I bought a Whirlpool dryer August 22, 2016. The warranty is out and in the last 2 months it has been worked on 2 times. The first time the thermal fuse lasted a whole week. The second time a thermistor and thermal fuse were put in and lasted a whole 4 and 1/2 weeks. Each time this dryer is fixed it costs over $100. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and need my dryer fixed so it will not tear up for a while. I can't afford to have it fixed at those prices. Model number WED7300 DW1 serial number M1616 12216. I believe I have a lemon. We bought this dryer before I had open heart surgery and it has not lived up to the Whirlpool name and standards. Please help me resolve this problem. I need my dryer. Like I said I Sam on a fixed income and it is hard to make ends meet especially when you have an expensive appliance that keeps going out.

whirlpool 24 inch dishwasher purchased in 2016 motor no longer works in 2018
We replaced a dishwasher that lasted 14 years with no problems with a Whirlpool Dishwasher in 2016. After 2 years it no longer works as the motor no longer works. We are very dissapointed in the quality of your product. Whirlpool does not even cover the repairs from a defective part installed in one of their products.
We plan to replace a Refrigerator, Stove and a Microwave this year and if this is a representation of whirlpool quality in 2018, we won't be considering any products in the Whirlpool family of products in the future

I recently Purchased a Whirlpool Fridge - 321 Serial # HR83531365 and Model # WRS321SDHB01. Item #1 - There are huge gaps at bottom of the doors. Hinges show and look awful. On advertisement pictures those Hinges show to be covered. Seems to be false advertisement or I have a defective facia piece that is not correct. I will attach picture below. Item #2 - When I use the crushed Ice feature there are pieces of ice that fall down into the inside of the freezer like the alignment of the door is off or the crusher area and funnel carrier that the ice is supposed to fall down into is not close enough to keep ice pieces from falling back into the freezer. I would like to discuss these items with Whirlpool. Very disappointed...I just had a Whirlpool for 25 years and worked really well and now I am wishing I would not have purchased this unit.

I have been waiting for delivery of my appliances for over a month. I am told they are out for delivery only for them to get canceled the day before, teice this has happened. I would not order from whirlpool again or recommend anyone too.
I have spoke to numerous people all that day it looks like I should received a delivery! They have said the dryer is delaying the order, the following week theybsaybit is the fridge! However the week before the fridge was ready to go! It has been a joke and horrible experience!

I paid for a dryer on sept. 23rd and was scheduled for delivery in the 26th, but due to person at Home Depot or delivery driver, my number was put in the computer wrong. I never received a call for delivery and ended missing my time frame for delivery. My daughter called and found that they had my number wrong and told them the correct number, which they supposedly changed and I got a call that my dryer would be delivered on Friday 28th. They came to deliver and dryer was dented and damaged. They said they would have to get another dryer and another date to deliver. I called Monday and Tuesday 1&2 to see when my dryer would be delivered. I was told someone would call me on Thursday and reminded them that they needed to make sure my number was correct in the computer and gave them correct number and also my daughters number in case I did not answer.I never received a call on Thursday-nor did my daughter . I called Friday, only to be told that they were delivering that day and of course I missed the time frame of delivery and did not get my dryer again. It is almost 3 weeks and still do not have a dryer. I am so frickin pissed and so tired of the excuses . I need someone to rectify this and do something about the incompetent people that you have working for your company. all this over a phone number that they cannot get right even after being told numerous times that they had the wrong #. I paid over $600 and you have your money, but I have no dryer.

We purchased a refrigerator on January 10, 2017. Just last week the freezer went out and everything inside melted and had to be thrown away. A repairman was called and we were told that the main computer board went out. Because the warranty is only for one year, we have to come out of pocket over $800.00. How can the main board go out on a fridge that's just over a year and a half old? I really am questioning the quality of your products.

