My family and I went to Wendy's in Hillsboro OR. We went through the drive thru and began to place our order. The employee taking it was very rude and had a poor attitude. When we got our order it was incorrect and missing many items. When I went in, the same girl was extremely rude and tried to argue with me about it. It took them over 20 minutes to correct it. By then, the rest of the food was cold. Instead of waiting again I just left. I was not happy that my dinner was cold and treated like I was in the wrong. I am not happy that I wasted over $33 too.

I frequent the Wendy's on 7th Street and Bell Rd. In Phoenix AZ quite often, but last year I moved out of that area. Tonight 9/13 I was missing Wendy's and drive over for a hamburger, french fries and a drink. I waited over ten minutes for someone to come to the register to take my order (the young lady was busy sweeping the floor). I finally was able to place my order. I waited over 15 minutes for my order to be prepared and I was able to watch the preparer of my food carry on a conversation with a co worker.
When I finally received the order which I asked to be eaten at Wendy's, it was put into a take out bag. The hamburger was cold, the French fries were limp and my trip back to my favorite Wendy's was ruined.

Every time me and my boyfriend come into this location (wendy's on a st.in antioch, ca) the general manager, nick harrasses us. He will come up to us and tell us we have to leave even after purchasing our food. Were quiet and never bother anyone. But for some reason it's a new problem every single time we come in. First he says customers complain about us using the bathroom, then the problem is that people want to come and sit down where we are sitting when there is plenty of open seating available and the open seats right across from us have yet to have anyone come and sit down, or we've been there too long. The sign in the restaurant specifically states seating is for customers. I'm not sure how they handle their management training but this guy has no business being a general manager. He's rude and makes up lies. Apparently he has something against us. People in this store will be there just as long or even before and after us. We've also been in there when someone was literally sleeping at a table but no body else gets told they have to leave, only us. Again not sure if wendy's tolerates this kind of harassment but I will not be taking my business and eating at wendy's ever again strictly due to this specific person.

Store 11696 in El Paso, TX on the gateway plaza had absolutely nobody working the counter. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. There was a young lady working in the drive through and told me she would be with me in just a minute. When she came over, she took my order, one baked potato (plain). That's it. Nothing else. I waited for my baked potatoe while she went back to working the drive through. I told her I came in bc there was nobody in but the drive through was wrapped around so long, I would have been out on the Gateway. I asked what was taking so long, I just wanted my baked potato so I could go bc can't dog was in the car. I didn't know I'd be in there over 10 minutes when there was not one single person in front of me. The young lady had blue hair and tried to get smart by saying it wasn't her fault that my dog was out there. I told her it is bc she could have thrown my baked potato in a bag and I could have been on my way. I didn't need salt, pepper, butter, or sour cream. All I wanted was my baked potato. I didn't even need a bag. Now your manager on duty came over to give me my baked potato but there obviously should have been someone working the counter. The people who walked in behind me still had not ordered when I left out of the store.

went for a food and end up in handcuffs. Me and my husband went to get a order that I called and ask could I still pick up and the told me yes. Get there and no one wanted to give me my food. The manager didn't want to come and talk to me about what was going on. Other workers was use file language and manager as well. They were very rude. I told the manager that I would wait until she had time to talk to me bc she said she was to busy to talk to me but was at the front of the store with her arms folded. I ask for her name and corporate number and she wouldn't give it to me. She told me if I wait for her to give me the number I will be waiting for a long time. Then I google the number, while on the phn with the corporate lady the police show up with there guns drawn On me and my husband. They worker called the police and told them that we had a gun. We were in handcuffs for 26 minuets before they let us go. After searching through our are they found no gun. No one still has not reached out to me about this situation and it has been 7days.

MANAGER Carlos is very rude, he hung up the phone on me while I was discussing a issue with him. I called back, he answers with a very rude attitude as if I'm bothering him.But this is not the first time he has done this before. If that's how you treat customers then you should not be in management nor answering the phone. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! The District Manager is no better she acts as if his actions were right, she never apologized for anything. I will NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN 9819 HIGHWAY 6.

