Wish customer service and products

I had ordered a water pik, cost me $36.00. They send me a chinzy hand held dental flosser that resembled more like a toy. I requested a return, they wantedme to pay for postage! It was theit mistake. After seraral e-mails, I decided to to thru Paypal where I had paif. They gave me a full refund. In the meantime, I had ordered 2 pairs of leggings and a blouse. I received the 2 pairs of legginfs, vey bad quality on so on. Then Wis put a hold on the blouse, they requested my picture ID saying I may be a spammer because of the refund. Like I'm stupid enough to do that. I've been with Paypal 15 years, they know me vey well. All I have to say is BEWARE OF WISH

Wish I have wrong item

I ordered baby girl my First Christmas with stocking on front of tutu romper
Size 6-12 months along with the leg warmers, headband, and shoes. It even shows on the order history stating that I specifically ordered that outfit. Instead I recieved tutu outfit with Santa on front saying ho ho ho. I would like the baby girl My First Christmas romper set including leg warmers, headband, shoes pls or full refund.

Wish shoes

I placed an order with Wish around Thanksgiving. I been tracking my order, for a week now.. my package finally got in my City and State on Saturday of last week. Here it is, a week later and NOTHING! Now, when I track my package, it's like it's been rerouted back to sender.. one day it says it right where I live the next day it's in Florida.. Really.. I want my shoes or my money back ASAP! I order with Wish a lot and this is my first time, experiencing this.. I rather use EBay.. at least I know I'll get a Live Rep on the phone and the Sender info.. I can't even contact the company that has my package..

Wish asking for bank statement photo

Hi . I've been with you a while and often order. I went to order the other day I had to put my new visa details in but as soon as I tried to pay and every time since I'm asked to send you proof of a purchase on my bank statement. Well there is the problem the account I use I haven't got a statement to photo for you. So please please can I just get back to my wish shopping please

i love shoping on wish now reading other peoples comments have put me of shoping with wish i orded rings also it says there sterling silver if there not then i think its false advertiseing

Wish order problem and payment methods

I order some dress for a wedding needed asap. somehow my order stated that it didn't go through so I order it again. everything I leaved my compute my order leave with me. don't asked me how but it did. so I finish got it to order today and some to fine out it with through the other times also. I need the order that was place on the 13th of December not the 14th of December so if you don't mind cancel the other two. I also need my debt card change to a bank card. they have treated me too this way...they are a fradulent business that cannot be contacted...they do not answer phones. or emails and remove your past order details, wish I could report them...do not order here ...

Wish a outfit that is pink and white that has the number one on it

I didn't order the outfit I put it in my shopping cart and was going to purchased it when I had the money I was charged sixty one dollars for three outfits I've emailed wish twice and nothing has happened I am very disappointed I have always order from them and had no problem until December fifth I am requesting a refund please and thank you I looked at my bank statement that's how I figured it that I was charged sixty one dollars

Wish solar fountain

The product that was delivered was missing parts. It didn't work. I filled out the information online at the Wish site and attached a picture. I got a response stating that the cost would be re-funded to my credit card. But I never got the refund. I never got the amount credited on my credit card. When I went back online at the Wish website, the message was that the time had expired to get a refund. I still want the refund.

Wish items ordered and paid for

I ordered boots, sweaters and sweatshirts and earrings on December 1, 2017. I was able to see when the items were being sent out and now it says that I have not placed an order but yet they took the money out of my bank. I want what I've ordered or my money refunded now, if you can take my money when I place an order then send me what I ordered or put the money back in my bank now !

someone ordered stuff from wish, I don't even have an account and I tried to talk to tech online how to get my money back but I'm not paying for that or stuff that I didn't order. Wish came up on my facebook page and I tried to see what was in the cart and order status and it shows empty, I called my bank and $109.17 was taken out of my account. I want the money refunded and the order cancelled now.

someone filed a complaint before I got all my information changed about ordering items and paying for them but not being able to track them or not finding the order. I did not write this complaint because I never ordered from you.I still have not even opened an account with you and I won't order clothes or boots online when I have to try all my stuff on before buying .

Wish items to small and I never received my other items

I order 6 jackets and 6 shirts and the jackets are to small I haven't received my order stuff, I want A full refund on all the stuff I bought and the jackets are nothing like the pictures and they are real cheap no good quality at all these where Christmas gifts now I have to wait until I get my money bk to go find something else for people I just want my money back asap thank you Ms.Adams I just want my money bk

Wish phones/eyeglasses not received

Where is my items the two phones that for £24 each plus £10 each for posting. The other two for £53 each plus £10 each for posting and my four eyeglasses haven't been received! This is the third time am writing to the customers support / complain team, no response from both side.This is not good enough customer should be treated good.Please can the customers support/complain team tell me what is going on concerning my orders at list respond by email.