I have brand new (27 days old) refrigerator (Model Number / Serial Number: KRFF507ESS, It's stop working since Sep 5th and I opened service ticket on Sep7th and technician came on Sep 19th (13 days after Service ticket) and he found that sensors/Fans are not working and will come again with parts on Sep 24th, Surprise comes... Whirpool called me on Sep 24th afternoon and told me parts are back order and they will try to find parts and FedeX me on Oct 6th (takes 3-4 days to reach me) and I need to schedule a technician once I received the parts. So I need to wait for parts until Oct 2nd week and current wait time for a technician in my area in 11-13 business days. So I need to wait until end of Oct. to get fixed. I asked them to replace the fridge and they said they cant do it because they might find for parts within 2 weeks :(

I purchased a new frig December of 2017.In approximately May/June of 2018 I had my 1st service call, my freezer froze completely shut couldn't open for approximately 3 days which ruined all the food in frig part due to compressor shutting down being frozen I have had 3 more service calls since and pc richards tells me they have to replace compressor. I am refusing to have another repair to a brand new refrigerator not even a year old. I am going to sue both corps for the hundreds of dollars of food lost and now my refig freezer all my food including eggs, pickles etc and price of refrigerator and the time i wasted throwing out food buying new food service calls etc

This Dr Elbaz from Egypt I had purchased one whirlpool washing machine with dryer model 6th Sense 11KG from your dealer in Egypt installed by MTI staff in Egypt in May 2018 6 spet the washing machine showed error code F12 I did contact MTI for services their representative came next day said it is the main board problem he took it with him till today more than 16 days now no response by calling almost daily they keep saying it is under repair once will fixed will contact you ?!

Last week, I heard a loud "pop" as I opened the microwave door, Model RMC 305PVS01. I suspected that the door hinge broke since the door felt real heavy to close...compared with the time period prior to the loud sound. I scheduled a service call through the Whirlpool official site. Gary, the repair person came yesterday, 9/21/2018 and disassembled the unit. As I suspected, one metal door hinge broke and Gary retrieved the broken piece. Gary called the Whirlpool parts replacement office, as well as, other sites to order the part. Gary was told by all the places he contacted that the part was discontinued. I was charged $150.00 for the service call... evidently, broken microwave door not repaired.
After Gary left, my husband spent several hours searching for sites to see if he could locate and purchase the part online. Same result which Gary encountered, "part discontinued!"
We purchased an appliance package from Lowe's (Carson City, NV) in 2012, which included the microwave/oven combination, fridge, dishwasher and stove top. That's 6 years ago! I can understand if the model was 20 years old! Lowe's did not have the part, neither did Whirlpool, and, the multiple sites that my husband searched.
This is a truly POOR customer service and HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY product support .
I am physically disabled with strength limitations. The heavy weight of the microwave door poses a significant difficulty for me when I use the microwave, several times a day.

cabrio washing machine
This machine does not use enough water to cover/clean. No matter that I use the Deep Water setting and place my items Carefully around the impeller, things still do not get completely wet. I've had this washer for 6 months and am very disappointed in it. I bought a Whirlpool because it was made in America. Evidently that doesn't mean it works right.
I will never recommend a Whirlpool product to anyone after the problems I am having with this machine.
I'm trying to decide if I can afford to trash this machine and replace it or if I just need to keep trying.
I've had to wash things multiple times to get the items actually wet so they would be cleaned. This technology is absolutely lousy.

My wife and I purchased for the first time a whirlpool (kitchen aid) French door refrigerator. We bought it sometime in June of 2017. The first service call was shortly after couple of months of having the refrigerator due to water leaking from the freezer, which we were advise it was cover through manufacture guarantee. Shortly after the warranty expired we started having more issues and called again for the same reason. The freezer would not work properly. We purchased an extended warranty for almost $500. I got up one morning and discovered my whole fridge was no longer getting cold. I called for service AGAIN and they gave me a 2 day repair service. This has been a total nightmare. I refuse to put any more money into this whirlpool refrigerator. I will never purchase another whirlpool product. This have been a total lost and waste of money almost $2200.00 dollars between the product and warranties. If my problem isn't fix I will escalate this issue to the end. I want my money back or a brand new refrigerator.