I would like to submit a complaint about the service received at the 204 15th St E, Tuscaloosa, AL location on Sept 9, 2018.@ 4:28. The drive through speaker volume was very low and the associate would not speak clearly. The order was repeated numerous times and we decide to give the order at the window. There was still miss communication and poor customer service. The manager stepped in and tried to resolve/clarify the order. As we ordered a combo #2 (NO CHEESE) w/bottle water and a double stack w/everything, they did not let us know that they did not have bottle water until after we paid and at the pick up window. They did not offer a substitution or an up size for this, that would have been good customer service. There was clear frustration and attitude from the associate and manager when we asked about the up size in replace of the bottle water we paid for. Once we got our order it was still incorrect. The double stack did not have everything and the #2 had cheese. I sent the double stack back so they could properly make it. They also said they were out of chili seasoning, which was hard to believe after the service receive. This experience was terrible. Even though the manager injected herself into the situation, which became worse after she became involved. I understand frustration but customer service is as important as the quality of the food.

They are overly slow ! They're not ina hurry for anything, when I go on the inside after waiting 20mins in the drive thru they are all playing ‘ laughing and joking ! Not making the orders . I think the managers do NOT care about the work crew, because they aren't enforcing them to do the work. If the drive thru is wrapped around the entire building they should be working !
baconator burger and fries and apple pecan chicken salad
I visited my local Wendy's today and bought a baconator meal large & a apple pecan chicken salad when I got home which is not even 10 min away from the restaurant and opened my bag of food I realized that the fries were extremely cold and the burger meat was hard and not fresh at my wife opened her salad and the chicken was hard and cold also some pieces of lettuce had a little bit of a brownish coloring on it I'm very disappointed this is the first time I ever had a problem with this restaurant

My name is wendy and on friday, august 30, 2018 joann and her boyfriend let me spend the night in their rv so I could decide if I wanted to buy it. The floor was rotten so they started cutting the flooring out to the point you can see the street under it. Then they put laminate on top of the wet floor. I could not find my cat when I left so joann text me if I paid her 1000.00 she would return my pet. She is also holding a 500.00 deposit I gave her. I Ordered a blt, no tomato add onion... the sandwich i recieved had tomato, and no onion, i also did not get a reciept. This was at 2:35 p.m. in the drive thru, the business did not appear to be busy, thats why i stopped there...i thought they would get my order right! I love wendys food, but they always screw my order up at this store...i try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but i probably will not return

Melinda Wood was very angry that day, very aggressive with words and rude. As I was walking from the back of the store to the fry station, I see her jerking at the chicken drawer, as it appears to be stuck. She then turns, throws the object in her hand in my direction, sees it hit me in my ribs, then continues working, not saying a word. I stand there in shock for a second, trying to catch my breath as it knocked the wind out of me. Angela is standing behind her, looking at me with her mouth wide open. I go outside, Cindora coming after me, making sure I'm ok. She goes back inside, comes back out and I go in with her, waiting to see if Melinda is going to apologize. She doesn't. I leave to go home and get my boyfriend, as not being from this area, I needed someone there for support. I return, asking Melinda if I can fill out an incident report. She says no, then gets very argumentative with me, changing her story multiple times. She finally admits to knowing what she did. I go outside to call 911. They aren't able to do anything because whatever video she showed them, you're not able to see to object hit me. In any sense, this is not how a store manager, OR ANY EMPLOYEE PERIOD, should act. I would like to be compensated or at least see this woman lose her job. I refuse to work with such a bitter, angry person. She was very unprofessional. I only worked there for about 2 weeks.

