We recently dined in at one of your locations in Idaho. One employee was setting a scenario of "What would you do" If a bus load of people came in and started ordering (he fired off numerous different menu items) the employee he was addressing replied with I would say.. F you dude. We were seated in the dining room at tihs time and heard and they were behind the counter. Then a few minues later the guy presenting the question then started talking about a belligerent customer that he had recently refused service to, and that he came back in and started hassling him or any other employee he would beat his [censor] next time, while walking THROUGH the dining room with another employeeI am sure you can see how disappointed we were sitting there with our daughter hearing all of this. Now just imagine our disappointment when the same man turned out to be a manager. I understand things happen we are human after all. But when working with the public I believe there is no room for that, and especially with management. His total disregard of paying customers is not acceptable. I could go on and on but I am sure you get the jist of it. We will not be back to that location. Thank you for your time.
unethical behavior

On saturday 3/3/2018 around 9pm we had placed an order for 1 childrens hamburger meal, 1 childrens chicken nugget meal, i double stacker meal with a strawberry lemonade and 1 triple stacker meal with a honest green tea . I was then yelled at by the employee stating that they do not have lemonade but yet i was still charged for it and given a watery coke in a smaller size. The employee then went on to refuse giving me a reciept saying the cash register was out of paper my total at the screen was $29.83 and then put all 4 of my bags in one of his hands and threw them at me along with my straws spilling everything all over the front of me meanwhile i had my 3 young children in the car witnessing this very disrespectful behavior and i did not even recieve and apology. Then a whole entire meal was then forgotten as i proceeded to say that it was forgotten i was then yelled at saying i didnt order it and that i was not charged for it yet it was put into the screen while we order so he then went to get the rest of my order. We then pulled off and grabbed out of the bag of food which was slapped together and a mess as well as very cold not even edible. We love going to wendys but after this incident i dont think we will be able to return . I would love the resolution to be a refund for the most part as well as i hope it can be a repair on the house of wendys it was very upsetting .

Since I've been at this Store in Sarasota, Fl. I've been assaulted by a fellow employee (nothing was done even after being punched in the face & throat; in fact I was sent home w/o pay) and eventually he was transferred. I've had all managers harass me and verbally abuse me in front of Crew & Customers. I was forced to serve expired meat and told if I didn't I'd be written up and disciplined. I've just yesterday been forced to sign a paper under duress stating I quit because of my hours. When I have 44 hours and was humiliated the same day by my GM & a crew member cussed me out. All in front of customers. When I said I was reporting their behavior to HR & The Harassment line... is when the 2 Mangers produced the bogus paperwork that I'd said I quit and walked out. Also I've been ridiculed over my sexuality and my beliefs multiple times. And as someone in recovery for 10 Plus years I have reported multiple times a fellow employee using drugs and actually having them on them in front of me in the store. Nothing was ever done. It seems Wendy's doesn't do anything but, protect their management no matters the cost to the lowly crew members.

I went to my local Wendy'sat about 5 p.m. on March 2nd. to get dinner for myself and 2 friends. I ordered a smoky mushroom burger and 2 #4 combos for my friends. I was charged $29.27 for our food. When I got home and went to eat my hamburger it was raw on the inside . I threw it away and tried for over an hour to reach someone at our store and there was nothing but a busy signal. I do not own a car so I have to depend on someone to take me there, but could not get there. I am a regular customer and alot of my friends are too. I am very upset about this and I want a refund for my sandwich and for what they overcharged me. I am disabled and live on a fixed income and I cannot afford to be conned out of money. If I can't get resolution I will be in touch with a lawyer.
I will not recommend Wendy's to anyone.
doped up/drunk employee!
My family and I visited the Wendy's in Glade Spring Virginia around 7p.m. tonight and we got to the counter and ordered and planned on dining in but decided to take it to go because we noticed and employee walking around weirdly and kind of staggering and being extremely loud and obnoxious. He walked closely to the counter a couple of times and you could clearly smell alcohol on his breath. I tried to get a look at his name and I believe it was either Taylor or Tyler. Clearly he was on drugs, drunk or both! Wendy's really should consider drug testing their employees. One thing is for sure, my family and I will never go back to this location to eat...ever again! If Wendy's is going to hire drugs addicts and alcoholics, they should just close their doors! All of the other folks in line were also talking about this young man's behavior and we could all smell the alcohol because it was so strong. This should be addressed promptly! I fear for the other employees and customers safety being around that.