Last january 11, 2017 I bought a whirpool washing machine lsa1300 covering 13 kg load. When it reach the month of october 2017, my first complain was it stop spinning, noisy and it was very stressfull to hear that sound, it sounds like u have a batallion of goat that says meeeeee together. You can't use the washing machine during dawn because it disturbs neighborhood.
I reported it to the service center, they always come and repair the unit, but every time I use the washing machine, it create noise, the tub spin like a running horse and stop spinning, the same thing that I use to complain, I called the service center I think 4 to 6 times starting october 2017 until january 2018, they never solve the problem of the said washing machine, until the warranty expired. Now that the warranty was finished but my payment for the credit card is still continuing because I pay it for 2 yrs. The said washing machine is now stocked, while my payment contineous. I want a replacement for this unit or refund because the amount of this washing machine is not worth.

Bought a 32 cubic foot upper French doors, lower pullout freezer drawer, biggest, best model April, 2018, upper fridge unit never worked right, didn't keep food cold all the time, started making loud pitch noise, called Whirlpool customer service, they admitted that there is a design fault, will replace the whole refrigerator, will setup a delivery date, two weeks later upper unit has stopped working all together, no call yet from Whirlpool on when they are going to deliver new fridge, called customer service again today (9-13-18)was told by customer service that they don't make that model anymore, the next two models that are similar to mine are are back order and they have no idea when I can get a replacement.Lost over three hundred dollars worth of food, Whirlpool says that is my problem not theirs, not covered by warranty.What kind of customer service is that?When you manufacturer a product and know that there is a defect and market it, sell it to the consumer not warning them that the unit is defective what does that amount to?

Design/assembly defect. At the seam above the vent on the door the paint is bubbling/peeling. Moisture from the vent is getting under the paint. The problem is worsening.
I call nsi protection plus where I have an extended warranty and whirlpool.
Their position is that this is a cosmetic problem and not under warranty even if from a design defect/poor assembly. See attached photo
I am requesting that whirlpool stand by their product and have a authorized servicer repair the problem at no cost to me. A 2 year old appliance should not have this problem

I purchased my refrigerator on June 21, 2018 from Home Depot and upon delivery noticed the loudness of the fan and compressor. I noted it to the delivery team and was told it would decrease with time. It did not. I notified both Home Depot and Whirlpool. Home Depot said it was Whirlpool's problem and Whirlpool said they would send a technician. After the technician listened to the refrigerator he agreed the refrigerator was very loud but functional, so there was nothing he could do . The sound level is like that of a lawnmower running outside through the wall and the refrigerator runs almost constantly. There have also been other sounds, like grinding when the compressor starts up, that have developed since delivery. I've contacted Whirlpool to let them know my frustration and my concern only to be told I'm a valued customer but they regret they can't do anything to help me. There is something clearly wrong with this refrigerator. I'm sure none of those at Whirlpool with whom I've spoken would have this refrigerator in their kitchen. I'm very disappointed with Whirlpool at this point. Terrible customer service.

We also purchased a Whirlpool WRS321SDHW01 side by side refrigerator from a local appliance store in December, 2018. We immediately noticed a loud humming noise coming from the refrigerator when the motor is running, which is a lot. We can hear it from our bedroom on the other side of the house. The store replaced the motor and the fan, but the constant irritating humming continues. The store called Whirlpool for advice, and were told that side by side refrigerators are louder. They also said that since it is working there is nothing they can do.
We had a Kenmore side by side in the very same spot for over eight years. Never noticed when it was running.
We will never buy another Whirlpool product again!

We built a new home in Sept. of 2014. We purchased all whirlpool kitchen appliances. The first refrigerator that was delivered the ice maker failed to work. One week later a new refrigerator was delivered. Shortly after the warranty expired we started having issues. The freezer would frost up and drip o to the food in the freezer. We purchased an extended warranty for $212.95. This one year was really only good for 11 months. I called for service and after about a month it was fixed. The technician had to google to see what the problem was. Finally parts came in and it was fixed. Shortly after that warranty expired it started again. All of a sudden this summer it quit frosting up. About two weeks ago my ice maker quit working. Wednesday of this week I got up in the morning and discovered my freezer was no longer getting cold. I refuse to put any more money into this whirlpool refrigerator. I purchased a new refrigerator today, and it was not a whirlpool. I will never purchase another whirlpool product. I have also had to repair my whirlpool microwave. It was only 19 months old. The door switch went bad. It's going out again and again when I replace it I will go with a different brand.