My sister and my niece and her two friends decided to eat at Wendy's at 6530 Pearl Road in Parma Hts, Ohio 44130. The restaurant was dirty, the ceilings have water spots from leaking. table were not wiped off and service was lousy. My niece ordered a salad with blueberries and walnuts which were in a small packet that expired 6/20/2018 and they were hard as a rock. Our burgers were partially raw and the fries were burnt. We ordered 2 ice teas which we threw out because it was so nasty. I was never so disappointed at a Wendy's restaurant. I love Wendy's. This place was so warm inside I wanted to pass out. We spend $32.86 for an awful dinner. This place makes Wendy's look bad. There was line of people waiting to submit there order.

We bought three small chocolate frosty's at the 1792 Wendy's in Winter Springs, FL today (08/30/18) at 9:30 PM and while we were eating them we found fragments of white plastic in all three. We couldn't eat them.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable. It's a huge safety hazard! This is truly dangerous. Some scoops have tons of tiny pieces and some scoops have huge ones.
I hope I got the last of the batch and that you don't serve that Frosty and plastic smoothie tomorrow to anyone, especially children!

I went to a Wendys in buffalo new york on main street and the service was horrible. They had no fries, spoons. And the workers were pulling up they PANTS and playing behind the counters. They were just having a party. It took them 15 minutes to give me 2 frosty cause they kept playing. My experience from a 1-10 was a -2 . The service was really bad.
I went to Wendy in Flowood MS on plaza drive. It was a little after 3 pm 8/30/18. Drive through line I had to give my order 3 times and he just disappeared and came back asking if he could take my order each time. Then there was 1 car in front of me but it took them 10 minutes to serve him. Window 1 taking money no one was there, I saw him walk away just before I approached. Window 2 took my money and walked away. After several minutes returned my change. The service was bad. I was going to make a complaint on the Wendy’s survey but there was no receipt in my bag. Need the store# and exact time to complete it. So here I am to report bad service.

I had went to Wendy's two days ago and purchased a Caesar salad. While eating the salad, it taste like the lettuce wasn't clean or that something was wrong with the lettuce. After i got done eating the salad, i started feeling sick. I had diarrhea and throwing up from the salad with stomach pain as well. I wasn't sick until after I ate it. I am still feeling sick from it days later.

My dad took me to wendys since I was a child. I stopped going to wendys years ago because product and service became horrible. I was so excited when stores were renovated. However, I spent over $10 for a combo meal. Wendy's on cassat and post location, jacksonville, florida at 11:30 am. I asked for a single atw add bacon. I got a jr. Bacon. When I had to drive back, the burger I received had a slice of bacon torn in half. A $6.00 cheeseburger had a sliver of bacon. Manager was rude when I asked if that was all the bacon that came on it. No compensation of any kind and a disappointing burger on top of. I was excited to enjoy wendy's again. My name is wendy. I do not know if I will pay my hard earned money with wendy's again. Sad because I am a great customer. I have never complained in my life with any company. You can check that.

Ordered Baked Potato. I was informed they ran out of Potatoes. Ordered the Chicken Strip Dinner. Got to the Window and was rudely asked are you going to wait for the strips? I asked how long they were going to be. She replied atleast 5 minutes. I cancelled the 2 orders for strips I had placed and left. The Person at the window taking orders was terrible. She was rude and totally unconcerned with customer service.

My experience at Wendy's tonight was very unsettling. I ordered a double hamburger with everything extra tomato. But when I got home what I found in my bag was a sandwich that look like it was thrown together. The bun was all greasy and had mayo and ketchup smeared all over it. I normally would not go to such measures about a bad sandwich. But I tried calling the store over and over, but no one would answer the phone. I tried for approximately 2 and a 1/2 hours with no answer and that lead to futhar fustration. I would like to be refunded for this bad meal please.

The employees of this Wendy's (2031 E Oakland Park Avenue) are extremely hardworking, but their management is a complete joke. They do not train effectively, leaving one young lady asking 3x during our exchange on how to use the register application. I have seen the soda machine broken and spilling water all over the place. Although generally a clean place, I have NEVER been more disgusted with management and specifically JAE Restaurant Group.