My friends and I went to dinner at Wendy's tonight located in Mesa, Az .On southern and signal butte. Right off the bat, while I'm ordering the manager along with two employees are in the back ground mocking and making rude comments under there breaths while giving the stink eye. Then I ask for to go and when I get to car notice my frosty is liquid, completely melted. I call to talk with manager in hopes of a replacement and explain the issue and am hung up on. Then I take a bite of the burger which is soggy and disgusting, take a bite of Fry's and there covered in salt. The whole meal was the worst I've ever had, the service was so bad that if I had known them I would of acted as if I didn't. No couth or class. So here I am complaining in hopes of getting my money back and food replaced. Not to mention they should all get spanked, no way to represent Wendy's or any business, that's why small companies go out of business, due to [censor] like the employees in Mesa, Az on southern and signal butte.

On multiple occasions, this location fails to give me ketchup with my meal, as they say they are out of stock. There's a fast food burger joint that doesn't have ketchup to accompany their customers' hamburgers and fries?! Unacceptable. If this is the case, they should warn customers before we order and give them our money. They also fail to give me my receipts. When I contacted the Manager about my concerns, he placed me on hold for 5 minutes before giving me the phone number of the District Manager. When I called her, she told me she was busy, but would return my call. She never did. Terrible customer service on many levels... I do not have the dates of the incidences (as I was never offered receipts). At this point, there are only two resolutions that would make me want to return: 1. Fix the root issue by training the Manager in good customer service in the fast food industry and consider reprimanding the District Manager for not take customer complaints seriously. 2. Provide a refund of money or coupons for the food I barely enjoyed on at least three occasions (we always order the same thing - 2 #1 combos with cheese and two chocolate frostys...and ketchup!).
old food that's been sitting around
Sunday 25 Feb 2018, at 330 pm, I purchased a combo meal on my way to work, ( McGure AFB, NJ) and I received a meal that was so old that I was really disappointed. The meal was a chicken combo meal, the French fries where old, which I could have forgotten about, but the chicken sandwich was so dried out and old that it was disgusting, I just thru it in the trash, a waste of money. I would have returned it but I had to launch airplanes going over seas. This food should have never left the store, I felt I should have received my money back. I have never had problems before but I can not allow this to go unanswered. This is feed back to the store, please do not sell old food, especially after this store has been renovated .

The Management in Wendy's in Hurricane, UT is allowing SEXual harassment, bullying, and discrimination. The owner won't do anything about the situation. I have a petition of employees who will testify. They follow none of the codes and conduct of the company. They forced a 5 month pregnant employee to work overtime. She got sick and they wrote her up. They ignored a medical note and bullied someone with anxiety. They forced someone tryiny to stay sober to train someone who was high. One of the managers makes SEXual harrassment comments frequently. Minors are over worked and go without breaks. General manger slanders all her employees. Homosexuals are called f[censor] and f[censor]s at work. These are just several incidents.
found and object in my home style chicken sandwich
Hello let me start by saying I'm a loyal Wendy's customer however tonight I brought a homestyle chicken sandwich and there as a black foreign object in my sandwich. I usually don't complain about things like this but my daughter took a bite of my sandwich and that's when I saw the object and although it was fairly big I didn't want anyone else to possible choke on it I'd it was to happen again. The Wendy's is located at 199 Hempstead turnpike, the transaction took place around 11:00pm.

Georgia was working as the host, taking customer ordersfor the gentleman operating the drive-thru cash register. In doing so she was extremely RUDE as she rushed us to finish our order. She actually cut us off while we were spraking to give us our total. When we stated, "Ma'am, we weren't finished ordering, ." she audibly groaned and said, "Well go ahead then." She was genuinely annoyed and distasteful with us for her mistake. She then refused to make any eye contact with us or speak with us when we approached the window. She made us never want to spend another dime at this location again. We were picking up food for our sick mother and had it not taken us an extra 20 monites to drive out of our way to go to a different location, I would have left and never finished ordering because she was sooo incredibly disrespectful.

We went to the local Wendy's and it was terrible. We waited in line for nearly 30 minutes, with only 4 people in front of us. The area around the checkout counter was filled with smoke most of the time from where they make the french fries. I am guessing the exhaust fan was not working. The fries were disgusting and tasted like the the oil had not been changed for days. The employees (I saw 5) were all very unhygienic, greasy, sweaty, dirty hair, just not who I would want handling my food. After waiting for 30 minutes to make our order, they got the order wrong, but there were at least 4 more people in line and we did not want to wait that long again to have it corrected. While we were getting up from the table after eating, I noticed the window sills by the other tables, and those had not been dusted or cleaned for a very long time. The whole experience was awful from start to finish.

