Wish I ordered several items totaling $129.80 charged twice

On Dec 2nd I ordered several items totaling 129.80 I checked my bank and the money was taken out twice Am I going to receive 2 items of the order?.
Do I need to return the second order and pay for the return?.. I want and need this $129.80 back soon
This is my first time dealing with Wish
There is no e mail communication on what's happening with this order
What do I need to do?

Wish was told order was rejected because insufficient funds on card

11/13/2017 on or bout 930 am put money on card, checked if was there and it was, 1130 am ordered part to finish project was told later order was rejected cause of insufficient funds checked card company and have print out money was taken out 11/13/2017 by wish i want my money back put back on card i will never buy anything from them again been trying to resolve this thru customer service but just got BS from them that they cant do any thing

Wish I ordered the xgody d11 5.5" android phone

I was so exited when it came in the mail on november 30th but it came to be a disappointment because the home button would not click the sim card slot was jammed in and the side of the screen was minor shattered. Oi do not have a picture obviously because this was about to be my phone, this is why I was wondering if you could send me another of the same product you can keep the money I would just like for you to send me the phone thank you for your time. Wish fraud

Placed order but the amount were different to the basket amount and only discovered after submitted.Requested cancellation and refund few seconds afterwards .To date no refund not goods received.

Still no refund, I have submitted everything thy asked for tracking numbers, pictures of the product and pictures of the parcels after it has been received.I had to pay handing fee in my country for the parcels received, now I have to pay again to send the products back whereas it could have been cancelled when I did the cancellation before it was shipped.

Wish bz015850949cn-very disappointing

Dear Team,

It's been almost two months I have placed the order and yet not received the parcel.Its very disappointing and very poor.

I have been waiting since long time and this was for the very first time I have placed an order through wish and I was informed within 15-20 working days the parcel will be delivered.
Now I request you to guys pls assist me in delivering my parcel on Friday before 1pm as I am traveling for 15 days and will be back after one month and I have to carry this parcel as I have to wear and there won't be anybody at my place to collect the same.

Request you to pls assist.
It's a humble request.

Wish late shipment and no tracking number

I am very upset with wish. I have ordered a go pro case as part of my grandson's xmas gift that was supposed to arrive on november 27th and now it was changed to december 4th. It is december 5th and the best thing that wish can do is offee a refund? what the [censor] kind of company is this almost 95% of the items I ordered are being refunded because of low quality or unkept shipment eta's. Plus the fact that you can't contact then directly... I demand answers. This is ridicilious.

Wish shoes

I have ordered two pairs of sneakers, one pair of dress shoes didn't know where they were coming from but I need them in a 9.5 American size shoe thanks a lot.i have a feeling that I'm going to like doing business with your company and may God bless you all.havent received the shoes yet.
As for know I don't have any complaints because I have not received my orders

Wish all of my orders

i have 8 items that are very late. I have tried and tried to contact you but you do not respond. My orders were placed in september and october. I am tired of waiting on you. If you don't respond to this message i will be contacting others who can do something about "WISH". I have headphones, stuffed giraff, turtle, pink panther, shaun the sheep, shaun the sheep dog, pokemon, and a coloring book. I also paid for a hoodie and received a t-shirt. I'm not happy!

Wish someone has hacked my account

Wish daily giveaway

I'm wondering why the daily giveaway is going so fast. I choose an item and it says none are left. I start to choose another item and it says the giveaway ended. It happens in just second. So I'm saying the giveaway doesn't last long at all. I was wondering if there is a problem and if something can be done to solve this. Look in cart and it says empty it should not be when rest is missing

Wish unreceived merchandise

I ordered several items in October, which were supposed to arrive by November 11th, and absolutely nothing has been sent. The transaction was made through my bank account, so it's paid for. If you won't send the items to me, at least give me my money back! Very poor customer service, once I receive my items I will not order from here again! You're ripping people the [censor] off.

Wish product and service.

Legally, with any purchase your aloud 2 to 3 business days to cancel. I however was not given that option.
The shipping that I otherized is not what charged. Of course I found out after my account was charged. When the company was finished, I was unable to pay my rent!

