On the 30 of July I ordered 6 black beaded curtains and two rugs bedroom rugs the money has come out of my bank and was also confirmed in my email account that it all this been confirmed, I have sent 6 emails explaining the above but keep getting emails about typing above the line what ever that means, I have tryed to ring with the pH number that is given still won't work now when I try and look up my order it keeps saying not found 404 something like that. It can't be seen anywhere I even wrote a note and took a photo of it and sent it to you still no response I feel very disappointed as I have spent a lot of money on a lot of items with wish.com and and now I feel very let down and really don't want to shop with you guys anymore because you've taken my money but not giving me my goods all the other goods that I have ordered it clearly said it's on it's way and I'm tracking them but those first three things that I ordered from the very beginning on the 30th of July there's no tracking nothing it can't be seen I do have all the ids for the items I first order which I'll find on my email and send them through if you need them I would like someone from wish.com to ring me asap to sort this out asap as it can't be sorted any other way because I've tryed and nothing works.

I have not yet received two products I have ordered.
I ordered several things on May 1, 2017 but I have not received two products. First I am missing a pair of Army Camo Baby Booties that we're supposed to arrive on June 6, 2017. I am also missing a Blue men's Star Labs t-shirt that was supposed to arrive June 12, 2017. My other orders arrived but these two products did not. I would appreciate either the shipment of my products or a refund. Thank you for you time.

I bought a dress at wish.com but the payment never got confirmed and the dress was still in my buying list (shoppingcard) and not in my order history. I checked my bankaccount and saw that I really payed for it. Something went wrong and I try to contact the customerservice but I have to log in again to get their information, and as I try to it keeps saying my email is not registered! I log in online for the shop and it works, but when I log in for customerservice it conveniently fails...
I see that lots of people have the same payment issue, and when they make contact, wish keeps telling them to go to their banks, that they will refund. Which doesn't make any sense, our banks have nothing to do with this.
Wish has received my money, they need to make this right.

When you call customer service you are told to go to their website. Then you go to the website and it is a maze that leads to no where. Very unhappy with their service. I tracked my package after ordering two dresses for my granddaughters. I only received one when it said that I received 2. Now I am getting the run around with the company. Alot of the products I have received are low quality and some are broken.
offensive sex products
I have used Wish for a long time and have noticed they are selling more and more sex devices. These devices are not seperated into their own department. They just pop up on every page. There is no parental control on any page. I have always allowed my young children to browse Wish but not any longer. I really do not want tobexplain one of these products to a seven year old. There are also many adults that find these items disgusting and offensive. They need their own department.

I was told that the htc screen protector was on its way. but now I can't even get into my wish account to respond to anything about my orders. I have reset my password and the password that was sent back to me was not a working password. now the fidget spinner that I did receive broke also the lgv20 screen protector was damaged and the wrong size and my zte blade x max screen protect was the wrong size also.i would like for everything to be corrected.

I no longer have the order number as my order history has disappeared and I have not gotten a refund on the item as the FAQs say happens when order history disappears like so and this item has not arrived in the mail yet. However another diamond painting I ordered on the same day but after the squirrel has arrived. It has been 3-4 weeks since I placed these orders.