I placed an order November 11th four phones five eyeglasses, I received two phones for my kids and one eyeglasses. I still haven't received the remaining two phones which is more expensive than the two i received for my kids, and four eyeglasses. Please cross check and send me my items.

Wish products not received

I have NO time for Wish anymore. I've ordered MANY items in August 2017 and still have not received half of it... A few things that makes this "company"a hack...

1. After starting to use Wish, my account has been hacked, and another company took a large amount out of my account. It took my weeks to get all the paperwork done through my bank, following up with an overseas company, and STILL I wont get all my money back... Refund Policy!

2. Why do I have to pay an extra fee at the post office to get all my packages?! I've paid for the item and the shipping fee, no w i have to pay again and really... the quality of the items are POOR!

3. I am receiving diet pills (that I've never ordered) and have to pay to collect... so I am just sending it back every time.

I've sent emails, left messages on Facebook... yet NO ONE has ever replied.

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever came across.

I will advise anyone NOT to support WISH.

Wish $sales

I've been dealing with this wish.com for several years now. Recently I placed an order and that order was canceled. Then I get a request for bank statement. In order to verify my order. Is very difficult for me to understand why this is being requested since I bought thousands of dollars worth of material from wish.com. I have bought from various locations and I always pay with the credit card. Therefore there's been nothing new about my habits in buying or paying

Wish account

I am having a hard time getting into my account to change method of payment. I have an outstanding order that I was hopping to get before Christmas. I need to log in away from Facebook. I have ordered other items at a different time. I had to cancel my Visa and get a new one from the bank. Please e-mail me back A S A P. so I can still receive my order by Christmas.

I have an outstanding order with you. I had to cancel my Visa debit card, due to fraud. I made an order about two weeks ago. I just remembered about canceling that card. I am trying to get into my account, so I can still get my order by Christmas. I do not want to go threw Facebook with this new information. We called with an order and the lady had an attitude was very rude and hung up the phone we called back and finished our order when we received it it was after an hour and they wouldn't give us a receipt and they didn't bring us our full order we have never had this problem before but frankly not sure we want to ever deal with this again

I tried purchasing a book and it told me to contact billing support. I updated my card information and then emailed them. It's been over a week since I emailed them asking them to fix my account so I can purchase a book for a wedding in August! I still haven't received anything back from them! I would like the problem solved please

Wish order cost

I placed an order with you earlier today, 12-11-17, and did not have an opportunity to review or see the cost of order. When I went to my bank account I saw a charge of 80 some dollars. This price is not acceptable and I would like to review the order or cancel. Before this order was placed I had submitted another order but this order displayed the cost of my order to review before the order was placed. When I placed my second order I did not have an option to review the order. In addition, I was not shown the cost for the order. I did not have an option to edit my second order. Could you please expedite a refund for this order.I enjoy browsing your website and will continue to be a good customer in the future. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

Wish herb grinder

I had ordered an herb grinder which specifically said 3 inches. The one that was sent to me is not even 2 in. It's very very small I am not happy I paid extra for quick shipping and it's the wrong size. It's supposed to be a Christmas gift that's why I paid extra to ship earlier. I tried to contact you through my app and I was not able to. Please do something about this to make me happy with my order. I order a lot from you guys and receiving this wrong order just before Christmas really disappoints me I want the right size that's all I'm asking so please send me the correct size I believe it's owed to me. thank you

Wish my order

I ordered two woman's queen hoodies and two mens king hoodies all of it was way way to small I want a refund on my total order I played with a credit card I want a total refund ASAP thank you I received a king & queens hoodie in the black & red and only received one in black & white my total order was $69 with shipping I want a refund and I want my money back on my card ASAP the sizes are way to small and I do not like it

Wish 2 diving knives and a necklace

On November 30 I made an order off my account and I was supposed to receive them the following Wednesday and it has been 2 weeks and I have still not received them yet and the money was taken off my card. The outcome I would like is to receive my order or a refund of my 45 dollars back. Thank you for your time. Wish my whole order

I have placed 3 orders and have started getting the first 2. I have been trying to place my 3rd order wish and every time I do it sends me to contact support and will not let me place the 3rd order. All 3 orders are on the same card. They said I needed to make a copy of my bank statement I will not send that because that is not how I paid for it. I paid with a cc. I made a copy and sent that. Said I would have a response within 3 days from a rep. That was in nov. haven't heard a word. I will be checking my cc closely. If I do not hear a response within 24 hours I will turn Wish over to the better business bureau. It is 10 pm central time now. This is bad business and will not be tolerated. There is nothing wrong with my cc or the first 2 orders went through.
