I have already won and received 8 items for the past 4 months I have been using the giveaway. But twice I have claimed an item and it has said that the item wasn't in stock. It says I claimed it but doesnt appear in my cart. I don't remember the first item but tonight, it was the GLEOF mermaid glitter palette. Why does it say this? Is there a way I can get it afterwards? The pictures are proof I did not order one.
Also, from the photos, you can tell it is still in the hour time frame, so it did not dissapear. I also would lile to mention, why would I have removed it from my cart and made this complaint, when I could have just gotten it.
I am complaining about my order
So I bought an stand up air conditioner. But you guys gave me a freaking desk fan. I paid almost twenty dollars for it and I got a desk fan. But what bothered me the most is that it was broken when I got it. I bought something, and it wasn't even what I bought. The box was tore up. The fan didn't even work. And even after I fixed it, it still didn't work.

Shipped without bridge. Bridge is the piece u must have to make sound. Everything else is there. The bridge is a metal prong that stand under that ring a of the violin to create the proper tension to play song with the bow. Everything else is in the case except the bridge. This is unacceptable. I have reason to believe someone is using your service to steal people's credit/debit card information and stealing their money.
Recently I had over $60 taken from my account by a company whose phone number is impossible to get through to.
I looked up their website(which only has the option to sign up and not sign in, this is a huge scam red flag) and found a "customer support" email so I emailed it with my complaint. This customer support service replied to me from a "do not reply" email address but I replied anyway. It repeatedly sent me the same automated response until it sent me the same email again, word for word except for two details...the sender of the email and the name of the company had changed to a product I have previously purchased only through wish. The product in question( a black bracelet charger for samsung phone) is a product I purchased several months ago so I looked in my purchase history for seller information but conveniently the product is missing from that history.
Any assistance with information regarding my purchase history for this item would greatly help the fraud investigation my account is now under by my Bank

I ordered a pair of cargo pants n wen they arrived they were cheaply made n didn't fit I've been tryn to get a hold of customer service and hav received no response from Wish. charges on my credit card
On 3/23 there is a charge on my credit card to Wish in the amount 55.80 and on 4/25 for 61.20. I didn't make these charges as I haven't ordered anything. I need to talk to some ASAP to get this corrected.

I purchased what I believed to be an ez book, I was sent an tablet that did not work at all I complained and was told to use the address lable they emailed me, I to no avail contacted them several ti. Ea that the email had no attachment, I simply need an address to return the package this is been on going for several weeks, the phone number they provide is never answered it's a circle of unresponsive results. This is ridiculous once I return this none working item I will never buy from. This company again

Continously, I have requested a label from wish to send back a rubbish chair you gave me and again and again you continue to send me out the email without the return address on it. At this point, I have no idea where to send the stupid chair and i'll be out a lot of money if it isn't found. Your customer service is terrible and you only ever speak with robots.
It's so frustrating whenever you're having a real issue with the app or parts of it and a real human can't even reply, you need help with something specific. I know how to get to the help page! But it's no good, I hate this app. Useless and doesn't care about it's customers.

I have contacted wish through emails, order errors, and size differences, and no response...
I tried to call the wish 800 number, and it says it is unreachable.
I originally asked if wish could get me a 2xl, as China's XL is like our medium.
I did not know this when I ordered it.
And now it seems that wish's number, and support are not returning any emails, or answering their phone...
So far I have been very satisfied with the orders in the past, but now it seems they do not want to respond to anything...
Even their chat line does not let you chat, it asks you to put in the problem info, and when you do, you get bounced around until it says "did this solve the problem?" No.
Why does wish have a phone if you cannot talk to anyone, or they say it's unreachable!

I ordered a jumbo sheep squishy from wish but I received a completely wrong order. I got a small squishy which seems to be a pink dolphin. It is also extremely defected and has a huge tear. This is extremely wrong. I have attached photos and videos also. The wish.com representatives better give all my money back or exchange this and give me my correct order. I was going to recommend wish.com to all my friends looking for squishies bit sadly I wont. Extremely furious and disappointed.

On may 11th I placed an order on wish my order was for two cell phones and a few other inexpensive items. I'm not sure why but fir some reason my wish account says i've never placed an order so I am not able to access my order status anymore. And my card was charged twice once fr 361. Oo but the page said there was an error processing my payment and to contact customer service if the problem continues. So I tried again to process my payment and place my order and my card was charged for 380. I had to wait 10days for a refund of 361.00 i'm thinking how was there an error with my payment when my first payment was successful and the money was pd out of my account and had to be refunded? So how come I end up being charged twenty dollars more the second time I processed the order? The order should have remained the same price. So why wasn't the 380$ refunded... And why did I have to pay the extra 18$per phone or expedited shipping for it to not arrive on the 18th like it said it would. And how come I can't access my order history anymore to see why it still hasn't arrived by today the 25th like it said it would be when I last seen the status update

I tried to make a return and followed the instructions on the sight, the sent me an email telling met to download the label but there Elsa's no label to download. When I contacted them about it on there customer support link, they just kept saying follow the instructions on the app or site, which won't send me the label. I tried doing the return process they have on the app multiple times, but it never worked.
