The Wish app is the worst app I have ever ordered anything from and will never be ordering from ever again. I have ordered two things from Wish and have not gotten them since November 27, 2017 when they were supposedly delivered to my apartment and I have tried everything to get a hold of my packages. I have called US PS I have called Wish I have emailed wish back-and-forth for a month now and nothing. I asked for a refund and I still got the same response over and over again that I need to call USPS and have not gotten a refund not have I gotten my items. The absolute worst at that I have ever ordered through and I will never be ordering to them ever again and I will tell everyone how my experience was because I would never want this to happen to someone else. Is pretty much a scam because now I'm down at least $30 and have not gotten my orders nor have I gotten a refund.

pokémon go monopoly
I bought Pokémon go monopoly and it's cheaply made. The board is made out of flimsy cardboard, and other than a cheap photoshop picture, has nothing to do with Pokémon. It has cheap, generic, plastic game pieces. The cards are made out of What seems to be old cereal boxes. It looks like someone made it in their basement. The money is badly cut. Very disappointed with this game.

I ordered a motorcycle style coat and got a sherpa hoodie instead. Vendor won't respond to me messages and won't issue a refund or replace item either. Took 29 days for item to reach me. The only contact they have had with me is to "ensure" that it arrived by shipping due date. I am also noticing that the feedback I wrote regarding the item isn't posting. This leads me to believe that negative feedback on anything on this site will not be posted so future customers can actually see the truth of what they are selling.

I bought a purse on wish it was pretty and it was for my mom birthday. The bonus it was fast shipping I will get in two thru three days. So on this page it was two styles 1 or 2 and make sure I went over few times make sure to pick the styles I want. Which was style #1 . I waiting til it delivers to my disappointment it was styles # 2 so I ask for my money back. I went to usps only to find I has to paid for my shipping and went to talk to wish "customer support". Big fat ha only to been told wish doesn't paid for shipping. I feel like wish doesn't cherish their customer and make their customer pay for their seller mistakes. I bought a phone with free bike mask
I bought a phone free with bike mask but only the mask arrived and the phone did not. When I try to use the customer support on my wish app, it said I need to submit details because my account is blocked. I thought I don't have to worry about my purchase because wish is supposed to be helpful, looks like it is a scam, it said specifically in the item title that I am supposed to get a mobile phone with those specifications

Ordered various items from Wish on 13 October 2017. I've tried to track these items to no avail. I've sent copies of the mail showing the order was confirmed which shows the items ordered and have been told to try various options to track them but never have success. I attach a copy of my credit card statement reflecting the payment off my account and to-date, no items have been received. I would like a refund now as I'm tired of trying to find them and tired of waiting for them to arrive. I have since moved from the address where I ordered from and gave the updated address. Please refund as soon as possible.

Wish has charged my Visa card ending in 8986. I do not have the Wish application, nor have i ordered anything from Wish. I am requesting a full refund from Wish for the following unauthorized transactions: (1st) transaction(12/02/17) in the amount of $19.08, transaction fee, $1. (2nd) transaction(12/17/17) one in the amount of $22, transaction fee, $1 and $27, transaction fee, $1. I have not given Wish permission to charge my credit card for any order that was billed to my account. I think my account was hacked
I received an email that said to provide a recent bank statement to prove my acount purchase.. I refused as I use paypal. I sent a snapshot of the paypal showing a purchase to wish that was not good enough I had a response that blocked my account it had said sorry to inconvenience you however your account has been blocked you will hear from someone within 3 days we need to verify your account please send a statement of your bank showing that you have made a wish purchase to verify your account I refused. I sent the paypal snapshot instead and it has been 3 days and every single email I get a automatic email response suggesting that unfortunately the block cannot be removed due to policy and terms and to click on the policy and terms link when I do this it takes me to a page that is blocked and I cannot access this information I managed to find the terms and policy online somewhere on another page from another website and I read the policy and terms for wish and none of the policy and terms where by me in any way shape or form broken so I do not understand why my account has been blocked I have paid for all my purchases I have been refunded for all of my purchases that I wasn't satisfactory with and i've had no problems with any of the vendors i've made no problems i've made no complaints that would put my account in jeopardy and I feel like maybe they were hacjed? Or they are fraudulent... Perhaps wish.com ap has been hacked therefore i'm waiting for parcel that I already paid for to arrive... And I hope I still receive them and then i'm going to be deleting my account. Vintage Women Casual Shoes. I was billed for these shoes and I did not order them. There was an order (as if placed) in items ordered and on my credit card. This is fraud. And as of yet have not even received the unordered item. But it was billed to me. This item was for a total of 18.00. 14.00 for the shoes plus 4.00 shipping. I am requesting an immediate refund. Never ordered this item. So why was it being billed to me? No live customer assistance. Web site for refunds did not work for me. The number I attained was [protected] but it is just automated, no assistance arrives.
Item is supposed to be a microwave cover 12 inch round with a magnet so the product will magnetically attach to the top of the microwave when not in use. The item I received had no magnet at all and was only 7 inches round. This was not what was shown or described. So not only wrong item but defective as well. I request a refund. Found that the customer assistance phone number is of no use. You are referred to a website to process a refund and the site is bogus. The customer no service number is [protected]
The item ordered was a Cool Retro Hemp String Genuine leather bracelet. The bracelet was ordered for a teen and was way too small for any teen. Wasn't the best quality either. I knew the bracelet wouldn't fit the intended recipient. So I tried by email 5 times to request a refund and all I got from Wish was the run around. There is no direct number to any type of real Customer assistance. Order at your own risk! I would not advise it based on my experiences with them.

We ordered a knitted mermaid blanket from Wish in 2016 for our daughters Christmas present and it was dispatched to the UK. We were happy with the item but not happy when we reviewed our finances for the year.
We have reported today to our bank that the Wish organisation has for the past year been taking USD 10.99 per month from our bank. We have not signed into any contract or agreement with them and want to know how it is possible for them to take this money from our account in the U.K.
Hopefully they intend to repay the money that has been consistently taken from our bank account fraudulently.
I would appreciate any feedback or recommended steps to take from here. The company is very difficult to contact and seems very reluctant to engage in any dialogue with us. As online shopping is such a huge part of the US economy these days I really believe that this kind of activity needs to be tackled in an effort to reinstate peoples faith in conducting simple online transaction with US based companies. This kind of fraud is expected when dealing with certain countries you expect an element of risk but this should not be the case with the USA.
The initial purchase was made in November 2016 and they are still taking the fee each month. We have no account with them so cannot give any reference number to identify us as a user of their service.
We simply expect them to refund the money they have taken without our consent and appreciate your assistance in looking into this on our behalf.

I will never use a credit card to make any purchases online. Always use Paypal it is safer. Never dealt with wish until now, seems good but they split orders up and dispatch items at different times. Very annoying. Also, buying a phone from them is a minefield. Went to get a free phone, however when I selected choose a size I end up with a price. Sounds a bit fishy.