When going through the drive through at the Wendy's at address 4450 walker road in Windsor Ontario we asked for two large cokes. When at the window to pay the young white female employee said loudly while the window was open "why would anyone buy two large cokes, like why wouldn't you just go to the store and get a two litre, like that's so stupid" and was laughing like its funny to buy drinks at Wendy's, so my husband said "because we like ice" and looked very unhappy as we had just been called stupid for purchasing two cokes. This employee should be fired for their disgusting behaviour.

Please be advised that on 2/8/18 my family and I visited the Wendy's located at 1661 Hylan Blvd. Staten Island, NY 10306. We tend to frequent quick service restaurants as we have small children that crave the experience. However it was our first time going to the said location. In all honesty we were repulsed by the lack of cleanliness throughout the establishment. Even outside had overflowing receptacles. Amanda who took our order had no customer service etiquette. She was very disconnected from her position and even walked away from the register. I actually came back to reorder chicken nuggets since she failed to get it on the first order. We also ordered a cheese burger without the bun but received it without the cheese. When my wife went back to the counter they were not receptive at all. I had to go myself to the counter to address the issue. The employee at that time took the burger back but was very rude while doing so. Overall the entire experience was less than subpar, we were extremely dissatisfied and overly disappointed. The workers were observed chit chatting while tables were filthy dirty. I strongly suggest a district manager taking a look at the operation at the said location.I strongly feel I will not revisit this particular Wendy's unless there is change. So I got to logans and we pulled in and ate Wendy's but the problem was is your guys were out of French fries what fast food restaurant runs out of fries and so they swapped it out for chili the kicker is I [censor] in my brand new shorts hell my mom is still scrubbing my underwear trying to get the [censor] stains out. Now I want to enjoy my food and not see some excuse my language...Someones butt hanging out! Especially when I go in with kids at this Wendy's. Went to wendy's ordered a 4 for 4. employee rang me up, I swiped my card; it read approved and then she came back and said that it wasn't approved. excuse me? I swiped it again. surprise, it went through... twice. I stayed calm because things happen and I figured the manager could resolve it and no big deal. manager comes over and casually says to me (without asking what happened) the machines do that sometimes, you need to call your bank. I politely repeated what he said to me to make sure that I understood him correctly and he said there was nothing he could do about it and walked off! he walked off!
This point, i'm livid. since he could not conduct business professionally with a calm and overcharged customer, I raised my voice and that seemed to get his attention because I was warning the other customers in the restaurant to be diligent of their money because wendy's is double charging and then trying to justify it by saying it happens all the time.
Completely unacceptable. no apology for a mistake that was clearly not mine. no respect for a customer that wronged by your equipment. it gets worse! I walked out to leave and another customer runs out and says that the manager was saying, and I quote, "she better be glad I didn't call the [censor] cops on her." so, I walk right back in and asked the manager if he there was anything he needed to say. anyone he needed to call? his response, along with fear and shock that I walked back in there, "I don't have nothing to say. I didn't say nothing." I look at another customer and she starts to shake her and mouths the words "he's lying."
All that aside, I had to call my bank and stay on the phone for the rest of my lunch period to clear a screw up by your company. didn't get to eat. and had a non-professional, sloppy, lazy manager dismiss a huge problem. i'm sorry, telling anyone that was just double charged that "it happens all the time, call your bank" is ridiculous. my solution: reach out to this "manager" and let him know that his behaviour is unacceptable. retrain. or fired. fired would be great. that way he can see how important every $5.08 is. so disappointed. hope you-all respond or reach out because I will be blasting this on every social media outlet I can get my hands on. you know, he had no idea that I am a vet on the edge and on meds for ptsd. he put, and probably will continue to put, his crew and himself in danger by talking to customers the way he did.

I am waiting in line in the drive thru for about 30 minutes over a crispy chicken sandwich and a garden salad and a 4 for 4 meal while the employees are outside smoking a cigarette and wendys has about 7 other cars waiting in drive thru ...how is this a fast food restaurantnt when i have been waiting now 35 minutes im very upset and wendys needs NEW EMPLOYEES ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN BEFORE WENDYs LOOSES CUSTOMERS

I went to the Wendy's at the 7905 Richie Highway and the employee Nickolas #3146 was rude and he laugh when I ask my military discount. I gave him my id and he did not want it and he did not gave us the discount. For a person that serves this country this is unaceptable, and that my daughters saw that.
