I suffered a severe allergic reaction and had to be hospitalised. I have been begging for days for you to tell me the ingredients to this mask but you choose to ignore me instead.
Why do you want me to die? I could've actually died! But of course you'd be happy with that because I wouldn't escalate it further.

micro sd card, usb thumb drive
I bought several usb thumb drives from these guys. All failed within one week. I bought several micro SD cards. All failed within several months. Some I could verify were counterfeit. For example, I bought a Toshiba 250GB micro SD card from these guys in May 2017. It failed completely December 2017. I checked the markings on the back with a website, and the card is a complete fake. Toshiba does not make 250GB micro SD cards. The same goes with the USB thumb drives. In this case, files began to disappear off the drive after a month. Then the drive simply stopped working. Tested the thumb drives and they appear to be made with faulty memory. Unfortunately, wish.com does not refund after 30 days. Big scam.

On november I made a purchase on your platform with the gmail account: [protected]@gmail.com. I gave my card information and the payment was done. I even got a mail telling me that the money for the purchase was effectively taken from my bank account. However, when I checked for my order, which was supposed to arive between December 28 and January 2, the order had disappeared; still, the payment had been done and I now had no money nor product. I would like you to give me my products or give a refund, for the payment wa done, but the products never arrived and, because the order disappeared, I have no longer the number of the order. Please solve my case.
I had ordered a leather purse from whish with the email pamvernon@icloud.com. I have never received my product but they sure took money from my mastercard. The order history has disappeared. I have been emailing them continuously and they send an email asking for all my information again. I send that through an email, and they send the same email again. Very Very disappointment in this website. I think its all fraud. I would never order from them again.

I ordered from them and got the products slowly one at a time. After payment was taken from my 5/3 access card which is not linked to my bank account. I began getting calls from China and then They tried to get 879$ off my card. My bank let me know and since it was not linked to my bank account I'm safe but just a warning to others. Do not use a debit card. use prepaid or an access card like 5/3 has.

ordered laptops got screen protectors
Ordered 4 laptops.in item description laptops charger manual plug with all the specifications. Not a screen protector listed. I got 4 screen protectors. The laptops were marked down from $523 to first time customer special $21. Careful... the pages are set up to trick you into buying. Tjus is not acceptable nowjere in the item description is there a screen protector. I demand a refund. The price was 523 on special 21. Very expensive screen protectors. Disgusting and I will take thus up with consumer affairs in australia.
nobody had my consent to deduct money out of my account

On the 25.08.2017, I had a debit that was deducted from my account. I had ordered items and there was not enough funds in my account, and the amount was held due to the fact that there were no funds. As soon as the funds went into my account I was debited an amount of R1933, which was not supposed to go off my account. I've been sending email to wish for my refund since August last year, they've asked me to give them details of that order and they keep telling the amount never went off my account, I've sent bank statements, screen shots, a dispute from the bank confirming that the money was never reversed back into my account. Wish, keeps sending me to the bank, even after I send a document from the bank stating that the money sits with wish. This has been going on since August, at some point they stopped replying to my emails and I had to start a new query, R1933 is a lot of money and I need that money back, they haven't been helpful, having to beg for your money is not a nice thing.
The Authories must dig deep into this Wish site and shut it off. People are getting RIPped off by this crooks. All goods appears to be legit by if you could use your common sense, they're all immitations. Not talking about the price you pay... fund rising!

I spent $70 on many things a few were dermacol foundation and lights for the inside of a car and waited for months and never did arrive but still charged my account after about a month my order history deleted the items but I never logged out of my account or got a new one I have the same one as always so I would love to talk about a refund my number is [protected] this happened about the beginning of September 2017

refund after a returned item
On the 27th February 2016, I purchased a Smart Self Balancing Electric Drifting Scooter. Within a few days, the scooter arrived. I moved around on it ok for a few days, but when I came to charge the item, I found a few screws missing. On contacting the sender, they advised me to go to a DIY store and purchase the screws there. I was not happy with this but tried.
I'm quite sure that an item with screws missing is stable or still under warranty if it was returned for some reason. As I was not happy, the seller told me to return the item for a full refund. I told the seller that he must make arrangements to collect the scooter and he said that I should return it. I then queried about the cost to return it and they said that I would be reimbursed on confirmation of the return of the item.
I spent over 150 GBP in returning the item to the seller's depot.
When I checked with the seller after a week, I was diverted to the wish customer service department. I explained the situation to them and they said that I had received a full refund including delivery, but the delivery charge was from the seller's depot and did not include the return of the item.
On querying this, Wish said that it clearly states in their return policy, that any returns items should be returned by their method. This has made me angry because now they refuse to pay me what I spent to return the item. The cost of returning the item is almost the same as the item cost. I have included the invoice from DHL and relevant screenshots from my Geek. Wish account.
As it stands, Geek has frozen my account for no reason. When I try to access my account, they ask for security id. When I supplied this they still blocked access to certain parts of my account, including the communication I had with the seller confirming they would refund me once the item was returned to them. The seller never mentioned that I should follow the Geek process for returning the item. They just said return it their base. On examing the policy more closely, it states that the item with be returned to a Geek warehouse. So I suppose the supplier did not want this since they wouldn't get their item back straight away and it would clearly show that there were screws missing. (pictures included)
I would never recommend Geek for anything since they aren't very trustworthy. I had no problems with them initially and all problems were dealt with quickly and they even gave me refunds when an item was late or delayed. But since I kept pestering them for my money, the relationship has gone downhill and all they say now is, the item has already been refunded and I keep getting a different customer support representative asking me the same dumb questions; over and over and over again. it's like trying to fix a broken record.
