cursing me out from over there in her corner. I ask her if she's speaking to me, and then she snapped even more, going off on what can only be described as a ghetto rant; in which she actually said, "you don't know me like that!". I told her she needs to stop being so disrespectful and badmouthing/cursing me over there - all I wanted was two freaking breakfast sandwiches, which I had already paid for. Tranesha then told me she's "not making me [censor]!" i'm like "yes, you are - I just paid for them!" at this point I just want my money back and to never go back to your establishment again. If that is the kind of employees you hire now, than you have lost a loyal customer that literally always raves about your franchise. I myself am in customer service; i'm an event coordinator at guanabanas in jupiter, fl, and I would never even imagine speaking to a customer that way! Because of how ghetto and angry tranesha was, I ended up throwing away my breakfast sandwiches, as i'm sure she probably spit in them or rubbed them in some gross places, and took my daughter to dunkin donuts for their breakfast sandwiches and hash browns instead. The way I was treated today was completely unacceptable and words cannot describe my disappointment with your company. I will not be back as long as you continue to employee rude people such as tranesha.

Something is not right with Pine Hill NJ WaWa! This Breakfast beef steak hoagie is unacceptable! When I opened the wrapping ...eggs everywhere (very messy presentation) then looked inside, it was lacking in meat- nothing like what you show pictured! The worst was the roll-ridiculously hard (no, I did not ask for toasted) maybe it was old. Not Satisfied!
Please Note: a few months ago I ordered corn chowder- they gave me Mac n Cheese!
They had said to come back though inconvenient, then too much time had passed and I never did get a refund for the Mac & Cheese. I am trying to eat this breakfast roll now, though I'm afraid I may just break a tooth... Sad. I Do Love WaWa though I try not to go to this particular WaWa, sometimes I do not have another option.
quesadilla order
I ordered a chicken quesadilla with cheese and added bacon. When I got back to my station (working the ambulance tonight) they gave me everything but the chicken! This makes me mad and I am unable to return there b cause of my location. A serious waste of time and money for me to get cese bacon and bread. Working EMS you have to find time to eat when you can, and i Haden has dinner and was looking forward to finally eating only to end up with nothing. Workers need to do a better job getting orders properly prepared.

They may have just made an isolated mistake. You could try to call the location with your receipt for assistance. In the future, it does not hurt to check your order before you depart.
special order cappuccino
Not entirely sure of employee turnover is at this location but I seem to see new faces often. Any who, I ordered a cappuccino as a special order with no issues in the past but today. 1 barista was not where she needed to be and had an order on the queue already before mine. She's been called over the intercom and at about 2 min she still wasn't there. I proceed to tell her my special order and she was very RUDE going about it as she did not know how to make it.

I purchased a donut on November 8th 2011 I was eating it with my goddaughter luckily the piece with the rubber in it and my mouth here is a photo I'm going to attach of the piece of rubber that got stuck on my chipped tooth in the back of my mouth. I put it back in the bag to return it to the store. I was trying to keep it short and simple but they say my statement is too short and y'all might not look at it but this is serious what is a short paragraph or a long paragraph you should read it this piece of rubber got stuck in the back of my tooth that's chip I was feeding my goddaughter this donut likely put the piece with the rubber in my mouth and not her mouth when she would choke on it you know what you all have a blessed day and hopefully no one comes across anything else like this

Hello I ordered an Italian sub with lettuce tomato and onion and oil and vinegar with provolone cheese, I got my sandwich and it's missing everything but the meat and there's salt and pepper on it when I didn't order it. lines and specialty hot chocolate
I visit was a about 2 to 3x a week sometimes more in the winter time because I love the specialty hot chocolate, carnal being my favorite. The problem I had this morning at store #867 was that it was not mixed well. Too much whipped cream and a lot of chocolate at the bottom. I've had issues with not enough caramel or not putting the chocolate syrup on top, but this had to be the worst i've had.
I have never complained, but i'm tired of people messing up on my hot chocolate. And 1 put of 3 sizzles my daughter received is thrown together and has burnt bacon. The bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel is her favorite.
Also the lines were way too long. The cashier charles was nice and did an good job when I finally got to him. There were 3 checkout lines and all 3 were long.
specialty coffee beverage
For the past three visits to the Wawa at the intersection of Museum Rd and Lancaster Ave in Shillington, PA, my order has been incorrect. I am on a short lunch break, so I do not have time to wait for a drink a second time. Today I ordered a small hot latte and a frozen cappuccino. For 5 min the employees stood and argued about who was going to make the drinks until somone offered to make them. There were several other customers standing around also waiting for a beverage. When my drinks were made, they were both terrible. I had ordered a mocha cappuccino, and the drink came out to be a white, plain milk drink with ice. The latte was also burnt with absolutely no flavoring. I understand a mistake from time to time, but 4-5 drinks made incorrectly is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will have to start going to the Dunkin Donuts across the street for a specialty coffee drink that is worth paying $5+ for.
lottery ticket scanner
At WAWA #8323 930 US-1, Avenel, NJ 07001 there is a Lottery Ticket Scanner by the cash register. Here customers can scan there lottery tickets to check for a win. Simply scan the barcode of the lottery ticket under the laser light, hear a bleep, then get a readout "Sorry not a winner" or "Winner". When I try to scan my ticket here, there is no bleep & no readout. Now to be fair, very occasionally it will work and beep, but if it is going to work like that, why bother. Over the course of several weeks which started back in September 2017 I have mentioned this to the manager 3 times. The answer is, " I will call it in or have somebody look at it". Well, it's November 7, 2017 now and it still doesn't work. Amazingly the scanner gets turned on every morning, even though it barely works. It seems to me the manager doesn't consider it a priority. Maybe he's thinking customers can scan tickets at the lottery machine too. But that can get inconvenient if I have a handful of tickets to check and other customer are waiting. Or if the machine is getting serviced or refilled. Bear in mind I spend $60.00 to $100.00 per week on lottery tickets at this store. If the machine doesn't work for some valid reason I can understand that. But what is the problem here? It's supposed to work. All the time. Why can't you fix it? I uploaded videos showing how unreliable this scanner is. I don't think the upload was successful. I still have the videos if you need them.
That's a great story, you should tell it more often.
2 for $3.00 breakfast sandwiches

I stopped into WaWa Saturday around 10:45 to buy breakfast sandwiches for the special 2 for $3 and was told that they did not have any eggs. They told me that it was a supplier error, and that this shortage was the same at other locations. I was not a happy customer. No eggs before Noon on a Saturday? Really?
Sunday, November 5 around 10:45 my Sister and I stopped in to the same WaWa for the same 2 for $3 breakfast and we were told that there weren't any bagels, they ran out. No bagels before Noon on a Sunday? Really?
Both days I/we backtracked down the street and bought our sandwiches at the local Dunkin Donuts.
On several other visits to the WaWa in Sanford, we have had poorly made sandwiches. We didn't realize this until we got home, so we had to return to the store to get new sandwiches made.
We are very disappointed, because we have had super service in products and in customer service up North in Pennsylvania.

I live in claymont delaware and have similar problem. Now corporate comes up with the great idea to not sell the extra topping hoping it will increase sales. It has stopped me completely from shopping there. Try Dash inn if offered in ur area. They have full breakfast menu and extremely fast service
