mop bucket and mops
I ordered 2 mop buckets and mops, this was one of my first orders, some months ago, and still I have not received them, also I cannot see them on wish anymore, and I cannot view them on my past orders, I am not happy, I paid for them, I want my mops and buckets, where are they? I don't have photos as the items are no longer on wish, what else can I do?

October 26, 2018 wish charged $128.40 from my visa card. Which was something I didnt authorized... I asked for a refund on my card and I believed I was refunded on wish cash. And I dont want nothing to do with wish at all. I just want my money back... I have send alot of messages emails and photos to wish customer support.. And they are still asking for prove instead of solving the problem... They just keep saying that its not enough prove. I dont know who bought things on wish but it wasnt me. The other day I made a mistake in my order and ended up ordering something I didn't want, for a refund It was offered to have the money refunded back to my credit card or take the refund in "Wish Cash" which they stated would never disappear I can use it when ever I want, my credit card was dinged for the money, I went to spend the money and it tells me I have to spend at least another 50 cents for the order to go through, it only came to 10 cents, there nothing else I want and nothing else adds up to the 50 cents it would require me to spend $4-$5 more bucks.. Just to get the money back I already spend... Is there anything I can do? I know it's only $8 but it's alot when u don't make much money..

I have been denied refunds. Apparently the device or personnel that audits refunds makes no distinction between refunds for returned items and refunds for items not delivered. I have received 119 refunds and all of them were for items never received. I now have approximately 20 more items that are way overdue for delivery. I have never returned an item. I can't possibly order anything more than what I already have when there is a 50% chance of not receiving it and being denied a refund. In addition to the 20 or so overdue items I have a long list of additional items that I ordered before knowing I would be out of luck (and money) if any weren't delivered. I can't believe that it is legal for you to take my money and for me to get nothing in return. Nor can I believe you would require me to make more purchases to be "in good standing."

This site does not let me request refunds, says that my account is checked and I only do it when the orders do not arrive or are late on the arrival date, I feel helpless if some article does not arrive and I am charged, I want my account to return to normality, I will stop buying on this website, but solve this problem with my account when requesting refunds
My account was marked by excessive reimbursements since I only request them when the orders have not arrived on the estimated date, which is part of the privacy policy of wish.com, I will stop buying on this website but solve this problem with my account at request refunds, uncheck my account, I feel helpless in the face of any unforeseen or doubt.
I also got flag for items that where too small or too big and some batteries not working, they are a scam company, im never buying wish again they suck.
This company needs to stop treating HONEST customers as being fraudulent by claiming legitimate refunds. Instead Wish.com need to investigate their store sellers, and review their customer support services which are appalling. I have had my account flagged now for weeks, missing legitimate causes for refunds. One damaged item and 4 outstanding non deliveries. All amounting to over £100 lost to this company. This amount does not include the money I have lost on shipping when Wish were allowing refunds for items not received. Too many items not being delivered and the tracking information still suggesting after over two months of paying that the items have not even left China yet? When are Wish going to take responsibility for their paying customers losing money to their multi million pound company and appreciate not all of us are fortunate enough to be able to afford our money being STOLEN. The tracking information rarely gets updated and trying to track your items with this company is a joke. Obviously they need more people to COMPLAIN and email the CEO about their experiences. I really resent having my honesty in dispute when I know full well I am dealing with the most dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Legal path springs to mind. However, I only requested 2 refunds and still haven't received neither and now I can't get my funds because of the restrictions of being under review. I like shopping on Wish but something needs to be modified with the management and shipping policies and contacting support agents.
I've ordered a few items with no problems. I've won several items through their giveaways and one item never arrived (no biggie, is a freebie.) The app asked if I received that order, then it asked again after a few weeks, and I clicked that I haven't received it. Now it says my account has been flagged for excessive refunds! WHAT? I've NEVER requested a refund, literally! It was a giveaway!
Thank you all for the heads up. Wish lost yet another customer unnecessarily. Thankfully, all the paid items arrived and I have no pending orders. Now, I won't order again because if I issues with an order, a real order, I can't ask for a refund because I've been flagged for refunds I haven't requested.
Besides, MANY (maybe MOST) items are CHEAPER in AliExpress and eBay. Please do a comparison and you'll see. Wish does have items that AliExpress and eBay don't have... Anyhow, I'll stick to Ali, eBay, and good ol' Amazon. Bye Wish!

