I Am COMPLAINING BECAUSE I Put in an Order A MONTH Ago & I haven't Received ANY of the ITEMS! I Ordered them for CHRISTMAS, Obviously! I Didn't even have My Christmas Dinner with My Family until The 27th! And STILL, NOTHING ARRIVED! I WANT My MONEY Credited Back to my CARD, IMMEDIATELY! I Tried to Send you 3 Texts, Telling You that If I Didn't Receive My ENTIRE ORDER before CHRISTMAS; That I Would Cancel & NEVER ORDER From You Again! Placed a $315.90 on above date. Within 5 min. a notification was sent stating every item ordered was refunded due to issue with my debit card (bank card). However today i contact my bank. Jerrod informed me that amt was pd direct l y to u guys. There was no refund. The contact # r emailing is useless . return email w a question & advise i click next to item and press "contact support". Useless there's no question w my situation to get through. My first order & u deceive me. I I'm tried of the run around given. Can't track products because it indicates "0". My bank advised i attempt 1 mre time & then they will take over.
You need to contact your state attorney general. Wish is based in your city, your state needs to take them down for fraud.
can't get anyone on phone
No one to answer the phone even though they give you a phone number. They tell you too email them with your questions or problem but on the page there's not always the category that you need. Very upset. My Stuff was suppose to be here before Christmas on somethings and some were suppose to come afterwards and I'm still waiting.

yarn was not what I wanted
I order a knit blanket. That was all I thought that was being charged to Pay Pal. When I got on line, I saw they ordered yarn also. I tried to cancel the yarn, the descriptions I was given to cancel the item were the same. I received the yarn.It was not wanted. I wanted the blanket, which was cancelled. I have not received a refund on my account yet. What do I have to do to get my money back? This was the 1st time I ordered from them. Not very happy. Please advise me on what to do.

Im not sure eaxclty how this works but it always says buy instead of completey free my mom was trying to get makeup brushes on the giveaway. account restricted?
Dear Wish,
For some reason, the app is requesting a copy of my bank statement. I purchase through PayPal so I'm not sure it.
The customer Support says that the system has put a block on my account and it cannot be removed at this time.
I've always paid in full, have been polite, gave really good ratings so I don't know why the account is blocked. I've got stuff in my cart to purchase and positive ratings to give, but the app won't let me proceed, nor is customer service removing the restriction on my account.
To my knowledge I've not done anything to violate a terms of service, which is what the customer service people sent back to me.
Why am I being asked to submit a bank statement? This is an unusual request.
Why is my account "restricted?"
I've racked up some fine discounts that I am now barred from using.
It is a wonderful site! The products are very good quality and the shipping is getting better.
Please help me understand what I could have done to insult "the system."
More importantly, could you please remove the "restricted" status on my account?

I have recently had this same problem. I have been shopping with them for a few years now and never had this problem. It's been about 3 weeks now with my account being restricted and it still hasn't veen resolved. I've sent multiple emails and have only gotten an automated response saying "we are unable to do anything at this time. " I've even tried calling there customer service lin and it just tells me to use customer support on the app or email them (in which I have many times). I have a bunch of refunds I need to get processed and I can't do anything. Think I'm just going to file a dispute at my bank. I definitely won't be using Wish anymore.

payment not going thru
Yes I am trying to purchase items on this site but every time I try to checkout its not going thru. Now its telling me to come to this site. Can someone PLEASE tell me what's going on & why isn't it letting me make any purchases. This is actually like my second or third time trying to make a purchase. The first time it let me do the payment process only to tell me that it didn't go thru. I figured maybe it was because I didn't have enough money to complete the payment. Even after I changed items to lower the price it still not working.
Are you using a debit card or credit card? I'm starting to see a pattern. If you're using debit, it doesn't go through. Credit card, they're charging, and possibly defrauding. Maybe debit cards aren't as easy to commit fraud upon?

I have had an email from one of the shops on wish .com about my order and when I check it it just comes up error 404, so check my order history and it says I have never ordered even though I have had one item delivered already, just waiting on the rest, can't track the orders because no order history, I have emails to say the orders have been processed, but cant find them on my account and noone to ask or get help from, absolutely frustrating as they have my money and my goods

not getting my money back on cancelled items
Ok I purchased items off wish. And cancelled three of them. I waited until they day my money was supposed to be back on my card. Well it wasn't there. These ppl tryed to tell me they didn't take the money off my card yet. But I knew better cuz I called to see how much money was on my card before I ordered. So not only did they lie to me they tryed to take my money. Well I called my card holder and they charged me more for the items I purchased! So now my cardholder is handling it. She couldn't even believe they did that to me! So I will never order from them again!

I was instructed that my package would be here on the 22nd, then it changed to the 27 and I haven't received it yet. I ordered this with knowing it would be here before Christmas so I could have it for my marriage ceremony and you've ruined that. 7 inch tablet
Mid november I purchased my grandson a 7 inch tablet. I received mid december. The day I got it I wrapped and put under the tree. Well, today is christmas day... I was so excited for him to open his gift. Well, he did, I immediately noticed scratches, and the side where charger goes was sonewhat popped up, the charging port inside computer is broken, ive ordered many times from wish, and no problem except you gotta wait forever to get your stuff.. So it being christmas day I knew they were closed, I went online, sent support messages, texted them, hopefully they are creditable and will handle this matter, because I dont have money to be giving away. I will go as high up as I can, to get this matter handled, oh I forgot to mention, the tablet already had games, fb, & about 15 apps downloaded, a new tablet, I think not! I got my granddaughter's tablet off tophatter and its great, come on wish do the right thing for a 8 yr old little boy!

Today is Christmas and I got a BB&T card that had $50 on it. After activating my card, I immediately went to the Wish website, because I had been eyeing quite a few things from there. I picked the things that I wanted(I ended up checking out items a second time because I later I found other things that I liked). I had entered all of my information: my address, email, billing address, card number, etc etc. I went to check on the progress. Now, being that today is Christmas, not much will happen and I totally understand that. But what I dont understand is why it's still saying it's waiting to approve my order and send an email.I did get an email letting me know about the things I had purchased but that's about it. I ordered my things early this morning, about 14 hours ago. If you guys aren't gonna give me the things I paid for, I would just like a refund.

Hello, Please do not buy anything from this online shopping...Wish online shopping...like mafia. They will deliver the wrong goods not as euql to what you have ordered and received late. They can cancel all your calin since you have not complained within 30 days...eventhough you started claiming refund within 30 days. They purposly delay the dispute more than 30 days and closed the claim.

They are refusing refunds on products they are more than 30 days over the estimated delivery date by the seller.
NOTHING arrives on time from these sellers, so you wait, it doesn't come and then you can't get a refund. I tracked the items and they NEVER left China!
WISH even stated that one missing item was not even pulled to be sent. BUT STILL NO REFUND !
