won't refund for items not received
I have ordered serveral items 10 to be exact, 3 out of the 10 items actually came. I requested refund and got it in wish cash instead of my original payment method. They are refusing to refund the last 3 items that I have not received. I can not even contact customer support until I'm in "good standing" but purchasing more items. I want my money returned for what I haven't received and now I want the wish cash put back on my card. I will not do business with a company that doesnt have a phone number to talk to real people and who holds your money hostage until you purchase more! What about if I order more and they don't show up either? This is absolutely ridiculous

faulty item wish refusing to arrange refund
Purchase an audio/video doorbell through wish.com in January 2018 - This item has stopped working & is now faulty.
When I complained to wish they stated that the item had to be faulty within 30 days & after that they couldn't care less really.
How many electrical items go faulty within 30 days?
I'm outside of their 30 day policy and although under consumer purchase rights & distance selling regulations an item should hold a 12 month warranty, Wish are refusing to do anything and keep responding to my complaint with the same useless information. When asked how to escalate the complaint or for their policy for faulty goods outside of 30 days I simply get no answer & am now having to take action to escalate this myself via other routes.

My daughter saved up and is still paying for this long awaited air track as she's mad on gymnastics and it would help her to improve. After practicing on the said item a dozen time it developed a fault down both sides on the crease resulting in it going down but as we are out of the 30 day return policy wish couldn't give a dam about poor products.
I'm complaining about an on going situation regarding my daughters air track the fact that's it's infearier and as developed holes all the way down both sides resulting in it not being able to be blown up.This needs replacing or the cost of the item refunding and for somone to take responsibility of this matter. accusation of excessive refunds when never requested refund

I have a "not in good standing" on my account for excessive refunds, I have never requested a refund! Wish won't supply the proof.
I ordered the above parcel (2pairs of boots) and the above tracking number was used but the information of the parcel was received by the shipper but they never the parcel to transport out.
I have sent various emails to Wish customer service who send back generic messages and just don't read the emails. I have paid for these items. I asked Wish to ask the seller to maybe resend the boots but because my account is "not in good standing" they won't help me.
I have had 2 refunds from Wish both of which were instigated by Wish. One was for an order that was refunded as there was no stock and the second because they sent me 1 item instead of the 14 that were ordered. These refunds were not requested by me.
I do not know why this is so difficult to get some help and why it is so difficult to investigate what I regard to be a false accusation.

After an order is past due date the option to contact support and ask for refund disappears. The item also no longer appears on the list to contact support "about item"
Any other way in contacting them they say must contact them on the items support itself but you can't as it does not show support or refund. Only other way is account issues and then the say only related issues to account go to transaction
And round and round we go.

What I don't understand is why Wish.com put items on the giveaway page that they don't have the stock for! Tonight I went on there and supposedly claimed a book will when I selected it a message popes up saying that there wasn't enough stock available...BS! it said that I claimed it and it was supposed to be added to my cart...so it would not let me claim anything else...well I didn't claim [censored]...because supposedly I already claimed an item...this isn't the first time this has happened on Wish...no use in contacting or trying to contact customer support...they will just say first come first serve basis...yeah well they need to fix there glitches and stop posting stuff for free if no one can claim it!plus a few months ago I claimed an item and they refunded it...I did not ask for a refund and I tried to contact customer service several times wanting to know why they refunded it...and I never got a response...plus I am not getting the products that I purchased and they have flagged my account for excessive refunds...well I am just about done with Wish.com I cannot get the things I buy or the free stuff...so they have just lost a customer...I used to spend a lot of money on Wish! now I feel like I am getting f*cked! as you can see what I was supposed to have claimed it not in my cart or order history!

I'm trying to purchase items from your store and it isn't allowing me to make a payment - i've tried all 3 types - credit card, apple pay and paypal. What is going on? I am complaining about their service
This is regarding my order no. 5b7476092a95d969c44df57c. I ordered my items on 15th August. I paid 17.01 eur for the order (11.90 for items and 6eur for shipping). I did not receive two items from my order. It's been more than 2 months now, I asked for a refund and the money was refunded as wish cash. I mailed thousand times that I don't want wish cash but in vain. I have used thousands of shopping sites but wish is definitely most pathetic. Items never reached me. You deducted around 3 eur as shipping for an item that costs 0.89 eur. And when you refund the rest of the amount, it's a useless wish cash that can never be transferred to my account. I want my refund in my bank account. How many times do I mail these guys. Such a fraud company.

My account was compromised and I've sent wish several statements and emails trying to resolve but the only response I get is a generic response saying their "system" won't unblock my account. I have Wish cash, points and items I haven't received. Keep attepting an actual representive to respond and they refuse. This is bad business with an honest paying consumer. Can you help?!?

I recently had an issue with a charge o my credit card for a cancelled order. Support was no help, as they kept saying it was never charged to my card. i received item I reordered and it was the wrong thing. Tell me send pictures and more pictures and more pictures. I finally receive a credit, and then get notice that they received my order for stuff i did not order. I go in to cancel it and I find my log in is now in Russian, the pages are in Russian, the order was under my name (which was changed) shipping to a Russian address! I got the stuff straight with bank. Just went in to order stuff to replace wrong order and there is another Russian address as showing as shipping address. I have screenshots of both of these. i removed my credit card from my settings today and will notify my credit card company to not accept any further charges past what i did today. But this is fraud! They replay with some stupid message in Russian, Sad part is they have good prices and unique stuff.

I had ordered 2 separate items from wish that were supposed to arrive mid October. Neither item arrived and I have contacted Wish twice to request a refund. Both answers I received stated I need to wait longer and contact them by a certain date. I have contacted them twice with their requested date and they just keep pushing the date forward.