Wish missing refund

Wish said they refunded my Me Spend credit card. No reflection of a refund has reflected back on my card as of yet ! It has been a month now ! I have been Emailing them countless times providing them with everything they have asked for ! Item numbers, screenshots, still no refund ! I need this money back on my card. Please help me. I keep getting the same Emails over and over ! And... Still no refund ! My credit card provider has kept me updated and says I not the only person having this trouble. Please help !

Wish my order

I have orderd alot of stuff therw this compony for a very long time now.well on one order that i placed it was a puppy tranning fence.it was delivered fast, i got and deliver message on my phone saying package was delivered so i go home checked my mail i was very pissed off because what came was the little stick that gos inside of the fence there was no sighn of the other part, so i went back on wish to contact the cellar and they put in a message and it takes at least 2 days to respond back and they keep telling me the package was delivered and I tried to explain to them I didn't get all the parts that I would like to have the other part that I have ordered the supposed to be together or my refund I am pissed because I have to go through all these steps just for this puppy training potty fence I want this resolved immediately thank you

Ireceived my shoes today and they are the wrong size again for the third time I’m very upset I need those shoes to go on vacation on the 4th of January is it possible to send me the size I need SIZE 34 And I received size 36 much too big

Wish items not received months after ordering??

I ordered a bunch of bts merch from wish on september 29th, and none of it has come yet. It is december 4th already! Most of my items were supposed to be here a month ago. I swear if I wasted my money I worked hard for I will be so pissed at this [censor] website. My friend that lives literally a few houses down has gotten the items she ordered, why haven't I gotten mine? Im really frustrated.

Hi my name is Cassandra Pettaway, I ordered my items l only received two of the items so far. My postman, brought the address situation to my attention that the address was wrong. l tried to change it on the website but they would not let me change it so l think that you guys should send me my money back. If they dont send all my other items out before they lost the mail I will not not buy another item from you guys again. I ordered from this website because my friend said it was a good company and they have good quality items for a reasonable price. My name is Esperanza Vargas and I sent back a lot of items to just get the right size and I also put a note in the box and I sent it in march I got a message from wish saying that it wood take about a month to get all of my items or if I wanted a refund I said OK I'll wait for my items because I wanted all of my items back I waited a little over a month before I text wish back and wish said that they are still working on returning my items by the end of may I got a TeX from wish asking me to send them the tracking number so I did and still nothing it is now Dec and wish has not returned any of my items and I spent a lot of money on my items wish had no problem taking the money out of my account if wish can't return all of my items back then I want a refund for all of my items including what I paid for retuning the items back someone from wish need to call me I am tired of wish sending me a message and I can't respond because it won't let me wish needs to have a number were customers can call and talk to a person and to get the problem resolved I am very unhappy the way wish had handle my orders and I still have order from wish and some of my items I haven't got yet and others I never got and when I go to find out about my order wish sends me a message saying that it's been closed and I never got my items look in my account and you can see that I have sent wish everything that they ask me to send I want my money back if wish can't return all of my items I sent back thank you Mrs Vargas p.s. here is my number [protected] please someone from wish contact me regarding my orders

Wish pants, shirts, toys, clothes, electronic

I put in my payment to buy $200 worth of stuff it went threw then it gone tell me that it decline now this the same card I use last time and it went threw so y not this time so I check my bank card and the $200 was taken off now were is my money since you say it didn't go threw I need you to refund my money I advise that y'all need to get a number that we can talk to a person on cause if I don't get my money back in reporting this app

Wish a full order

I placeed a order and i payed $201. And a few days later i see it had declined.. The mony was on my card was a master card and the next day i check to see how much i have left on my card to use and it was less than 100. So the payment came off right away so why is it Declined if you have my money where are my things.. I have placed orders before with no problem why this time when it is for a friend... kinda mad here...

Wish all of my products!!!

Sorry to bother but I have been waiting so long for my items and they haven't come yet. My 1st order should've been here in August and geuss what it is now December. My mom is a lawyer and she can sue you, you know because this is bad business I am very mad about it and I'm not trying to be rude but you should look at this because almost all of the complaints here are about this.

Wish I want to cancel a large or I didn't want

I wasnt trying to order $1, 011.32 worth of stuff please refund my money i can not afford this balance. Return my money and this app needs to be upgraded so there is a cancel button or have a number that a real person can help. I add those items in my cart not to purches right a way and i wasnt getting everything i made a mistake i need my money refunded
