I purchased several items on april 29th and wish that I could return everything!!!
I have tried in vain to return all of the items that I purchased on April 29th. I will gladly even return the "free" items that were pushed on me to get. Everything is really cheaply made, doesn't fit, or is a knock-off of an already existing product.
I have all of my tracking numbers, my user I.D., the order #, the items that correspond to them and the bags in which I received the items. When I try to follow the instructions given to me by the "customer support", they show no order history, and I keep trying everything to figure out how to make direct contact. If I click on the "contact" link, then follow that to "Return", they don't allow me to type in what I want to return. Calling the 800 number is useless. It just says to go to "[protected]@wish.com which is also a dead end.
This company is a JOKE!
I have umpteen emails that have gone back and forth with absolutely no success. I am withholding payment from American Express until this is resolved. They give you a 30-day window to make returns but time is going to run out if I can't make the actual return!

macbook air

I am supposed to return a Macbook Air that I have received yesterday. It says on the app that they sent me the shipping label and invoic, but first I didn't receive anything at this email, but when I gave a new email address to receive it in the email they say "print attached invoice and shipping label", but there is NO invoice nor shipping label attached to the email.
I tried and tried and tried with different emails addresses and the result is always the same!
What can I do?
I tried to contact customer support but they tell me to go on the app or on the website but I am stuck as I always have the same answer "The return process is on the way. We are waiting to receive the item to continue".
Well how can I send the item if I don't have the shipping label?

feb 25 i placed an order for 5 pairs of pants after a couple of week i received one pair, after that nothing i would go to my orders and clicked on where is my order, it would say the that the shipping was out of date, so i waited. the delivery date was march 21. after that i kept clicking on i have not received the order. i finally email them and they said i should have received them and there was nothing they could do because it was past the 30 days, i couldnt get a refund or the pants or store credit. so i paid for 4 pairs of pants and shipping so im out about $70. i know i cant get a refund but i will take store credit. i have bought alot of stuff for them i think its wrong the way they handle the problem. I'm a recovering alcoholic and understand how you feel about the meth pipes being sold online too. It's hard for people to have compassion for those with addiction issues. We are seen as a menace to society but they don't mind making money off us.

Have been trying to obtain a return shipping label since May 15th 2018. Wish keeps emailing me instructions on how to use the label but there is no label attachment in the email to print out. I have even asked for just the address to send the return to but to no avail. Forget using the phone number as it is just a recorded message. DON'T BUY A GUITAR AS THEY ARE COUNTERFEIT.

I am horrified by a recent advertisement I've come across on Facebook - How dare you even think it's appropriate to promote a CRACK PIPE on Facebook! Clearly a struggling brand as no other brand would ever promote such a damaging product. Where do you get off thinking it's OK with advertising a crack pipe to people who hate drugs? I ordered and paid for a phone over two months ago and have never recieved it despite the tracking saying it was supposedly delivered it. When i tried to get support on this issue i found it non existant and completely impossible to discuss the matter with anyone at all. I ordered a shirt from Wish.com on March 20, 2018. It was never delivered but was charged on my credit car. I have tried to complain but on the web-site but have had no response to where my product is nor when, if ever, it would be delivered. I have also requested a refund and a stop on the order. Still no response. It is now April 23rd, 2018 and I will be requesting my credit card company to look into this matter for me . I have purchase a few items in the past with no problem and now my last two orders have been ignored.

Since you don't send any kind of invoice or statement with the items, it is hard to give you an invoice number, which you have requested and I told you I didn't have one. I have bought numerous items from you and I think that if you'd want to keep me as a customer and also avoid bad publicity, you would answer my messages and emails. At first, you were very nice about cancelling a couple of my orders, but lately, I can't get ahold of you to respond. Not just that, but not all my items are listed in my Order History. I have ordered from the manufacturer of the belt befor and got a superior product, however this product is so substandard that I will not be ordering from them in the future unless this is resolved to my satisfaction. I have placed a number of orders throug the wish app to see how I likely I will be to order products in the future. As it is, I have a number of products in my cart and I am hesitant to order anything, as everything I have ordered so far has been disappointing to say the least.

I have entered my credit card details for billing and proceeded to checkout but then every time it says ‘oops something is wrong'. It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to leave Wish.com. I have been a faithful customer for years and for the most part, I have enjoyed the site. However, It seems every Item is misleading and deceptive. This pricing fraud makes Wish look bad and unrepitable. There are numerous examples of the price fraud. The prices advertised is always much less then the purchase price. I will submit a few photos. Please fix this issue so I can trust Wish again.

I just realised I was charged way over the amount for my recent order on the 8th of May. My order came to $90.75 originally, and you guys charged me $140.75. This is a MAJOR difference of $50.
