Wish 2 vkworld cell phones.

Last March I ordered 2 VK world phones as advertised for like in the rounds of the 90 per cent off. Months and Months later to find out I guess looks to me like the wrong picture they put for the promo and ended up being flower seeds, seeds thank god i did not receive that cause me allergic reactions i am still waiting for my phones altho they re-embursed me upon there own decision so they say. I said I did not want a refund I would like my 2 phones. You should really honour my order as I did not make this mistake. I was told I was going to get a refund and I can go purchase them somewhere else. Unjust after my son and I waited so long for them to be told sorry you're not getting it to go get it elsewhere if you don't like it is how I see it like F... you pretty much after the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars ordering you stuff that most don't fit. I have spoken to the legal office regarding this and my purchas should be honored as ordered is the advice i got. They as well agree you made a mistake so now please fix it and send me my phone. Wish unauthorized credit card charges

I received a charge on my bank statement for $185.25 and do not know what it is for. Also one for $20.30. could you please tell me what these are. I am not aware of any thing that I ordered. I wish you would take me off you list as a customer as I never want to be a customer of yours again. This is the second time I have had trouble with you business.

Wish merchandise not received

On 8/14 I was charged for gigo sterling silver jeweraly id# 5b2e53eob92681a5817a6ef. And on 9/16 I was charged for hotcity id# 5b9e6c041ba25f1a603020ac the first order was shipped tracking #fuyusoo98027619yq the second item I do not have a tracking # on it. I have not received either item to this date 10/10. I would still like the items, if not please reverse the charges on my credit card. Thank you sue schneider

Wish diamond painting

I have ordered a diamond painting and in the description it says full diamond painting but instead I got a partial not happy about this plus I received another partial of deers when I already have that one I was supposed to get a pen today 10/9/18 but I have not received it

The fairy is the one I got from you that is supposed to be a full one just like the owl in the next picture I took a screenshot of what it says under the description for the fairy diamond painting and a screen shot of the pen I was supposed to get please fix this issue

Wish swimsuit order

I sent several emails verifying larger sizes prior to ordering. Rec ieved after 2 weeks. Way too small. And the bottom is larger and not the one i requested! Will not trust the size charts to ever order anything again. I will share my didsapointment in my commumity as well. PLEASE.REIMBURSE THE FULL AMOUNT. tammy pecore. W13737 fairview rd. Wish shoes ordered with credit card and now account is deleted!!!

I downloaded the app on my phone and placed an order for several different shes with my credit card info and now it is telling me I don't have an existing account or order. I want to know where my order is that I submitted my credit card information is at!? Is this some kind of fraudulent app that is stealing people's information? I would like an answer as soon as possible!

Wish make-up and my payment information

I am complaining about orders I purchased that was make-up. The make-up I received is made for an extremely light woman or a white woman. I am a black woman and none of the make-up I ordered can be used by me. I am also complaining the fact that when I purchase something I have no way of picking the account I wish my payment to be taken from. It automatically uses the account (2266). I have no choice in the matter and that bothers me. That is why I uninstalled Wish.com on 10/09/2018. I am also complaining because my husband wanted to order something from Wish.com but when he orders it automatically pays for the item with my account (2266). This is another reason I want my card (2266) taken from the account with Wish that I had. I also have a problem with not being able to talk to anyone over the phone and I find that to be suspect.

Wish counterfeit tarot decks and trademark infringement

U.S. Games Systems, Inc. is the owner of the Rider-Waite and Smith Waite trademarks throughout the world. There are many sellers on your site selling counterfeit decks, possibly made in China, using the Rider-Waite trademarked name.

There are a lot of sellers involved in this scam. Can you please remove them all from your site.

Wish not being able to purchase from website

I am trying to purchase items on the site, when I go to check out, it is asking for a copy of my bank statement showing a previous purchase. This is my first time purchasing anything so I can not supply this. It will not let me check out.
I tried to go to the contact us tab and was requested to re sign in with my user name and password (This is while I was logged into the site) when I filled in the details, it advised that the details are not correct, however I was logged into the site at that time using the same user name and password.
First time user, not a good start but I have heard positive things about this site and will put this down to tech issues. Could some one from wish

Wish daily giveaway

I get to the daily giveaway exactly on time almost every night. It won't allow me to access the daily giveaway until all the items have been claimed or the daily giveaway is over. I refresh and refresh continuously but its not until it's over or all the items are gone does it say claim your free item now.I an truly really aggravated with this as there have been many things I have wanted on it but don't get the chance to have because of this issue.

