non payment of refund
I have been trying to get a refund for merchandise I didn't receive as far back as September to no avail. All I am getting are customer service phone numbers that have NO ONE you can talk to and text that keep sending me back and forth to the same ones that give absolutely no way to communicate with. Can do PLEASE PLEASE help me. I am at my wits end here. I have tried at least 12 texts and 4 phone calls! I am 67yrs old and live on Social Security. I CAN'T afford to just have them keep my money PLEASE HELP!

Would like to say, firstly, that it is terribly inconvenient that customers are unable to call and speak to a person about their concerns. If I'd ever thought it'd been so hard to receive items, I wouldn't have listened to friends and family, and viewed the Wish site, and placed an order. That said! I placed an order around the end of middle/end of August of 2018. The order was of 5 items, of which only 1 has arrived, items werewolves to arrive the first or second week of October. Since then, a second order was processed, accidentally, I tried many times that eve to cancel the order (your way) it didn't work, and only enough, items are coming, yet, still Not the ones from the first order. unauthorized charges to my credit card
I was charged for an item that I didn't buy and then the purchase was cancelled. All this without my knowledge. Then I got a message telling me about it after it happened. When I check, my bank account was charged for $47 and now it's credited as Wish Cash! And to make matters worse, my Wish account was blocked! I want a full refund of my money. What can I do?

A order for 385.00 was place on my account 11/05/2018. this was an unauthorized purchased. I want my money returned immediately to my checking account. The bank has been notified about this thief. I will no longer buy from Wish and I will make sure non of my friends or co-worked purchase anything else from you because you do not have a way to talk to a human. (poor customer service.) red tactical laser sight
I purchased a Tactical Mini Red Dot Laser sight in September or October (can not find my order form for the exact date but I am still looking) and it came a lot sooner than I expected which was great, however when I opened the package the laser sight was inside and that was all. I went back and checked the advertisement on the web site and it did not say that it would not come with a battery. There is no battery, operation instructions on sighting the laser, no information on what size or type of battery to use. If you can get the information on the battery type and the sighting in instructions and send them to me I would appreciate very much otherwise I purchased something I cannot use.

I order some easy peel and stick items for walls and floors. One of five items arrived. Prior to this I had made several orders, some came some didn't, some were point on and some were not. not receiving my order after 6 months
I have waited 6 months from ordering on the Wish app ... how long do you expect people to wait for things they already paid for?! This is also not the first order I've placed, I am still waiting for 3 other items although it was cheap. Tracking#: RW081679047CN and LAOJQ0002519748YQ. This is not acceptable according to consumer rights I should be able to know where my parcel is and when I can expect to get it. At this stage, the website says 25 July, which was 3 months ago!

Their website sucks! I tried to use the app to state that my item doesn't fit. It says they want to help me fix the issue so I need to contact a support agent. Then it just takes me right back to the beginning of the support assistant and the same questions. The whole thing is just a big scam!