My account has also been flagged. I have items backed up since october 2017 that i have not recieved and its November 2018. Its November 10 and i have until November 12 to claim a refund on 6 items but with a flagged account I can't. I don't live in the US and my currency is double the amount. I am so up set. I work hard for my money for wish to steal it. I am not buying anything else until i get all my items then i am deleting this wish account. I am fed up.
The only way to receive a refund is by filing a claim with your credit card company.
Wish customer service will string you along and ask you to purchase more items when you have not even received the items that you have already been charged for, or, like in my case, received items that claim to be 925 Sterling Silver and when they arrive, they are silver painted plastic or copper or something. There are a lot of fraudulent sellers on Wish, and while wish claims to be headquartered in the US, my guess it that they actually only rent a PO Box. There is no live person that one can talk to. The operation is shady and out of China or something. They have no ethics and are just plain crooks.
My account has been flagged due to excessive refunds. Two of the refunds were for defective/damaged items. The other seventeen refunds have been for items that I have not received. There are two items that have had the delivery date changed twice, both now overdue. I could find nowhere to state my issue, I’m encouraged to purchase more to bring my account back to good standing. There are an additional four items yet to be delivered. Whether I receive them or not I will be closing my account. I would advise everyone to boycott Wish, spend your money elsewhere!

Someone made a purchase for over $70.00 using my Credit Card and without my permission. I even had wish cash in my account. When i tried to login again, its says incorrect email id. Seems like they have deleted my account.
I tried to call the customer care number they have given on the website. It is just for the name as it does not provide any help and they ask to send an email to the customer support team.
I tried to send an email to the support team but did not get any response from they.
I have contacted my bank and reported this authorized transactions. Bank has blocked my card for safety measaure.
I tried to recover my account and it says it doesn't exsist.
attempting return item
Purchased item October 6, delivered October 17. Item was too small. I have attempted to contact Wish via their ‘Customer Service' app, this drops me when I try to send. Tried this more then 5 times, emailed, get standard reply to go to Customer Service app. All I wanted was an address to return the item, I will pay for the shipping. Tried calling, recording advises me to go to the Customer Service app and the number cannot assist me any further. It is a $20 item, I will pay to return, of only I could figure where to send it.

Please remove the block on my account! I havnt been able to prder anything for well over a year now. I had to cancel a credit card that was stollen. I was given a new creit card. I submitted a bank statement 3 different times! And STILL im blocked and cannot order anything. Keeps saying submit a bank statement?

fraudulent activities
My account was hacked. Someone made a purchase for over $1, 500.00 using my Credit Card without my permission. They tried to change my eMail address but I guess since they couldn't they deleted my account! I can no longer log in. I tried to recover my account and it says it doesn't exsist. To make matters worse, they sold my email address and now I'm getting 100s of spam emails.
I've tried contacting Wish via Twitter, phone, email AND customer support and they REFUSE to contact me back!

My wife had ordered two items on 10/19/2018 which was okay with, until i looked at our checking account and saw the items were $27.50, $19.55 plus $163.00. We have yet found out what the $163.00 was for. My wife tried to call the number on our account, but could not get anywhere. She decided to cancel the order and was refunded for the two items she ordered but not the $163.00 and now she cannot log in to the website.

Sit tight. Wish orders can take a month and a half sometimes. If you look in your account at your order history at the item your wondering about, it should give your an estimated time of when your item should arrive. If it hasn't arrived by the last date listed, contact customer service. 9 times out of 10 they've given me a refund when I haven't received my item on time. Good luck!

I paid for an order via paytm. After the payment, money got deducted from my account but the app showed there was some problem and choose another payment method. It was on the 30th of September 2018. I've been contacting the Wish customer service sincr the day. I send several e-mails regarding my refund of Rs.201. All they say is to wait for 10-13 business days. Its been more than 20 days but I haven't received my refund yet.

It's the 25th of Octoberand I was ordering some items on wish on my phone and paid with Klarna, which redirected me to the app again. When I was looking at my orders nothing was there, my shopping cart was still full, but when I looked at my bank account, the money got still booked.
