Y'all took money out of my account twice for the same items. I don't want the items. I have read the bad reports of y'all return. I want a address. I have all information thru emails i will use to sue if i don't get my my back. Either $19.60 OR $16.40 WHICH COMES TO $36.00. My daughter ordered from Wish, canceled some items but was unable to cancel the rest. I did not authorize this order and because it was 8 hours after the oder was made, they are saying the items have to arrive first and then I have to send them back. I can't get in contact with any live customer support to help me with any of this. I do not want my account charged and I want to cancle everything immediately.

I purchased a lot of items from wish.com. When I purchase the order I did not see the free gift on the order Does it come later once you receive your order. I will need to know the answer. I waited a whole hour to place an order so I can get the free watch and I did not see it, when my order was placed . I waited since 8:45 to try to claim a free item when I clicked claim it said all items have already been claimed I believe it's a scam. Also I ordered over 15 items in 3 different orders and received only 4 items delivery services are very slow I can't wait to receive the rest of my items so I can delete the app and never use wish again. I don't like the delivery service they use. It's unreliable and never delivers on time. But of course, my today's complaint is not about them.
I would like to complain about the quality of items. It's terrible. They are so cheap looking that you have the only one wish - to throw it away. And it's not only about the clothes. I used to order different things and almost all of them were awful
You could say that if I want something great then it will be expensive. And I will tell you that you're wrong. Becuase I used to buy expensive stuff as well and not satisfied at all.
So I don't think that my complaint will be unique. Just another one that won't even read by them...

When I opened the package the Bluetooth control part of it was broken there is one wire that's not soldered onto the motherboard of the headphones, I went through the process of getting your refund and it's telling me that I have to pay for return shipping if the items broken when I received it why should I have to pay for return shipping.

Hi about two nights ago I downloaded the wish app and was looking online and added about four things to my cart before my partner talked me out of making the purchase, so I deleted the app.
The following day I went to check my account and I had been charged 30NZD for an order I had not completed or committed to.
I was quite shocked and disgusted that wish was able to do this?!
They must have kept my card details from my last purchase which was well over a year ago so I have now cancelled that card and ordered a new one!

My mother uses this app and unfortunately she lost her account log in information and my only option to retrieve the password is to go to the lost password option that it gives you when you initially log in. September 10 is when I first sent out an email to wish support to see how they can go about getting my account fixed and they sent me an email stating that I would receive a link in a couple moments so I can fix my password when I got the link I immediately opened it and I couldn't even use it because it said "The link has expired please try to login or request password change again." So I sent them another message stating what had happened and If they could please send me another link that will work so I can fix my mothers account and they have not sent me anything they just keep sending me these automated emails that say they "apologize for the inconvenience" and if I haven't received a password reset email then I should try one of the following steps which is to wait 24 hours, check my spam or junk, check my spam settings to see if I can receive emails from wish support and to add them to my address book. All of which I have done and I still have not receive a link for the password reset so I got frustrated and sent out multiple emails and they just respond by "apologizing for the inconvenience" and sending me the same automated email! my request number is 7049270 and I still have not had any resolution to my problem and I'm furious because this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and this is coming from a person who use to work in that same industry! Unless you want to keep loosing people from your app keep doing what your doing because this is absurd!

Hi Leanne. Same happened with my. Also a R2400 order and only received R1900 back. My account is blocked for no reason. Can't buy anything and my latest order has no status, because of the account being blocked. Account has been blocked now for almost 2 weeks. Support does not help at all, they are useless. The wish contact number does not work either, so how are we suppose to contact them. I feel like flying to their head office, really. If you find a way to get in contact with these useless people, please share the info.