Wish clothing

Why isn't the number provided for the customer service isn't available ? I have been calling since yesterday . I don't want that item that's being shipped anymore . That's a whole month from when I ordered it . I would like to cancel the order and receive my money back ! My daughter birthday is october 24th not october 31 or November. I thought the item would be delivered before that tune because it said oct . 7 - oct. 10 . Now it says oct. 30 - Nov. 30 . I want my money back that's to long & I wanted it for my kids birthday !

Wish didn't receive my last orders

I placed an order over a month and 1/2 ago. I haven't received any of it yet. I have moved and I need to give you my new address. A new change of address application at the Post office last for 2 months. I haven't received my last order I placed. You need to give a phone number on your website for things like this. I see where you charged me on my credit card so I need my merchandise. I haven't had any problems till now. I need to speak to someone. My number is [protected].

I bought this 15.2V 5870mAh Li-polymer Battery for the DJI Phantom 4 Pro, your seller had it marked for either $5.00 or $6.00 and 5 or 6 shipping with a total cost of $11.00. It was supposed to be here on the 25th of Sep. I requested to get the tracking number from wish and VD GEEK the seller, but oh yeah instead of giving me the shipping information and actually sending me the battery you refunded my money. I DIDNT WANT THE DAMN REFUND I WANT THE BATTERY I ORDERED FOR THE PRICE I PAID, NOT MY FAULT YOU MISS PRICED IT. UTTERY DISCUSTING THAT YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH DISTAIN THAT YOU CANT HONOR THE PRICE YOU SET, BUT INSTEAD WAIT UNTIL THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINS AND REFUND THE MONEY SO YOU DONT HAVE TO SHIP THE ITEM OUT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

Wish almost if the items in jewelry

If i could, i would give zero stars. They are just as fake and terrible as Alibaba. I placed several orders for household items, clothing, and many orders for so called 925 sterling silver jewelry. What I received, if I received it, was plastic covered in a coat of of silver paint. Once exposed to the sun, they turn black and the silver coating starts to bubble. Sellers even had the audacity to place a 925 stamp into some of the items. Many items have not been received. Customer service now flagged my account due to too many returns. Really? How is it my fault when their sellers sell fake items and advertise as a quality that those items are NOT? I emailed them severs times but never got a response. I tried calling but that customer service number is only a machine telling you to go on the website. Totally useless. The only way to recover the damage is by filing chargebacks with the credit card company one used. I will have to do that. They don't leave people other options. Amazon is so much better! Stay away from these criminals! They have no ethics and only take your money, not caring whether or not you receive what you paid for.

I have not received the items i have purchased. I would like a refund. I've asked several times and the website doesn't appear to show the item I'm requesting to show in the ordered history in my selection. I placed this order on August 10, 2018 but they kept pushing the delivery date further up until it past 30days and then I was told that I cannot get a refund because it is past 30days.! I want my item or a full REFUND!

Wish christmas pajamas

Too small. The size is 6 to 7 but they are more like a size 4. How do I exchange them. I'm still waiting on the other ones to come. Its possible they will be too small as well. Would really like to have them before Christmas for my grandkids and their parents. Wasn't sure if they were monogrammed or not. I see they have names on them. Really like the way they feel. I hope to get these in the correct sized. I bought five different sizes.

Wish ball pit

I ordered a specific item that was a ball pit with a basket ball hoop on it, the item I received did not have a basket ball hoop on it. I requested an exchange and it asked me to take a picture. I went upstairs to take a picture of it set up and the app went down on me. As I tried to restart the replacement process again it "flagged me for excessive returns". And will not allow me to exchange this item even with a 30 day return guarantee and their fault for sending the WRONG item.

Wish items never received after 3 months and refund process

I ordered a few items in July and August and never received the items till today. I was unaware that you don't refund after a certain time. I did not request a refund as I wanted the items and still do. I am very upset as to the outcome and I do not eish for a wish credit but I want my full cash if the items cannot be sent. Why was the items never received when it was dispatched in June /July. Please urgently assist with feedback to [protected]@gmail.com.
